Service was great, food not so much. I only received 4 tenders and the wedges were supposed to be well done and the were only warm and soft ( big disappointment). Box looked empty after paying $20.
This Mary Brown’s and it’s day staff are amazing. The chicken is fresh, flavourful and juicy. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. You have to go there and be amazed by the friendly and professional service and the great food. ❤️❤️. Dee from OATC

Wow, I'm legitimately shocked with the service I recieved at this location. I've reviewed many places but this is the first one I am genuinely disgusted with. The manager or whomever I spoke to at this location literally accused me of lying about the terrible quality of their food. The chicken was extremely dry, rubbery, and it was clear my order was mishandled. But instead of refunding me, remaking it, or seeking another solution, the manager interrogated me over the phone. Even when I mentioned receipts, called them 20 minutes after the issue occurred, etc. Instead, she blamed the customer? She really tried gaslighting the customer. Horrible customer service. This is the first and last time I'll be buying anything from Mary Brown's Alliston. Do not come here unless you want to have extremely dry, rubbery chicken, or 10 minutes of a manager accusing the customer of lying. Just look at multiple other reviews for this resturant. I'm not the only one having these issues. Oh and what's really hilarious is that the manager after interrogating me, only offers to remake half my order. Half. I paid $66 for 18 pieces. At that premium, customers expect quality food and customer service. Both are missing here.
TERRIBLE, dry, chewy chicken, and the legs had virtually NO meat on them, the other pieces tasted like they'd been under a heat lamp for WEEKS, absolutely NO way it was fresh as advertised. Cole slaw and taters were good but only 1 star since the chicken should have been much better. The Angus location always has fresh, tasty and tender chicken so the issue was definitely the location. VERY disappointed.

It's a pick up and go home and eat place. So atmosphere is more than adequate for what it is. As far as the food is concerned, their chicken is always fresh, juicy, and drinking with oil like the other business Service. This place is incredible. We had a party today at my place with over 40 people and we ordered a lot of food and they had everything ready on time, we're very friendly. Everyone says hello and smiles on their faces, they help carry my order out to my truck and never made if feel like I was a a difficult order Definitely recommend this location all the time
Cookies tasted like they were cooked in an oven that I had something burning in it, they had a really smoky flavour. I feel like they would taste good if they weren’t cooked in a gross oven.

Ive had consistently good service and food here. I was a little disappointed to discover one night, while on a walk, that they closed their lobby at seven, because I could not access the drive-through on foot. Seems a little early to close. Its definitely pricey and I will only buy here if I have coupon or theres a good deal.
Disappointed to have to sit in a drive thru when I ordered through the app and should have been able to walk in to pickup the order, unfortunately their doors are locked after 7pm and can only use the drive thru. Inconvenient and then I have to explain what was in the order??

Drive thru is always great and always get my order correct.
Friendly staff. Even the teenagers at the drive-through are super polite and professional. I used to like KFC, but their restaurants are very inconsistent. Some good and some bad. Mary Browns is always good. I prefer the fries over the taters, although I think most people would disagree with that - I think they sell a lot of taters. Their gravy is really good, and their pickles are the best. Occasionally, they give me a pop that is not very cold - I have to request that they reach back into the fridge to get the ones that have been chilling for a long time. No indoor tables. Picnic tables are available outside. I wish them continued success.
Large pop ins cost $13. Easy over priced for a box this size! Box is 2×2×3
Love the food but quite pricey for fast food.
Bought some chicken on Saturday afternoon. The chicken was well fried, not greasy nor hard was soft and moist. The taste of the meals depends on the skill of the cook. The Monday evenings, Friday nights and early Saturday afternoon chicken and fries usually taste better, than other days.
Great place to eat. Employees that work there are always smiling and greet you with a smile. Always a great place to visit.

guys dont walk to this store, RUN THIS FOOD IS SO GOOD. the customer and staff is so good i almost cried. that sandwich i ordered was just so heavenly i shed a tear it was so delicious. the wings are also very crunchy and the meat is rich. it is of the best quality. please try this store once in your life 10/10 would go again. Good Mary brown sandwiches. The drive thru took 34 minutes. A little long thought I knew it would. My own fault. Then got the wrong order and didn t realize until I was home didn t have the spicy chicken sandwiches 2 of them. Food is good. Better than most chicken places in the area. Just sucked getting shorted

Just stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before walking out without being served. Nobody in the store or drive throug, nobody behind the counter and the lady in the back through the window in the kitchen area wouldnt lift her head to acknowledge me standing there. Horrible lack of service.
I ordered the 13 piece feast meal fries were good but the chicken I ordered the spicy I was not impressed I have had the spicy at other locations but couldn t even eat the chicken you don t have a spicy batter you shake spice on it it was awful very upset as it wasn t a cheap dinner that I bought but had to throw it out

Walked in, no one was around but I could hear them in the back. Waited a few minutes then yelled 3 times for someone to come to the counter and still no one. Dont waste your time with this place they clearly dont have time for you.

