This is handsdown one of the best Pizza in town. A little bit expensive compared to these regular chain Pizzaz but much better in quality.

Not sure what all Of the hype is about. It s a very generic tasting pizza. Very little flavour mostly crust. Very stingy on the toppings. Overall disappointing.

Have always drove by John s pizza in Alliston and never paid much attention to it, then one day decided to give it a try. To my surprise the pizza was great and the staff were awesome. Pizza is always fresh and always a joy. Found my new pizza place.

Johnnys Pizza is just phenomenal .i first ate here when I moved to Alliston. The pizza was incredible. Haven t stopped coming here since. I ve tried all the franchises here and they do not compare to Johnnys. The staff is very friendly and extremely sweet. Roger is a very genuine guy, cares about his customers and the team. I got there about 20 minutes early for my order, the girl said give us about 8 more minutes. I said no problem. Maybe five minutes went by and Roger came up and asked the girls what I was waiting for and they told him. He said sorry sir it ll be about few seconds. I said don t worry I m early there is no rush. Him and I had a good chat after.

Roger is very customer oriented. I was waiting for my pizza yesterday afternoon in my truck. I was a half hour early and Roger pulled in I thought he was going to yell at me for being in his spot. But no the opposite happened he came over and asked if I ordered a pizza I replied yes I did but I was early he said oh come on in it will be ready. He complemented on my truck and said come in and thanked me for purchasing there. I went in and my pizza was just coming out of the oven perfect !!!! I must say it was delicious as always. I want to mention to the staff is very friendly and they work hard. Keep up the great work and customer service. !!!!!! I will be back 100% Thanks Roger and staff!!

Roger personally dealt with our concerns with panzerottis we ordered previously. He remade them for us, and they were amazing. Nice to have a business owner who cares enough to take the time to make things better!

We had been looking forward to trying the pizza at Johnnys as the reviews seemed pretty positive minus some bad service reviews from a little while ago. After getting the pizza and trying it, I have to say it is the worst pizza we have had in Alliston. That being said I can eat some snack bar pizza after playing sports and not mind it. The pizza here had very little sauce and we asked for extra on the one, on that same pizza we asked for BBQ sauce on top, which wasnt done but it had a bit of BBQ sauce under the cheese. Our other pizza was the same very doughy, not much sauce and what was there had little flavor. We were so hoping to enjoy a local place instead of a chain but the pizza was extremely disappointing. At least our pets got a snack.

From the time you place your order to pickup or delivery, expect courteous, friendly service from people who will make you a delicious pizza pie made to YOUR specifications, not say, it doesnt come with that . Great tasting pizza every time we go. Lovely picnic tables for the summer and ample seating indoors during the winter. Definitely recommend if youre looking for delicious, fresh pizza.

The manager of this restaurant was extremely helpful and accommodating for our out of town Tournament, team dinner. The service was outstanding (even verified all food allergies we had to ensure were avoided), the food was amazing and the cost value for quality was unbeatable. I Recently ordered a pizza a couple days ago and it took longer than expected. My pizza was really soggy from the layered sauce between the toppings. It was also missing dipping sauces. It used to be really good but I feel like theres way better pizza places to eat from. I love supporting local but I wont be supporting here anymore after what happened.

Johnnys pizza is my favourite pizza spot in all of New Tecumseth, ON. Sometimes I just get a slice, and other times I order a full pizza. The staff has always been nice and respectful and has gotten my orders ready in a very timely manner, most times have even been ready early! The owner is very hard working and kind and has led a great team. However, I would love if you added a tip option to your debit machine because I rarely have cash on me and would love to tip you guys more often! Thank you Johnnys Pizza for the delicious pizza!

Just horrible, i m not one to leave reviews and never bad ones but this was just not a good experience. I went in last week to pick up my order i placed online. I placed it an hour ahead and when i showed up they hadnt even started making my pizza yet. So i had to wait in store for another 45 minutes. That is fine though because i understand places are short staffed. I over heard the manager adrianna ( i think that s her name) getting angry with the kids for not hurrying up while she just stood there on her phone. When she finally got off her phone 30 minutes later she took my pizza out of the oven and yelled oh i guess i ll get a pizza box my self then . Why didn t you look to see if there was a box before you took the pizza out instead of being snarky. You re a grown adult treating kids poorly. I m a mother and i wouldn t ever let my kids work in a environment like this, it s so frustrating because i love supporting small businesses but it s hard when you see a business you love filled with hatred.

