I got yelled at by 3 different employees because I ordered using the mobile app and I chose to pickup my order at the front counter without knowing they were renovating and nobody was allowed inside. Maybe disable the option if people aren't allowed to use it?
The lady taking our orders forgot almost 2 meals (a mcflurry 2 fries and 4 of our drinks) and had to go inside twice (the first time they still forgot what we had ordered.) We went inside a second time and tried asking for the manager but was told by a woman that the manager spoke French so we wouldn't be able to talk to her/him. When we got our drinks and food they made us pay for 2 fries and gave another 2 free fries for the mixup but was told we had to pay for the drinks and the 2 first fries and mcflurry (Waited 30+ mins for everything)
They systematically get every order wrong. I don't know how they do it, it's a true art.
We stop here all the time on my way through town because of the play area. Tonight, we were sitting at the play area and all the tables were cleared but they were covered in lettuce, big Mac sauce, salt etc. Someone should run down and check that
This is a good McDonald's! People are Nice, no mistakes on the order.

The one in Amos is better than the one in Chibougamau. The one in Amos is more organized and cleaner; you get served sooner and it feels more comfortable if you eat in store. The english is better in Chibougamau than in Amos but service is good at both locals.
There are no more games for children! It has become a sad and brown McDonalds

There is no longer a childrens play area, all the tables were dirty and the lukewarm fries were soft.

Items are still missing from curbside orders
Not the first time this happens and even though I go to the restaurant they laugh at me in my face... the tanner showed me to the public how we treated the evening at the McDonalds... this crazy person of us made mistakes, butcher meal pi wont compensate you a penny!!! Someone needs to wake up

Waited 15 minutes for slippers that were supposed to be ready in 6 minutes. They served other people before me, slippers in fact, returned to me I had to wait. Im really not one to complain, but tonight Im disappointed with the service. Plus we were laughed at the whole time. Really not pleasant. Im going to go to their competitor instead, it was my favorite restaurant.

Prepare for a minimum wait of 15 minutes, plus the drive-thru route is rather hazardous. Be careful with your paint.

McDonald s is McDonald s. No matter the place, the food tastes the same whether it is here or in Tokyo. I had some issues with an online order recently, but the people in charge handled the situation very well and I received excellent service from them.
