My friend picked me up a box of Peanut Buster Bars I cant believe the lack of fudge in each treat, I feel the peanuts where stale sad, I worked at DQ back in the day wow never again sad... chocolate Flavor coating wow not even real chocolate Sad Very Sad Crystal Placido so disappointed

The usual DQ. But. The folks working here now have zero interest in being there. Zero personality and zero desire to do a friendly job.

I went to Dairy Queen on my birthday, and Gurvir at the drive-thru made it so special. He was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. It was an unforgettable experience, thanks to Gurvir!

Bad attitudes by employees bad food taste. There is a old lady she is good. A lady looks like Store manager always look rude at customer. Couple of days ago when I took my food to my home i could find hair in my food (Looks like gents hair). I had to throw my food!!! Its unhygienic and they don t use gloves or hairnets while preparing and serving food!!

Dairy Queen is a great place to have ice cream. However, prices are ridiculous.

Horrible customer service and ridiculous prices. The person taking orders at the drive thru was very difficult to understand and, when asked to repeat, made no attempt to speak more clearly. A small chocolate dipped cone cost $5.75!!!! A family of 4 out for a small treat...$23.00 for FOUR cones. That is pure owner greed. Other DC locations charge much less. Wont be back. Ever.

Sloppy spelling... chunk of cake missing.. Im guessing from a spelling mistake. Looks like a finger scoop but who knows. Looks like a 4 year old decorated the cake.. for 45$ is luaghable

My God, the prices are insane now!!! $5.99 for a medium dipped cone??? May not be their fault, but FF restaurants are pricing themselves out of the market for the Vox Populi. No wonder I see Escalades and Yukons in the drive thru, they are the only ones who can afford it.

Horrible location!! I paid for extra cookie dough blizzard and I didn t get any - they put 5 pieces of turtles and vanilla ice cream. My blizzard was liquid and they couldn t even flip it over. Staff was miserable and rude. Would never recommend!!!!

Just purchased an ice cream cake for my sisters birthday. Ice cream cake was ninety five percent vanilla ice cream. There was very little chocolate or reese filling. If I wanted soft serve vanilla ice cream I would have just bought vanilla ice cream from the store. Extremely disappointed. Very disappointed.

Where did customer go ... either you get the wrong food or not correct amount!! Very upsetting when you order 6 chicken strips and only get 4 small ones at that! For less then 18$ for onion rings and 6 strips but only get half the amount of food is getting a bit ridiculous! When I went back I was told I should have looked in the bag before I left ! Um excuse me!!!! So no replacement no nothing WOW!

I know the tipping culture had gone out of control already, but I didn t know we humanity would get so low to the point of asking for tips at a drive thru.

Sitting inside very quite pretty clean seats could have bein cleaned workers here very friendly.i have no issues I do miss the old place before they renovated with the picnic tables that was fenced in with trees .in the summer..

So happy with my experience with Dairy Queen in Alliston. I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday party. I asked for Happy Birthday to be written on the cake with the edible image I sent it. They ended up printing the happy birthday on the cake with the edible image. Their font choice was perfect for the cake theme and they added sprinkles to the top border which I felt tied the cake together. I didn t ask for either of those things but was VERY happy and appreciative for the extra work put into the cake. It was perfect and my daughter was very happy. Thank you!

The newly built, upgraded building is such a blessing. The staff were all great to encounter. I asked for a customization to my order to better suit my two toddlers, and the staff took this customization and ran with it with a smile on their face, so willingly. In the process of producing this customization, they ended up having a non serious accident and made a huge mess. Instead of making me feel like a burden and getting super stressed, they calmly and collectively, again with a smile, apologized for my wait and explained what had happened and what theyre doing to ensure my order was correct, without guilt tripping me or making me feel any negativity. It was an amazing experience and Ill be back to the location each time I am in town. All positive vibes on this visit. Its so family friendly. Im so tickled by this experience. Thank you !!!!! Great start to the 2023 season !

Love D.Q, but someone in management needs to figure out the drive-thru. I am still waiting, and it is going on 1 hour.

The staff are hung out to dry, I came in to grab a large blizzard and there was practically a line out the door. Brie and the rest of the team showed outstanding composure with their ability to get orders finished. There clearly needs to be more staff on at a time or some other form of change, the workers truly deserve better and should be commended for their efforts

I had to put my beloved best friend down yesterday. We wanted to get him ice cream before he passed and went to the DQ drive thru. The debit terminals were down and we didnt have any cash or time to go get some. The nice gentleman at the drive thru gave us the ice cream at no charge for my little guys final treat. The generosity and kindness of that will forever make me grateful. The last picture or video I have of him is eating DQ ice cream. I will go out of my way now to buy more ice cream. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM HERE!! Whoever the cake person is making orders should not be doing cakes! I have sent in 2 cake orders online in the past month and each time I show up to pick up my cake I am told it does not exist?! I have also seen this happen to other customers just this week! What is going on??! I shouldnt be showing up to my order that I put in a week in advance and being told that it is no where to be found DO BETTER!!

