This place is horrible, save your money and get better food somewhere else. They forgot to give me my drink, they forgot to put a hardshell inside of a CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME. The people working there looked unhappy and confused without so much as a greeting or smile. There were 2 cars in the drive-thru by the way .... 0 stars

If this is what people eat on a regular basis I feel bad for them. The bean crunch wrap needed 20 packets of fire sauce to be edible. This is the first and probably last time Ill ever have Taco Bell.

Went through the drive through and placed my order, when paying I asked if they got everything in, the guy said confirmed so I drove off as there were cars behind me. 15 mins later when I got home, saw that they missed giving 2 out of 5 tacos, went back to get the other 2, they gave me 1 wrapped the other was just dropped in the bag and everything spilled out. Really bad service.

The chips had so much salt in them. It had to take them back twice and they still come back salty

Place has gone downhill! This used to be a really good location for Taco Bell/KFC. Service used to be fast and food was so tasty. It was also a friendly place and you could see how it functioned well. Good managers and staff cared about how they treated and behaved in front of customers. Came in on Friday afternoon to a dead location, no customers just staff. One tall brown guy was standing behind the cash looked at me and just kept on talking to the cashier. He casually walked into the dining area then back behind the cash to talk to the cashier again. All the while no one was taking my order. The cashier? She had her back turned and even saw me but didnt want to ask me for my order. I actually asked if he was the owner because he was walking around the restaurant like he had nothing to do. The dining room was spotless, Im sure because no one comes here :) They completely jumbled my order because the tall brown guy just didnt care what was going on. He walked behind the middle food prep area and was texting on his phone. He casually walks back to the line and starts expediting food at will. We called ahead to make sure the chicken would be ready but 35 mins later we got our food. Came home to realize the expediter had given us double chicken because he didnt pay attention. It would have been a good mistake for us except for the fact the chicken had absolutely no taste, no seasoning. Chicken is not that hard to screw up, unless your skimping on ingredients. This place has fallen so far. Ill never come back here. Ill gladly visit another KFC/Taco Bell from now on. Train your staff, you have cameras on them all the time anyways, use it.

This Taco Bell/KFC has always provided incredible service and unbelievable speed. I dont know how they do it but each time I come here Im so impressed that they not only never make a mistake, but provide excellent customer service. I would only ever visit this Taco Bell/KFC location

Food was ok but the quality and quantity is horrible for the price they charge. I find the staff not the friendliness either.

Neighborhood is going down. Broken glass in parking lot. People sleeping cars. Front door broken. Patrons are not civil. Staff is good and service is good though. Go check it out for yourself.

We went drive though and waited over 30 mins. They are overpriced for what you get but my daughter wanted it so we went. She liked hers. I could care less for that place. We move forward.

This location sets their prices way above what the other locations charge. I will not be returning.

There was a girl withe bright red hair on the cashier who was great to talk to, she was polite , quick to get the order right and also had great customer service skills very personable!! I got here on Mondays for Buy 1 get one free aoft tacos and theyre fresh and not gross like the other ones!!

I think hot sauce is no longer in production, but otherwise a good guilty pleasure for inexpensive Mexican-ish fast food.

They got my order wrong. They refused to bring me hot sauce afterwards or replace any meal. They also closed down almost an hour before they say because the young people are cleaning. I ll never go back to this location. The manager was disrespectful and rude. I hate Taco Bell because of this experience. The tacos for soggy and disgusting. I wanted hot sauce and I requested 10 to 20. They gave me zero. I ordered enough food that I should. I have at least 10 two per taco. The disrespect that I received from the manager. I m going to head office. Disgusting.

i ve gone to this location on multiple occasions and i have found a hair in my food TWICE. the staff need to work better on safety and health measures, hairnets should be required and hair should be tied up.

The service here is sometimes a little slow but the accuracy is usually spot on and well, the food is hot.

Ive never had a problem at this location, uncharacteristically like all the other locations Ive been to. I came here after the last place couldnt get a simple order right. They took the order perfectly, the first time, with no repetition, and my food arrived as requested. Thank you for being able to do your job.

