Wow. This is my first time visiting Guac Mexi Grill, and it wont be my last. I just had an amazing carnitas burrito with all the fixings and lots of spice. It was incredibly fresh and tasty. The service was also very kind and cordial. Highly recommended. 5 stars Food

Based on the reviews on this business, we were very excited to try it. Sadly we were disappointed. When we went to try it, they did not have any guacamole (which we found very interesting at a place called guac. Maybe an off time, but still). Also, the burritos were just overall cold even after theyd been grilled and the contents just didn t taste like they had been cooked properly.

The food is always fresh and the ladies working there are awesome.

I am truly blown away by the experience I had tonight. It was 7:51pm and I didnt want to walk in if they were closing at 8pm so I called to find out when they were closing as I wasnt sure. He told me to come and they would stay open for me and not to worry! I have NEVER had an experience like this ever. Considering they were closing he never once made me feel rushed in deciding what to eat. He made sure to let me know I could order anything I wanted and he would be happy to make it. Niraj was so kind, so appreciative of my business, and happy to serve me. That was without a doubt one of the best experiences I have ever had in a restaurant/fast food. I will be going out of my way to come back to this specific Guac. You do not have experiences like this anymore, thank you Niraj for restoring my faith in humanity.

delightful experience at this location today for lunch. the girl working did a superb job, she was very upbeat and looked happy at her job. i got the large steak burrito and decided last minute to add the taco trio for a friend, which was on a great deal. restaraunt was clean, toppings were fresh, portions were extremely generous. 10/10 experience cant wait to come back. This Mexican food restaurant in Alliston is awesome. Everything is made fresh everyday. Menu has a lot of choices. My personal favourite is the burrito either in a wrap or a bowl. Customer service is always friendly. This is a great place!

Whenever my family and I choose to eat out we always end up going to Guac. The food is always fresh and delicious in addition to the fact that there are no preservatives! The staff is super friendly and we have never been disappointed in the service. Highly recommend.

Apparently every other location will allow you to double your soft taco shells, here it s against the rules? Won t even let me pay, smh Horrible server/ service . Taking my money else where and highly do not recommend this place.

One of my favourite places to eat in Alliston!

The food is consistently delicious! The meat taste great which I feel isnt the case at most burrito places. However, it does take a little while if there is a line. Any time Ive gone its one guy on his own. But hes very friendly and appreciative of your business.

Arrived at 7:50 pm on sunday. On the door says till 9, on google till 8. Regardless we were refused service. Not happy.

Went 5 minutes before close (didnt look at the time), I went to walk away and Akash told me no no to come in. He was so nice and made a delish looking burrito !! It also tasted amazing ! Its the little things that keep you coming back. His customer service was refreshing. 5/5

Ordered through doordash, asked for specific instructions to prevent my taco from getting soggy. They went above and beyond my instructions to insure my taco wouldnt get soggy from the sauces. Thanks will order again in the future :). also their food is very good

Door dash order. I really enjoy the food. I get the burrito bowl and it is fantastic. Except my meat and rice were cold. Not sure if it was leftovers or what. I still crushed it but definitely more enjoyable when rice and meat are warm. I probably will only order in afternoon now. Perhaps I ordered just as opening for the day. All in all delicious but I really would appreciate if my meal is either freshly cooked the very least reheated.

Good Food, but a touchy pricier than Id like. Quite possibly the only fast food place in all of New Tec that consistently gets food out in a reasonable amount of time too.

We stopped here for lunch and ended up coming for dinner as well. By far the best tacos we have ever eaten. Roop made the best tacos and was so pleasant. The owner is also very friendly and really cares that his customers are satisfied. We will definitely be eating here every time we stop in town. The tables and food prep areas were also clean and well organized. Also a great location. Lots of parking and other great stores to shop at.

Not impressed with the service I received at Guac. The girl working there seemed a little rude to me, did not give me the option to pick the tortilla I wanted and burnt the quesadilla.

Over the half dozen or so times Ive been there, seems to be about a 50/50 chance of getting a good meal. Today was the worst ever. Server was a trainee who was barely being supervised. Almost no ingredients, literally a couple strands of cheese , folded wrong so it was all meat on one end and all rice on the other. $11 burrito was about the size of a baseball and every bite seemed to be more tortilla than meat/beans,,, horrible meal

Me and my wife got here first time last night. The food here is so good. The server was so polite and he recommended us the burrito sauce which was awesome never seen such a good service from quite long. The guy made my day. I loved my experience there.

