Great to see Chicken Crave back directly on the menu and the offering of XL pitas. My young children and I really, really enjoyed take out from here and looking forward to return. Food

Disappointing. Rushed through my order to get me out the door, even though not busy, did not listen, and threw a pita at me that is full of things I dont want and is completely falling apart. I felt as though I was being shouted at but with no eye contact. It was not a pleasant experience for $15 pita.

Came in with one of my friends a while ago for an early dinner and overheard an adult staff member talking to a obviously uncomfortable teenage employ about how she would no longer love her kids if they came out as gay to her. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Will not be coming back.

Me and my fiance come here to eat with our son at least once a week. The pitas are good size portions and the meat doesnt have a bad after taste like most placed do when ordering pitas. The store is always tidy and friendly staff. recommend the chicken ceasar wrap, toasted. Fresh variety of veggies and cheese. Vegetarian options: black bean pita is a great veggie option.

I am new to the area, I love pita pit! This location has the best customer service and pitas. Every time I come the restaurant is super clean and everything so fresh love it. Will not go anywhere else in town.

I adore this location! I had the honor of having Sonia ( the store owner) prepare my food. She is a sweet angel of kindness and hospitality. My falafel and haloumi pita was phenomenal. So, fresh and delicious. Their gluten free pitas are as tasty as the regular ones. This will definitely be a regular option for take out. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pita

Came in for lunch the other day and was greeted so friendly by alisha, from start to end she was so kind, made a great suggestion of adding special sauce to the grill on my souvlaki and it was easily the best pita ive had. She also recommended the homemade garkic sauce which wad delicious. Great job team, l will be back.

36 dollars for 2 regular pitas and 2 small bottles pop. You guys are out of your mind! Thought I d visit Pita pit, as it s been a long time, but that will be my last go to now. Sorry guys, but for the potion of food you get is not worth the price. Not even close! It s not this specific store, but the chain in general.

We had big platters of assorted pitas delivered for our daughters wedding rehearsal What a great choice ! We got enough to feed the 30 people there and we ordered more to feed everyone next day for lunch ! Pitas were all so very delicious, and even the day after , still fresh, as they werent soggy and kept cool. The pita chips with dips were also a big hit! We will definitely do it again for another event - and also the odd lunch at the store.

Ordered a wrap and a salad thru doordash. Salad was placed vertically instead of flat in the bag so the dressing was spilled over the wrap. Salad was half full and no extra sauces as ordered. It s the second time this happens so I m not sure about ordering again from this place.

The prices here are out of control. For just a pita is like $14 ... All these companies are gouging like crazy. Time for people to boycott.

Ill no longer be ordering from this location. This is the 3rd time i have ordered a rice bowl and there was barely any rice. I ordered it with 2 protein items and only recieved 1. Very disappointed

We are huge pita pit fans and just moved to the area and wanted something light for dinner. We ordered a rice bowl and Cesar pita. And honestly, weve never been so disappointed and unfortunately didnt try to eat until we were home. We paid $45 for two smoothies and our food and didnt eat it. The smoothies are missing something, the rice bowl didnt even take up half the container and I add alot of toppings typically and my husbands pita had next to no sauce and terribly wrapped. Unfortunately we wont be back and will have to find pitas elsewhere.

We went at 7:30 pm to their place sign board was saying open we went in and they are like we can t serve you it s 7:30 so we closed , I am like online says 8 pm is closing time and we are already inside the store. Have to go without getting food .This is the worst way to treat the customers. Never gonna come back at this location .

Pita Pit Alliston is always AMAZING! Awesome customer service with friendly staff. Super clean and food is always fresh! Definitely a must try if you haven t! Its quick, delicious and healthy.

I have been going to the Alliston location since it opened. I go at least once a week, son love them. Staff is always friendly and harworking in my experience. I have not had an incorrect order to date but I am sure if I did, I could speak up and it would get corrected as the staff is always so professional. Highly appreciate the cleanliness of the location as well. Keep it up.

Best Gyro and souvlaki, very fresh ingredients always They have something new to try like their red roasted peppers or their new healthy rice bowls are amazing, so filling they are huge bowls very generous amount of toppings. Never disappointed love this place

The most delicious and healthy food, this is my favourite place to eat. The ingredients are always fresh, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is so good!! Their smoothies are a must try! I always get one after a workout.

This location is awesome! Sonya was so friendly and gave us some pita chips to try. She definitely knows customer service and how to make everyone s experience enjoyable even for a short period of time. We are from out of town but will be back for sure!

This location has by far the friendliest staff out of any of the pita pits I have visited in my life time. We were just passing through but Sonya made it memorable! It was such a breath of fresh air to interact with such a positive, bright human being, during this lockdown. People tend to forget it is about the experience just as much as the meal. Thank you for filling our bellies and making us smile :)

When a customer orders 20 minutes ahead of time, make the order so that they can pick it up when they arrive. I was told that they didnt get to my order yet when I arrived at the empty store and the employees not doing anything. The optics are that the tablet where online orders are received was not receiving the attention it deserved and they just didnt notice that I had placed an order. (Tablet was facing screen down on the counter when I arrived). No employee apologized for the delay at all, and I had to dictate my order to the employee who didnt seem to realize that the details were in front of her on the tablet. I am very disappointed in my experience. I will question whether to order from Pita Pit in the future because of this experience.

