This is not a sit-in type of restaurant, so I didnt score the atmosphere. However, the food is my favourite Chinese food, and they are quick and efficient.

Food is good. Young guy at counter acts like he hates his life and job. They all treat you like you have ebola too. Make you take food order through big plexi glass. Make you tap through plexis glass and pass food through you to a hole and big wooden box and put mask on before doing so. Bit ridiculous but food is good so thats all that matter to me really.

The worst! I will start that I understand it was Valentine s day. I placed an order at 4:30 for delivery. They guy told me within an hour. 5:40 shows and still no food. I called back and he said the driver should be there in 10 mins. 6pm and still no food. I called back and I was told he doesn t know where the driver is. I said I could have picked up if you had told me it would take this long, to which he then says you can come and pick up it will be faster at this point. Only offered $10 off my whole order which was $130. No apologies nothing. Then I asked for them to call the driver and he comes back on the phone to just offer for me to cancel the order instead. That is amazing customer service!!! Instead of helping the customer out who placed the order an hour and a half earlier they just shooed us away. I will NEVER order from there again. Two bad experiences and nothing gets resolved. Pooooor customer service.

Horrible experience. I would give them zero stars if possible. The man at the counter was extremely rude. Was mad because we didn t pay cash then threw the debit machine at us and when we got the order home we re missing some items. Will never go back and won t recommend to anyone.

Place is dirty, and the front counter staff are rude and everytime I call seems like Im bugging them or upsetting them for ordering. Picked up an order once and Im pretty sure the young fellow behind the plastic window was playing with his bare toes. Food is not good and the price on their website isnt what they charge in person, cant believe I paid 18$ for a combo there.

Unfortunately nothing good to say about this place. The fried rice was undercooked, very hard and had a strong raw soy sauce flavour not being able to eat it. The beef and broccoli was 95% broccoli. This was my second time coming here and second time a disappointment.

Best beef and broccoli I ve ever had, literally. Affordable and reliable! Everything I ve had from there was delicious. Chicken fried rice had lots of egg and wasn t greasy at all. Spring rolls were crunchy and fresh. Definitely try it out.

The Best Chinese Food I have ever eaten!!! Ive ordered four times in the last 3 months Ive lived in Alliston and it only gets better.. please to the owners do NOT change a thing about how you cook and prepare your food.... Chinese food is so expensive but you guys make it worth every dollar!!! Do not change your method please as I so look forward to your food!!!!

Ordered dinner for 3 meal. Normally order from China wok however wanted to try some place new. Liked the sweet and sour chicken balls and almond beef veggies. Not a fan of fried rice , had some hard uncooked rice in it and there was no flavor at all. And normally fried rice has colour . General Tso normally has sweet tang . This was just vinegar not balanced.

EDIT: im back to say it did arrive, over an hour later after we ordered. It wasnt hot. We would have picked up but was told at 8.15 delivery wasnt a problem, be there in 25 mins. At least we got our food at nearly 10pm. Wont be doing that again ..... This is the second time we ordered dinner and CONFIRMED our delivery, only to have nothing show up and no one pick up the phone. This is embarrassing. I dont know how you can function like this. We ordered at 8.15, was promised del in 25 minutes. Called back at 8.40 questioning what the status was and he said it was on its way. At 9.07 we cannot get an answer and were so disappointed.

Amazing food!

Ordered our food at 330p for a 7pm delivery. Tried calling the restaurant for 2.5 hrs the phone is off the hook. Never again will we order from this place Here is the best : the food never even showed up nor did we get a call from the restaurant now thats awsome customer service wouldnt you agree Beware folks

They had a low rating but China Wok across the street was 1 hour wait. I figured how can you go wrong with Singapore Noodles. They had all the right items in it but it was fairly tasteless although I could taste the MSG. Not going back!

Excellent Chinese food, average prices. I love that their sweet and sour chicken is mostly chicken and not just a tiny piece of chicken in a large dough ball, they are also one of few Chinese food places that still make egg foo young. Really going to miss this place when we move away

Fantastic food

My family ordered here for the first time the other night for delivery. The employee who took my order over the phone was super efficient and was able to give me my total really quickly so I knew what to expect when paying on delivery. The food was delicious. Everything was hot and fresh when it arrived with no issues with missing items or anything. Portion sizes were of the usual size for the main dishes however the boxed items we got were super full!! So great!! They told us that the delivery would be about an hour, and they came in about 50 mins. Really enjoyed everything and would order from them again.

Havent ordered from here on years so I thought I would try it again. Bad decision. Rice was undercooked as was the noodle dish. Texture of noodle dish was terrible. Only reason I went here was the other places I usually go to were very busy but not this place. I will stick to Spring Basil or China Wok, way better quality.

