I took my here son for a little date - his choice, his fave- and everything was delicious. The service was friendly and fast. Both of us remarked on the cleanliness of the restaurant (and bathrooms!) Keep it up!

Last night, my partner and I visited the A&W restaurant in Alliston. I ordered the Chubby Burger combo with fries, and my partner had the Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger with onion rings and the Nashville Chicken Cruncher sandwich. A&W DID NOT disappoint. Though the Nashville Chicken Crunch was very messy, we were pleased with the presentation and taste of the food. I had forgotten about the delightful chilled A&W mugs—what a treat to drink from them instead of a paper straw! The gentleman who took our order was friendly and polite; I regret not getting his name. The only complaint I have is that a broom and dust pan were left in the lobby. The broom was leaned against the counter, posing a tripping hazard, and I got caught on the dust pan handle near the till as it somehow slipped under my jacket. Despite this minor issue, we enjoyed our meal overall. Cheers!
Amazing Experience at A&W, the Manager Sheriff helped me with the order, he was very courteous and professional, would definitely come here again.
Better customer service than I’ve received at fancy sit down restaurants. The man at the counter is so kind and genuine and truly went above and beyond and out of his way to ensure customers were over the top satisfied. It’s so nice to see and experience hard workers that obviously care about the work they are doing as well. Keep it up! 10 stars.
This place is amazing! Very underrated, the food is delicious and on top of that, the service is even better. I give the credits to Kaitlyn for making my first experience there today wonderful. Her kindness and manners really made the atmosphere perfect. She's the perfect employee and I would give her a raise if I was her boss because of her outstanding service. I will definitely be going many times more now!
We come here often! And the staff is always amazing. I wanted to shine the spot light on Daniel! His presence and vibe is welcoming! He's spot on with his delivery in food, service and cleanliness. Always happy to help with a smile on his face. The food was hot and fresh, thanks to the chef! Everything tasted amazing!! To all the staff at A&W at this location keep up the amazing work!

Terrible service. Ordered a buddy burger, was told to pull over and had to wait 10 minutes for the smallest item on the menu. I asked why it was such a long wait and why they cant let customers know there is a wait BEFORE asking them to pay. The person just walked away from me. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

Going to grab fast food I never expect much but the service here is great there is a guy at the front who I didnt get the name of but has a daughter and hes extremely kind and seems to really care for the customers and the business. I admit when I first moved to Alliston back in late 2011 -2012 I wasnt a fan of this location but over a period from 12-16 it became really great and has become one of my three favorite locations that I have been to.

I was travelling through noticed nobody wearing gloves no handwashing was done and when I told them about my allergies they the proceeded to touch what I was allergic to and when I told them to remake it they did it again. I then was nice and took the food(yes that s on me) because I used to work the fast food industry and know it can be hard but I just wasted $10 on a sandwich I didn t eat and can t eat. Other then that very friendly and nice clean store

Went through drive threw at 1:50pm (not busy) got our drinks rite away and the my had us pull up with no cars behind us. I m assuming they have to keep there times down. We sat and waiting for 2 teen burger combos for about 5 minutes. (Nothing custom) they keep the drive through times down and the customers still have to wait.

The manager here goes out of his way to make sure that customers are happy (ex. Offer to take our garbage for us and brought the kids lollipops) and that the environment is clean! Vegetarian options: There are a couple of options for vegetarians.
We went to the drive thru and was served by a gentleman named Daniel. I wish there were more Daniel s in the world especially in regards to customer service!!! It s very rare to get a worker that has pleasant mannerism and actually has a genuinely good heart!! It truly doesn t take much to be kind to customers/other humans but clearly Daniel was raised right!! Daniel at the drive thru was courteous, friendly and genuine. From his immediate greeting, all the way till he brought me my food, he was friendly, very upbeat and pleasant. He explained everything in detail and when he gave me the food he even apologised for the delay even though it wasnt very long. Having a decade of restaurant management as my background, someone like Daniel would be amazing to have. He builds great brand loyalty and drives customers to come back. He should be a trainer. We just spent $40 on dinner for ourselves, chicken tenders way over cooked, chubby chicken burger was cold and very thin compared to what it would normally be. Both of us had onion rings and there was no seasoning on them at all. Overall we will not be returning to this location as this is the 2nd attempt Ive given this restaurant for dinner. Like someone else commented there are so many other options in town, and we be using all of them now.
