I was glad that the motel was very quiet despite it being fully booked and I slept well even though I could hear the trucks and trains passing by outside. The bed was very comfortable and storage was adequate. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were kind and the breakfast was good. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired and it was outdated for sure. There was hair on the bedspread and floor when I arrived and the shower was poorly maintained. I spent three days there killing fruit flies - I never had any food inside the room, which was less appealing.
Stayed in another place in town and the experience was night and day. Atmosphere was clean, up-to-date. Staff were friendly and keen to help.
This used to be the best hotel in town, but it's getting harder and harder to recommend this hotel lately. From the burnt out lights in the room, the missing tiles in the shower, the dirty bathtub that wasn't cleaned from previous guests, the missing amenities like the mini-fridge to the gum on the floor that I stepped on. Tonight, it's the loud parties going on in the surrounding rooms and the awful smell of beer in the hallway. We tried calling the front desk asking for their help to sleep (after a 7 hour drive today and another 7 hours tomorrow), but they were no help as the noise continued. To pay $300 a night for a room and not be able to sleep is totally unacceptable. I am SERIOUSLY considering not coming here anymore and sadly, can't recommend this hotel anymore.
Very clean rooms,and it was really good to let us bring in our dogs. The water was really hot, and we loved the concept of the floors being heated, and also the overall of the sizes of the rooms would recommend this place to anyone going through, I know for myself if ever I go through Amos I will be definitely stop here and spend the night again
The men that is working the night shift tried to be helpful as less they could when we asked for extra pillows until I insisted we do need the extra pillows., especially the older gentleman who tried to tell me that we don't need the extra pillows. Previous were better then this.
The gratitude I have for the staff and ownership of the atmosphere is beyond words. As we ran into an emergency on a ski doo trip for a friend having a heart attack on their front door and to see them come out to help with communication to the paramedics and police to jumping in to get the AED on our friend until paramedics arrived was absolutely not expected. To go above and beyond to make sure we had a great night stay and to getting our truck and trailer from another city this hotel goes above and beyond. It wasn’t our first stay at this place and sure won’t be the last. You are in great hands and hospitality here.
Stay here again last weekend. We were 4 hours late arriving, starving, to find restaurant was open (Easter Monday) and their food was fantastic. The people there are so fantastic and di anything they can to accommodate you. I love the fact that they allow dogs as well.
Rooms are outdated , TV is outdated as in some rooms have premium channels ( 2 queen bed ones ) but the king one has basic channels?? Floor is dirty , maybe it's only swept and not washed. Outlets hanging out, fridge set to max coldness, noisy rooms from the fridge to the heater, dirty shower heads, sink with visible hair from previous customers. For one night is okay, I don't know the service for a many days stay.

The lady at reception was very friendly. Very comfortable bed and renovated room. Unfortunately, the fridge was unsanitary and the air conditioning did not work.

Short stay for professional reasons in this very functional hotel a stones throw from the center of Amos. Comfortable bed, efficient wifi for working. I really appreciated having a humidifier in the room because when it is very cold the heating makes the air very dry. Noteworthy details: A spa is available outside
NO DOORS OR WALLS AROUND THE BATHROOMS IN ALL THE ROOMS ON THE SECOND FLOOR !!!!!! That s all I have to say.
I gave a 4 star I liked our room small comfortable loft the jobs his courteous he answers all our questions, generally it is quite clean the bed is cozy, on the other hand there is improvement on the lunch offer more of choice and the spa the water was ice cold because others left the lid open, told me that if the spa would have closed walls like the lid open the water would not come cold it could be improved so we have take advantage of it thank you

No clean towels throughout the hotel We had to go to reception every time we ran out of toilet paper, trash bags, towels, etc. They informed us that we would have to travel ourselves to collect it. We had to pay for the room in full 6 days before our arrival because we were part of a hockey tournament. Staff at the reception as stupid as their feet, only positive point is the restaurant and their employees For the rest, avoid this hotel.

Stayed here in March 2023. Clean room, restaurant on site, good breakfast. Pleasant staff, spoke English. Good snowmobile trail access. Would stay here again.
The staff spoke English so that was a bonus (my French is very poor). The room was nice and they had bikes that you could borrow to tour around town. The restaurant was good too.

