Friendly staff but whenever I order a bagel its always completely burnt and almost inedible.

Just another time Hortons. The employee taking orders was clearly miserable and hating her life. Vegetarian options: Eat meat ! Dietary restrictions: Theres a multitude of options Parking: Gas station location with tons of parking Kid-friendliness: Inside a has station store. So obviously children are permitted to enter. Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors with ramp.

I have been going to this location for several years and I find it reliable and friendly with your orders, only drive-through.

I really like it when I make an online order, show up 5 minutes later stand for 10 minutes and then they tell me oh I just seen your online order and then proceed to be very confused as how to read the online order and make tell them my order all over again

I have never had a Starbucks Say they cant make me something. I simply requested a larger cup which every other Starbucks in Ontario and quebec has done for me except this one location. Drove 30 min to another location that knows customer service... not one hassle for a cup

The old lady at the window was not very nice, she was super quick with her words both at the ordering screen and at the drive thru window. Making it seem like we were wasting her time. When we asked her about one of the drinks to make sure it was right, she said yup and shut the window very fast. Guess what. The drink was wrong. We didnt even bother going back to this one because the lady wouldve been no help. Disappointing. Truly.

Gas station. Cant be a good atmosphere. But service was great and even with the large order I gave them, They got everything right

Doesn t even deserve a star but I have to for the sake of writing this review. As a valued customer spending thousands of dollars a year at Tim Hortons, I was immensely disrespected by the staff at this location. We were ordering coffee and the lady taking our order was not very attentive to what we were saying when ordering and she was very impatient throughout the whole process. When wanting to change our order prior to moving up to the window to pay she stated that she had already made the coffee and said next time you should say that first, I already made the coffee in a very short and rude tone. When we pulled up to window, the older lady there was quick to be rude letting us know that we are in the wrong for wanting to change an item in our order prior to even completing it . The ladies working specifically a younger lady screamed out the window to never return so let that be a message for everyone to not go there. They finished by saying we want to go home in 25 minutes . I m sorry but if the store is open the service provided should held to the same standards no matter the time. There s another Tim Hortons in the area, about 12 mins away! Go there instead! Staff are more pleasant!

Tim hortons has a new policy where your stay at the drive through window is timed. Americano coffee is not ready with your order. You must park and wait. Sometimes they bring it out sometimes they are too busy and I have to go in. Ill bring my own coffee in the morning. Good bye Tim.

Best and happiest people at drive thru window EVERY morning, so cheerful. And this morning? A young gentleman made my day and restored my faith in humanity ......at the window I realized I didnt have my wallet :( and asked if I could please pay Monday since Im there every day - without hesitation he said yes, no problem at all. THEN? I called the manager to express my appreciation for this young man and she was grateful for the call AND? Said, pay when you can, and if you cant come back dont worry - its on us! Double gift of good people. Thank you.

Service with a smile, but the food was a disappointment. Grilled cheese was like cardboard, and my Iced Coffee had no sugar (little at bottom).

Extremely rude person (Daniel) taking dt orders. Wouldnt stop talking long enough for me to complete my order. When I mentioned how annoying that was, he told me to take my business elsewhere. I most certainly will. And, as usual, they messed up my 2 item order.

Wouldnt serve me ... guy stayed in the back room. Never came out to serve me ...

I thought I already gave this place a terrible review. Some of the staff are just next level terrible. I pulled up and went to use my phone to collect points and the women asked if I was using the stupid app was beyond confused. They do training sessions to teach them how to promote the Tims Card and app and this angry old women who I guess just hates smartphones will openly criticize you if you use it. Foods decent though, only reason this isnt a 1 star review. Old women roughly 55-65 should never be allowed to do customer service. And theres an Indian girl roughly 19 or 20 with such an attitude its hard to imagine how she found employment. I guess they will hire anyone at this point but I still go through the drive through from time to time and literally expect to be yelled at or insulted. HI can we offer you some drive through bullying with you coffee?

Stop there every morning.

Staff here are extremely rude. They always get orders wrong. Coffee tastes burnt. If a customer orders an iced tea and doesn t mention a flavour one would think they would like lemon not raspberry. Take your harsh tone away and perhaps get a job where you don t need to speak to people for a living.

I go there quite often and have an extremely wonderful lady that knows my coffee prefect Im not sure her name Im guessing Emma maybe so my bad experience is that I ordered the of the wraps and it had no sauce and was done messy as well as all the sandwiches Ive ordered its a sham I leave a tip every time and Im not ok with the sandwich makers getting it they are the most sloppiest employees Ive ever seen

No drive through

The Drive thru lines continue to move slower, yet Tims, adds more product.