Weve had good burritos from here in the past. Today my wife and I ordered 2 burritos, a small quesadilla and a Fiesta Potatoes (basically fries supreme but with potatoes). The burritos were just ok, the quesadilla was sloppily prepared and falling apart and the fiesta potatoes were freezing cold, completely raw and inedible. With so many other Mexican options in town these kinds of blunders are costly. We may go back to Guac but not any time soon.

Love this place. By far my favourite of the taco and burrito places in the province. Have been going at least once a week since they opened and will continue to do so as long as they are open. Great food, great prices and I have never had an issue with service.

My wife and I have been to this location quite a few times as we live in Aliston. Usually the food and the service are good but NOT tonight !! I ordered my three hard tacos and asked for the new veggie crumble option for a topping. I was told that they do not put that option on the hard tacos. I mentioned that the last time I was in that they gladly did without a fuss because it IS an option for tacos. Immediately after, the gentleman working there said we are all out right now, which I new was not the truth. I realize that there was a few people in the line behind us and the crumbles have to be prepared, but isnt that why your offer that option, guess not. Instead I opted for the black beans which I found were not cooked enough and quite hard. Bit of a long review but long story short, we wont be back !!!!

We ate here the first week of November 2020. The food was excellent, but the best part of our experience was Harrys customer service. Happy to see great customer service is alive and well.

Really enjoyed our Saturday deal of the day nachos. One steak and one carnita order. Fresh and tasty with the perfect amount of spice!! We both loved it. Good value for your money. Lots leftover!! Harry the server was fantastic. Friendly but professional. We will order here again forsure.

The service here is ridiculous! The woman on the phone is a complete C U Next Tuesday! She refused to take our order because it was too big (4 burritos) and apparently couldn t hear us, and then when speaking louder as requested, claimed there was yelling so she doesn t wanna take our order. She was VERY rude!! So unprofessional. This seems like the kind of place that would spit in your food.

Tried GUAC Mexi Grill on Thanksgiving weekend. My husband & I arrived an hour before they closed and they were already mopping the floors and cleaning for the night. We had to walk on a slippery wet floor with our toddler in hand. We ended up ordering tortillas with salsa, 1 burrito, 3 tacos, & 1 drink, spent around $25. Burrito and tacos were cold even after being heated on the press and getting meat from the hot section of the table. (There were other patrons in the restaurant before we arrived. It boggles my mind why the food was cold) It was all mediocre/bland food and we paid an extra $3 for a couple of tablespoons of guacamole.. (you can purchase 5/6 avocados for the same price) We left unsatisfied and to top it off we got food poisoning for 2 days. I am not just writing this to over exaggerate our poor experience as it is true. We will never return to this restaurant. Too bad since we were really looking forward to having a New Mexican establishment to grab a bite from once in a while and they offer gluten free options.

I bit pricey, but nice fresh food, and the salsa reminded me of the stuff I ate while in Mazatlan. I wasnt courageous and just stuck with a boring quesadilla. They dont skimp on the meat, thats for sure.

Quality of the meats and vegetables were really good! Very tasty burritos, didnt care for the competitors at all; no comparison. Try the burrito spice on yours too! So delicious! They also have a loyalty card system which is cool. :)

My favourite burrito place of all time!! Quality meat that is made every day as well as you can sample any kind of meat before you put it on your burito to make sure you see 100% satisfied. I go here once a week with my family and we all love it. Would recommend and is a 10/10 in my books.

Of all the fast Mexican chains this one has the best steak burrito. Very tender and flavorful. Also amazing cookies for desert. I eat here 3 times per month on average. My only complaint is the salsa you get with the chips - but that is true for any fast Mexican restaurant.