My husband and I went to this location at 930pm tonight (July 16) to buy dessert for our friends and our little family and someone stood outside and turned everyone away. We are out of town and our friends talked highly of this location! Thank God we live out of town and dont have to deal with this type of customer service.

Store closes 10pm. Coming home to rush buy an ice cream. Arrived 9:45. Store entrance closed and drive through blocked already. I wish the owner of the branch was there. He or she could have at least sold my family an ice cream. Service

We waited in drive thru for approximately 20mins. When we got to the window, we were asked to wait because they needed to heat up more dip for our cones not a problem. But the ice cream cones had already made and they sat on the counter for 2-3 mins. Once we received the cones they were already Partially melted and dripping through the dip. The edge of the cones was already filled with melted ice cream. This is what I was handed. As soon as you took a bite the melted ice cream just poured out everywhere. For $14, I would hope they would have just remade the two cones and dipped them instead of handing us a mess.

Very slow drive thru, didnt get my order correct . Was given attitude when I asked for receipt, and asked for ketchup and salt never got it . Asked again she gives me 2 salt and 2 ketchup for , a large fry , a kids fry, medium fry and onion rings ..wow so disrespectful and lazy cashier at the till..Ive worked in fast food as a Manger before I started Dental Hygiene... so I know the expectations...

Barely any hot fudge in a $8 peanut buster parfait. Super disappointed. Sept. 4th 23 - Been waiting in the drive-thru line for 1 hour now and have only moved up 6 car lengths but cant get out now due to the stupid curbs. Still another 10 cars ahead of us. And its not like anyone is parking and going in. Finally got to the speaker to order after 1 hour 20 min to be told there is no hot fudge. 2 vanilla cones for $15 with an hour and a half wait and not even an apology. Drive-thru should have been closed. Wont be coming back to this ridiculous location again.

We could not understand what the person taking the order was saying due to broken English and noise. No one else was in line so we moved to the window. Finally got our order in but somehow they messed up my give card. Telling several times we knew it had $11.91 showing them our last receipt they left the window. A young lady came to window asking us about our icecream order. At that point (10 min) since we ordered our of burgers NOT ICECREAM we knew our order was torally messed up..WE LEFT and will NOT RETURN!

September 13th 2023, around 2:55 I went to this dairy queen location, I havent been to dairy queen since summertime so I hadnt realized the menu changed. As I walked in I was greeted by nothing but dirty looks and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable but I ignored it. Me and a bestfriend of mine went to the counter and I couldnt really see but upon my previous encounters i had orders a reese pretzel blizzard so I could see so I assumed that was the only reeses blizzard since it was the only one there at the time I went before, I will keep it short but the customer service was horrible we were treated like we had done something wrong, they messed up our order three times and continued to disrespect us in a foreign language i felt very offended as my friend did and we will not be coming back.

Def the worst one ever. So slow, so bad, more expensive than any other in the area. Dont even bother.

This place is unbelievable. They close the drive-through like a half an hour before the store closes. I understand that people don t wanna stay later, but if you re open till 9 o clock, then you should be able to order till nine not just close down a half an hour before. On top of all that their prices are a lot higher than other Dairy Queen s I ve been to. Honestly, I d rather drive to Angus

due to the current covid 19 pandemic and with the numbers being so high and on the answering machine the store indicates they can accommodate to drive thru pick up...but when I called ahead Wonita was so rude and not understanding at all. I will never visit this location and anyways they are overpriced compared to any other locations.

I love coming to the Alliston DQ. The drive thru staff is friendly and helped me pick a perfect cake for my sons birthday even though I couldn t come in. My food was made to order - definitely worth waiting for!!

Waited 40min to order in store, they were prioritizing online orders over in store orders. Saw 10 families leave, while they only got 6 online orders.

Afternoon visit for ice cream! We both had blizzards and they were delicious. Mini size is just about the right size for me! Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Great staff, very kind and helpful. Hated parking and poorly laid out store. Crapped for big crowds and very claustrophobic when a lot of people in there. No good direction, things seemed jumbled. Yummy stawberry sauce on a sundae, I hate over sweet items, so food was very good.

Best place for soft serve ice cream..yum Last night was terrible, short staff so no indoor dinning, and the drive thru. I think we waited 1/2hr if not nor just to order. Food was still great.

THIS LOCATION HAS JACKED UP PRICES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Every DQ I go to is $6.75 for the liter ice creams. This place? $9.99. Which is ridiculous. I noticed immediately after their renovation they had their prices raised unnecessarily. they are more expensive than any other dairy queen, don t waste your time or money.

This location continues to be frustrating. Ordering in the drive thru is very difficult due to the speaker system, and the continued noise in the background of the order taker, Product is not always as warm as it should be....contacting the parent company has zero effect on improved service.

New building. First new experience is good. They follow covid rules. They have a flow through the building. They take everyone on a first come first serve basis. My kid was happy she got a pretty rainbow log cake. Sorry no photos cake was devoured. I go twice a year. Staff is polite and do what I ask. The ice cream is always exactly what I want. They also have gluten and lactose options. Dietary restrictions: Has gluten and vegan and lactose option. Parking: Lots of parking

Every year on my Birthday my boyfriend grabs me an ice cream cake. Im not a fan of this location because they REFUSE to use whipped cream over the gel pen when it comes to writing on the cake. Even though it is offered by dairy queen and is listed as an option on their website they still refuse to do it in store. This was the last year we get it from Alliston.