First time ordering here, the chicken was good, not dry, taters were just ok, kind of hard so maybe they were sitting for a bit. The worst part of the meal was the Buffalo wrap, the lettuce was brown and limp and the tortilla was completely stuck to the paper wrapper, not edible, the entire wrap fell apart and looked like a dogs breakfast. Overall, I d expect way better considering I paid 50 bucks for our food.
This location is not great! To ve honest Mary Browns chicken should be very disappointed. I ordered I payed.... waiting for a plant based burger so I can leave. Waiting about 30 mins before even telling they dont have them. They apparently cant get them. I guess they were waiting for me to leave without it. They asked me what I was still waiting for I told them and THEN they told me they dont have any. And then she was upset because I wanted a refund for the plant based burger I never got. Newfoundlanders around the world ... DONT GO THERE!
Did not like the fact we waited 15 mins to get to the window before telling us we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to complete our order. The food isnt the greatest to begin with in my opinion bit thier apple pies are fantastic. In short, if I have other options I will not chose this location

Last time missed small coleslaw, tonight missed small taters : ( it s not a big deal but just don t feel well. ..Sep/4/22, REALLY?! Ordered 2 meals. Where are my sm Taters x2 ?! It s getting worse. That s why only one star left. Don t worried I m not going back again.

I am big fan of chicken and I love Mary Browns Chicken, one of favorite.
Was very dissatisfied for 17 dollars 3 peace meal. Chicken was dry and not very flavourful. Taters were also dryed out been sitting. And gave me a Pepsi instead of diet Pepsi. Only ended up eating small portion and threw out rest.
Needs to have a place to sit and eat. Big building should be a le to accomodate sestibg and washrooms. Staff was excellent Food

Spicy big mary is my go-to every Monday, for $4.00 its almost as cheap as bringing your own lunch. Delicious chicken & great spices, pickles are always fresh too!

Just got a Big Mary s sandwich for lunch, it was so salty I couldn t eat it all...disgusting! It was like someone dumped a pile of salt on it in the middle.

Over priced and under delivered. You cant read the menu sign in the drive thru. What a poor choice I made, never again! Almost $40 for sandwich, kinds meal and 3 pieces of chicken. What a joke. For drinks you a can of pop? Really. Please dont waste your time and money.

Great chicken but every time I go in I get the wrong dipping sauce..... How hard is it when asked for Ranch to get Ranch?? Not four Barbecue and one honey dill.....no ranch in sight for the third time in a row!
The chicken was very good, juicy and a great crunch. My tastes run a little more to the spicy side, so more herbs and spices, say 11 different ones, would be appreciated. Cheesy Macaroni salad was also as good as always. A nice treat.

Pleasantly surprised. Been meaning to tried it for a while but never got around to it. Good food little pricey they did include a few things I didnt ask for and I only noticed if at home, but we liked everything we got :)
I walked in and ordered I have been very tired lately, I paid, got my food and left I got home I ate and realized I left my cellphone on the counter, my phone case also acts as my wallet so I was frantic. Its not like me to lose my phone, wallet or even keys. I got back to the store and they gave me back my phone. I was so so so grateful everything was in it. I grew up in Toronto so I was expecting the worst. The food was delicious and the coleslaw is amazing and I couldnt be more grateful to the amazing staff for returning my phone/wallet. I will 100% be going back i just hope I dont leave my phone next time.

This Mary Browns is great however the hours of operation is terrible. Closing at 8pm everyday is not ideal for customers. I think you should stay open until at least 11pm like Wendys and Tim Hortons

Order a meal here and wasnt happy with the chicken. Called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who is really nice and understanding. She fixed the order. I would recommend this location to anyone. Its worth the drive.
I m embarrassed at how often I come here. It s just THAT good. I know all the employees by face now. Nothing else compares when it comes to some good taters and chicken. It helps that everyone is so nice too:)

Really friendly and extremely fast customer service. Chicken is really good. Not as much breading as other fast food chicken joints. If you like Popeyes a lot more than KFC, I find Popeyes Chicken slightly better, and a little more fresh tasting. The potato wedges here are boss though. Definitly a differentiating factor. The potato wedges are battered before being deep fried. They are really delicious.