Don t get me wrong the food here is great but not a single time when you order and go for pickup it s ready for you does not matter your order is small or big You go there and you have to wait for sure Even though you go there exactly after the time they give you I am patient person but if someone says it will take 30-35 minutes and you go after 40 minutes and you still have to wait that s tell me something is wrong when it comes to mange the orders Or maybe small orders are given less priority I am posting this review after my 3 to 5 visits Just a thought

NEVER GO HERE! Placed the order an hour ahead of time and then waited 50 mins for pizza, they didn t even start making it until we were inside for 30 minutes!!! All the staff do is talk and joke about how they messed up toppings or dropped dough, it s not funny when your entire customer lobby is waiting on food they were promised HOURS AGO

I come in for a slice for lunch most days and I ve got to say. The ladies working during the day are incredible. I get my food so quickly every time and they are always super friendly. The food is great but the service is why I come here. Vegetarian options: I love their veggie pizza

Picked up a deluxe pizza from Johnnys yesterday and boy, it was delicious. Fresh toppings, great sauce ( we asked for his pasta sauce instead of pizza sauce on our pizza) and the crust was crispy. Loved it. Highly recommend!

Waited one hour in restaurant after calling in well before the dinner rush and then going to pick up a large three ingredient pizza. Asked twice if ours was ready as they took walk ins and theirs was ready before ours. They left ours sitting and didn t see it. It was cold and had to be re-heated. No discount offer on the one hour wait and pizza was not very good. Very disappointing and Not the service they used to offer.

Love johnnies - go there frequently - recently the staff has changed to a bunch of young kids - kids are polite and quick while your at the counter - however once I sat down and began to eat several other kids appeared and they proceeded to have a pow wow in there - yelling/swearing/ obnoxious stories not appropriate for the work place - I was actually on a business call and decided it would be best to let them go as I was embarrassed by the back round noise being made by what looked like a high school re-union - I don t know if there is just no management around 3 pm but I know I won t be rushing back.

No issue with the food . They have delivered to our home with no issue. This time they called back claiming we are not in their area to deliver. Very upsetting as we are a minute from tree tops . I am not the type to be rude ,but even after I said they have been delivering here, they didnt care. I just said whatever and hung up. Sorry but not going in there or ordering from there again. Very disappointed

Ordered two large pizza s and was amazed by both the staff and the food. Staff is kind, friendly and have an amazing relationship with one another and the pizza was some of the best pizza I ve ever tasted. 10/10 will recommend, all workers should be very proud of themselves and the food they create.

Great place when you need a large, quality pizza. Keep in mind that the pizzas are on the larger size, so the price also reflects that. However, I feel the price is well worth it. This isnt my first time eating from here and it certainly wont be my last!

The food is good the prices are a bit high though. The staff are friendly and efficient, especially on busy nights.

First Id like to adress the owner. He is very rude to both the staff and the customers like the time where he took off his pants and sang a song insulting the way the customers (including me) dressed which wasnt very nice (I was wearing a fedora, a white shirt and my shorts with fruit printed on them) so if you wanna eat here I would recommend going on a day where the owner isnt there...pizza is amazing! Very large sauce and. though the last time I ate there I found a severed finger under one of the pepperonis and the owner was very mean about it and decided to cut my finger with a knife he took from the table next to me and put it in my pizza and it actually didnt taste that bad but now I cant play fortnite.

Johnny s Pizza has been one of the best pizza spots for me, my friends and family. Living in Toronto now I ve been able to try many great pizza places but whenever I visit Alliston I try to pick up a pizza at Johnny s. Also the deep fried panzerotties are 10/10.

Johnnys used to be the best place in town but the last 5 times i have ordered from them there there service has been terrible. Missing items from first order, gave them another chance as this does happen from time to time with everyone. Next tried ordering a few things on their menu and they didnt have whàt was listed. Next order again toppings missing this last time ordering took 1hr 45 minutes to deliver called them back they said they made a mistake with the pasta. They should have called me to let me know this but made my family and freinds wait. After this i was so upset that i could not even enjoy the food i received. Unfortunately I will not be ordering there again. I try to buy from local small businesses but with this service I cannot support or recommend Johnnys Pizza anymore.

Had the Pizza a few months back. It was okay. I had such high hopes after a co worker of my mine told me it is her regular spot for her Pizza that she likes but it did not match what I was going for. It was a little dry. Woild try again to see if it could be better a 2nd time around. Sometimes there are off days so that coulda been it.

The pizza is good but I order extra topping and I payed 10 dollars for the extra topping that brought my pizza to 25 dollars for large pizza i paying that much money for something that should be worth it the money they taste was good but not enough sauce and not enough topping I want get what am paying for

Johnnys is probably the best fast pizza you can get in Alliston UPDATE I initially gave Johnnys 4 stars but its worth a 1 star now. After the service I recieved in my last 3 visits and on the phone then I rate johnnys to be just as useful to me as Pizza Pizza . Cant support this local anymore.... 1. How do you let a customer stand in front of your register for 10 minutes while you take and get other orders? 2. How do you let a customer stay on hold for 10 minutes? 3. When a customer asks for a THIN CRUST AND WELL DONE it doesnt mean to send a 2 inch thick loaf with sauce drizzled on it.

