MY breakfast was perfect, staff was attentive and I got a table right away. Very enjoyable.

Everything was good there except for it was so expensive to eat there didnt realize it until we had to pay couple cheeseburgers with fries and two drinks were was $60

Thank you for the great service on Wed june 5th. A group of us came in for coffee and had a wonderful lunch. We were attending a celebration of life for a wonderful lady/friend that we shared a passion for motorcycles with. When we were leaving it started to rain, as many of us were on motorcycles, one of the staff can out and handed us cloth to dry our bikes off. THANK FOR THE THOUGHFUL GESTURE. It will be remembered. This had been my go to place for breakfast & the homemade daily lunch or dinner specials plus the menu eats, for the last 12 years living in Alliston. The food has always been superb & Krista is a most welcoming hostess & animated in her upbeat manner :) Families of all ages enjoy the retro environment & it remains a true throw back to good eats, a good time & real customer service, which every employee deserves recognition for! Vegetarian options: Ive enjoyed every salad on the menu, always fresh & crispy. Vegan burgers are menu items I have not eaten. Dietary restrictions: The chef is happy to accommodate your meal according to your needs, whenever possible. Parking: Sufficient parking spots in front & behind the diner, easily accessible from main street. Kid-friendliness: All aged kids are welcome with booths or table & chairs & high chairs for the really young. Bathrooms easily accessible Wheelchair accessibility: Non automated doors are wide enough to navigate, but bringing a friend would be helpful. Plenty of space to enjoy your meal.

A couple of friends and I eat here regularly. The atmosphere is always pleasant, quiet, and relaxed. The servers are nothing but excellent, always friendly and inviting. And the food is consistent, which is awesome. Its definitely a spot to check out and make your new regular!

Had the chicken fingers and waffle fries. Chicken was very greasy and fries were cold. Usually have a good experience here though.

Chain restaurant, but they execute perfectly on what is in their control. Ive eaten at many different Wimpys, and this one was top quality in terms of franchise standards. The serving staff was friendly and personable. A real throwback to old school diners where you instantly felt comfortable and cared for. Food arrived fast and hot. Parking: Additional parking is available in the rear of the building. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is available, and portions are great.

Huge portions and very tasty food. Our party mostly had Club Sandwiches and burgers - the waitress warned us that the larger burgers are absolutely immense, which was good to know. Even the regular ones fill the plates! Bright and clean with comfortable booths. Parking: Parking is right out front and has accessible spots.

Went for breakfast just after New Years. First waffle ordered was cold, replacement was not nice; grainy and dense, tasted like gluten free product not a Belgian waffle. Eggs Benedict sauce was cold and tasted like mayo. Waitress tried to say that was the traditional way, cannot find that recipe anywhere! (She also seemed annoyed when we raised these issues.) Hollandaise is prepared as needed and served warm. Just noticed someone else has complained about this. Clearly there is an issue! Felt the price was very high for quality received. I do not see myself going back when there are other options in town.

Wimpy s is a favourite; friends and I are there almost monthly for dinner, Kristen the waitress has the patience of a saint when dealing with difficult customers. And Lisa is friendly and very on top of drinks.

There is not enough stars for this place. In town for a hockey tournament and happened to go for breakfast and lunch. This establishment has the best staff I have ever seen in a restaurant. Maddy was outstanding and is the best waitress I have ever been served by, even fine dinning servers couldnt touch her. Thank you Maddy!

Warm and busy place. Wide range of hearty meals. Try the specials. Had cornbeef hash, which was good . Beer available in bottles. No draught.

My daughter and grandchildren took me for my birthday. Terrific meal. Not rushed and service above par. Cost unknown to me as I was the guest. Parking: Found a spot with no problem despite being very busy. Kid-friendliness: Everyone was relaxed and not rushed. Waitress patient and pleasant.

Great Dinner Food and service.

I sat down on the side with normal tables. And a waitress comes and angrily says to me and 3 other people. You know I cant see through walls right. Then comes back to give me a menu giving me a death stare and throws the menu on the table. I think because we were students she thought she could be rude.

Great staff. My family has breakfast everytime we visit Opa. The staff here is amazing, fun and my kids always want to return. Food is delicious, fast and warm. Selection is overwhelming, but havent devoured anything we can complain about. Thank you for amazing service.

Stopped here on the way home from my Daughters wedding. Kinda nice to stop at a little diner and grab a turkey diner for thanksgiving. Atmosphere and the food was great. Hats off to the server who went out of her way to ensure everything was taken care of

Came for breakfast this morning and our service and meals were pretty great! Our server had an amazing positive attitude with some funny remarks, we really enjoyed her I had the eggs Benedict with chipotle and it was really good! Our meals were all hot and everyone pretty much ate as much as we could until we were stuffed. Good value for the food you get. Thank you!

We went in on a sunday it was great food we did stand at the door while a woman stood and chatted while another one sested us. The associate was still chatting when we left. But food was first class not a bad price and you cant have everything now a days

They serve the best Cuban sandwich around. Service was friendly and fast. A nice family restaurant.

Sadly the hollandaise sauce was served ice cold, and when it was mentioned, we were told thats how its served or if you heat it, it turns to scrambled eggs and the food was meant to heat it up... we all had a good laugh at that one! Please learn how to cook/make hollandaise sauce so you dont have to make you staff say such ridiculous things!

Visited this location twice in the last month and the food is amazing, restaurant is clean and staff is efficient and friendly! What a gem! Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in, restaurant is huge and bathroom is accessible.

We come here frequently. While its been 2 months since our last visit, the waitress remembered how I like my soft drink and brought it over to me as soon as I sat down. Its nice to know you are remembered.

I have eaten at many Wimpys over the years Alliston Wimpys is top shelf diner experience the waiting staff are what puts this location on the top shelf Well done, diners done right. My advice is to look at the daily specials chalked above the counter not on the regular menu you can get an awesome surprise

Edited to change to 1 star after sitting with how poor of service we got & speaking with others. I will never go back and advise anyone I know to stay far away from this location. The morning staff Monday to Friday is absolutely amazing. They know our order and are always fantastic even when swamped with highschool kids! We came in tonight around 6:20 we got a menu and got seated. Being regulars we had a very good idea of what we wanted to order. The waitress came over took our drink order, we advised her we were ready to order our food and she walked away while telling us she ll be right back. She brings us our drinks and again we try to order and she refuses and states she ll be back in one second she just has to give out food for a customer. Ok no problem. Over 20 minutes later there s no sign of her return, so I go over to the cash wait in line behind a couple paying and ask if I can place my order. I was told no there are several people ahead of me that still need their orders taken first and I can t just jump the line. I explained how this is a first for me I ve never had a waitress refuse to take my order, I come there regularly and if the waitress is taking my drink order I ve always been able to place my food order. Again she states well there are several people ahead of me and I need to wait. To me that just seems extremely odd, I feel as though she couldn t handle the work load and would rather all customers just went home so she didn t have to work. The store was not overly busy, not nearly even as close to as busy as it gets during breakfast and the high school rush. We ended up leaving, she did not make us pay for the drinks, how ever I would never go back.

Asked for farmers Sausage and got smoked street Sausage instead. Hot stacks and cedar kitchen are still the best bet for a farmers Sausage breakfast.The three over easy eggs were good.

Have to give a shout out to this little eatery. My family were in the area for a hockey tournament, and decided to hit Wimpys for breakfast, that was a great decision. The staff are so friendly, and the atmosphere takes you back to your childhood years. The food is perfect. Its a good stop if youre out and about On a weekend morning.