Because the hotel was full, the owner put me up in a noisy rooming house downtown far from the main hotel services and I paid the same price as a hotel room.
Still good, on the other hand, not including lunches, the plate is not worth its price.
Beautiful place for reception room.
Great stay. Good welcome. Only one Kleenex remained in the box, but I was quickly provided with a new one. Clean and welcoming room. Hot outdoor spa, but you have to walk in the snow to get there. The jets couldnt get off, but I wasnt tempted to go to the end of the corridor and ask at reception. I love this place and will return soon.
Strategic location close to the main road and 2 minutes from the countryside. No noise at night and modern room. I went there in June 2021. The staff is dedicated.

Just got back from 3 nights at the amosphere hotel on a snowmobile trip. Our room was large and clean and quiet. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself is very snowmobile friendly and right off the trail. The restaurant was only open for breakfast but they provided menus for all the local restaurants that offer delivery. Overall a great stay and will be back.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Modern and well appointed. The only downside in the small lofts: we did not understand that the toilet would be in the bedroom.
The hotel itself is actually kind of great. It has a unique look - maybe 80s vibe, with a washroom being an open space within the bedroom. The floor is heated as well in the bathroom and you can turn on some funky colourful lights. Theres a TV, microwave, and fridge as well within the room. Beds were comfortable. And the rooms were super clean. But one of the reasons this hotel gets an extra star is because of the 24hr access to the hot tub, the available fitness center, and the fact that the staff was accommodating when we wanted to chill in the restaurant dining area despite it not being not being in service at that moment. The restaurant was however open for breakfast hours. Breakfast was alright except for the fact that they charge almost 4$ for maple syrup - beware!
Very quiet
Nice room! Clean and freshly renovated. The air conditioning works well! Small room but well used space. We had the room with a queen bed on the 2nd floor. Only problem: bathroom has open air. So not super romantic fortunately there is a small wall with nice dell light which blocks the view a little they accept animals which is worthy of this mention!
If you are two people, make sure you dont mind having an open space, even for the washroom. If you are single, no problem.. very nicely renovated. My 2 little Poms liked it.

Lady at check in was very nice and helpful. Give her 5 stars for sure. Room was subpar...there was hair on the bathroom floor, coffee pod still in machine, air conditioning didnt work, floors were tile so it wasnt comfy to walk on, tv had very few channels, no movie channel in English.
An experience that leaves much to be desired... Room that is no longer up to date and great lack of cleanliness. No soundproofing, we were woken up on numerous occasions by the sounds of plumbing, heating and a couples bickering in the next room. The bath water didnt drain, the television didnt work, the coffee maker was very dirty... and so on. Nothing that makes you want to stay there again. Worst night in a hotel ever!

Aging place. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. It stank in the bathroom (mainly because of the shower curtain). One of the two beds was extremely noisy with the slightest movement.

Spacious room, accessible from the outside, accepts dogs... clean. Spa and exercise room closed and we werent told. Very expensive considering there is no lunch included

Beautiful room, friendly employee and beautiful installation of 2 beautiful large outdoor spas. Restaurant that doesnt offer much choice and a little expensive but several outdoor restaurants offer delivery.
This hotel has hot tubs in an outside enclosure adjacent to mosquito infested swampland which is ready for use anytime. There is a well stocked exercise room though the treadmill does not function for a user of 200lb as myself and instead seizes under the weight. There is a restaurant accessible through the lobby where polite staff provides dubious service. Complimentary chocolates are to be found in each room. There is a charming treehouse on the grounds. Wifi quality has improved dramatically in the last year. Mysterious holes in the walls and ceilings of most rooms that were present for a quite a long time have been dealt with recently. Each room contains a refrigerator and coffee machine but there is only one microwave in the building which can be found in the restaurant kitchen. Personal hygiene items can be purchased from the front desk and are on display in a main corridor adjacent to vending machines. Once I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and it was wonderful and delicious, once I ordered garlic toast and was served a $4 burned hamburger bun with margarine. The next time I become hungry while staying here I will choose to remain that way. On my most recent stay I found used coffee accessories in the washroom and long stands of hair beneath the bedsheets (I shave my head bald regularly) indicating the room was not carefully cleaned and the sheets were not changed in anticipation of customers. Though I am unsatisfied with this business it is superior to alternative local hotels, that said I would not stay here again by choice, I continue to stay here because my employer pays for it and orders me to, though I would rather sleep in a car if it were my money. Edit: there was a wide wheeled bicycle free to use at this hotel when I visited recently, so thats neat.
