barBURRITO in Alliston

This was my 1st time having this, it exceeded my expectations.

Clean, friendly staff, fresh ingredients, fast service. Great tasting burritos that are fairly reasonable.

One of worst experience at any burrito store I came hungry to have my lunch but the manager told me we are out of rice, which is the only main ingredient I know item 86d but rice at the burrito store. Moreover, when I called back to store, manager answered the call rudely and said things happened.

Tried to place an order online through the website for their Alliston location. The order wouldn t go through. We called the store, the person on the phone tried to walk us through some options to process the order. We started placing the order over the phone, gave him our address online to find out that due to being 10 min outside of town it was an $8 delivery charge when everyone else pays $5. Get real! Support local is good and fine but not when you bleed your customers with delivery charges. Update: very cordial staff, food was great. Not sure if this location was sold after my initial experience nearly 3.5 years ago but the staff I spoke to were awesome.

I wanted to give a kudos to the staff who were working the lunch rush today, they were professional fast and efficient, made my food with keen attention to detail and a kind demeanor. The food looked and tasted fresh and Id highly recommend this location.

There charging 3 dollars more for a boul half the size then it was before, put in only 2 scoops of rice instead of 3, when I asked them why, the answer was, now you have to ask for 3 scoops if you want it. Not worth the cost!!!!

Great burritos! Topping selection is excellent. Friendly staff. If you love it spicy, they have one of the hottest sauces going, and its got flavor. Great value and taste.

Yummy food. If you have never had Mexican go there. They help you pick out food and try something new. I found out I love black beans and chicken. Now Im in love. Little pricey to me but you just get a handful of solid food. The atmosphere is plain and thats ok. The service was perfect and I loved it. Enjoy Dietary restrictions: Im diabetic and gluten free. Extremely happy with my order, customer service and delicious chicken burrito bowl! Veggies were fresh, portion size was good. I have visited many different bar burrito locations, I have to say this location is the best one yet. Churros were fresh!

Good food hot and fresh and the spicy was on point.

I am regular customer and I like their food but on saturday I have had Tachos and mango drink and after eating i suddenly got my stomach upset and fever and still after 2 days i am not well! Something was wrong.

Food was decent. Its a bit greasy if I am honest. Staff could have been a little more customer friendly.

WhenI first moved to the area a few years back, this place was good and I never had any issues. There was a previous time a family member got sick from this location but at the time we figured maybe it was from something else (I doubt that now). . My wife and I just recently ordered from here on Friday, June 9th and as of Saturday both of us ended up getting food poisoning. This time we knew it was for sure from here as we both ate the same thing and had no other issues with food we ate from home. Not to mention multiple orders from here have been wrong and the delivery services were no help either. I am typically not one to complain but I definitely wont be ordering from here ever again and I hope that health and safety protocols are inspected so nobody else gets sick in the future.

I can t believe how disappointing this most recent visit was. Not only did I come into a back and forth disagreement with a customer and the man who seemed to be the boss, but my conversation wasn t very pleasant either. I ordered 2 quesadillas, and not only is it now that they don t have more than one size, but now the one size they do have isn t 2 tortillas together anymore, just one regular size tortilla wrap folded in half and cut into 4 pieces very disappointing paying $24 for 2 half quesadillas. On top of that, I wasn t allowed to get sauces on my quesadillas, and I understand the reasoning(because it makes it soggy and messy , but I was not even given the option to put sauce on my quesadilla like I used to be able to. Every question I asked was met with a stern and rude no. And after this visit I ve come to the realization that my assumption of a rude customer was wrong, and it was a disappointed customer because the customer service was absolutely garbage from the man. I m very disappointed that I spent this money on 2 half quesadillas with terrible customer service; I will never come here again.

