This location is gross yuck.

This shop is very fast and the food is always fresh

Its 7:25pm, sign on door says they close at 10pm. Male employee is slamming chairs onto tables trying to signal that we are stopping them from closing while we are eating. Every customer that walks in is met with a dirty look. He was even unkind to his female coworker. Will be calling store manager.

The gentlemen working at the time were really nice.

Very poor service provided. I placed an online order and went there and I was watching how they prepare. So, I added shredded cheese in sandwich and the guy put very very little amount. So I asked him to add little more and to which he said he cant do. He also added this is online order and you cant say us what to add or not. I said its my sandwich then why I cant say and he didnt made it in good way. I wont recommend this location as the service is very poor.

I normally love this subway, working at Honda they are usually quit and friendly when I come for lunch! However the employee bina , decided to help someone who came in AFTER me, which made my lunch take longer. Poor customer service, when already waiting.

This subway serves old hard bread and hard cookies. This is twice, I ve gone and by giving them a second chance they did the same. I went there at 11am today on a Saturday. Even after I asked him, if he can give me fresh baked bread bc the last time I got hard old bread for my 12 inch sandwiches. He said ok. Paid $30 I got the 2 combos. When I got home the sandwiches were horrible and the bread was hard and tasted old. I ve never had this issue with any other subway but this location does this. They are suppose to serve fresh bread every day and fresh cookies. Horrible horrible!!! I m also sending an email to head office to let them know what type of sandwiches they are serving to their paying customers! Pathetic! Shame shame on this location! If a manager is reading this, contact me. I would like a refund!

Our server Trysta was amazing, she is always speedy and makes a great sub. Not happy with the new owners, changing staff. Some of the new staff are very rude. One was actually yelling at trysta in front of customers today. Trysta has been there for years and always goes above and beyond.

Poor service over the past year, even worse amidst Covid and masks were falling off employees faces and noses constantly The person before me seemed to have trouble with their order as well. Low stock on food products and then charging more at the till than the menu indicates. The person behind me in line also seemed to have issues with their order too ( lack of meat and cheese products on their sub) I will be going else where. Which is a shame since I ve been eating there for the last 7 years for lunch several times a month.

Sandwitch artist named Ronty made perfect foot long sub. Very clean store and friendly staff. Definately coming back when in Alliston

They changed their management there about a year ago. SO MUCH BETTER!! Im here at least once a week. Keep it up guys.

I ordered a sub with Italian herb and garlic, the bread was old and hard like a rusk.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. On Monday, September 28 I decided to order food for pick-up from the location on Dunham Drive. I used the Subway android app, which I had never used before. My co-worker was going to pick it up on her break as I am not driving right now. The app has a promotion buy one footlong, get 2nd free, so thats why I wanted to order on the app so we both could have supper that night while at work. When I put the order through it gave me a message saying that the restaurant could not take my order and to try placing another order. Not thinking anything of it, I tried a 2nd time. I got the same message. I always choose the option to pay at door or pay in store, conveniently, this app did not give me that option and I had to put in my banking information. I checked my bank account and WAS CHARGED FOR BOTH ORDERS that apparently didnt go through. We called the store and the guy there claimed that the store did not receive the order and proceeded to LAUGH AT US when we explained that situation and told us there was nothing he could do and that he had other things that he needed to do. Not only did he say that and laugh at us but when we asked for a manager, he said he was the manager, which we found out afterward that that is not the case. So, my co-worker went to the store anyway on her break to at least try to get our food as we were very hungry and had nothing to eat. While she was there, there was another customer who said she had that exact same problem and no one was doing anything about it for her either. We finally got a hold of the real managers phone number and called him. All he did was apologize and said that I have to go into the store to prove to them that I was charged twice and he told us that he would be in the store the next day (Tuesday, September 29). I called that morning before wasting my time since I live out of town, and he was not in the store that day. We called the store again today and once again, they refused to give us the food or a refund. So, we called the manager again and told him last night and tonight, if they just give us the orders I was charged for, then this will go away and theyd never hear from us again. After which this manager asked for my debit card number and information so they could trace where the money went because they did not get the money. I have never once in my life heard of this so of course, I do not trust that. I have two major problems with this. Why would I be so stupid as to give that information to him after all of this? and #2, if he was never in the store, then how would he know for sure that my money did not go to said store? It all seems way too fishy to me. The manager finally gave me a number to call and speak to someone, which I will do in the morning. However, he said I will need a receipt or confirmation number for them to help me. But because the order gave me an error, I do not have either of those, and he knows this. On Facebook, someone commented on my post and had almost the exact same problem with a store in Burlington. I was charged over $40 -- $42.47 to be exact. I have not been refunded and I did not receive the food I was charged TWICE for. I would have been happy if they had just given me the food, but at this point, I am sick of fighting with them. Whether Subway decides to resolve this issue for me or not, I firmly believe that the public needs to be made aware of this situation with the app, because I know that I am not the only person that has recently had problems. Whether its a scam, been hacked, or just simply broken, it needs to be rectified. Telling me my money is lost and then doing nothing about it is absolutely disgusting. The store in question has ATROCIOUS customer service. Laughing at a customers misfortune and complaint and saying he has other stuff to do than to contact the real manager instead of posing as a manager. This whole situation blows my mind and then to be laughed at BY AN EMPLOYEE? I will not take that.

Just moved to alliston. Been to this subway twice. And twice the staff have been BEYOND excellent. Very nice and soft speaking. Great job folks I ll alwsys come back to this location.
