Good management/team. Visited the town for work and spent 2-3 hours there on Sunday. The washroom and common areas were kept clean. Service was fast. If they have a procedure to have the tables cleaned regularly, that would be fantastic.
This Tim Hortons location has never gotten an order right. Considering the rising costs this is beyond frustrating. Last trip I ordered cold brew with espresso foam (a $4 beverage) to be handed a drink with no espresso foam. When I asked where the foam was the associate said “they were out”… how is it fair to charge a customer for an item you knowingly do not have? So dishonest. This morning ordered 2 Turkey Bacon Clubs on croissants for $19, made it home to find no bacon or mayonnaise. There was no substitution here except for the croissant, how can this happen? I reviews are being reverted from 1 star to 5 once the GM reaches out to them, but nothing actually changes at the storefront.
I went through the drive through this morning around 6:10 and the girl that was taking my order was rude! When she first cane on the speaker it was just a bunch of mumbled words I could not understand what she was saying, so I said pardon and she came back on so rude " What can I get for you?" When I got to the window I asked the girl for the name of the person that took my order and she said I am not sure! Well I will not be back. Mcdonalds coffee is cheaper maybe the service is better! The service through the week it excellent.
I recently visited Tim Hortons and ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but was disappointed when I received a plain bagel instead. It seems that my order wasn’t heard or handled correctly. While I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, this experience was frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to my usual bagel with cream cheese. I hope they can focus on double-checking orders to prevent mix-ups and improve customer satisfaction.
I have been going to this Tim Hortons for a couple years. Each morning I am greeted with a smile, the staff is incredibly kind and diligent. Trudy and Diana never fail to make my day better. I have an atypical order and the staff ensures the order is correct each time, and have no problem remaking or altering a drink to the taste of the customer.

This is fifth time in this month they forgot to put sugar in my drink. I think they need proper training before making drinks. I can’t come back to change drink every time. I wish can meet there GM or management.

The team lost my order and left me waiting for 15 minutes! Following this complaint I got a pleasant email apologizing for the service, from the GM. I m extremely impressed that in these times he took time to explain what had gone wrong.
Asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese pretty much just got the bagel no cream cheese at all crazy that someone would give that to a paying customer

Worst place ever never ever going back. Order coffee with milk get black. A few times now only at this location order one bacon wrap and one sausage wrap. They never mark which one is which. All other locations they say bacon is marked with letter B amazing. These idiots never do start driving have to open wraps to see what is what. Dont like there job look for a new one not rocket science. Always hated that location always full of losers staff. Unbelievable this place has to be full of illiterate people. Havent been there in a while decided to try it again. Again the wraps were not marked . And they put sugar in my coffee . When I asked for non.if I could I would give then a minus 10 useless people

So today is the last day I will ever go to this location. I used to be here 7 days a week. However, the accuracy at this location is horrible and is getting even worse . I only go there maybe 3 to 5 times per week and now two of those times the order is wrong. The beverage is so wrong that you can t even drink it and it s now become a waste of time and money. I have made many complaints. Nothing has been done about it , no one has changed the process or the way things are done , so I m done! Tip: drive-through should be fast, accurate and friendly!!!!

