Frankly we call it an AW this banner should close the franchise a disappointment for the quality and poor service that we had.

Very friendly and smiling cashiers! Perfect food temperature! Why 3 stars for the atmosphere? Simply because it s a fast food restaurant and we don t go there for the atmosphere. It s a fast food atmosphere! Its been a long time since Ive been there due to bad experiences in the past! This time I have nothing negative to say! Parking: Several parking spaces and two entrances/exits for access to parking.

Place an order for $80 and arrive to eat your chubby chicken and find your burger with only salad around the chicken with too much mayo! Bravo to the cook who didnt see that a burger takes 2 damn buns!

I cant give a 5 star, the young man who took orders still needs training, but the food is good!

When I arrived at the restaurant, the employee sat on the counter, scratching his butt in front of us before serving us, without washing his hands. Very poorly clean restaurant, the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen. I hope the mapaq will arrive quickly.

I heard 5 minutes in front of the microphone no response despite my 5 attempts to make contact by speech, no vehicle visible in front, so I move forward telling myself that these women, two cars in front of me and it took 25 minutes on service is the worst Ive had in a long time... as long as you give this kind of service close, it will cause much less frustration for everyone and at least your reputation will be greatly saved... in addition to errors in the order and the worst possible 1yalitwe for the chicken

Since last year, the staff has changed. There are still experienced staff throughout, but there were new ones who had difficulty understanding when taking orders and were less friendly. The meatballs can be overcooked from time to time, resulting in a disappointing experience. Otherwise, when everything is done well, its really good!

I asked for a double boddy with cheese, I arrived expensively, no cheese and the meatballs were dry... its not the first time that this has happened to me at the aw damos...

There was no air conditioning on a really hot day. the coke didnt work there was no ice. the service was not good and my onion ring was really badly fried and cold.

Im going to give 3 stars because before today I didnt have a problem. On the other hand, today the service was not at its best. The employee at the cash register did not speak loudly. We asked for CHOCOLATE MILK gave us a hot latte??? I told him chocolate milk, he took the latte back and was going to make me a hot chocolate I mentioned 4x chocolate milk to him then for the iced latte with caramel essence. No caramel in it and he confirmed that yes then very cold morning sandwiches. I asked for bacon in the wrap, no bacon had been put inside... I remained polite from start to finish but the clerk wasnt happy when it wasnt my fault. I know its not the kitchens mistake because the clerk didnt listen to the order carefully.

Worst service! People are not trained for the job to be done! Always missing orders. The wait for the order is hellish! Go to McDonalds instead, youll get much better service!

A little slow, its a lot to look for

Its dirty throughout the restaurant, orders are poorly executed and many items seem to be missing. Very slow service and nowhere near comparable to other A&Ws elsewhere.

Garbage spilled on the ground. Present from morning to dinner.

Every time I eat something, there is inevitably at least one mistake! Is it possible to have TRAINED people to take our orders? I ask to change the sauce in my burger, they dont understand ANYTHING! Aupir if you want to make as many mistakes lower the price of your lunch!

My girlfriend spent the night with a heartache and I had diarrhea and stomach aches...

After a large order at the A&W in Amos. Returned to the house in Matagami, after 2 hours of driving. It wasnt at all what we ordered. Ive been trying to call for two weeks and no number works. I had been there a month before and it was the same story.

Best fast food joint in Canada! Breakfast is good too

Better than McDonalds because you get drunk faster and then you stay drunk, not like McDonalds

Staff seemed disorganized

A little disappointed with the state of the building, the toilets are very poorly maintained. For example, the taps no longer hold much. Often the service is not too fast inside.

I ordered the very very good burger, the fried pickles were so cooked, I couldnt even cut them with my teeth, and the onions were raw, not liked at all :(

Delicious burgers as always. Nicely crispy chicken burger, perfect fries, amazing sweet potato poutine, and a sweet root beer. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Drive in available.

The sauce pots are always very little filled, sometimes only 1/4 is full.

Classic A&W with its big root beer in the frosted cup. The staff are friendly and the food although quick is always a treat (a good treat!). Ive never had old fries there.
