Coffee was hot, I avoid food at this location, always something...

Absolutely horrible staff! Your jobs aren t rocket science by any means!! Get your shit together!! Dam bunch of clowns -100/10!!!

Just another mediocre McDonalds.

Food was fresh and tasted good. Service was good as well.

Ordered McDouble extra patty. The meat was dried out and did not get that extra patty. This has happened for the 3rd time when I ordered delivery.

Stopped by the McDonalds in Alliston and used the drive-thru for a quick meal. The service was relatively fast, with only a short wait time. The staff took my order accurately, and everything was prepared as expected. Food was typical McDonalds quality consistent and just what I wanted for a convenient bite. Overall, a solid experience for a fast-food stop.

Forget everything, can t make simple burgers, keep syrup in drink machine, lettuce on burgers. That is if the person on window can not mess it up 8 times before

Incompetent staff they take your order but never enter it correctly, they put your food together like a sloppy Joe and then they look bewildered when you come back saying everything here is wrong what a disgrace and we should come together to shut down this piece of garbage

Service is good here, generally quick with orders. I like that they actually shake up their iced coffees here, most locations do not. Unfortunately, as with most McDonalds nowadays, being parked occurs fairly often. Usually resulting in 5-10min waits.

I ordered thought drive thru today and waited for my food for almost 15 min...still nobody came with our food and we get into the restaurant and asked for our order...it was kept aside packed a day they forgot to give it to us .....for 15 min...insane ..such a bad service..wish to give a 0 star

Bad food every time fries are bad long wait time both in store and drive through.

Do not go here during night hours. Day time it will actually taste good but make sure you check your food before you leave , multiple times driven to everett and missing items, patty missing just disappointing Food : 1/5

Went thru drive thru, fairly fast, food was fresh, and hot.

Havent gotten a single correct order from them, lady who Is always there at night who works the window is incredibly rude most days. Ive stopped expecting my order to be right from these people

The worker were preparing food in their bare hands which is very unhygienic and disgusting. It is a huge health hazard (the purchase was made on September 7th at 12.20 AM). Also have to wait a long time for just a small fries and a coke.

I stood in line to place my order for 4 minutes. I asked who is working on the cash. She finally comes over and replied I was gonna come but I had to get the other orders ready. Quite rudely. I then placed my order. Went and stood in line another customer said to.me his daughter works here. And said I should leave they dont have to surve me. Do I like when I work and people are telling me how to do my job. I said yes they do. Now I am posting it. I didnt yell at her just wanted to put my order in which was 2 drinks

The incompetence of the staff is truly staggering

Garbage bins were full. Drink station needed to be cleaned up. They did start to clean the garbage bins but it shouldn t reach that point before they should need changing.

Very clean, pleasant counter staff, had food delivered to the table, hot and tasty. A very pleasant experience!

Awful staff, just awful. There are only a few people at this location that are actually courteous and professional. As adults, the staff need to do better. As I ve been sitting in drive thru s 3rd window (where you pick up when they don t want you waiting at the 2nd window) for 10 minutes now, I decided to write this review. Went through tonight to grab a drink and snack wrap, as usual I had to repeat my code 5 times because they can never seem to hear it. The person working just kept on saying yup and ok to everything. I simply asked, do you still have the buffalo chicken snack wrap the reply was ok . Completely felt like I was annoying them by asking a question and this person clearly didn t want to do her job. It s McDonalds in Alliston . The food is usually subpar which we all expect, but the service should at least be decent. If you want to go to a McDonald s where you feel like you re inconveniencing the staff, definitely head to Alliston McDonald s !

Took a while to be served/noticed at the counter. Ordered a McDouble cheeseburger and it was sooo greasy. Grease all over the bun and even on the outside of the wrapper. Ewww. .

Coffees were perfect and service was excellent with a smile

The food was good but it seems like the staff struggle with McCafé orders. Our hot chocolate was only hot milk (the chocolate syrup was not added) and multiple other customers came back to the counter with complaints of wrong coffee orders while we were eating breakfast.

Ive never had a Mcdonalds with a more consistently awful customer facing experience as this location. Ordertakers constantly getting orders wrong, 10 minute wait for simple things like a bagel. McDonald s corporate use this location as an example for your training seminars of how not to run a franchise location

Standard McDonald s. No real issues, and the BLT McMuffin was good.

Slow like molasses. Takes 20 minutes to get through drive thru at night with only 3 cars. Same a few weeks prior. Not doing that again.