Far from the worst Taco Bell. Im not convinced that a really good Taco Bell exists but since most Taco Bells are bad, one could be led to believe that is one of the good ones.

Tacos and burritos were so good and hot. But fries were cold. Overall good place to go sit and eat.

Came through the drive through around 9:40 pm there were 4 cars in front of me and 2 behind, when they stopped taking orders at10:00 pm there were still 2 cars in front that didn t get a chance to order and three more including me. Instead of pulling the cars that ordered out of the narrow drive through they made all 5 cars wait for the vehicles that had orders to get there food individually so anyone could leave. And instead of letting anyone know they were closed they just turned off the intercom and made everyone wait. I don t recommend this place at all.

Visited this location on Friday night. We decided to go through the drive through and at this time it was about 9:56. There was one car in front of us and when we got to the speaker a young lady had said we re closed now it s 10:02 even though we had pulled in before hand. I found it very rude and disappointing to be turned away like that. She then turned the lights off on us while we were still in the drive through waiting for the car in front of us to leave. This was a terrible drive through experience. Although I understand when you re closed youre closed, there should be some flexibility when you come in right before closing. Or close of drive through earlier.

They have gotten my drive thru order wrong countless of times. When you call them, they just tell you next time your here, we will give you the missing item. This doesnt help. They should give something complimentary to make up for their mistake. Also, the manager always makes excuses. We are busy, we check the order twice. Really?? I dont care if youre busy and how come if it is double checked its wrong. I guess pretty careless. I was also told by the manager we are not god, we make mistakes. Dont worry, no one expects you to come even close. Stop making random excuses and please do your job. Also for the manager, try and be more friendly towards in the future.

The new management is not good. We are vegetarian and after so many reminders,there was meat in the food. 2nd time missing items that were ordered

Recently used drive through and ordered $30 worth of food. Wait time was approx 10min in drive through when it was not busy (Monday evening 10pm). Got home and they gave me totally wrong order of food and my family and I had to get something else not to consider the $30 dollars I spent ...and got stuff that wasnt of same value. Avoid this location..and frustration

Went for lunch with a friend, its kept very clean inside and we were served fast considering it was lunch. The staff were also great despite the drive thru being swamped.

I ordered via Uber Eats and the courier/driver was quick and followed instructions- no issues there, but the food was terribly prepared. It s like whoever made my meal, messily slapped it together and threw in the absolute minimum for toppings. My chicken quesadilla was as flat as an empty envelope; barely any chicken or cheese and definitely next to no sauce at all. There should be a standard, employees shouldn t have to guesstimate how much to throw into a wrap or onto fries and chips, but it seems it s all willy nilly. Eating out or ordering in is expensive nowadays, if chains like this continue to neglect the quality being served, they re going to lose patrons because who wants to overpay and be under served? Not me.

Took the family out to Taco Bell/kfc last night, and it just hit the spot!! Love this location so much. The staff are all so sweet and kind, and the fries were fresh and the kfc chicken to perfection. Great job, kfc! Sending some love and appreciation

The wheelchair entrence is the front door which seems to be locked I had to call from ourside There is a lip (little step) at the side door and no door opener Staff were friendly enough to hold the door (not realizing I could not make it over the step in my wheelchair) Move the Door open to a door that is unlocked and open - please

So it s like I order my food, pay for up charges to get more stuff and then they don t give me the up charges. Like I can t even leave a review on door dash. Your food is good but read your damn screen like I work in fast food too it s not that hard ffs.

Ordered on the app before arrival. After 10 min waiting in the restaurant, the staff person read our order off a tablet and re-entered it into her machine at the counter. Then we waited for our order to be prepared. Using the app probably cost us 15min.

I went thru the drive thru, it always seems to be a longer wait than other fast food places.

They were out off all sauce. Hot and mild. Its nowhere close to as good without sauce. Also I decided to try the steak chalupa. Instead they gave me ground beef chalupas. Not what I ordered or was charged for. Very disappointed.

