I went there this evening on November 27 and I ordered a Macchicken trio with bacon and I got them with a very disappointing bacon smell because its not as good and the liquor is flattering, subsequently I called 3x but without answer here pk I write here thank you

Correct but nothing more! If you go there in the evening you will be served old fries and not very tasty hamburgers!

McDonalds is like an old shoe. Everyone likes it. Its comfortable, the Bigmac has tasted the same for 349 years and the fries are almost always perfect. (Except when theyre soggy because theyve been on the counter for 45 minutes.) Since most of the employees are from faraway Asia, its even better! There are almost never any errors on my orders anymore! On the other hand, there are some irritants: - Where is the character Burger Burglar thing? The vibe was cool in the 80s. - Even though I buy 400 trios every October, I have never won anything other than Cheese! Im tired of Cheese! I want a Chevy Equinox! - Can you bring back the toys from the 80s? The kind of 4 blue and white space transformers? - When will pizza be back?

Quick order. Very good burger! Very strong air conditioning. Smell of poop in the city when we were there (actually McDonalds has nothing to do with it)

I leave very few Google reviews, especially bad ones since it is important to give our local restaurateurs/entrepreneurs a chance. A bad day happens. That being said, after more than 25 visits to McDonald Alma, certain negative aspects seem to be recurring. I would also like to highlight the exceptional work of the entire service team who welcome us with good humor every time. The service deserves a 5-star rating and is not the subject of the negative reviews. When it comes to cooking, for example, I think there is room for improvement. 1) Large format soft drinks are systematically 2/3 full to end up containing less liquid than the usual medium format. 2) Your soft drink vending machines, regardless of the format, are poorly calibrated. We usually get colored soda water instead of coke. No taste and no chance that the suppliers recommendations regarding the syrup/sparkling water ratio of drinks have been respected. 3) Avoid meat sandwiches/burgers. Indeed, on each visit, the meat had a very pronounced aftertaste of not fresh fish, probably caused by old cooking oil and a lack of cleanliness in the kitchens. This is actually the second time Ive been sick after eating a Big Mac, and also the reason that pushes me to write this review. 4) Lack of consistency in terms of cooking the fries, the quantity of fries and the quantity of salt. Indeed, on several occasions we received fries that were not cooked enough but, above all, that had not been salted at all. However, I would like to note that for uncooked and unsalted fries it was often during visits during peak hours. While I understand that peak hours can explain some inconveniences, I think that all customers prefer to wait 1-2 minutes longer but have more consistency in the food served to them. For these reasons, I am leaving a 2 star review. Since its the only McDonalds in town, I still want to say that I will continue to frequent your restaurant. And I am open to modifying this opinion upwards if some of the points mentioned above are addressed.

The coke is dripping and the fries have decreased in quantity

Too busy to serve

The employee who was there last night at 2:45 was really disrespectful. The context: me and my friend went to eat inside (without knowing the opening hours) the front door was unlocked so we entered and the employee received us getting angry and telling us: how did you what do you do to enter the door is barred !? We told him that the door is not locked so he had no reason to yell at us. Finally when we were leaving to see an employee come out and test the door to see if it is locked p.s.: it opened!! Haha. Finally, I didnt have McDonalds and we werent tempted to give money to this cellar...

I was robbed of $30 when I have spent at most $1000 since my arrival in Alma. I contacted Macdonald. He told me to call the restaurant... I have no news, it rings empty. Im more than happy with it, plus there are times when things are missing from my bag and I leave anyway.

A little McDonalds is always good... but with the new renovations, its a bit exotic but what theyve done is beautiful. On the other hand, I think they are renovating for nothing. It s money in the fire. Why not make the food more affordable and let the places age a little.

I was well served

Since the renovations I have come 3 times and all 3 times there were errors in the orders. In addition, there is often no one at the counter to answer. It has been rendered completely ineffective.

The staff is very attentive

Your new renovations are not too correct where people order on the board. When we receive our order we have to go through everyone who orders. As a result, a lady, walking backwards with her backpack, dropped my large Coke, and 2 weeks before, a child, raising his arm, caused the entire tray to tip over. It was better before. And the FULL wall between the 2 places to eat... I hate it, before there was an opening and you could see people.

Its a McDonalds. Its like all McDonalds BUT with one IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE: The staff. Its right at the lake where the staff at such a busy McDonalds can be friendly and smiling. Dont miss the lady in the morning. A legend. She puts a smile on my face every time.

April 21, 2024: drive-thru service only open, however they have blocked access to the rear parking lot. The employee has difficulty understanding each item in my order so I repeat three times. I wait forever for them to come and take my order to my window. They had forgotten the 2 Mc Flurry. Go back inside only to come back with one. They go back to check and didnt load the second one. He suggests that I go around and return to order at the drive-thru since we cant pay inside. While my fries served are already cold. I left without the second one. A very disappointed child at home. As usual no service. June 7, 2021: we show up at 8:40 p.m. to queue for a Mc flurry at 8:50 p.m. an employee taps on our window to say that they are no longer serving us. So waited 10 minutes for nothing. They close before 9 p.m. and are not open 24 hours a day as advertised. I reiterate, THE worst McDonalds in the region May 14, 2021: Always full and always errors. 1 time out of 2 there is an error in our order. You always have to go back to see the manager inside, which is not always easy when we have young children. One of the worst McDonalds in the region.

Cold croquettes, Fruitopia strawberry tastes like water, refusal of an overloaded poutine in a joyous feast, cold brewed coffee without sugar loaded with sugar, in my poutine half a jet of sauce. In short, I do not recommend this place.
