I ordered a wrap a sub a pop and a bag of chips. There was black chunks of crap in my beverage from the fountain. I dumped it tried again the ice dispenser was dispensing black chards I brought it to the employees he said no I don’t think it’s broken while I was showing him the disgusting ice with black chunks. Shitty service never going back overpriced anyways.
Amazing food. I tried veggie Pattie sub and the taste was awesome. Staff is so friendly there is a guy name Kuldeep he served me very well and made amazing tasty Sub. Will definitely visit this location again.

I had an exceptional experience at Subway! The service was quick and friendly, the bread was fresh, and my turkey sub was perfectly prepared. As I ate in, my only suggestion is to wipe the tables free of crumbs. Keep up the good work, guys!
Definitely not returning to this location… Pretty sure they water down their sauces. They were coming out of the tube like water. they do not have boxes if you purchase cookies (that’s the first) I had to ask for more of nearly everything I had put on our subs, they’re cheaping out big time. Paying nearly 60$ for three footlongs thinking we will have leftovers, leaving with flat subs… may as well make a sub at home if you plan to come here. Huge language barrier with owner I believe.. (whoever is handling the cash register) Employee seemed to struggle speaking English as well… I’m so tired of our restaurants becoming garbage. We pay to eat and we barely get anything. I ate a foot long! I’m not a big eater either… and I’m still not full. Not worth it in my eyes.
If I could put a ZERO, I would. Was very disappointed… since it’s been sold, the new owner/ manager do not belong in customer service. Knowing the language and following orders and instructions is huge in customer service, especially in the food industry. But they don’t do that. I was specific on what I wanted They wanted to fix the mistakes using the same meat… no thanks, I will never be back
Subway is now charging .10/bag fee on every order and they do not advise clients they are doing this. I wonder how much money scamming out of out of their loyal “valued” customers. It is Not a matter of the money but the principal of Not advising their clients. What’s next a bread fee!! I called and left a message for the manager to bring this to their attention. Well of Purse I didn’t get a call back. Well Alliston Subway rest assured that I am a person of principal and I will not be supporting your store and for sure I will be mentioning to friends of your poor business practise and lack of customer service! There are lots of options of alternative places to grab a sandwich and that our honest and care about their customers!
Out of the 2 Subway locations in Alliston, I 100% choose this one. Although I do not go often, I have always been kind and patient with the workers and have short chats with them. The staff that have served me over the past 2 years, have been so nice and even remember me! Very friendly interactions. The two guys even told me that the light mayo was discontinued even after not seeing me for a month or two. Never had any issues with this location! Would definitely recommend :)

Was okay Service my only complaint is that they only take master card or visa. There is no sign on the door telling you before hand and I had only brought my debit card in. Had to run back to my car and get cash. They should have a sign on the door to let you know :/
Picked up a really big order from there on Friday, September 29 lineup was to the door thought for sure I was going to wait. These guys were so fast and efficient and friendly love picking up my orders here for Doordash.

What happened to this location!! Worse subway i have ever been in !! Being the customer to be spoken to rudely and when asked for more sauce I get attitude back !! I asked very politely! I had a turkey bacon sub ! The vegetables were disgusting looking ! The lettuce was turning more brown then should be served , they serve the core of the tomato and when I asked if they could give me another one the girl was really rude about it and left it on my sub! I got attitude when asking for more Sauce. Over all, the experience that was given to me and the older couple in front of me was so rude and disrespectful! This shouldn t ever happen ! Customer service is dealing with customers with respect!! Also this location isn t as clean as I would think a place serving food should ! My sub was cut with a used knife , the Cutting board was dirty , the place where they store the food was very disgusting! Needs a bit of cleaning through out the day !!

Horrible service. Myself and a delivery person waiting for about 5 minutes for a worker to acknowledge us. We yelled, knocked and so on. Untill he comes inside from outside? How does this make sense. You are the only worker and you leave the store alone? Never seen this before.

Fresh subs, but lunch hour is understaffed Be prepared to wait a little bit longer for your sub due to online orders coming first. Busy place and clean washrooms.
Never had any issues at this location until about a year ago now. Today was the second time I watched the server cash someone out and go back to preparing sandwiches without changing gloves
This location was great and then went downhill for a little while but they found the problem and fixed it. Last two times Ive gone my order has been perfect.
First time in Alliston subway today for lunch. Myself, husband and 2 kids. The two gentlemen working were super nice, got our orders perfect and chatted with our kids about heading back to school. While we were eating, there was an older lady who was ordering and seemed to have trouble placing her order. I genuinely couldnt decide if she was struggling to hear because of the plexiglass or if she was being rude to the gentlemen working because of their accent. She kept saying loudly, What? Pardon? and throwing her hands in the air but was also asking what came across to me, as unnecessary questions, just so she could continue to be a pain. The two men, were calm and kindly answered all of her questions. What solidified the fact that she was just plain being a disgusting human being, was as she went to leave she said You two should really take English classes, its impossible to understand you. And she left These two guys, continued working and served the next lady in line. They didnt engage and they just let her walk out. I have so much respect for these guys and no one should be treated like that.

The owners, and service at this sub placed has gone from great to poor. I dont like eating here anymore. The new owners are cheap. They are reluctant to give you the toppings you want, you have to ask for more vegetables, like tomatoes and lettuce. They dont even have hot water in the washroom so you can clean your hands!

What the heck happened to our subway store! Not the same subway we once new! Tried it 3 times and 3 strikes your out!! Skipped out on everything even after telling them the way Id like my sub! Was super busy at lunch, line nearly out the door our entire visit, but staff moved it along fast, food was nice and fresh.
They dont honor their deals. I went there at 6 PM on a Friday night. The advertisment in the store clearly said any 3 footlong sandwiches for $24 after 4 PM. They charged me full price and even when I questioned it they told me there was nothing they could do.
I have been to this subway on many occasions. The new staff is always very polite and provide great/quick/friendly service.