So the staff is actually great but I cant even give it a third star because everytime Ive went its been messy and awkward. This taco bell is also a KFC and you may get chicken instead of tacos for awkward reasons like they both serve a big box so you should be very specific.

I am very disappointed in management/ownership here. The parking lot is completely pitch black minus 2 flood lights at the entry doors. Sitting in a car it s unsettling but I just saw an employee cart over the garbage on foot to the darkest corner of the property at 10 pm right now. Does management not care about the safety of its employees? You d think this would be basic business practice/standards to invest in proper lighting to ensure the safety and comfort of the employees and patrons. So unacceptable. Staff is always nice and friendly no complaints there. Management needs to care more about the people who keep this joint running.

Went here after years of seeing if they made any changes for the better.. This guy served me 2 beef and 2 bean burritos when I ordered 4 bean.. Im a vegan... They just let the staff ignore customers orders is clear bad buisness.

Ordered KFC and food was excellent. I noticed there were several napkins scattered on the floor in the kitchen and behind cash. Service was slow, but they appeared to be short staffed. A manager appeared and began questioning drive through attendant asking why the line up is so long. Attendant replied with shes only 1 person and can only do so much. Management should address concerns with employees when customers are not present.

Really sad sight. Last time I was here, I saw a manager mistreating staff. It didn t look like they were doing much to help the rush besides yell and point fingers. It s a sad sight, these poor people are just trying to do their jobs and get food out the door as quickly as possible! Shame on the management!

A fast food restaurant closing doors at 9 pm. Trucks or larger vehicles want to get a meal and cant. Worse place to get food. Minimal hours. Done in or take out leass then 12 hours. Certainly think this place is a negative and not recommend for anyone

Always closed - Post the right hours

This store is ridiculous. The store from gril with her black Bomber jacket has no clue how to serve customers. She rude and lets people walk out while standing there doing nothing nothing.

Bought beef burritos on Uber Eats yesterday and they tasted so good - but these came from the Pickering Town Center Taco Bell. Today I went to this very Bayly Street location and bought beef burritos and they hardly had any beef and they were put together in a way that everything fell apart while eating. So in summary, the beef burritos in the Pickering Town Center Taco Bell was full of beef, and the ones I bought from this location was basically all rice.

Horrible experience. They kept me waiting for over 30 minutes and I didnt get my order. Absolutely horrible service

I am old to remember when it used to be affordable to eat here. Now 25$ for an order for a taco combo burrito and 2 tacos. Save your money. If you pay premium prices might as well get better quality and service.

Food was good, but since when did it get so expensive. Definitely not a cheap place to eat anymore.

Taco Bell Ajax is particularly good; I love that their food tends to be on the saucier side.

Friendly staff, quick service. I cant remember them ever not asking if I needed sauce for any of my food orders.

Service was excellent. Do remember that to dine in you need to show your vaccination card. Friendly staff and the turn around on the food was pretty quick. The place was clean and clearly identified as to where one can sit to maintain distance between tables.

3 stars - 3 main reasons 1. Casadia saugy, taste was fine 2. Cinnamon twisters = junk 3. App has major glitch = asks to pick 3 sides but offers only 2 and I wasnt able to place online order, had to drive and store didnt offer same deal as app. I think taco bell has improved overall but minor glitches add up and instead of 5 they got generous 3 stars, I wanted to give 2 stars

Good place to dine in and eat once you show vaccination card. The tacos are great there, their fries taste a little funky but crunch wraps are good. The staff is friendly and they make sure your order is right. To be more covid friendly, they should put out more sanitizer bottles as there is only one at the front. This way, those dining in can use it as it will be easily available.

Recently rebuilt, would be nice if they out some effort into their outside areas though, three years later and the parking lot is still almost pitch black. Spend some money and replace many of the burnt out lamps.....

this location is always out of condiments. especially mild sauce. You ask for it during ordering and again at the pick up window but it doesnt matter, they say they only have fire sauce left and then end up not even giving you anything at all.

Order was not correct, toppings where missing, and no forks put in the bag, food was barely warm. But at least they showed up for work.