Ordered a simply sausage on a biscuit with mayo lettuce and cheese. I received a cold sandwich on a very cold English muffin. I went in again to fix the order and to get it warmed. I again received a cold sandwich, untoasted on an English muffin. They literally gave me a cold sandwich twice! They didn t even have the courtesy to apologize or to make the order warm or correctly. I won t be back! Slow service! I waited 10 minutes for the first cold sandwich and an additional 7 minutes for another cold sandwich!

Good place. But like many other places, the hours are different.

uncleanliness - washroom is very dirty, toilet does not flush properly and the sink in the mens and women washroom does not work.

Rude as heck

It was a longer than usual wait for my order today. Ordered online for drivethru pick up. Not sure why it took longer. I suspect it was for the steeped tea to brew as it was nice and hot and fresh.

The service was okay. Unfortunately there were flies and wasps flying around in the case where the cookies and donuts were being stored. I almost didnt buy a doughnut.

Was not particularly pleased that my item was bagged and then tossed about 2 meters onto the drive through counter.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited almost 15 minutes to order my coffee whilst there were only 2 people in front of me. Loads of staff in the back. Noone acknowledged that I a customer was even there. I tried paying for a friend behind me and was told no and hurried through my transaction. After being made to wait for so long to even place my order. I would never use this facility ever again and would strongly suggest that anyone who is on even a loose time schedule to largely avoid.

Se we went to this Tim Hortons on Sept20,2022. We ordered the grilled chicken bowl, instead they gave us crispy chicken with no lid.. they didn t have any tissues at all. Moreover, lot of flies in there and i was shocked to see that because I had never seen this much flies in any tim hortons in Canada.. the employees named keily and amanda were working.. this is store is out of inventory and owner should take all this matter seriously.. i have no idea how this store is still running.

Made my wifes wrap with crispy chicken (aka soggy breaded chicken) instead of the slow cooked chicken we requested and was correctly entered on our order. Also the lettuce was dead and going bad on the edges. My loaded wrap was good but I dont understand why the loaded wraps are not served in the cardboard sleeves that their other wraps come in? The flimsy paper the loaded wraps are wrapped with is not enough to hold in the drippy sauce aor to hold the wrap.

Great customer service! I was there at around 5:25pm on my way home. The order was perfect and the service even better! Would definitely recommend this as a stop during your trip. You will be greeted with a smile and you will receive great Tim Hortons quality food.

Okay. This is the second Tim Hortons that I have reviewed. But this one also deserves a full five stars. Yes. There are some that arent too great. But the staff are what makes the difference.

Even with a big line up at the drive through during the lunch hour, the service was very quick and I got exactly what I asked for.

Extremely slow!! Spent an hour in line to get one coffee

It was 9am, Ordered an iced capp and a BLT on a croissant, told me they couldnt do lunch menu. So I pointed out the BELT option. Made me my sandwich. Charged me extra for the croissant. I went on my way. I was driving bout a KM away , decided to eat the sandwich, opened the bag,no croissant, they gave it to me on the bread served w chili. Not even toasted. Ridiculous amount ot mayo used. Shoulda just bought timbits and call it a day.

The absolute slowest Tim Hortons in Ontario. Do not go through the drive thru unless you want to wait 3x longer than usual. But the food is fresh and they get the order right, so 3 stars for that.

So i went for a tea today. And the girl with tatoos on her arm very fair in complexion had so bad attitude that i couldnt believe. We went to the window she gave us tea and we said thank you but she almost threw that cup on us and was showing so much attitute. She had two rings in her hand which i guess are not allowed in food industry and very big nails. Worst tim hortons i have ever visited.

I usually give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to Tim Horton s locations because they are usually busy and deal with high volumes of customers but this location is one of the worst ones that I ve been to. They constantly make mistakes with orders. The staff is friendly depending on who is taking your order. It is in a gas station, which is ok, but be prepared to wait a while to get through the line up of cars. Food is standard for a Timmy s but they actually do make the coffee well.

Gas is always the most expensive by far !!!! Get yourself a journie card and go to pioneer or ultramar. The points system doesnt take long at all to be able to save .07 per litre. Among other gifts and prizes.

I got an iced coffee this morning and by the time we got half way home half of it was gone because there was a hole in the bottom, not the first time I ve had an experience like this from this place
