Typical diner, friendly staff, good food.

Not the best service Ive had. Took them over an hour to bring out the food and more than a half hour untill they came back to give us refills for our drinks, as well as finding a pink hair in my food.

Amazing food, amazing service and large quantities.

Best pancakes Ive had at ANY Stacked! Thick and fluffy! Food was great, service was good, Im just not a fan of the hard wood booths and I find all Stacked restaurants are loud and cold.

Was just at there got sat waited a full hour to be at least offered coffee but no ended up walking out worst experience with this business ever very sad

We arrived in the morning for breakfast. The restaurant was busy ,but staff and ownership were very friendly ,and service was great. The serving portions were large and found it difficult to finish off the meal. Pricing was competitive .Breakfast or lunch for two will run you $30-$35. Great coffee! Food

went here and ordered a cowboy hash, they brought it out and one of my egg yolks were broken and not runny, it didnt bother me I usually just cut it all up and mix it together anyways, well the waiter took it upon himself to go to the cook and get another egg made up with a good yolk without me even asking or saying anything, the service was awesome and I will definitely be going back

A big shoutout to Melissa, the new server at this location, who is a fast learner, and served us in a friendly and professional manner. The restaurant has a sleek black design, comfy tables and seats. The food was freshly made and was delicious. The bad: wi-fi confusion. Could not get IP address - too many people. No custom name for the network, hard to find. All in all, we had a great brunch here and will be back next time we drive by Alliston! Vegetarian options: Veg options dominate the menu

Typical breakfast/brunch place, but they also have burgers and sandwiches etc. The quality is not the same as eating in the cities. I ordered Avocado toast and didnt expect to get the thinnest layer of guac spread from costco and a sprinkle of tomatoes on it - that was a first. If you want to just enjoy friends and family together, the atmosphere is great!

I love this restaurant, but I am utterly disappointed with my experience today. Place was stacked as usual so I was more than understanding to wait for a server. 10 minutes elapsed with not a single server coming to greet us. The owner, as well as 3 servers and the hostess, all walked by without speaking to us several times, never asking us to be patient, drinks, nothing. I patiently sat for 10 minutes before deciding to just leave and go to Sunset Grill. There is no excuse for a customer to sit at their table for more than 5 minutes without being spoken to. Sadly, I wont be returning to Stacked anytime soon.

Stacked was one of our go to breakfast place since we moved to Alliston. Served us well for the time we have been there. Except last visit, that was 1st Saturday of December 2023. Ordered a stacked breakfast with 2 eggs over medium and home fries with jalapeños topping to spice up the fries, and the option of French toast as well. Im not sure if the ownership changed or not, the food was not upto the mark at all. Fries were not very fresh, the topping that was charged almost $2 was a teaspoon full of dried jalapeños and onions cooked and left out to dry even further sprinkled over the fries. Looked and tasted nasty. Bacon was crisp indeed but with the taste of grill cleaner that was used to clean the griddle the night before I suppose. Atleast the griddle is cleaned I guess. French toast that I got was tasting somewhat sour, as if its been soaked for some time and left outside. The seat we got was still wet after the wipe down, but had a nasty smell of old cloth soaked in dirty water. The quality have dropped drastically but the price did not. Hope they read this and fix whatever they are doing. Service was excellent this time too, kudos to that.

I went there with my best friend, great food, awesome service, quick wait times, quality meal , for an affordable price!

We went for a business meeting around 14 people. We got there 7.15 am, they came to get our order 7.45 am. At approximately 8.30 am the waitress start to bring the food from the kitchen one plate at a time. By the time the last person got his order the first had already done. They never came back to ask how was the order or if we need something else. Its a shame because having a restaurant in a small town you rely from repeated customers. Unfortunately we will never go back. Menu very expensive. Full stack French toast and an orange juice $24. You can get elsewhere a NY steak for around $26.

Good value for $$ spent. Good daily specials for lunch. Where else can you get a good burger & fries combo for $14.99. Better than Wimpeys. One fault? Wish they had fountain drink refills. Getting a can for a drink is too ghetto... K9

I loved it! The menu is very varied, there is something for everyone, with both sweet and savory options. You can also personalize your dish by combining several options (for example: potatoes, eggs, fruit, pancakes, waffles, etc.). Expect to leave feeling full! The portions are generous. I chose the Cinnamon rolls style pancakes, delicious . The service was excellent and the waitress friendly. I will come back.

My family and I went for brunch. The hostess asked how many we said 8. She said to hold so she can find out. Came back and advised us that we had to wait 45 mins for food and said sorry and turned away. Mine you the restaurant was empty which I ask her how come it s so empty and why the long wait. She said sorry. I never in my life had to wait 45 mins in an empty restaurant yet still got turn away.