Usually a regular here. Twice now we received our order wrong and when brought it to their attention got nothing but attitude, once from an employee and the last time it was the owner himself. When asked for the correct order or our money back the owner gave attitude and started name calling. After an argument the money was literally thrown back. We will never buy pizza here again. Thoroughly disgusted! If i could give a zero star I would.

The pizza is good but the service stinks. Twice we have ordered from them and both times it took over an hour and a half to get delivery, and that after we called to complain . There lots of other pizza places out there.

Expect a 2 hour wait, which, they wont tell you. The pizza is good but the customer service is really lacking. 2nd time we ordered 2nd time weve been burned. Took an hour and 45 minutes. Called twice and was told they were short of drivers. Why didnt they say that when we ordered. We were told 1 hour. Which is exactly what they told us last time. They should be honest and tell you that its going to be 2 hours to get your pizza. I complained and the supervisor was supposed to call me back and never did. Very poor service.

Like all the reviews below we loved the pizza. The garlic sauce was great too. We were so delighted and then we tried the wings. They spoiled the experience and we got regular coke which we dont like at all instead of the coke zero we ordered. We will be back for the pizza and throw some frozen wings in the oven next time. They might be slower then other pizza joints on delivery but hey they are a family run business thats popular so Ill just order sooner.

I was here with my son, I did not get food, so I can not give an option on that aspect. I can say the restaurant was clean, bright, the food did look good, and the menu prices are fair.

Its unfortunate the service has been so terrible lately, because the pizza is really good. The last 3 times we have ordered for delivery they have lost our order, and it has taken forever to get our food. We ordered at 5:10pm tonight. They told me 45 minutes. I called at 6:20. They couldnt find my order, then told me it would be another 20 minutes because they got busy. Its now 6:30. Still waiting... This may be my last chance for Johnnys. Its a shame. *update* it is now 7:05pm. I was able to order Dominos, and have it delivered. Still waiting on Johnnys... Not even a call from them. Wow. They just lost my business for good. Totally not acceptable.

Want the best pizza in Alliston? Then go no further. This is the place to be. Very professional and friendly staff. Well organized and clean. It has the old pizza place feel which I love. It feels like it is always done right. They really nailed it here. And wow is it ever tasty. I hate to say it but if I worked there they would have to roll me out. I would always be eating it. Way to good! Be proud you guys you have an amazing place and deserve the 5 stars.

If I could give it a minus - 10 I would, terrible pizza, terrible owners, they talk down to their employees, they are rude, they threatened to not give the kids their pay because they make mistakes with the orders... Please dont order from this place ever. Teens are verbally abused at this place, and the food is disgusting. The owners Roger and Rose watch the employees from home on the camera and call constantly to harass the employees

Hello, my past experiences with Johnnys Pizza have been terrible to put it nicely. Anyone before you make an order from Johnnys Pizza, I would advise you to rethink that decision, you may as well just find your closest local dumpster and look through that and youll find better food! Pizza has little to NO sauce, minimal amount of pepperoni, and its basically like chewing on cardboard! Not happy with any previous experiences with this pizza location. In a small town with quite a few other pizza options, I would definitely recommend any other place in town. Also like to mention the disrespectful and extremely rude owners! Roger the older gentleman, has no manners, the way he talks to his employees is an embarrassment especially in front of customers, he is no better with the customers either. However the staff that works there are all very nice and friendly people, I feel bad for them as they get harrassed from the owners. Worst pizza in town! Thank you Ted.

Every time I take a drive up north , I m finding myself stopping in for a slice and every time I feel so happy I did . Great tasting pizza, great price and they re always friendly ! Myself and my family have been coming here since they first opened and the quality of the food and excellent customer service have remained consistent! Once you step inside, you can see how every member of their team is working hard and to the best of their ability to ensure every customer is leaving happy and with a full belly! I have tried almost everything on the menu and have yet to be disappointed (I personally recommend the garlic finger or a deep fried panzerotti, you can thank me later). Easily the best pizza I have had in years. It really tastes like they care about their food. When I first moved here I made the huge mistake of getting dominos and found a huge hair woven through 3 pieces of my pizza. I was reluctant to order from Johnnys because it was a little more money Do yourself a favor Support small and local places like this and taste the difference. Great crust. Sauce is good and not over powering. Perfectly baked and delivered in a very timely fashion. Will only be ordering from here now. For the person below me. I would rather wait 6 hours for my food than order from Dominos. It is easily the WROST pizza in the world. Johnny and Rogers has always been a staple for Friday night dinners at our house. There is no better pizza place in town! Great portion sizes, amazing flavor and the menu has a little something for everyone. You cant go wrong with this place when youre in the mood for good Italian food!

Ive ordered from Johnnys Pizza on multiple occasions and have never had a single problem with them. I have always had great customer service, the size of their pizza is better than any of the other pizza places in Alliston and is certainly less greasy than them.
