Hours are from 10:30-10:30. Arrived on a Tuesday at 10:10pm and all lights were off and restaurant was closed. Please adjust hours to reflect correct closing time. This was very inconvenient.

I visited this location last week. After the sour and unprofessional service from a manager at this location, I decided to call the head office and made a complaint. Its been a week, and there has been no call back. The junior chicken sandwich was over, OVER fried, and rubbery consistency. I went back to the window and requested a refund. The ignorant guy gave 1.50 in change. When on your display, it states over 3. And some change. He argued with me at the window because I got a combo with it, too? It was a brown, ignorant guy who was incredibly rude and unprofessional and didnt even apologize for the poor experience. Wont recommend or ever return.

Probably help customers if you had the toppings listed instead of just the works The person taking the order wouldnt even tell me what other toppings they had available, just doing the minimal. They barely put any toppings on the burger. Went home and had to dress the burger myself. Kinda pathetic to be honest.

Extra olives = 2 olives. Never have anything in , no cucumbers, onions etc Harvey s is great but avoid this location, terrible service and their version of a burger is a patty with an olive slice, a piece of onion , part of a tomato and a smirk Terrible service recently as well.. not sure what changed at this location .

Service was slow, seemed more worried about drive thru. Order was correct. Was disappointed when I watched a staff member drop the dipping sauce on floor. Then proceeded to toss it into bag. I tossed the fries the sauce was sitting on. Won t be back.

Went to Harveys today to pick up lunch and there was no one else in the restaurant or I line. I still ended up waiting over 10 minutes before walking out not receiving service as three different employees stood around the computer unable to figure out the computer without any apologies or effort to take my order. This is completely an acceptable and will never return

Fountain drinks are expired you can taste the stale pop. Their blatters probably wont be replaced till empty. Absolutely horrible pop choice. Even the water tasted dirty... i believe the fountain is long overdue.

Goa a bacon cheese burger Angus. . The burger was not warm enough to melt the cheese the bacon looked like they scraped it together from scraps also to cold to melt the cheese . . . . I have been told not to go to this location for food and I will be passing that along to everyone that thinks about going out for fast food......DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

We had a bad experience once before, and a colleague and I stopped in for lunch the other day. I was most pleasantly surprised as the food was great and service superb. We found the calorie count is lower than the local comparable burger places. Will make Harveys our goto place for lunch or dinner. Parking: Lots of parking available

love the burgers. not to sure about the burger coming out of a warmer though. I thought harvey s was fresh flame broiled. so my favourite place through a curve hall at me when i saw that. this place doesn t look old. however it is dirty everywhere you look. i m talking dirty that a. quick clean on a regular basis would resolve. you have a great restaurant. please clean the washrooms and front of the house well.

This is an old standby when we need a quick bite and I dont feel like preparing supper. I tried the deep fried pickle poutine and it was good. I like fact that I can easily make a gluten free friendly hamburger salad here simply by asking for no bun and extra veggies like lettuce and tomatoes. The ambiance of the sit down area is rather blah, but I can cope with it.

Always make the perfect burger, and their condiments are always fresh. They even offered to keep our take out portion under the heat to we left.

Getting our food took long & no dine-in option. We ordered food for 4 of us and they tried cramming it all into one bag. They even put 3 pies in one bag (no boxes per pie). Just an awful experience.

I ordered a chicken strip combo with a poutine. When I looked in the bag it was fries. No big deal, minor slip up, I go and have them change it. Turns out they didnt charge me for the poutine I asked for and the manager was confused when I said I wanted one. Lady, Im not trying to scam you out of a $2 poutine. But what got me was after all that waiting and confusion she then asked me for the original fries back. First of all, gross, how would you know I hadnt started eating them. Second, what is your need for them now that I had them? Are you tossing them? Are you throwing them back in the warmer? I was miffed, and definitely will not be going back.

Wonderful experience. Candice was a breath of fresh air. Polite, personable. You could see her smile behind the mask. Food was hot & delicious. Love those deep fried pickles!!

we arrived at 9.10 pm on Saturday store was empty before we ordered we were told that they closed at 10 pm. after ordering we were told it would be nine minutes seemed long to us for a hamburger but we waited after 10 minutes got our food sat down to eat and chat.at 9.55 the manger told us we had to leave as he was going to lock the door. we said we would be finished in a few minutes but he raised his voice demanding us to leave. when i said we would be done soon he walked away from us without saying word,he was completing unprofessional and he stared at us as we were leaving I will never return to this location and I will advise anyone who will listen do not go there they have no customer service skills

2022 July: 4/5 -friendly service, okay drive thru speed...went at lunch during a weekday...I was the 5th car, was out of there after 7 minutes of waiting...burger was as expected quality...

The website says closing at 10:30 I got there at 9:50 waited behind a car for a long time and when I got to order at 9:58 the guy said we re closed and turned off the light. He was rude. Either change the hours on ur website or at least have the workers serve the last costumer they made them wait.

