We always have a warm and positive experience here. It is my daughters first choice whenever asked where she would like to go for breakfast. Weve been coming here since it opened. Dont order the burgers they dont know how to cook them .it was dry like sawdust and tasteless. Mentioned it to the host and nothing was done about it would not go back.

Staff is amazing, we usually order two of the breaksfast to go combos and they are always made fresh and cooked well. Chef is also very friendly, even leaves a nice little note on your takeout container. Highly recommend

Great breakfast spot! Sonia treats you like family

Drove all the way from barrie with nothing in mind of where to go for breakfast. Ended up here. And I do not regret the half hour out of the way drive. Amy was an absolute pleasure. The food was awesome. All the girls stopped to ask and talk to us about our new born son. The food was great. The service was on top of their game. Couldn t say enough positive things about this place. I will definitely be back to this establishment in the future, weather driving thru alliston or not I would make the drive.

The food itself is good the waitress was very nice But my coffee was empty before they bring the food and I finished the food then they bring me more coffee. I come to this place to drink some coffee but too late was the refill Coffee was ok but not the best Employees look very nice with customers they know how to speak to them The place was kind of hot, a little bit more of cool will be nice From 5 starts i give 3.7 stars Coffe is very important for guys like me

We always get the same one and kind service every time my family and I make our way for breakfast at this location. Typically, the coffee, eggs, and other meals are great. The only pullback in terms of food at this restaurant is home potatoes, they typically come under seasoned and undercooked. The taste is just not great, so what we usually do is substitute the home fries for a bowl of fruits. I do enjoy potatoes, but ones are actually well cooked and tasty. The waitress staff there are rock stars hands down. I enjoy the sunny location and the live plants throughout. Kid-friendliness: They have crayons and drawing paper for Kids. Besides, children and the service being provided.

Great service, great food

I went in there the other day. Ordered bacon and eggs with pancakes, a glass of orange juice and another plate of bacon and eggs. The price was $70 after tip. The service was fine, the food was not that great. I will never go here again. Even the waitress said wow that seems expansive lol Never again.

The waffles are so good

Got takeout. They didn t give me my food until 30 mins later and my food was sitting there the entire time. Waste of money. Food was cold and expensive.

Great service , good food

If I could leave a zero stars review I would. The restaurant is seat yourself but we couldn t because every table that was available was dirty. We had to sit at a dirty table for someone to come over and clean it. We waited over 40 mins for our food. So far we have only seen our server twice. To take our orders and bring us our drinks. We haven t been checked on for refills at least once. There was also a line up outside the restaurant of people waiting for tables and the servers still weren t cleaning tables!!!

Wow! What great service! We were part of a large hockey team that they were able to accommodate at the last minute. The restaurant was full and the servers didnt miss a thing. Thank you Sunset Grill !!!

Not a family friendly restaurant. If you have a baby one male wait staff in particular will judge you and make comments if you have to feed/change your kid in the restaurant. Im editing this review since i cannot reply to the comment. But my wife had put down a pad, was coving him and than cleaned the table after. As my wife explained she was just changing his clothes when she noticed the diaper needed to be changed and completed this before the employee had enough time to comment and leave. We were unaware there was a change pad in the washroom. (Stated by my wife) but the employee rudely just stated there was a change pad in the back. Did not greet us or say hello, Just there is a change pad in the back and then repeated himself. Then continued to stare at us awkwardly making us uncomfortable. Regardless of the change at our table the employee was extremely rude, not greeting us or kindly informing us of the change pad, being stared at .. thus caused us to leave.

The new ownership has made a huge difference. We vowed never to go back the last time we were there which was quite awhile ago. We decided to try again recently. Great service, wonderful engaged owner/manager who checks on every table. Weve been back numerous times and always consistently good service and food which comes out hot and pretty timely. Eggs Bennie and the Bacon and Eggs are our go to meals here. Always fresh and delicious

Excellent service here. Food was hot and the coffee was constantly topped up. Enjoyed the benedict as well as the breakfast poutine. Cannot say I would have the poutine again but the benedicts are pretty good for a chain restaurant.

Food is always of a consistent good quality. Staff are friendly and arent shy to stop for a chat, get to know you, and remember you for next time.

As a chain theyre mostly consistent, good people serving good food. On my visit I was meeting a friend and I had the Steak and Eggs, and it was a very good steak. Enjoyable through every bite. The service was great, the price was fair. This place at the top of my list for all-day breakfasts.
