Stopped in after a round of golf and we re so happy we did, the service was perfect and the food was even better. We had the beer and buger special excellent full of taste perfect dining experience

Food was ok, not everything was right though It took a really long time to get food ,over hour . There were some other annoying but trivial stuff that was wrong,staff did try and fix those things. Waitress could ve come by a little bit more to check in,but was super sweet. Pricing was reasonable

This is becoming our fave neighbourhood pub! Food has been tasty with ample portions. Service is friendly and welcoming.

I think if they offered other beer besides craft beer they would be much busier

I wish I could give 0 star. My family of 3 got rejected to be seated at 3pm on a Saturday. The only server at the time and also happened to be the owner of the restaurant, Bernadine, just told me they had a big reservation so there was no table at that time. I thought it was a joke because the whole place was so empty at that time. I am suspicious that she rejected us because my elderly parents had to use the washroom while waiting for a table. Bernadine saw them when she was serving customers and she yelled at my parents if they were seated. This experience was unforgettable because I had to wait for my parents to come back to the entrance while everybody was looking at me, even the cooks from the kitchen. Ridiculous and horrible customer service.

Went in for dinner with a friend and had such a great time! Danny was so kind and friendly, service was fast and the food was delicious. Pricing was fairly average, but the good experience is more than worth it!

Been here twice now. Even with the new head chef it is still so good. Pizza is so yummy and perfect. Fries are perfect and crunchy. Really anything we ve ordered is good and consistent. Cocktails are great and the draft beer samplers are fun. Saskia was very knowledgeable and helpful picking the beers. More importantly the kids menu is great and not typical and boring. My kids ate everything!! I can t believe it. If you know, you know. Highly recommend!

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We tried the falafel wrap the special for the day, and it was absolutely delicious fresh ingredients packed with flavor. We will definitely be back to try more!

First discovered Barnstormer through a work event. We were happy to find out and its become one of our go-to places for a quick dinner. We went yesterday and the food and service were great. Their Nashville Chicken Sandwich is a regular choice for me and my wife.

If you want to relax and have a drink with your friends, here is the perfect place to go. I ordered a cocktail, Pink lemonade mimosa, which is very nice. I like very much the atmosphere, the pub is busy and people are very joyful and having good time there. Service is good, staff is polite and attentive. I had a good time here.

I would recommend trying the crispy chicken sandwich!! I had it with poutine on the side which was really good but I could barely finish it. Needless to say they have generous portions and fair prices. Their food is delicious, wholesome and clearly freshly made. They have a pretty good selection of beers to try both on tap and in cans. You can also buy tall boys from the various local breweries to take home. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come back again to try the other items on the menu.

Loved this place! My husband and I went for Valentine s Day and had a great experience. The food is so good, especially the beef brisket tacos and deep fried pickles. They actually batter the pickles themselves, which makes the price more worth it. There are some expensive items on the menu, but they have multiple days a week that offer multiple discounts to those items. Taco Tuesday is a great deal. Staff was very sweet and was great for beer suggestions. They have a huge TV and even have little board games to play. Very much recommend!

First time here and was pleasantly surprised. Any place that has home made chicken tenders on the kids menu is a good sign, things can only go uphill from there. I like the kids menu, my kids liked the kids menu, and the food and beer for adults was awesome. Good service, nice ambience and good prices which is rare these days. We are from Orangeville and will be back. Definitely worth the drive. One tip I can give is pizza sauce could be less sour and have a home made corn tortilla for your tacos. Cheers.

We were at the Alliston location. Very good food. Staff was very friendly. This a a place to go out for a meal, but not to hang out and have drinks after workd and relax. The ambiance is dead. The lights are so bright, its borderline agressive. We ate, then went out somewhere else for drinks.

Tasty beer and great food. Note that the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is really just a fried chicken sandwich with some tabasco style sauce. Not actually spicy, however still tasted great.

Visited for the first time yesterday and wishing we had gone a lot sooner! We had the deep fried pickles, fish tacos and Buffalo chicken salad and they were all awesome! Stephen the manager was hilarious, and our server (I ve forgotten her name unfortunately) was fantastic!! Great decor and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

