I asked for butter chicken, asked for it to be made super extra mild for my children to eat, and when we tried it, it was so spicy the adults couldnt eat it. Couldnt tell a flavor from the spice, we ended up making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches instead. The rice and butter naan were good and the service was nice, 2 stars for that.

Chilli chicken was so good

Got goat curry and chicken biryani. Goat curry was worst, i did have 1 bite and just thrown in garbage. Biryani rice they used were very cheap quality and also they put lots of pudina (mint) in it. Seems like they grow pudina (mint) in house. I never had biryani with extra extra extra mint in it before. Taste was very bad. And food was costly too.

I have always ordered takeouts. Tried Biryani a long time ago, and it was not good. It was around the time they just opened up the restaurant. Recently ordered other main dishes and snacks, and found them good. Tried some desserts (the white cube types which are less sweet) as well, they were tasty too.

Ate here for the first time tonight, we dined in. The food was so flavorful and authentic, and SO fresh! We had the butter chicken and goat curry combos in a medium spice and it was perfect. 2 combos fed 3 of us with leftovers. We will definitely be back.

Lovely place near the resort we are staying at. Great service and excellent food, they have combos that come with rice and naan and curry for less than $20! I had the Karahi curry it was excellent. The homemade naan was the best I have ever had! The girl doing the takeout (which is very popular) also took care of us in the pretty dining room, she was very sweet. We actually forgot our leftovers and she ran after us!

Thats ok, I new I could experience that alone in private! Trick was to not look funny well learning something new! But honestly. Dont tell no one. Ok. Anyways. If I go out, its my new favorite spot in town. Woman dont need to sell something there to feel good about themselves, can be themselves. Im not a woman, but I dont like the woman on top of that behavoiur, using it approach me as well. It grows on them after a while, and are not even aware of it. Thats why I felt free from resistance. Mohan Dhabba is an amazing restaurant in Alliston! The appetizers and food are delicious and so flavourful. We ordered a large variety and everything was great! Best Indian food I ve had in a long time. Absolutely delicious.

We ordered malai kofta with them and it was so bad we have to throw it right away. It tastes as it is made from leftovers of 3-4 days. Also we tried their samosas three times hoping that they will be okay but with them as well same thing happened not only once but every time. They also tastes like made from leftover potatoes for 3 days.

This place is good for authentic Indian food. Also the atmosphere of the restaurant is so peaceful. Really enjoyed eating the karahi paneer with the garlic naan

It was interesting to be able to read and see pictures of the history of MD. Service was good, however we gave a 4 instead of 5 as we were not told that the bill does not come to the table. Go to the till to pay. Next time we will know, so not a problem. Wed give them a 4.5 overall but the option was not available. Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, and Dairy free options. Parking: We parked at the town Square as its a short walk over. However there is free parking in the back. Not sure about wheelchair accessibility.

Me and my family had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Mohan Dhabba! The butter chicken was out of this world - rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. The samosas are the best Ive ever had, they were fresh, crisp and filled with flavor. What made our visit even more memorable was the stellar service provided by Kushi; she made my family feel right at home. Highly recommend!

I ordered two paneer wraps from this restaurant and they tasted awful . Never in my life I had such horrible food experience. The wrap was with lettuce,onion ,cucumber (Very big pieces, Not even nicely chopped) and big chunks of paneer which was not even marinated . For the sauces there was only lil bit of mayo which makes it completely flavourless . Above of all , it was wrapped in a naan (Indian bread just like pita bread) which was almost 1.5 inches thick and I was not even able to chew that. Would someone kindly advise them to make the wrap with tortillas and add some sauces to it. Very very disappointment would never recommend to any of my friends or family members.

Just had an incredibly delicious Mothers Day dinner at Mohan Dhabba with my hubby and 8 year old son! Soooo glad we ate here! In addition to the food being super delicious (all 3 of us were 100% happy with our meals), the portion sizes were enormous (I definitely dont have to cook tmrw), and Khushi our server was super sweet and attentive to all of our needs! Will definitely be back!!

I love this place, the guy who runs the place is super friendly and is always up for help, the food is awesome, it is tasty and healthy. Their samosas are the best one out of all places out there. One of my favourite go to place. Hygiene in restaurant is always maintained.

I am unsure whether many clients dine in as we were the only ones, except for one man dining alone with a phone companion. Many people came and went for pick up of orders. The service was very attentive, and the generous portion of food was delicious. I would have enjoyed some Raita, but the server did not recognize what I wanted from my description of a dish made of yogurt, some spices and cucumbers.

Had takeout Palak paneer, naan, roti, a couple samosas and saw a mango shake on my way out that looked too good to miss! it was all delicious! Generous portions and great value! The tamarind sauce and green chutney were some of my favourite parts! 10/10 would recommend and will be returning!

We stopped by Mohan Dhabba Alliston for our first time tonight for dinner. Some friends had suggested we give it a try. We were absolutely blown away with how delicious everything was! I ordered the Matar Paneer Combo and my fiancé ordered the Karahi Chicken Combo. Both dishes came out in a reasonable time and the presentation was beautiful. Our meals were hot and tasted amazing! We will definitely be back soon and we will bring friends!

Were well into our second month with the Tiffin service from Mohan Dhabba. As part of the Tiffin service we get our lunch daily from Monday to Friday for an entire month. It includes two small dishes of our choice, a bread option (two kinds of Roti or Naan), a small cup of yoghurt and rice. Great portion sizes for the two of us. Its an incredible value. Cheaper than buying groceries, quicker than cooking ourselves and more convenient not having to clean the kitchen afterwards :P There is a great selection of dishes included in the Tiffin so it never gets boring. I recommend getting the add-on option for a few bucks extra for even more selection from the menu. Some gems are included with that (check out the Paneer Bhurji). Fan faves are: Palak Paneer, Curry Chicken, Mix Vegetables and the Chana Masala. But really, anything is great! We always get the Naan, which is super fluffy and tasty. Overall, we love the food and we love the people. Always lovely to have a little chat every day as we pick up our order. Weve also tried some of the other dishes, not included with the Tiffin, such as some of the Chinese dishes. Those were amazing as well! Better than any of the other Chinese food in Alliston. Vegetarian options: More than half of the menu are vegetarian options. Parking: Parking available behind the restaurant.

Being originally from Brampton and moving to Vaughan. This establishment had by far got to be the closet to traditional Indian cuisine that I ve had in quite some time. The food and the service were amazing. There were 8 of us we reserved seating. As an older building, the temperature inside was a little cool, but wearing a sweater or sweat shirt, you will be fine. The first time I tried this place, it was out. I will definitely be back.

Vegetarian options: Noodles are very oily and when ypu order alu puri dont expect alu with gravy..they will serve bhatura with chane and dry alu sabzi with it which is tasty .samosa are average.