The customer service here is immaculate. The staff helped me decide what I should try by offering suggestions, as it was my first time at Pita Pit. The food was amazing, I cant wait to come back!

Just had the best Philly steak pita north of Toronto in Alliston!! All the ingredients were so fresh and delicious, ordered 2 Philly steaks well worth the drive from Newmarket. Will make my weekly pit stop here every saturdays. Thanks for being open during this pandemic.

Ordered a reg size souvlaki pita Was charged for regular size but recieved petite Chocolate banana smoothie was not edible, tasted like banana blended with water

In the middle of a heat wave, in dire need to use a washroom, I was only allowed to do so if I made a purchase. As a frequent customer, this should not be an issue, especially during a heat wave and pandemic. While making it customer only bathroom, does not offer the welcome atmosphere to keep me as a customer of any Pita Pit. Using a washroom is a human need. Great job not working together!

Ordered 2 pitas way way to much dressing to the point the pita turned to a slimy coating , was dissapointed because i always talked the place up as the best place to eat.

Take out only. Read COVID-19 and comply with instructions, on front doors, before entering. Had a small falafel that was made with tlc and it was great! Pita Pit steams the pita bread, briefly, for ease of opening and encouraging flexibility for filling and rolling. As your chopped falafel balls warm on the grill, you choose from a variety of veggies, cheeses and fruit (olives and pineapple) to delight your tastebuds. Add any one or more of the available sauces. Now the warmed, chopped falafel is added...a slight shake allows the fillings to better sit in the pita pocket. Tuck the flap while gently compacting the filling behind it, roll until other flap meets with roll. Wrapped in parchment paper for ease of peel and eat. HINT: As you peel the parchment, let it cover your hand (helps catch juices and falling bits). Thank you Pita Pit for the extra efforts you take to keep us all safe, including yourselves. Sanitizer available at card machine.

Friendly, fast paced, fresh produce and good portions. A family favorite

My experience has not been the greatest, the very few times Ive been in. The employees I agree are nice but as someone who has worked at a PitaPit for 5 years, you can tell when things are not done properly. Since the times Ive went in during the summer up until today, maybe the employees are new, but rolling the pitas has been very poor. Yes, its one of the hardest parts of the job, but there is no care into rolling the pitas. They turn out fat and loose. Secondly, Today the meat wasnt cooked enough and it turned out cold. The employee put the meat on the grill, didnt cut it up or spread it, then put it straight on my pita when she was done making it, making the meat still cold. Luckily the meat is pre-cooked. I should have said something, dont know why I didnt honestly thats my fault, but I just wanted to leave.

I had pita from here lot of times, I really like the taste and customer service is also very good. They recommend on seasonings and the sauces, which I really like. Im surprised by the previous reviews where customer had faced problems regarding the Indian girl as mostly she had served me pitas. I found her to be professional and really good at serving the customers. Overall I love to have Pitas from here on a regular basis. Keep up the good work guys.

Service is quick and the food is fresh and made to order. Love the different options for toppings. Not sure why there is a tip jar or option when paying debit and not just at this location. Food is priced to cover the cost of service. Just my opinion.

Food is great when cooked properly unfortunately corners are constantly cut or the staff arent all trained equally. I ordered the gyro today of which the meat comes sliced and stacked. She plopped two stacks down on the grill intending to cook the meat that way I had to kindly ask her to separate the meat. Not only that she never flipped it to make sure both sides were cooked evenly so I had to remind her she was missing a step. The whole time the young lady serving me seemed disintesrested and checked out. Have stopped frequenting lately because I cant count on a consistent meal. Wasnt an isolated incident happens to me regularly

This is my favorite spot to eat in Alliston! Been too a few Pita Pit and this is my favorite Pita Pit. The owner and staff are always nice and friendly, very clean and fresh ingredients always. Highly recommended.

from my opinion it could have been better. Walking into salt stained floors with no Mats to wipe off your feet was the first thing I noticed. There was a slippery sign out but I believe there should be a mat as well. The service was very quick and friendly. They could not do any chicken pitas as they were out of chicken... any didn t have Pita chips... and their smoothie machine is broken. Overall the experience was sub par, the staff was great and very friendly though!

they offer gluten free pita so that was a big plus for me as I have to be on a deit for 3 months . the gluten free didnt taste any different than the regular pita and the service was very nice

Normally a good place to find a solid meal, but tonight we discovered that the staff do not follow the hours posted on their own door and will turn away customers before closing time. To be clear, Im not talking a few minutes, we arrived 15 minutes to close and were refused service. Good food, poor staff, and that makes it not worth your time.

Omg! Nicest people ever! Sonia made me a vegan spicy black bean pita and put on ingredients that I though didnt even know I could have on for free. So happy and felt welcomed by their whole team! Amazing people, amazing service ad yummy food! Alliston is lucky to have you guys!