We had amazing meal! While on the eay to our destination we took a halt in Alliston at stacked pancake with my friends. We were confused initially in deciding the lunch options but the host was really friendly and she helped us with coming up with lunch choices from menu. As Holiday season is on, we ordered a big meal altogether, so one of the person requested us politely to wait for additional 15 minutes, however, we got it almost after 5-8 minutes or so. So we didn t wait that long and there was nothing missing from the order. Good Work Guys!!!

Excellent breakfast spot and a great place for lunch too. The chicken club sandwich is top notch.

This was my first time at a Stacked restaurant. After looking at the menu, I think that I would want a sample platter if they had one. It all looked great. It was clean, and there were lots of choices. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. My companions coffee cup was never empty, and the food didnt disappoint me either.

OWNER VALUES ITS CUSTOMERs Word of Advised to the owner, the Supervisor (on Feb 25) who claims to have worked for 10 years with Stacked Pancake / from the corporate office (yet she looks like 19y.o.), with chips on her shoulder and made your VALUED customer feel LESS VALUED!!! TELL the corporate office that she demonstrated an AWFUL customer service and she seemed too young to value and validate business needs...(I dont believe this is the first time she has made a customer feel awful and VERY UNHAPPY if she was truly there for 10 years). Because of the OWNER, this restaurant DESERVES a second chance and hoping NEVER to encounter the SAME SUPERVISOR tho. I would hate to spend my money and be treated with such an attitude and disrespect and be lied to Thanks to the owner who made my stay better.

Visited this am for breakfast. Only one server. Bacon was cold, service was poor due to lack of staff. Spiced potatoes are a nice feature. This restaurant needs to improve if they wish to continue to succeed.

We stopped in for lunch. I ordered sandwich with fries and gravy. The sandwich was good. I cannot say the same for the fries or the gravy. The fries were cold, like they had sat for sometime before being served. The gravy was beyond cold. I m not sure even what the server was thinking bringing it to the table. It was lumpy and had the film on from being put in the freezer from the day before. We were very disappointed.

Came here 3 years ago when camping at Earl Rowe and loved it. I finally moved into the area and we thought to come here for our anniversary breakfast since we so rarely get to have breakfast together. The food is astonishing. Im always exploding because Im so full. I mean, look at this plate!!! Huge!!! The servers are amazing and it feels like a small diner with how friendly and relatable they are. Definitely recommend!!!

*The manager contacted me over the post. Said that it is new management and that the people of Allison are hard to please... offered me a free weekday meal. And said no dont need your food just dont use the wait list. Saw that there was a wait for stacked . So I joined the wait-list online, there was 2 groups in front of me on the list . I went back to my car to wait. Got a text confirming my spot. Noticed that groups are going in so, so I went to to check to find they were just seating people. The server told the group in front of me ( who called to make a reservation) they dont have one because they are not doing that today. Why I have wait list if you are not going to use it. What a waste of time. Did not end up eating , several empty tables. They just would not seat us. The manager talked to the people behind me and then walked away . We continued to wait. The food might be good. This is just about service.

Staff friendly & helpful. Easy to find. Food hot. Lots of parking.

Our server didnt really checked to see if we needed anything, the two times I needed her I had to ask someone to bring her to our table... even though we were ready for desert but our available time was up. On the other hand, we saw another server, her name is Makayla she was moving so fast to all the tables and making sure everyone was well taken care of.

We lost you once please dont leave us again . We lost nans too. The benches could really use some padding. Us old buggers with sciatica cant stay long enough to eat. Having said that, breakfast special was exactly what you would expect. Delicious. Nice jam made in house. Edit: Just stopped in, sausage and eggs. Everything is excellent overall. Only complaint is the Fries that are mandatory with most meals are far too salty on every visit. Maybe light salt or don t at all; as it s provided on the table?

Home fries were, under cooked, with chunks of raw potato, they were sent back and in minutes came out more and they were under cooked as well...sausages werent done and mushy inside, $75 and really not worth it

Staff are always lovely, decent atmosphere, however the last few times I have gone the food is less than desirable, which is disappointing because we often enjoyed ordering at work for lunch.

Second time I ve come here and the service is horrible. Sat me down and didn t even acknowledge I was there. Didn t ask me what I want to drink just said the server will be with you and after 5mintues of no one coming up to my table, I left. This time I didn t even order I just walked out. It s Honestly my fault for coming back thinking it would be better than my first horrible experience ..

My kids and I loved this place. Our server Kristen was amazing and entertained my kids and made it possible for me to eat at a restaurant with them peacefully. She anticipated what we needed before I even had to ask. The pancakes combo were great for the kids and my omelette was delicious.