Sent like 6 cars to wait for food and waited 15 min for chicken nuggets And then when I got my food Ordered a large fry and a half of it was filled

Milkshakes are not what they used to be

I went there for a pick up and the staff is busy chit chatting inside the kitchen. I waited for my pick up for 12 minutes and then the employee is asking me after giving out other 10 orders. When i told my order number he took it out from the bottom of the table which was already prepared since long time. The carelessness of the staff consumed all of my time. Not so happy about the service.

Its probably the best tasting mcdonalds Ive had in a very long time. Will recommend it and will be back again. Thank you so much .

Ordered our food, after 10 minutes of waiting, 3 staff went on break, ordered thier food and received it before us. We waited 18 minutes total for 2 burger meals and they forgot one of our beverages.

Fantastic service. We went through the drive thru but had to wait for our order. We did not have to wait long and when Thomas brought out our order he was great. Very friendly, accommodating and very polite and helpful!

Not sure what s going on here. Literally everytime we go through drive thru they get you to park and wait. Even for simple orders. Not sure what s the point of a drive thru, sometimes long wait and it almost may be quicker to go inside .

The drive thru at the morning is crazy. There is a Jamican lady there and she doesn t even know how to talk. She cuts the drive thru call before finishing the order and never asks for if we need anything. She serves wrong food and she has always an attitude. She never says thank you or have a good day. Once she said BYE! very rudely. I want the branch managers attention about this matter. The lady has curly hair. I do not recommend drive thru at the morning.

Theyre messing up a heck of a lot of orders recently. Got handed a bag, receipt stapled to it checks out OK, get home and someone elses order inside. Not even close to what the receipt says. Was not even terribly busy at the time. Not impressed.

Every time we order in this location there is an issue, usually wrong order. It is so annoying that I no longer go through the drive through, only go inside as I will have to do it anyway to replace the wrong order. Unfortunately the only MC in the area.

Apparently, this is a large fry.... seriously? Got pulled over in drive thru because they were waiting on fries, which I had no problem with. But CLEARLY, they did not make enough fries for everyone and thought they could get away with ripping people off that ordered a large to make up for it. If I pay for a LARGE fry, i expect to have more fries in the box than that of a MEDIUM fry..... Do better.

I havent eaten at a McDonalds in quite some time but enjoyed my quarter pounder with cheese and a coffee as a quick lunch on the road. It was very good. The people taking and serving up my order were very friendly and professional. Cudos to them all. Food

standard mc ds but the service is super quick and the drive thru people are extremely nice and friendly. the food quality was great, hot and served well (portions have gotten allot smaller over the years which is not a restaurant fault at all) but i would go back if i wanted some fast food.

This is our main McDonalds. Theyre typically pretty fast here. Its made a high standard for other McDonalds that Ive gone to. Lobby staff is friendly and helpful, especially a young lady named Kyler. Vegetarian options: Unfortunately, McDonalds in Ontario still does not have any veggies burger options.

Usually pretty happy with the food and service here. I just got a quarter pounder combo and cheeseburger, only the pop and fries were good, the burgers tasted really really funky like they were tampered with but who knows. I will be dropping these burgers off tmro on the counter to get my money back.

One of those April days of dreary drizzle has just been warmed to the max thanks to the natural sunshine rays of friendly and caring front line hospitality as just bestowed upon an oversized order of famous McDonalds French Fries loaded with mayonnaise for that extra zingy flavor. Kudos indeed!

If you like to line up at the dive thru and watch other vehicles in the other line go through before you - you ve found the right spot here!!! Waited for person to come on the intercom to take order and nothing. Hello - is this thing on?? Hello? I gave up - drove up and then waited 10 minutes for 5 cars in front of me to get their order - which did not happen - I gave up - backed up slightly and drove off. No order placed - no payment required. Went to Tim s - served in 2 minutes flat. Called McDonalds Canada corporate office - person the the other end of the phone (May) was sympathetic and said she d reach out to the franchisee. No offer of compensation which equals no retainment in my books. So - adios McDonalds Alliston - we won t be back.

The speed of this drive thru is SLOWWW. You could probably make the trip to Barrie or Bradford McD s and back faster than this drive thru can serve you from entrance time to food in your hands. We only have 1 kitchen is what the manager says. Not sure what that means exactly because I don t know if any other restaurants that have more than 1 kitchen?

