Food and alcohol: sua coche! The tiring one who didnt shut his mouth: less sua coche, but the music was very good!

The food is not bad only the fries were very peppery and the rice overcooked. So sticky that it was possible to make balls and iron them with your fingers. Damage !!

My husbands ribs were <<the worst he has ever eaten>>. My steak had several nerves and was not tender. The sauce for the steak was delicious.

Im coming. The girl at the bar tells me to sit on the terrace and someone will come see me. I had to ask for the menu after 2 couples and a man who arrived after me had received it and I had to go get the meal menu myself even though I had only had the drinks menu. After another 20 minutes of waiting while everyone was served except me, I left. The male employee on the terrace was not welcoming or smiling. The menu? Glad I didnt pay for it given the exaggerated prices for this type of food and given the other comments here. Too bad, because there are few terraces in Alma.

The ribs were drowned in sauce that you find at the grocery store, all placed on the fries which ended up tasting the sauce too. All this without anything else on the plate, because there was no more coleslaw. A little disappointing On the other hand, my boyfriend really liked his hamburger.

Weve been here for 2 hours and we havent even had our plate yet! We were told by the waitress that it wouldnt take long and 30 minutes later, we had not yet received our plate... Ordinary pizzas... Well never come back.

I love going to Crapaud for dinner. Always a superb atmosphere and what can we say about the food! In my opinion, the Natchos BBQ is a must, but what about the poutine with flank steak. To try and try again without hesitation

Super good meal service

I really liked my first experience at Le Toad, the service was impeccable, the food was delicious, although the patty on my hamburger was slightly overcooked, I didnt leave anything on my plate, and the nachos were very good. Among the large selection of wine available I found the perfect match for my hamburger!! Despite all the good service and good food, I was surprised by the small clientele during my visit in the middle of a Sunday evening.

The bill was too high for what we ate! All the dishes we received were left on the stove, the fries one person at our table choked on them three times. We reported the problem, we were given fries that were still not edible. The ribs the sauce on top was thick with dried crust on top, salad if you can call it a salad served in a small vinaigrette dish. As for the plate of scallops, phew! Toilet the next day all day. So a table that cost in total over $500 for dinner. Its not worth the cost! The plates arent even appetizing to look at either! Really on it.

Atmosphere and food very good, to do again

Friendly welcome, but the furniture is not stable, our table was very precarious, we ordered a flank steak, one well cooked, one medium, arrived, the well cooked was rare and the other light raw, they were given to us several times for anneal them while adding don t worry, we won t spit in them . Return of the plates, cooking ok but the fries were cold. All for over $100, Im definitely not going back....

We saw her leave...otherwise...we would still be waiting for her She didnt say anything to us before leaving...we had just ordered her a beer The other girls said that it had been cut... due to lack of customers... a little Im leaving... have a good evening... another one to take over would have been appreciated. A classic in Alma. Who doesnt know the Toad. A good selection of beers and cocktails. A great atmosphere. We go there with people of all ages. You eat well there with unpretentious but quite original cuisine. We take the opportunity to relax and chat with friends. I recommend and I will return.

Service: good and fast Drink: we tried 2 cocktails including the Crapaud but not great, too sweet and not really the taste of alcohol for both Food: The flank steak was slightly overcooked but good even if too fresh and therefore resistant, also good for the pan-fried mushrooms. The ribs not bad at all too, the fries seem to be homemade and are good! Moelleux au chocolat was good but really small Price: Too expensive for what it is. We are talking about a bill of $98 with taxes (without tips) for 2 cocktails, 2 dishes and 1 mini dessert

Completely overpriced. $25+tx for a tuna tataki salad: 4 pieces of tuna on a salad that is way too seasoned, the same one that comes with the starters, no, but make an effort all the same. I shared the plate of lobster ravioli: $30+tax for 5 raviolis drowned in very tasteless sauce. The only thing worth it is their $6 pint. Even the drinks are too expensive. Dont go there if you want to eat.

The waitress Frédérique gives great service! The black cod fish & chip, wow! Delicious. The Crapaud blond beer is also very good. Beautiful atmosphere on the terrace, I highly recommend this place for a good beer or for dinner!

Very kind and welcoming staff. The meals are good and the prices quite reasonable (we ate the grilled chicken salad and a poke bowl). We went there on a scorching evening with a felt outside temperature of 37 C. We had a table inside, the music was very loud and the heat was unbearable in the section with children. We asked for a table on the terrace as soon as one became available and our waitress was very attentive. We were able to get a table outside about 20 minutes later and were able to eat there. This made us happy, thank you!

This place was really a nice surprise for me. I wasnt expecting that at all, especially in terms of the quality of the dishes. Everyone around our table had a great time. Who would have thought that a bar could be used as a succulent lobster ravioli?! The service was great and the bathroom was very clean. I would happily go back!

Beautiful place but my meal was very very ordinary I dont think that if I go back to Alma I will return to this place, the house beer la crapaud is quite simply a Laurentides according to the waitresss own admission

The speed of the waitresses in the evening was super fast. It took at least 15 minutes before we were served and thats because we stopped a waitress.

Service is good, protection for the pandemic is in place and respected.we must reserve for a place inside.
