Their ice cap machine wasnt working properly, so they gave me a creamy chocolate chill free of charge.

This is the only stop youll need to make before work. They open early and actually have food.

Gets my order wrong twice and takes an eternity to replace one drink. Absolute disrespect from the employees to the customers when their mistake is pointed out.

They never have honey for my tea, and rarely have my chosen retro/specialized donut when requested through the app online! The staff however is usually friendly and helpful. Food

Absolutely terrible service. Mobile ordered before so I wouldnt have to wait. Show up and there are approximately 10 people waiting for their order and nothing is coming out. Meanwhile 12-15 cars through drive thru before one customer inside got served. Nobody could answer anything, just shrugged their shoulders. Waited 10 minutes for a bagel and muffin. Brutal.

I had the most delicious bagel ever. The layouts a bit weird but other than that a good time

Ordered 2 bagels and large coffee Bagel #1 ordered toasted with cream cheese and 2 tomato slices. Not toasted and no tomatoes. Bagel #2 ordered toasted with butter. It was burnt with no butter Ordered large dark roast regular. No cream no sugar but lots of coffee grounds. Extremely disappointed with the quality and service

This Tim s has to be the most well run, efficient and by far the most friendly across all the ones I ve been too. Every time I visit, they re so kind and my order is always perfect!

Went to grab a latte at 10pm to be told they wont serve me because they cleaned the machine so they werent serving lattes anymore. Arent they open 24hrs??? Went to the other location in town and had no problem getting my latte was even told that takes 4 to 5 minutes to clean the damm machine. This location wont see my money again. Very poor customer service.

We had an emergency at this location in Alliston, I had to run back in to get help and ask for first-aid kit ,the manager there went above and beyond to help us assist my husband as he was injured in the parking lot due to the wind outside . We are forever grateful for the fast response and help . Along with two strangers that stopped to assist as well . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts . My husband ended up getting 4 stitches on his eye , however his eye has swelled up . So prayers he will heal up .

Great atmosphere and service

Justin worse person ever met in my life, very dirty employee, very dirty gloves, took the coffee away from me when I complained about dirtiest of handling my food, and told me to duck off . Refuse to me the owner name !!!!!

Poor experience...15 min wait time for drive thru order, when being 1st in line!!!! Bacon grilled cheese came without Bacon, not grilled!!!! It should be called cheese sandwich...

Fast friendly service

5 stars all around because of an employee named Krista. She goes above and beyond her job. One of the most pleasant persons I have come across. She deserve a lot of praise from her bosses. She is simply wonderful.

Best Tim Hortons I ever seen. Clean space and polite staffs. I ordered take 12 and sort of a dozen of donuts this morning through phone call, and the lady took my order was so nice. She asked all the information she needed and prepared for me in 10 mins. When I got there, everything was ready for me.

Finally! Happy to review the improvement in this Tims location. The coffee is consistly good now, thanks to what I am assuming is new owner/management. If you stopped supporting the Dunham Tims please try again.

Nice looking tims, but so slowww

I was told I have to pay $.10 for a cup that always breaks on me. I order black coffee and my cup always breaks apart. Well today, it was burning hot and burnt my thumb. Your store told me I need to message the online team about paying for a cup and now the online team told me I need to go to the store. Absolutely horrible customer service. Youve already lost so much business from me. At least McDonalds cups dont break on me.

Took 30 minutes stuck in the drivethrough for a bagel, this place is the worst tim hortons ever and runs slower than my 2 year old daughter

Tim s is never an elite experience but this location just sucks all around. My husband just pick up breakfast from here and they forgot bacon and added cream cheese on BOTH of our bagels since he was charged for both the extra cream cheese and bacon for both bagels I just don t get how it was missed completely. If you re gunna charge us extra for it, more attention to detail would be nice.

My experience was obviously dreadful I ordered a loaded steak wrap with extra sauce & I was given a dried up nasty tasteless thing that they called a wrap but it was far from it. Parking: The parking was the best part of my experience BIG TIME

Shouldn t state that they re open 24 hrs if you can t go inside and order. Sucks as a highway plow operator that we can t get a hot cup of coffee after plowing most of the night because the doors are locked at 11 pm.

Disappointed in the donut size, even the classic donuts were small. Also had a habanero chicken wrap which was much smaller than the pictures on the menu board seem to suggest. Not a very good food experience here. The coffee was good of course and the service was very friendly.

Customer service needs a few improvements especially with the man that was serving me. He made my order perfectly and stirred the drinks to perfection but a smile goes a long way. Along with no attitude because you re serving store front even though your on drive through.I get it did Tim hortons for 10 years the job is not always the greatest but team work is a necessity.

Worst night staff ever

Would give 0 star if I could seems like every time Ive been in lately my orders have been getting messed up went in for an extra large steep tea triple triple with milk this morning ending up with a coffee not fun when you dont realize till you start your shift at 620 am and cant switch it out , just save the money and time and mak3 your coffee at home or find another location.

This place was awful. We stood forever waiting for service (and so did everyone who came in after us - some of whom had to call out for someone to serve them). They didn t have rice to make the power bowls. The soup was cold. The butter for the buns was frozen. When I advised the staff about the soup I was told oh and that s it. Won t be back.

Waited 25 mins in drive through. Never again!