I just called and placed a $70 order. The woman on the phone was so rude, everything I asked or ordered she said yeah with such an annoyed tone. The most unpleasant conversation I ve ever had while ordering takeout. I decided to call back 2 minutes later and cancel, her response was yeahhh bye . I ll never be ordering there again.

Food was swimming in sauce. Their house special chow me in had three shrimp in it! Food took one hour and 45 minutes to arrive and it was stone cold when it arrived. The taste was good, and the portions adequate, but Ill try someplace else next time.

I get annoyed how the guy who cooks the food is always outside smoking and his wife who answers phone always has a attitude and does not care. Owners need a lesson in customer service and public perception. Alliston needs new China restaurant because at this place, food is all the same, deep fried, never change oil, just add adifferent sauce for taste and smoke from cigarettes and a bad attitude

Have been ordering from them for a decent period of time. Im a strict vegetarian and theyve assured me all the vegetable dishes do not contain broth or other meat products. Today I ordered a dish and after eating a significant amount discovered chunks of chicken or other meats near the bottom of the container. When I called to inquire how this happened they offered little to no answers and insisted they either didnt clean the pot properly or mixed in food with meat. For those of you that eat meat this is still a huge concern for cross contamination and a way to run a restaurant that will lead to illness and people getting sick!

Ordered food and when it got to my home and I opened it everything was smashed. They had the audacity to ask what I wanted done about it.... how bout money back or discount and replace the food your driver smashed!! WORST SERVICE EVER! COMETELY DISGUSTED!!

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!! I ordered a dinner for two for delivery and when I opened the rice, I could see right away the rice was not cooked! It was totally white, with no vegetables and the chicken was grey & looked boiled. The other items were also undercooked! I phoned right away and told them I was not satisfied with my order and the whole dinner was under cooked! The owner who cannot speak English, got another worker to tell me she thought everything was cooked and then hung up on me....no apology, no credit no nothing. Ive never had a worse dinning experience in my life, and will never do business with this store again....if you want real, good, fresh Chinese food in Alliston, go to Spring Basil or China Wok

Absolutely delicious Chinese cuisine! I ordered a shrimp veg tofu Shanghai noodle plate for dine in. The atmosphere in the restaurant is peaceful and comfortable, the quality of the ingredients is excellent! I genuinely love this place and will be back for more frequently. Just moving to Alliston this is my favorite spot :)

Just had Chinese food from China Garden for like the 5th time and they never seem to disappoint my family and I. The prices on their menu are well priced and their service is fast. Their food was perfectly cooked and greatly proportioned. Everything is so delicious and is always cooked perfectly. Plus, they always remember my face and my name which is always appreciable.

Even though we didnt order ahead of time before showing up, the food was ready in 5 - 10 minutes! Very speedy service and the young lady serving us was very friendly.

Large group order. Order missing key ingredients ie. Sweet and sour sauce. Etc. Will never order again. We will take our weekly business across the street. They at least get the order correct. So long.

Good hometown local Chinese cuisine. I love their soups and egg foo young with sauce. I usually order and take out in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly too.

Stopped in for a late dinner after a long day of travelling by air then on my way home. Food was delicious, price was right. Definitely recommend and will stop again next time Im craving Chinese food near Alliston!

Worst food ever!!! They just dont seem to care. My friend got upset just by the sight of mix vegetable soup which he ordered which looked like colored water with vegetables floating!

Just finished my meal and I have to say my craving for Chinese food has been completely satisfied. The only thing that makes me want to call them back is to order more food. Great proportions extremely affordable and even delivered way before the 40min was up. A++ for costumer service as well.

just finish my meal with my friend here, I had the egg noodle and my friend has Gen Tso Chicken, the food is very good so delicious, the restaurant owner is a young couple, very friendly and kind. Will coming back again.

We ate here twice. It was disgusting. Noodles were super over cooked and mushy. They dont clean the large shrimp that they use for the breaded shrimp properly, meaning that, when you bite into it, you a get a mouthful of that black stuff often seen in a line on shrimp (it is actually their feces). We ordered plain noodles to go and they couldnt even be bothered to mix the sauce in properly, so it was super goopy in some places and had no sauce in others. Also, their card reader doesnt work properly. All in all, really gross. 0/13 sucked major donkey balls.

I grew up with eating the best of every thing my mother owned a restaurant my father was a vegetable farmer now I farm organic vegetables I dont eat out much but since Ive beene ating China Garden i cant get enough Alliston very lucky the best and freshest Chinese food i ever eaten

Great food

Horrible food! Any kind of ribs honey garlic or BBQ were more bone & gristle than meat. Chicken balls are not traditional instead they are small bits of battered tough to chew crap. Batter is horrible on breaded shrimp. Will never go back!

Amazing food. Big portions! The honey garlic ribs were great. The general tsos chicken is my favorite.I highly recommend it!