What a great neighborhood restaurant. It might not seem like much from the outside or the location but this is a shining example of you cant judge a book by its cover. The restaurant is medium size but when the weather is good the patio adds a great deal of available tables. Sitting inside or outside you still get to notch service. The server was very friendly, patient and helpful. He was always available when we needed something and gave us lots of room to enjoy the food and drink. The menu was smaller but it has lots of variety. The food was presented well and tasted very good. A lot of care and attention went into the prep and cooking of our meals and it showed. Being a brew pub the beer selection was excellent. It had the standards and their own house brand. The house brand were very good and it was a great compliment to the meal. They do have a bottle (can) shop if you want something to go but be prepared to buy some food to go with it due to liquor laws. Overall it was a great experience and i was impressed pleasantly surprised at this restaurant. Ill definitely be back.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. I have been here numerous times now. The place is well decorated, clean, comforting and spacious. The staff here are friendly, attentive, all have great personalities, the food is spectacular. I LOVE the pretzel, the brisket mac & Cheese and everything else I have tried. All fresh, good portions and decent pricing! The beer is also delicious. If you havent checked this place out, make sure to do so! I try and go early because its very popular around dinner time on weekends and its hard to get in. (For good reason)

One of the better pub meals I have had in a long time. Potato skins were great. Burger was cooked to perfection. Friend had pear salade side that was like eating salad for dessert. Only minor complaint. Tall chairs are not for larger than average people. Great service. Definitely will recommend

this place is not a 4.7 at all! We went for lunch yesterday and the food was very sub par. Much more work is needed to get the flavours and quality of food up to where it should be. We had the special which was the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, the quality of meat was horrible, flour was bad, it was too salty and the cheese wasn t even melted. We got the kids Pasta and Pizza, it was cold, also just poor recipe, I had the roasted pear salad, it was doused in dressing so wet all the lettuce was wilted and a pool of dressing at the bottom it was over powered with the blue cheese. Won t go back any time soon at all.

Great food, fast service and amazing beer!

Ive had food from this place 3 times. Each experience was different 1st time I ate in the restaurant, great experience, yummy food 2nd time I told my friends how yummy the food was and we ordered take out. The food was good but one of our appetizers was missing. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. They gave us a credit 3rd we ordered takeout again food was overall fine but the specialty Asiago fries were drenched in oil. I would expect some oil but this is too much.

The beers were excellent! The staff were excellent! The food was excellent! The decor is steam punk-ish & old cowboy. The place was slightly busy when we were there but the staff had no problem looking after the little crowd. The coffee porter and the stout are 11 out of 10...brilliant brews. The menu is decorated with variations of food you will not easily find in the area.This place is an absolute gemstone for Alliston. I will come back here with my family and friends again and again. Now I need to head over to the Barrie location and check that one out too. Barnstormer is a must try for food and drink if you are in the area.

Went here for lunch with my parents and my son. Food all around was well done, you can tell they make everything in house. The owner also was the one taking our orders, she s lovely and was able to answer any and all questions we had about the menu. Will be back to try something different next time!

Great place and great customer service Compare to St Louis and Boston Pizza The only thing I cant understand why successful business like this wouldnt open for longer that place can be one of the best bar/restaurant in New Tecumseth but if the owner should do things differently so he can get different results of succes. Even if Friday and Saturday they open until 1 - 2 am I understand that would take some time for people to realize that you guys open later but its okay because you would take a lot of business from the other 2 places.

It was our first time at this location, but it most definitely wont be our last!! We have really enjoyed the Barrie location many times, and the Alliston location is no different. Unbelievable choice of beers and the food is outstanding. We had the fish and chips and chicken wrap, both were absolutely delicious! Amazing service and the atmosphere is great too, we will definitely be back!!

I had co_pilot pizza and it was hell good.

Im so confused by this place overall. The menu, while quite large, does offer appealing and appetizing dishes. When ordered, the presentation is well executed and tbh looks far better than I would expect from a brew pub. My confusion stands from the fact that the foods seemingly lacks flavour. From the Nashville chicken, to the fish, burger, pretzel, etc., they all seem to be missing something. The beer is ok, though they never seem to have the pilsner on draft when I go.

Definitely going back they have healthy options, everything is homemade, they have new items on menu that are different for other restaurants it was refreshing. Great work love it here! Lots of beer choices, to many to try going only a couple times. Food that I have had has been good and none of this could be without great staff. Will be going back to try more beer and food.

Cool local pub, destined to become a neighbourhood gem. Great selection of beer, awesome cocktails and delicious food. Nice atmosphere, good service and the COVID stuff was legit. Could use a veggie burger or another veggie option but the fries are awesome and cauliflower tacos were great.

Went here for the first time tonight, food was well priced, superb service, large portions, what more could you ask for!! Get the burger and add goat cheese, you wont be disappointed. We will definitely be adding this restaurant to the top of our list.

I celebrated my birthday with my son at Brainstormer Brew Pub & Bottle Shop in early October of this year. I was impressed with the service and I must say, their burger was one of the best Ive ever had! I recommend this eatery even if you are coming from out of town and looking for a great little place to have a fantastic meal and a great selection of brews!

Went for dinner on Saturday night with my wife. We got there at 5pm and it was already busy. Great atmosphere. The food and drinks were exactly what I expected. Fantastic. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Will be going back soon.
