Pizza was way over cooked to the point you couldn t recognize what was on the pizza and cheese was hard like a crust. Not much of a deal for 5 if it tastes like cardboard. I d rather pay full price and enjoy it. Never order from there again. Disgusting

Great first time experience! The website was now allowing me to place an order so I called and was initially told I could not get the special by ordering over the phone. The phone was passed to someone else who was happy to honour the online pricing. When I arrived, the owner/manager (I believe) was extremely friendly, greeted me right away and ensured that someone came to the counter to help me immediately. While my initial ordering experience wasn t great, the great customer service I experienced made up for it.

And the breadsticks, a personal favorite, were soft and buttery, and came with an amazing dipping sauce. But what really sets Pizza Hut apart is their dedication to customer service. Hemish and everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure my experience was perfect. I really felt like I was part of the Pizza Hut family. Overall, I cannot recommend this Pizza Hut enough. Whether youre in the mood for a classic pizza, some amazing breadsticks, or anything else on their menu, youre guaranteed a delicious meal and top-notch customer service. The service is top notch: polite staff, very efficient preparation, and most importantly, they have the option of drive-thru. I travel with a baby and it s difficult to get out and pick up an order with a baby; here you can always pick up your order from the window, which is great! Of course, now when we visit in Alliston, we are your regular customers. Thank you! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Quick delivery and food is always delicious

Drove up to the drive thru only to find out you have to go inside to order. You only go to the drive thru when you pre-order. Who knew ??? The garlic bread and cheese was delicious.

We ordered online here and picked the delivery option. Our receipt had a driver tip but for some reason they had it as a pick up order. We called to let them know it should be delivery and there was a lot of confusion between the store and the online order. Eventually my husband went to pick it up but they had already sent a delivery driver because of all of the miscommunication. When the delivery driver came he was charging me 7.49 even though the delivery charge was 5.49. He had to call and finally charged me 5.49. We waited 2 hours for our pizza and the store did not seem to understand that we ordered for delivery. Basically they are really unorganized and will never be ordering from here again.