I happened to go by one day after seeing the sign being put up coming soon and next thing you know I go in and I order a very lovely burrito pork medium burrito with all the fixings and I got to tell you Ive never found anything more fresher than this and I can get I got a card to stamp for all the times Ive been in to enjoy and get another free burrito. You can get tacos churros a I think its called a burrito bowl but there is a lovely bowl that you can have your food in and eat it too everything is fresh made to order and they have this amazing machine that they use to manually cuts all their veggies and onions to a specific size. This is far safer than electric Guac create their sauces too. Guacs place is neat and tidy and serving you as soon as possible. You can eat-in or take-out. Ther is a lovely arrangement for you to sit down and eat at a table for two or four or at the window to look out. Guacs staff take pride in helping you out and going above and beyond for you so ask for something and dont let you know how they can make it right for you.

Horrible service, I brought my 3 children and girlfriend with me for dinner, One of my childs burritos fell apart and had to be remade and for some reason that child ended up throwing up all night long with food poisoning.... If thats not bad enough my girlfriend with celiac disease was told not to come back to eat there as they will not accomodate the allergy even though they supposedly offer gluten free options... Super improfessional and I quote from the elder employee most of their gluten free customers dont care if they use the press that is used for all other Gluten products so next time just dont eat here. The demenor of the worker was terrible and embarassing, will NEVER return to eat there again. Appauling.

Wow thats a great experience. Being new to the area, we decided to go for lunch. Narrowed it down to Guac. Soooo happy that you could taste the meata prior to picking your choice. Ended up with the taco trio..and all the meat choices were soooo yummy. Definitely will be going back The service was great and very friendly.

The staff were friendly and the burrito and enchilada we had were moderately tasty. Unfortunately, we both had severe reactions to the volume of msg in the food. Itchy skin, extreme thirst, and a sleepless night. We so hoped this would be a good venue for food we generally love. We declined to have the seasoning sprinkle because staff could not confirm the presence or absence of msg. My hope is that Msg never be added to make food tasty. If used, it should be posted so msg sensitive customers can make alternate choices. In addition, 27 dollars for two is a bit steep for one entrée and a fountain drink each. Other comments....please provide better quality utensils. Thanks!

Amaaaaaazing barbacoa burrito!!! Mmmmm..... i love the barbacoa and the selection of options. Also very cool that they let you taste test any of the meat options you like. Thats unlike other places for sure.

Very disappointed in the customer service. The girl behind the counter obviously hates her job. No gesture of hospitality. Extremely slow. Got my order wrong and still made no comment or apology . Food was good . Just needs better employees.

Honestly I went to this establishment 2 days after it opened , it was so so , wasn t horrible , but the place looked filthy over the line of food , but I assumed they were just getting started and opened. Although they weren t really busy. I ordered a burrito and so did my fiancé , asked for guacamole but if we could get it on the side . Then I get to the cash and the woman started telling me if I wanted it on the side I would have to pay 2.99. As a posed to the 1 up change. I said well whatever amount you put on the burrito I would just like that on the side, she then said in a attitude do you want the guacamole or not ? So whatever I just got it anyways. Agin food was so so . I then went in there the other day to give it another try. Place still looked dirty on the side where the food was made. I bought the three tacos with the 3$ guacamole on the side and a pop, 15$. I drove home , went to bite the hard taco and I couldn t figure out where the weird smell was coming from, took a bite and something tasted really disgusting. I couldn t figure it out if it was the meat or beans or rice. But it was no edible. As I picked apart the taco it ended up being the taco shell itself , like a stale nasty aftertaste and a smell that went along with it. Doesn t end there , there was also a tiny black hair in my guacamole, now at this point I m disgusted and I don t even want to go back and complain but I felt they should know about my experience, so I call them , someone picks up and immediately hangs up, no problem I call back a guy puts me on hold and 9 minutes later , needless to say I gave up. I won t be going back which sucks because we don t have a lot of options in alliston and would have loved a good Mexican place. Their cleanliness , staff attitude , poor food is the reasons why I won t be returning . Looking forward to mucho burrito coming to town

Got a massive burrito, super tasty and fresh. All the toppings a burrito or taco demand, and then some. Store looks really nice inside and is very clean. Staff were having a lot of fun determining who could wrap the tightest burrito, had everyone in the store cracking up. Good vegetarian options. Highly recommend!

Ingredient werent the worst although, these clowns cant evenly distribute guacamole, or any other sauce you choose to put on your burrito leaving mouth fulls of hotsauce and guacamole at times. Therr was like 5 pieces of chicken and it was more bland than Miley Cyrus and chunkier than Fat Albert. Would recommend if you like the most un-authentic Mexican food.