This place always take so long with orders. One time before took 40 minutes to make it through the line and had to help others get their orders correct by calling staff. Tonight I went and ordered a tea and 10 pack CHOCOLATE timbits. My order was like 10 dollars or something, got handed my tea and told to have a good night. I said I ordered timbits and when I opened them after driving realized I had gotten all the plain timbits. And got told to repeat my order 3 times while ordering. This Tims is actually the worst one in the area.
This place is so unorganized with deliveries. It s unbelievable you sit there and watch them tripping over each other.
Wow ... Just wow. I was warned when I first moved in not to ever go to this Timhortons but wow. Its 10am and they have sold out of hashbrowns as if the 40 min I waited to get to the speaker wasnt enough to cook up more. But the lady at the window was just horrible, rude, brash and quite frankly repulsive. Its roll up the rim time, I had my app ready to scan but she THREW the card reader out for me to pay while she was looking behind her. No hi, no nothing. I said, after tapping so you guys arent doing the scanning for the roll up the rim? She said yes but its too late now. In an angry tone. I asked so you dont tell people? You just make them pay and say too late huh? And then she replied with its been going on long enough, you should know already. I was warned. Yesterday a client of mine had her whole order wrong. My husband got buttered bagels with NO BUTTER ON THEM. I could go on. Nope, it was my first time there. Never again. Im done with this location already. Fire that lady, asap or Im going to head office. Stop hiring people who cant deal with customers. WOWOWOWOW I HAVE TO EDIT THIS?? My coworker got me a croissant with butter via doordash... They gave us peanut butter. Its literally written for you and you gave me not at all what I asked for. Glad Im not allergic.

This was the first time my husband and I were every here. We were at a funeral in town; we dont live in Alliston, and after the service we decided to get our timmies. This location was very clean, staff were fast and friendly and most importantly the restaurant was very clean.
Just stopped in for a coffee and donut. Got the retro sugar twist and Idk if they are a limited time item but I hope they arent. The location was well kept and staff were pleasant and proficient. Also my coffee was hot Food : 5/5

This is one of the slowest Timmies Ive ever been to. Unfortunately its one of the only quick places to go to for lunch from my work. There are times when Ive waited 10-15 to order with only a customer or two in front of me. Orders are often wrong as well so make sure you check everything before leaving, especially if you use the drive-thru.
Well Im not happy with the time Hortons this evening. Not because of the staff. But the owners themselves. They left there staff with only 2 people working. The other 2 that were there just left them. Did not try to help before leaving nothing. The poor girl at the counter was trying so hard to keep up and the supervisor was trying to do everything else. The new owners should be a shamed of themselves. Do better tim hortons, do better for your employees.
Tim Hortons all over Toronto have lost quality. The places are very dirty, the quality of food is terrible and a lot of them had cut the portions but this location in Alliston is the best. The staff always very friendly and professional. The place is very clean and the portion are like the original. I highly recommend this location. :)
Went to the store to get some coffee after the gym at 8:50pm and all the doors were locked, even though the store front hours of operation say s closed for 10pm. Don t know what to say about that but it s not the first time with this situation. Also says 24/h drive through but yet I have found the store closed with no one inside after 10pm very inconvenient
i usually go to the tim hortons in alliston before my shifts. needless to say, they never make my food or drinks when i place a mobile order. i always end up waiting for it and i m always almost late to do so. even when i m not working too. i would place a mobile order and still have to wait for it. sometimes it s not very busy. the workers are slow and do not pay attention.

Just purchased four simple select muffins ; most disgusting thing from Tim Hortons I ever had the displeasure of putting into my mouth!!!! Dry, burnt ., can t say enough . I d give a Negative 5 if it were possible. Other locations same meal terrific!! Shape up!!!
As a former employee and now a customer, having stood on both sides of this restaurants counter, I can say I highly recommend this location for speed, service and atmosphere! I highly recommend this franchise location!

The place is absolutely filthy. Grab a broom and sweep the floor 9 kids working behind the counter at tim hortons and running into each other and getting nothing done. They need some supervision and guidance.

This is a smaller tims with only one till to place orders, and I went at a peek time so there were alot of high school kids waiting for orders too. So it was a little unorganized when trying to get the orders

Yesterday June 4 2023 my husband and I stopped at this location. The ladies washroom was NOT clean. In addition there was no toilet tissue in either stall, nor was there soap in the dispenser. The men s washroom was NOT clean either. Needless to say we did not stay to order food. You must do better.

food was great, me and my friends got what we needed and left. but there was a kid named Alex who refused to give my friend (another Timmies employee) a cup of water and wouldn t even make his drink for him, he had to ask the other lady. on top of it he felt the need to cuss at my friend while there were two other ladies behind us.
Terrible. Rude staff. They never pay attention to the in store kiosk orders, second time I ve waited while other had their orders taken and got their coffees before me, and I still had to go up and ask them about mine.