This place used to be top notch now there is someone working here that does not speak a work English and communication was nearly impossible. I asked for the Northers Realer, a limited time special they have and she did not understand me. I had to point at the big sign for the burrito on their windows. Once making the burrito the lady put on lettuce, tomatoes and onions which I did not want and when I asked her to stop because it s not what I wanted (after she dumped the ingredients on my burrito) she started picking them off with her hands leaving a bunch behind and said ok? I shouldn t have had to eat the burrito she made a mistake on

Ordered a Family Fiesta and they called and said they dont offer. Take it off door dash then.

I came in the other day and this girl served me she was really nice. And made me feel comfortable. Good job!

I visited multiple time. They went above my expectation for Quality, Quantity and Customer service.

I have celiac disease and it is very difficult to find places, especially fast food places, that accommodate this dietary restriction and are safe for me to eat at. Barburrito does offer gluten FRIENDLY items that though are made with gluten free ingredients, cannot be classified as gluten free due to the risk of cross contamination. My boyfriend has picked up food for us twice from here and has been served by Trupti both times and she really is the best!! As soon as he mentioned the celiac disease, she knew exactly what to do. She always goes the extra mile and does extra steps to ensure that my food is not contaminated and is safe for me to eat! As someone who has such a hard time eating out, it is such a nice feeling to have someone take that extra care to ensure that it is safe for me to enjoy a treat once in a while! On top of that she is super friendly and provides great service all around! Thank you so much Trupti! We will absolutely continue coming back because of you.

This may be the worst job wrapping a burrito Ive ever seen from bar burrito. I had to eat it out of a bowl i really hope the person who did this was new....strike one for Alliston bar burrito.

I go to this location every time I visit Alliston. I normally dont frequent barBURRITO as Ive noticed that some locations barely fill the burrito. Both times Ive been here, they completely stuffed the burrito. The brown paper bag that the burrito was packaged tore due to it being unable to accommodate the size. Tastes great and ingredients were always fresh!

The first time I ordered here I said I wasn t gonna order again but I was feeling for it so I sent someone and we were disappointed. The large is literally the same size as the medium.... Literally just used a spoon to eat it. They do not know how to make burritos. This was done in minutes and it was 90% rice. It s just horrible... can t taste anything else and beneath ever bite was 4 spoons of rice. Personally I would never have walked out with this. 100% disaster and poor burrito making skills. Will absolutely not go back. Got a message directly from the owner and they were quick to address the issue and provided excellent service!! The burritos they remade were excellent and colourful. Tasted like a rainbow. Well made and properly packaged... even had leftovers this time. A lot more flavour, I could taste and see the difference. Good to know the owners check reviews and care about customer satisfaction and not just the money. Thank you guys

I probably order food here every 2 weeks or so and have yet to experience any issues with the food or staff. Im a big fan of spice so i always get the signature sauce on my food as it has great flavor, its pretty spicy so start low and work your way up.

This is the best barburrito Ive ever been to, and Ive been to A LOT. They pack it up with a tonne of toppings. Always good. Anyone who rates less than 5 stars just doesnt know how a barburrito should be.

I bought 2 hard tacos. They came with some corn chips and salsa. $7.99 per taco!! If they were amazing..... maybe. But they werent amazing, I fact Taco Bell is about as good for way cheaper. For me to fill up on tacos here, Id have to spend like $50. I was disappointed

Catered a party for 20 people and the food was amazing. They delivered to Tottenham and came inside to setup the taco bar! All of our guests loved the food.

Top notch place. Owner is very friendly professional and takes pride in his work and restaurant. He settles for nothing less then top quality food and service in a clean environment, my wife and I have witnessed it first hand. Prices are very reasonable for the quantity of food you get. i love bar burrito, go there often and have never had a bad experience- until today. I can t justify giving them anything lower than a 3 star because that wouldn t feel fair. i ordered a quesadilla, upgraded to a large. the woman making it barely covered the bottom with cheese, skimped out on the chicken and then again, barely any cheese. i asked for more and she told me it was extra, okay fine, and then put half a scoop. really?? extra for 10 shreds of cheese?? then i look at my receipt, my quesadilla was double the price for upgrading. i am not happy.