Bought the family some burgers and chicken strips combos. Came out to nearly $70 for two kids meals and two burger combos. The food was just ok not worth the $70

Service was quick, employees were friendly, but the prices are grossly unconscionable. Since when is a small Blizzard SEVEN DOLLARS!? I had to get a receipt as I thought there must have been an error. How can you go from $3.69 to $7?? I understand prices have been going up for everything, but there is nothing justifiable about price gouging. Shameful!

Im not from the area and stopped through to redeem a reward. I went through the drive-through only to be told that my reward could not be accepted because I did not have a code?? At any other location Ive had no problem with them scanning the barcode at the drive-through but apparently this location was not knowledgeable of how to do so therefore I went without my order. Not to mention the 15 minutes spent in the drive-through line.. Absolutely no judgment of the staff that were there but perhaps better training from the owner of the establishment to his staff so that this issue doesnt happen again.

Worst location ever. They shouldnt of even replaced it from the old Dairy Queen that used to be there. The parking is ridiculous, to get in and out of that drive thru, your full size truck aint gettin through there smoothly. The prices are outrageous compared to other Dairy Queens, last time I was in there it smelt like the vet place next door, attached to Dairy Queen. Such an unfortunate thing for our community.

I love paying $10 for ice-cream (blizzard) that constantly comes melted and the workers brush me off. Ill just get my kids ice cream elsewhere that will actually care. I should get the same quality blizzard from the drive thru as I would walking through the door. Yet my kid opened the lid only to have her ice cream pour all over her and her seat because it was melted.

Not the best dairy queen i been to. They didnt have any cotton candy blizzard and instead of telling me that they gave me plain vanilla with cotton candy sprinkles. Didnt like it at all so it was a waste. Other than that my experience has been decent.

Went today about 7:45 pm ... sign says open till 9 however door is locked and employee says they are closed and closed a half hour ago... meanwhile people were inside being served and people sitting at tables eating... very poor way to run a business . Not sure if it was a coincidence but everyone inside being served or sitting at tables were east Indians. Just lost my business

Stopped by for a treat with my son. Service was quick and we were happy with the blizzards we purchased. Only thing missing was the turn upside down of the blizzard before serving them to us.

Was excited to try the new DQ in Alliston, was very shocked to receive a bill of $45 for 2 adults and 1 child to eat, and even more shocked that the entire meal (except my husbands fries which we had to wait for) was completely cold. Too bad

I cant believe just bought a medium blizzard with Banana and Pinnepple and it cost just under $11.. Instead of substituting items they charged me for both toppings. The owners should be embarrassed of taking advantage of people. Whether you put Strawberries or Bananas I dont think it really makes a difference. If we all just stick together and not support this DQ then just maybe we will be heard instead of them replying the same robotic response to reviews. This clearly shows they have no care and will continue the price gauge.

The food was not very good. The staff was friendly and efficient but the food was just bad. Fries were smushy and uncooked, the chicken over cooked. The icecream lacked toppings. Many other DQs are much better.

Ordered on Feastify, cold food is typical at this point. Rotisserie bites are not it. Onion rings and flame thrower sauce saved the meal. 1 star DQ is not what I remember.

Triple chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream

Ordered thru the drive thru yesterday the sever at the window was not wearing a mask when I asked she looked frustrated and gave a comment about how many complained about this and that the fan in the window to prevent contamination. The ice cream lid was off and she was breathing over the ice cream. I refused to pay for the food and drove away to buy some Ben and Jerrys at the circle K

went through drive through which took forever. placed an order for 2 ultimate burger combos each with an extra patty for my husband and grandson. when I got home they said they didnt get their bacon on them. tried calling the restaurant multiple times and got no answer. left a message and they never returned my call either. 2 combos 45.00 dollars.

The menu keeps getting better but I wish I could say the same for the service we received. The young man who took our order seemed to be really out of it. I wondered if he was a new trainee. When we asked about what types of drinks they offered, instead of going over to the machine to look, he said, well, thats something Id say you should have looked up on the website before coming in. I thought that this was a bizarre thing to say to your customers. Its his job to know what is being served at the restaurant, isnt it? Would you go in to a restaurant and expect your server to say that you should already know whats on the menu by first visiting the restaurant website? Then, on another one of our questions, he said, hmm, thats a really interesting question! I honestly dont know. Then, he handed us our food and immediately turned his attention to another customer, completely forgetting our drink on the serving counter. When we asked for it, he looked confused and laughingly said, oh Im just so scattered today. This young man needs to either get a grip or get a new job where he doesnt have to interact much with the public.

Love this location . Ive been ording my cakes from here since they opened. They are very accommodating and always do such a good job . Not only are they good at making cakes but their hamburgers are soo fresh and delicious. Definitely a go to spot in the area .