What a painful and disappointing experience we had at this location. We decided to go in to order since drive thru seemed quite busy. What a mistake. So much chaos and disorganization. Waited 1/2 hr only to find out our order was lost. Got our coffees , but not our Tim bits or muffin. Management/supervisor caused most of confusion for your staff.
The staff that is there are great but, there is never enough staff so the waiting times are ridiculously long and if you notice there was a mistake with your order and you try to go back in, good luck. Again, the staff is great but just never enough of them. Cant try to serve 30 customers in line with only 4 employees and a drive through.
I thought this was open 24 hours. Went on Aug 21 and sat in the drive thur and Noone was taking orders.

Wow can t even follow their own menu. When an item is supposed to be served warm, then you make sure it gets warmed up before serving. Even states it on a the menu served warm Mangers should be embarrassed, what a joke. I will take my $4 back.

This location is one of the dirtiest Hortons Ive been in, especially the washroom, dining area , particularly the floor and outside at the garbage container.
Stopped at five different Timmies yesterday was the only place that had strawberry timbits!
typical timmies...typical food itens... fairly quick service... the one nice thing is there isba wendys attached so you can get a double burger with a double double at timmies...
9/10 times if youre ordering after 9am, theres basically nothing available. A rushed feeling is given the moment you start to place your order. The orders are usually wrong if your changing anything that isnt standard of the sandwich or combo. Also Im pretty sure everytime theres a charity event going on they intentionally tell the customer that the points card scanner is not working. Youre never able to redeem anything on these days. That needs to be changed. You cant force people to donate. There should always be a choice.
Went through drive through at 5:45 tonite drive through was so backed up and service was awful ordered dec coffee and tea coffee looked like sludge and couldnt drink it tea was 1/2 full. This Tims is usually very good through day time but night shift is terrible. Step up !

Visited approx 10am Oct. 29/23. Ordered food and also used women s washroom. I could tell that it s been quite a while since the washrooms were clean. So gross. No cleaning record posted anywhere. Every single area of the room and the entry to the washrooms unsanitary. Food was good.

Not the best service or quality but if you need a fix its here. Dont expect speedy as its never speedy. Unless at like 1130 on a Sunday haha. The staff done have a great reapore. No smaile with ur coffee. Was in for a coffee on November 25th. Watched an employee grabbed a bunch of timbits with her bare hands to place them in a box. F gross.
One of the worst services experienced in recent times. If you are not interested to serve food to customers, its better not to be in store for the sake of being available. I order 2 chicken bowls and the person said not chicken not available. When I asked for steak says thats not available and when I asked whats available in bowls thinks and says I have some veg available as though she understood I only need non veg. I didnt pursue further and ordered online from Tottenham store and when I went to pickup they said they dont serve hot meals after 7 pm and told me I should go back to the Alliston store and collect it from there. When I said I am coming from Alliston as I was told they ran out, the person said thats not possible and she will inform this to her manager and apologized to me and told me to get a refund online. At least she had the courtesy to do that, so five stars to that store manager!

I find the staff could keep checking the dining area. If you got time to lean, you got time to clean. Lots of time, you have to look for the cleanest dirty table.

Ive had A LOT of bad experiences at Tim Horton restaurants, but this one is tye exception. Assistant manager Nice was immediate on helping a new staff member ad solved the issue right away

Tim Hortons service is all round horrible now. No matter what one Ingo to food and coffee is mediocre and the people have no customer service skills. Havent bothered with Tims in over 2 years now. Rather Mc Donalds coffee now or Starbucks!!
Really great service. Fast too considering the line up at the drive thru and it was lunch hour. Everything was correct and I received it all at the window even though they were unsure if the steep tea would be ready in time. Great staff
