Pizza is great im there 3 times a week great days great service and manager appreciates the business.

I would not recommend this place to anyone unless the employees change. It is very strange that a big company like Pizza Pizza employs such people.

Don t ever purchase food from this location, unless you want to have 3 days of diarrhea. I ordered 2 boxes of pizza from this location, after trying 3 slices, it was game over for me. The food had me sick for 3 days !

Even though the pizza got better. The service is the worse. They were not going to deliver pizza unless. I pre pay, Ive delivered here a lot of times they never asked that. Pizza pizza called me and asked me to pre pay and didnt give a reason why. For that reason they get a 1 star. I dont like giving my card info over the phone. Never have never will.

Pizza is always decent here, especially vegan options. Price is always also reasonable compared to other fast-food pizza chains that dont have other dietary options. Service is generally pretty terrific as well.

what a horrible experience ordered a XL 4 T pizza on special for 18.99 actual price delivered to my house 32.63 The pizza was disgusting , and uneatable dough was still raw , pepperoni not cooked , and was covered in so much BBQ Sause it was all you could taste 3 calls to service support same result , no refunds allowed will replace the pizza hold please while i escalate which mean hold till you hand u and give up held and called back 3 times with the same result , hold while i escalate , which means hold till you give up and hang up needed the pizza 3 hours ago , not now what do I do with a replacement pizza when everyone had to eat something else after escalating to store manager and reginal manager they offered me a $8 refund on a $32 purchase Lots of new choices for pizza in Alliston , so my mistake for ordering from here , never ever again

It was our go to place when we crave for pizza but this time we found hair inside the pizza which is very disappointing and frustrating.

I liked the chair, very good customer service from the lady -Tammy- over the counter, very polite and respectful with a big smile, keep going Tammy , keep the attitude.

We went to this place, hoping that you know we would have a good food and we end up ordering couple slices and chicken wings and jalapeño poppers bottle water the pizza was burnt. It was all black and the poppers I think it was sitting there for months or frozen for months because I just reaked and and never got a bottle of water and the washrooms were just nasty like I mean come on guys there s like freaking six of you guys one of one of them could ve actually go inside there and clean the washrooms Will never go back

This store doesnt know how to make a pizza. Someone needs to train them. The toppings, as the word describes, go on TOP, of the cheese. Or are you trying to hide the skimpy amount of toppings you put on. Dont get this pizza.

Pizza pizza is the only place in alliston that will deliver to my rural address. Pizza is always good, drivers are awesome! We order from the alliston location once a month for pizza night.

Had pizza and wings very expensive

Terrible food in general but especially the pizza. In all honesty it seems that theres been a high turnover rate and thats reflected in the quality and service you get. Plenty of spots to get Pizza in Alliston, dont waste your time or money here.

We ordered multiple pizzas that were served to us half cooked and wet that we had to bring home to cook properly. Service was not good nor remotely friendly.

Wont order from the night crew again, theres no point of they dont acknowledge your order. In app said pick up available in 15-20 minutes. Arrived there 20 minutes later and the guys are just sitting in the back shooting the $#!t. Hadnt even started the order, technical issues he said, unbelievable. I work in the industry too and understand that you need consistency in order to be profitable. In this case, I see the employees discipline costing this location alot in product quality too. Our order came with the wrong base sauce, stale aging/grey prosciutto thats cut like thick bacon and mushy mushy green peppers. Had to throw out the pie and just made a quick pasta. Appalling.

Pizza was good, but disappointed in the pricing. The price I built online was different from the price in store. Also, even if I build the same pizza online multiple times, they are slightly different prices.

Change of heart. The guy who just pulled in drives like a p*ssy. Words of the delivery driver after following me through town on my bumper. I was driving 55 in a 50 on a dark, stormy night. I then went on to listen to the staff complain about peoples orders of the night. Completely unacceptable and I will never return to this location.

The mcdonalds of pizza - although they have drastically improved crust and ingredients over 20 years. What makes pizza pizza a preference to order from is all of the side menu options: fries, onion rings, wings, deserts and more - unlike other pizza places sides which are always awful with few exceptions, Ive never had a side from pizza pizza that I found bad or off-putting. I prefer most pizza to pizza pizza but if you are wanting an order with a selection of food options go with Pizza Pizza youll be most satisfied.

This franchise location is discusting!!!! Only one washroom in use and the one in use is filthy dirty. The store itself is dirty and not to mention the handles on the door when you leave!! It makes me wonder how clean the kitchen area is as I walked out and did not order anything from this location.

The kids wanted pizza and know Pizza Pizza from the school lunch program. Im personally not a fan but they like it, so in we went. Pizza was fine, as was service but it was also quite hot inside with that oven roaring, and seemingly no A/C on the customer side. Too hot to comfortably dine in, so off we went.

Both employees not wearing masks properly resulting in unsafe food handling. Made an order and was told that I had ordered to late thats fine but then I had redeemed some of my club 11 dollars for thr order that I have been refused to have back for thr oder that was never made for me. Extremely upset with this location will not be a customer in the future.

We ordered a panzo with black olives and we got mushrooms, we didn t order mushrooms. The person who ate really doesn t like mushrooms. She pulled the mushrooms but but we still payed for the olives. 1 star, not a great experience.

Honestly, this aint the go to place but I was like whatever. Delivery driver was so nice and kind I tipped him. Than i found out. The delivery fees dont even go to the driver but to the company. Whats wrong with them? Delivery charges should go to the driver. Than the wings were just nasty on its own.

Terrible pizza. Not one slice looks alike ( size wise ) their all different shapes and sizes. Last time I checked a large should have 10-12 slices not 8. Poor quality

I made an order online, defintely was the right order on confirmation, but the order was wrong when I got it, giving 5 of 6 pops none of which were one that I would be willing to drink. I called the customer service line and they were kind and helpful, then after confirming what the order was supposed to be i received another call from a woman who insisted I was wrong and I didnt order right, refusing to accept anything else. My experience would have been fine and redeemed if not for that last call. I wont be ordering again. Pizza pizza, please dont sass out paying customers. Update: new pops, still only 5.

Alliston pizza pizza has the best owners ever

I was buying pizzas here all the time, but then they kept messing them up all of a sudden. So I started only getting slices here and then today my slices were kept in the oven for to long and got burnt. had to wait 15 minutes for new ones, will not be going back.

Ordered a pizza today, specifically told them i was paying cash, buddy showed up surprised with a card reader, should have got 15$ in change buddy goes to his car looking for more. Comes back with 10$ change and tells me thats all hes got. Im a usual tipper and always leave a tip but 5$ seems like a bit much considering the whole pizza was 20$. It would be nice to have a choice on how much i want to tip next time!

Place an order at 5:44 got the pizza at 7:49 , I call them 7:00 they said the delivery guy already left the store should be there in 10 minutes call them at 7:15 the store didnt pickup the phone call them back at 7:30 store didnt pick up again call them back at 7:45 they said the store didnt pickup the phone we gonna cancel your order and we gonna credit you back and I have to ear my 8 years old son saying this is the worst birthday thank you guys to make me feel really bad in front of my son . I went in for a slice of pizza and got a dab of tomato sauce on cardboard. It was fast and cheap, but I dont think I will be getting pizza here again when Jonny & Rogers is close by and far superior.

Order was luke warm. Forgot our order of fries and when they returned with a new order they were clearly the original order just microwaved, soggy and disgusting.