Had the steak and eggs. Quite literally the worst tasting steak Ive ever had...smothered in spice, probably in an attempt to hide the fact it was well past its best before date. No way I could eat it. The rest of the breakfast was good. The server while friendly, showed zero interest in rectifying the situation. I cannot recommend this location and certainly will not be back.

I get it being busy on a Saturday morning, but it was an excessively long wait when I thought theyd want to free up the table.

This restaurant is under new ownership since this year (2023). We went for breakfast and were promptly seated. The server was friendly and attentive and customized my order as I had requested. She and the owner came around often with coffee refills. It was service with a smile! The food portions are generous, and everything we ordered was delicious. We were very happy with our dining experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend that you go early on the weekends as it gets very busy and you might need to wait for a table, or go during weekdays, if you can, when its not as busy.

We have dined here many of times and it is always impeccable service, very family friendly restaurant and delicious food.. even when they are jam packed, we still get our food quickly with everything hot and fresh.. the owner/manager has always been more then kind to us and our two year old!

Decent food but the service was terrible even though the place wasn t that busy. More particularly our server was not very good. Other patrons seemed to be having no issues with the service they where receiving. We where ignored, things where forgotten, and overall the server was not satisfactory. I had to flag down another server just to get coffee, while ours was nowhere to be found. We waited for at least 15 minutes before our server even bothered to see if we wanted anything. Our breakfast was brought to us and we still had no cutlery to eat with. I had to ask twice for a to go box and eventually had to get up and go to the servers station to ask for it, where I found our server restocking drinks having forgotten all about the twice requested item. The food itself was comparable to most breakfast joints and pretty much saved the situation. Prices aren t terrible, quantity is above average. I would try it again as long as it wasn t a self serve deal like today. The tip our server received was half of what I d have normally left for even basic service. I hardly ever leave reviews, but had to in this instance. However good a restaurant may be, service can make or break it.

A huge selection of various pancakes, if thats your thing. Kids were very happy. Service was great. Reasonable menu prices, with a early bird special before 9am. Will definitely go back again. Kid-friendliness: A great sized kids menu. Lots to choose from. Wheelchair accessibility: Used family washroom and it was very large and wheelchair accessible.

Brunch place in alliston beside EB games, plenty of parking, a lot of tables and booth. Not particularly comfortable but classic diner look. Only open morning to early afternoon. Friendly and quick service although we went on a Sunday and it was incredibly busy. The waitress did at some point indirectly nudge us to start leaving. A lot of different options for different tastes. I got the NY strawberry cheese cake pancakes. Very good. Although the cheese cake portion was a bit frosty/sugary then cheesy then I would of liked but overall nixly made. Family orientated. Very reasonably priced. Coffee actually pretty good surprisingly these kind of places. Overall 7.9/10 reccomand Parking: In a huge plaza with parking for multiple buildings Wheelchair accessibility: Not really accessible, not bathroom accessible. Tight tables. Would have to accommodate.

With a wide variety of options on the menu, Stacked re-opens in Alliston. I love how the new staff puts in so much effort to make sure we feel welcomed, always serving with a smile. The wait times on the weekend are rather long, we had to wait 45 min for our breakfast to be served. So just keep that in mind. Aim for early mornings as the place is pretty popular and the seats get filled up pretty quick. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Keep up the good work guys!

Service was prompt, even though the place was Packed! Line up was out the door - but no delay in seating ppl as soon as a table was freed up. Portions at Stacked are always large, and food is great. The waitress had limited options when we ordered omelettes with no carbs - but she still managed to get us a small salad in place of the toast and hash browns. Dietary restrictions: Management (at the Corporate level) really should get with the times! More and more ppl are choosing to go KETO or at least carbless... so the policy of only offering a few tomatoes in place of toast and potatoes (hash browns)... is Ludicrous! You Should offer a small salad as routine!

Its good food but Ive found hair in it TWO TIMESS and the service isnt too good. People just standing in the back chilling when theres a bunch of people waiting to be seated. Im still grossed out by the hair tho, they need to wear hairnets. Absolutely disgusting

I usually never write any reviews..but the service at this place was HORRIBLE. We ordered our breakfast for pick up and were told over the phone it would be around an hour /hour & a half wait, which we were fine with. We drove to the the restaurant a bit after an hour & a half. Once we got there they told us our food was still not ready and once we d been waiting for another 30 mins we asked to speak with the manager who then proceeded to catch an attitude and yell at us from across the restaurant in front of the entire restaurant.

Just left Stacked and had an amazing experience! Melissa went above and beyond to serve us. It was a very busy morning but she always checked in on us and if we needed anything. Always good food, however, covid19 rules don t seem to apply here. No one is checking your vaccine status here and you re just seated. I guess if you re against vaccines you should go here.