Im giving them a 2 cause Im nice. The burgers werent made right, under cooked.

I ordered on the mobile app, I do that all the time. Never an issue till I went to this one. It said that it will be 10 minutes, it was 4;30pm on a Friday night so it was empty in there. I sat at a dirty table wanting for my food. About 5 minutes into the wait someone came in and order a meal and got it within 5 minutes. It took them 16 minutes to make my food which was only a veggie burger, fries, a poutine, and a fountain drink. They only gave me one set of fork and knife, I need two because my veggie burger has no bun and the poutine was for the child I had with me. I also wasnt given a straw. So I when back to get that and had to wait a long time again. Still very empty and workers just standing there but trying to look away from me. A teenager came in to work and they made him go clean up the dinning area. I think they were just not wanting to do it so they waited for a teenager to come in to do it. Make the guest eat in a mess. Definitely worth driving to Cookstown or Angus instead of going here

Not sure what happened to this place lately but the service is terrible, toppings are never fresh and food isn t the same. Shame

Burgers are good but the gravy on the poutine is horrible, just had it for the first time the gravy tastes like cardboard with a horrible aftertaste i had two bites and had to throw it out. Complete waste off money. Never buy the poutine.

Asked for mustard and onion on a burger.. only two toppings and they managed to forget the onion. Sad as Harveys is usually my favourite burger place but my last few visits to the Angus location have been disappointing :(

Worst experience. Ordered combo. Got just burger. Even, they didnt put the topping that i told them. Went back they couldnt open door and didnt pick the call.

They mail out coupons for price discounts, then you go and try to use the coupons and they say that its 8 p.m. or later. But nowhere on the actual coupon voucher doesnt say anything about times. And the employees at the store cannot understand or speak basic coherent English.

Slow...4 working in store, still tool 20 min to get order. At least it was hit!

My Angus combo was delicious and for my first time ordering through the app, it was not difficult at all to do. I did notice that none of the wheelchair buttons to open the door actually work at all, which unfortunately makes this place wheelchair inaccessible.

Label your veggie burgers! I just spent ten minutes doing a guessing of is this meat ? Out of three times we ve ordered here this has happened twice. No ketchup was given. We were the only people at this location, I don t understand the rush.

So, Im the only customer inside, order taken and being prepared, but while I wait, 3 vehicles go in to the drive through! Their orders were taken, prepared and delivered before mine! I guess they were all VIPs! Next time, I will order at the drive through and walk in to eat!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, after giving an order and reconfirming the order twice with the person they still managed to give me the wrong order, I wasn t even angry or mad just went back in the drive Thur and told them that it was a sandwich I order and not a wrap and this worker starts arguing telling me what I ordered and just started going on a rant saying the drive thru box has a recording and that I m lying. Really I m going to lie about what I ordered? I told him to go and check the recording and when he wasn t sure he gives attitude. By far the worst customer service I ve ever received, this worker of yours needs to relax and watch the way he talks to customers. I didn t pay for a meal and ask for disrespect.

They closed 1 hour earlier than the hours on the door window yet had their drive thru window open.

I have been going here for awhile, and never had a real problem. Today however is a different story. The guy working there who I havent seen there before was very rude and condescending. He told me that I wasnt ordering correctly. He said I had to order what I wanted then tell him what I wanted on each item at the end. I had already told him what my husband wanted on his burger. So, then I said what I wanted on my sandwich and he repeated what I already told him for the burger. If he was able to enter that info when I said it, why bother telling me Im ordering wrong. I didnt even want to take my order after being spoken to that way, but I was ordering food not just for me. I will call and speak to manager, not cool at all. Oh and he didnt even say anything when he handed me the bag, no thank you, no have a nice day...nothing. This guy needs to check himself.

Staff are not good. They have never gotten my order right no matter how many times I have to repeat what I want, very lazy with upkeep of cleanliness of store, no customer service skills.

Food was fine, but one worker was cleaning tables when I went in. There were many fries and napkins on the floor that he stepped over. Then joined two other workers for a lengthy chat behind the counter. No sense of urgency to clean up the mess on the floor.

I wish I could recommend this place but I cant. Its not Harveys or the food. Its just the staff/management, general lack of customer service and store cleaning. Tables left uncleaned even when there is no one in the store. Unhelpful staff who seem not interested in helping customers or going the extra mile. Do yourself a favour if your in the area go to Cookstown and the Tanger outlet mall location, youll have a much superior experience

Wow! I just had the worst Harveys Burger in my life. Harveys was built on making a fantastic burger. With food being served like this, unfortunately the name will be tattered and tarnished. The bun was dry and the burger was definitely under the heat lamp for awhile. Im pretty sure the burgers were made fresh at one time. Honestly that burger was shameful to the food chain.