The best place in Alliston Coffee is always HOT & donuts so FRESH Staff are ALL so friendly and kind. Beautiful patio outside with umbrellas for shade in the summer. Very peaceful and pleasant surroundings. Parking: so many parking spots available Wheelchair accessibility: Right at the front door

very bad service you dont get what you ask for

Timely service and supportive staff that were super friendly and kind with our little darlings. Kid-friendliness: Patient and very eager to pick the right treats the kids were eyeing.

Just waited 15 minutes in drive through, only to receive a tea tasting like coffee. Lousy service and waste of money.

My donuts were stail and tuff

Much improvement is needed! Terrible service, it was 12 in the afternoon and they had no hash browns or bacon available like what is that about. Tho the service given was with a smile it was also given in a house of lies.

This is the worst tim hortons I have ever been too they always get my order wrong, they make you wait way too long and they dont care about there job. Dont go here.

They are the best place to have coffee

They apparently seek incompetent staff to work evenings and weekends. Even when its dead quiet theyll take forever and get the simplest of orders wrong.

Great morning crew Monday-Friday, always friendly taking orders and always serving the drinks actually steaming hot! Not only are the drinks hot when I order my larges from this Tims location they actually will fill it to the top of the cup! This is the morning crew Im talking about though!

Drive thru is typically slow but they are a busy location. Food is always good and coffee is always hot

An average Tims. It has a small and awkward feeling dining room; they still have some covid screens up. Decent drive thru. A good amount of parking. Away from the retail plaza across the street, which it makes it feel isolated and out of place.

There is an employee on the night shift that is very unfriendly, has poor customer service skills and can never get our orders right.

Update ... 2 months later.. still the slowest Tims weve ever been to... The slowest service. Were always avoiding this location because the drive thru takes at least 15 minutes. Food : 3/5

Looks great I want to visit Canada just to dine in this location.

Currently under construction so they just have a mobile Timmys. Staff were nice. Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly.

I have nothing but problems every time I go to the drive thru. Everytime I go it takes forever to scan my qr code if it even scans at all and today it scanned (you heard the beep)but it would not except the scan and pay.

Said open 24 h but is only the drive truth, thanks trucker really disappointed

If you have 1hr to waste then get into the drive thru. Dont come here after 4pm unless you want to waste your night, absolutely horrible speed and customer service. Big time joke of a Tim Hortons

My son Patrick got horrible food poisoning and was in the hospital for a week. I dont like Patrick.

Service was really great employees are all smiles and Kelly makes sure her customers are taken care off..very clean but I really miss the private booth to sit in they were comfortable.the hard chairs no good.. Parking: Lots of parking

I asked the girl for something iced and sweet and she understood the assignment. I have really bad social anxiety so sometimes ordering for myself if I havent practiced is nerve wracking but she understood and got me a large iced vanilla coffee of some kind.

I love the service here! It is always friendly, quick and my order is correct. The new scan at the order board is great! Makes it quicker getting my order at the drive thru window

To many people in the kitchen, makes a disaster about to happen. When I order they always get my order wrong or give it to someone else. Only in Alliston by across Walmart.

Horrible. Lots of rude teenagers working there throwing things around not doing there job. I asked for 4 different things they didn t have any of it. All they had was a grilled cheese. I was in there for 25 minutes waiting for my food.

The girl in the morning shift today is really nice and the guy too who took the order. And the order was prepared really fast.

I used the Drive thru on this visit. service was fairly quick and was as expected for a Tim Hortons Restaurant.

This location needs lots of improvement. The staff is a hit and miss. The food and drinks is always a miss. You would think since it s a franchise and the food is the same processed products at each location that it would be consistent wherever you go. I could taste the freezer in the biscuit of a farmers breakfast sandwich as it was not fully toasted and slightly cold. When they are out of products they fail to tell you and serve you something else without asking and you don t realize until you drive away.

This review is strictly for the drive-thru. Dont bother going through it unless you have 30 minutes to spare.

Unless you leave yourself alot of extra Time dont stop at this tim Hortons they are extremely slow and rarley do i recieve everything correct Its by far the worst tims i have ever been at and i stop daily You are better off driving down 89 to the one beside rexal They are so much faster and provide amazing service Another better option is up 89 to the one across from home hardware

For a Tims they was long line but it was lunch rush. The time for service could have been better. The drinks were unmixed. Just not at all. They were doing alright.

Absolutely Horrible service. Wait in like for 20 mins and 5 mins every staff member was focused on drive thru. That includes all the staff taking the inside orders. These mangers and owners need to give their heads a shake and learn how too run a business like this.

Disappointed in the management customer services. I ordered a steak and cheese combo, I didnt check at the time but into my drive on the road I discovered it was bacon and cheese sandwich... when I called to air my complaint after being in the drive through for more than 20-mins this is what I got. Actually, it was my wife that called.. the manager didnt say I am sorry, or apologies, she immediately said, this is what I can do for you... the next time you are here there will be a free sandwich for you... that is SOME customer services. Btw, I paid for the dern breakfast so you arent doing me any favors by giving me a free sandwich. Sandwich went to the garbage because I dont eat bacon. Most importantly, if you had just said sorry that would have been the end of the conversation... So much for customer services..

The drive thru was booming, so we decided to dine in. They allow it as long as you have your vaccine passport. The staff was very efficient and we had our order within minutes of ordering it. Despite the location being so busy we were able to enjoy a nice quiet lunch near the window so we could watch everyone as they drove by. Would stop in again if given the chance.
