My server kyle was an absolute dialed guy, very personable and was an all around good guy that is clearly a hard worker, the food was hot and fresh and came out very quickly, I will recommend this location.

The food was terrible, fish was greasy and so dark it was either burned or fried in very dark old oil. Chicken sandwich had no taste, chicken wrap was awful, no taste. Overall the food was disgusting and would not recommend dining at this location.

I have been to this place a few times soni don t know why I am surprised however this isn t the only Montana s I ve gone to I ordered wings and mentioned to the server that I wanted them to be cooked through correctly so I usually ask to have them cooked a little longer as I ve had them come raw before Three of the wings weren t cooked through I assume they are frozen wings Server kinda said oh well do you want a box Also on the website it states that there are daily specials but this specific restaurant doesn t acknowledge them I called another restaurant because I was kissed and had the time and found out it s just the owner that is creating his own rules Kinda sucks because it s local and kid friendly but this is another meal of countless ones that s been screwed up one way or another but raw chicken isn t cool

Amazing, family friendly place to eat . Reliably good food and service.We go once a week on the weekend. If you want a great dinner place in Alliston this is the place to go . Tonight we had Kyle he was great. It was my daughters birthday and a large group of servers sang her happy birthday and gave her a cake. Our usual server is Kristine(Kris) and she is amazing, I couldnt say enough good thigs about her. Kid-friendliness: Chicken strips, pizza, and the kids pasta.

We usually dont write reviews but we were pretty disappointed with tonights visit. We got seated and took a while to get approached to get drinks started, once we gave her our order we got the apps fairly fast, portion sizes were so small compared to any other time we had been, after what felt like forever we got our mains and they were small and not hot. We didnt bother letting her know because when we asked her for anything it would take forever or slip her mind . We asked for a water refill from two different people and didnt get it until i reminded her when we got the bills, and after getting the bills we had to wait over 10 minutes until I got up and approached a waiter and let him know were waiting on the machine, once again it slipped her mind we didnt bother with saying anything else, we didnt even want to ask for a box to pack anything else because we knew it would take forever.

I had Elizabet and she was an amazing server. Very nice and friendly to talk to and very efficient. I was very happy with the food. I love the natchos with the applewood BQQ Sauce.

We were rushing to head to a movie and we realized that we were hungrier than we thought, we came in just thinking we d get a fast appetizer, but our server Liz was phenomenal. She got a pound of wings, all of our drinks and spinach dip out in under 15 minutes for us so we can make it to our movie in time. I have been to many Montana, and this is just a super cool vibe, between all of the artwork and lights, TVs everywhere. It is the place to be in Alliston. Liz was super polite, full of energy and gave me an amazing drink recommendation. Because of Liz, I will come back again.

Ordered food for pickup. Portions were ridiculously small. The mack and cheese provided filed up a 1/4 of the plastic bowl. Spinach dip was equally pathetic. Taste of the food was good, but was left wanting. Is the portions for takeout differ than dine in? This wouldnt be accepted if it was served as a dine-in order.

So many things I could say about this place, but Ill go with what I find most offensive; Theyre hiring a Kitchen Manager for MINIMUM WAGE. If you wonder why your food and service are awful, its because the cornerstone of their business is being paid the same as a dishwasher. RECIPE is a plague on this industry.

Liz, Chris, Christine, Sebastian and Kyle are all fantastic servers and Natasha is always friendly, seating us quickly and with space for my wheelchair and service dog. We love our visits to Montanas! Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessibility is poor as the doors have no automatic options, but once inside the aisles are wide and easy to navigate!

Got a smokehouse wrap and a starter Caesar for takeout this past Friday night got there a few minutes early for pickup time and it was ready Got home and found the fries cold and only a third of the tray full of fries, also no dressing for the Caesar salad, got about ( 1/2 of the size of a chicken nugget ) in the whole wrap but lots of rice. It s going to be a long time if we ever return there for a meal again

Great Food & Excellent Service

This Montanas restaurant ranks as the poorest in the chain based on my experience. It was disappointing to end Fathers Day at a table that hadnt been cleaned properly a clear indicator of what was to come. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the numerous hostesses, who promptly tidied up the mess, the condition of the furniture was another concern. Tables showed extensive varnish peeling and the seat material was torn and cracked. Our interaction with the barmaid was the start of a lengthy ordeal. After placing our drink and food orders, our party of four endured a frustrating 50-minute wait for cold meals. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasnt overly busy, with several staff members idle. During this time, we observed them congregating at the front desk while dirty tables remained uncleared as customers left. When our food finally arrived, it was disappointingly cold. Despite our hunger, we struggled through it, with the cornbread ironically being the warmest part of my rib and wing combo. The fish and chips, as well as the rack of ribs, were also served cold. Thankfully, my partners salad provided a small saving grace. In my opinion, if youre searching for the worst Montanas location, this would be it.