We went through the drive thru and the young man taking orders and payment was very courteous, friendly and efficient. We asked when ordering for an under three toy for our grandson (18 months) and confirmed at the first window. We double checked at the second window and the server confirmed it was. However after getting our grandson settled with his food, I discovered that it was an over 3 toy. We were too far in our drive to go back but will try to exchange next visit.

20+ min in the drive through 3 cars and a truck came in the drive through after me and we re served before me. Then asked to wait 14-17 min for one of the items. Spoke to the manager who didn t care no apology or concern about the wait time. Said the girl was doing two jobs and told me to go ahead and complain to corporate.

Came into mcdonald s today and witnessed the most disgusting behaviour from an employee to another employee. Some older indian was working and was taking a picture of a screen & she decided to put the other employee down who is one of the most caring employees i ve ever seen there. She called the employee a name that was so disrespectful and flat out rude. this girl should be fired for bullying a 5 star employee and a great worker at that. i ll be extremely disappointed if this girl doesn t get what she deserves, being jobless and not being hired by other companies. shame on you .

People are nice but it s the slowest McDonalds I ve ever been to. 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru took 25 minutes.

Drive through leaves little to be desired. A long drive through wouldnt be so bad if they gave you all drinks while you waited in a numbered spot for your food. Only one of two coffees was provided. When we got our food, we were still missing the 2nd coffee, missing a hash brown and got surprise pancakes that we never ordered? Letting the employee know about these missing items yielded nothing for 8 minutes until we went inside to correct this issue. I know McDonalds prides itself on hiring employees that otherwise arent hireable. Im not sure if thats something that needs to be advertised that way, because it clearly shows in your service. Wont be using a McDonalds drive through again if theres any lineup, as your employees seem to be completely incapable of handling back to back orders.

They got our order correct but service was rather slow for the time of day. Workers are kind and friendly.

Washrooms had vomet on the cubicle walls and the place is infested with fruit flies!! Never again!!

i placed a mobile order which looked to be errored on my behalf. the (only) girl working was not only quick, but eager to rectify the situation. broke my heart to see her so busy all alone on a midnight shift. taking orders, making the food and delivering it out the window & walking out to curb-sides. all on one person. I hope management sees this and staffs accordingly. she did an EXCELLENT job and i genuinely hope she is treated with the value she so deserves. not to mention, my food came out absolutely perfect. she deserves a pay raise after her efforts. whatever shes getting isn t enough! (and if she sees this, i was the one in the green jeep :)

Every single time going through drive through I have to park at a numbered spot. Does not matter if it s a big order or 1 hamburger. The purpose of a drive thru is an actual drive through. Not a drive thru and park and wait.

It was the most dirtiest McDonalds we ever seen, not a table clean all full with garbage, garbage cans where full. Employees that are only chatting with each other instead of making sure people can eat on a clean table.

I dont live in Alliston, but work here, so I come to this location 1 to 2 times a week. For the most part, its not bad. I agree with the other reviews that drive thru wait times are not consistent. Sometimes there will be 2 cars and Ill have to wait 15 mins. Other times, there are 7 cars ahead of me, and I get my food in 30 seconds. Its weird. I also hate how they will not give you sauce on the side and make you pay for it. If Im ordering $25 worth of food, give me the sauce! I find this is so inconsistent among McDonalds restaurants. Some places give it free while others dont. If you are going to charge for sauce, put it as its own item on your menu. A few times I got it free then the lady that works nights said you need to pay for it next time ok np...next time when I placed my order I asked the girl to add the sauce and she said sure. When I got my food, it was the same lady, and I smiled and said I paid for it today in a joking manner. She gave me the dirtiest look and said no you didnt and chucked the sauce in the bag. Whatever, still got it lol.

Shout out to Fazila, Jen, Kaylee, and Kyler; they are a few of the awesome, hard working, employees who I look forward to seeing when I visit this location, but you will mainly find these good workers in the morning hours. So if you re going to visit do it during the morning. Otherwise, when other people are working, the quality of service and customer care is a hit or miss. Some can be fairly rude, ignore customers, or just not care. I also watched around dinner time, as returned food was handed back to kitchen to hand back out to other customers in drive thru.

As far as fast food breakfasts go, McDonalds has become my go-to. Their hash browns are always light and crispy, and the quality of ingredients in their McMuffins is just better than the leading Canadian competitor (rhymes with Jim Mortons). And, the coffee is also vastly better.
