Amazing parotta salna.. have been eating since 2022... Same yummy taste till date..wish this becomes a dime in restaurant soon...

Thought about buying food from this restaurant looking at the reviews but when I went there , I couldnt see the restaurant board or anything. Looks like It doesnt exist. There is an another restaurant with different name in that same location.

Chicken biriyani must try. one of the good places to have an authentic Madurai food.

Unfortunately having to review this restaurant without eating their food in absolute frustration. As per Google, their timings are until 8pm on a Sunday and theyve closed at 5pm and left. I just drove 45kms to specifically visit them and theyve just closed and left. Super unprofessional.

Just tried Madurais famous Rose Jigarthanda...Went to try it as I have heard a lot about it in Vlogs... it was spot on. Loved it and would have it again wherever I get an opportunity to have it. Everyone should try it, especially in summertime.

Good place to step in for South Indian cuisine I highly recommend Pepper Chicken..

Biryani was so flavourful and tasty. Good pieces of chicken and with eggs. Saalna was good and rich in flavour.

Food Poisoning - I was a regular customer of this restaurant for the past 6 months because of the taste. But I had a horrible experience two days back. I got a Killi parota for dinner on Thursday and got food poisoning the next day. The whole weekend was spoiled because of this. I know most of the cooking happens in the afternoon in the restaurant but why would you sell stale food. To save $30 of revenue your restaurant lost a regular customer and a lifetime of earning. Concentrate on the quality of the food and dont sell stale stuff.

Coming from south India, I am Parota lover and this is my fav place so far for Parota and Salna in and around GTA. I have tried many places and only this place comes very close to tamilnadu taste. Their Briyani is very good too. Definitely would recommend. They sell fast so I would suggest you to order during the daytime and not take chances in the evening.

I would strongly recommend this restaurant for the genuine Indian specie taste. Especially the Biriyani in Madurai style is the perfect choice for the Biriyani lovers like me . Go to go and hoping for more dishes soon.

The food is fantastic. I have tried parotta with Salma, mutton chukka and chicken 65. Authentic Tamil Nadu taste. But one problem I have with them is that, they close way early than they are supposed to close almost every time I try to order. I normally order through Uber eats. Please change the timing or fix it. Thank you.

Great authentic food from Tamil Nadu (INDIA) Chicken Biriyani is good and non-veg gravy is a never-miss here. Loved it. Been close to 3 yrs.. Buying from them.. Put the review yesterday and had to update it today again, was tempted to buy mutton chukka.. Im a big fan of Mutton Chukka from here, a Must here. Have been ordering from Madurai Samayal for the past couple of years and they have been consistent since day 1! By far the best parotta-salna in all of Toronto!

Chicken biryani and chicken 65 is a must try! The 65 was very juicy, tender and perfectly cooked. Giving another visit for sure!

Authentic parotta and flavourfull non-veg salan makes it a delicious combo. We tried Parota in many other places but wasn t happy. Now we drive 40 mins to get take away from Maduri samayal, that s how much we like it! Mutton chukka varuval is also our favourite. Food

I would suggest my friends to go to another Indian or Sri Lankan restaurant and pay very less for Parotta and gravy. The owner / operator will switch off Uber eats when ever he wants and say no Parotta. This is not the way to run a restaurant business.

Best parotta and salna I ever had in Toronto. Amazing taste , felt like sitting in madurai road side shop.. adding to that the packing was done in banana leaf. When you open the packet , the flavour of banana leaf and the hot parotta feels like heaven . Salna quantity was quite considerable

Awesome food, I found the taste of my home food here in Canada. One of the must visit places. I ordered chicken salna and parrota which was very good the aroma was awesome since it was packed in an authentic banana leaf which reminded my childhood days.

Madurai Samayal is an great place for authentic parotas. We tasted parota salna, and Mutton sukka. Everything was so good. It tastes just like it would taste in India. Highly recommend this place.

One of the best parotta salna all over GTA, I would say! Their salna is really tasty than what we get in Chennai (I never tried in Madurai :)). And the price is very reasonable!! Will become a regular customer to this place !

We had a horrible experience today. We pre-ordered for 1 chicken biryani and 1 mutton Briyani. But when we went to pick up the food they said it is over and some one took the order in our name. My kid was hungry and they destroyed our whole Sunday lunch plan.. We will never ever visit your shop again. They did not even regret for their mistake.

It was a good experience with madhurai samayal. Porota and chicken 65 was decent and mutton was very good. Parking: Good parking. But a sign board was not there for locating the store

Hidden gem in ajax. Their parotta and veg salna is top notch. Brings your taste buds back home.Tried twice and the quality is amazing. Great customer service. Only takeout no dine in available. Ensure to order early and mention the time for pickup as sometimes their parotta gets finished earlier.

Amazing Madurai style parotta, I am from Chennai and we very rarely get such quality parottas even in Chennai, to get this kind of quality in GTA is amazing!

Ordered Mutton Valai Ilai parota from the store and had very less quantity. I have posted a picture of the food and my hand in which you can see the quantity. It was wrapped in 3-4 layers of leaf to make it look big from outside. Very poor

They serve tasty food but the quantiy what you get for the price they charge is very less and disappointing. Ordered the chicken vazha ellai porotta which When opened you are disappointed to find two porotta soaked in little bit of gravy and two or three tiny pieces of shredded chicken . We ordered two sets and both hardly had any chicken pieces . Charged $30 for 4 porotta and little bit of gravy just wrapped in banana leaf . Would rather buy the porotta and non veg salna for half the price . The chicken fry tasted good with the right marination and crispiness but again the qty was very less compared to what you get from other stores for the same price Their mutton chukka tasted like eating pressure cookered tiny mutton pieces boiled in a watery spicy masala gravy with no flavour .

Went at 12:30 PM to order parotta. They said we have to buy partotto in combo. Two partotto and Salna (gravy) for $7 (plus tax). No choice to buy few partotto and Salna separately. After reading the reviews about the quantity, we decided not to buy combo as the price is just ripping off. So, this place is only for rich people who are ready to spend $7 + tax for just two partotto. I would suggest my friends to go to another Indian or Sri Lankan restaurant and pay very less for partotto and Salna/ gravy.

We tried Parotta combo which came with Saalna. Though price is bit expensive for two parottas and Salna,($7 + tax), food tasted really good and fresh. Quantity of one combo is enough for one person only. You can order extra parrota with the combo. Very busy take away restaurant, so need to order well before, but food was ready on time. Atmosphere is not convincing and looks messy and very outdated. Overall my experience is good and I will try more and recommend to others ( I had a review for this place earlier and deleted that one and added this)

One of the best restaurants for Parotta lovers.. If you want to taste the real authentic Madurai style Salna u can try this place and the parotta also very soft and layered. Very humble staffs and customer friendly. Highly recommended

If you miss food from back home, this is the place to try!!! The food taste and packaging is super close to the way we would get back in TN.. will definitely be a regular customer to this place now!! Finally found a place that serves authentic South Indian - ParottaSalna.. The Parotta was soft and the Salna was just right in consistency and taste.. Chicken 65 I felt the masala was a bit much, but thats just a small thing... Must try for Parotta lovers...

Authentic Tamilnadu style Parotta and chicken gravy. After a long time, tasted a pakka chettinadu style chicken gravy (in Canada). They are making fresh, so better order in advance to avoid the wait time. Its a take out restaurant but they do have a few tables as well. Highly recommended.
