I have been coming to this hotel for the last 10 years and the facilities are clean and well maintain, staff are all very polite and professional. I would recommend anyone coming to Amos to stay in the hotel.
We were there for 6 nights. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Beds are super comfortable, very spacious too. Staff are all very proffesional, great service Merci! St Hubert which is apart of the hotel is equally good! Great food great service. Great place, we be back next season soon as river freezes and trails open!!
This is arguably the best hotel in Amos. The beds are very comfortable. Room is nice and clean with a Keurig coffee machine (always a plus). Water pressure can use improvement. Breakfast is included. Although service is a bit slow because they're usually busy. Always stay at this place. Very nice staff and always welcoming.
Rooms were modern, clean and well equipped with large TV, big comfy beds, fridge, microwave and coffee maker and even wine glasses. We didn't visit the bar but the whole lobby area was very clean and pleasant. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Great stay!
We arrived for supper, the majority of the tables were reserved but the waitress managed to get us a table. Very nice restaurant, clean and we were served in a timely fashion. The food was good. The waiter that served us was very attentive to our needs. The bathrooms were well kept also. I enjoyed my short visit for the supper. I would return again and I would suggest this restaurant to anyone looking to eat out and are looking for fine dining.
This hotel is not really bad, the room is well-cleaned everyday, it is quite spacious and the furniture is older, but cleaned. The problem is the price, that is quite high for such a simple hotel in the middle of nothing.|||| The internet connection works, but there is some kind of blocking filter that doesn't permit you to see a lot of normal web pages - seems more like Saudi Arabia than Canada...||||The restaurant is not good, just average, and the wine cellar they promote on hotel's web offers wine, that are overpriced (compared to Europe or Toronto), not good, and if you want to do the claim because you bought a bad wine, they do not accept. Plus, for each bottle they charge you 10 Dollars extra just like that (a kind of tax?)||||Some of hotel staff are kind, but some of restaurant staff are very rude.
The whole building and rooms are a little bit dated but they have made efforts to keep things clean and presentable. Good downtown location easily accessible. They warned me on check in that there was a sports tournament and asked me to call the desk if there were any noise concerns. Thankfully, there was no noise issue but I appreciated the display of concern up front. The restaurant/bar was bustling but good quality.

I was impressed with the quality of the rooms. Quality materials, reasonable quantities of consumables and impeccable service. Definitely a good luxurious place!

I loved my night at L Hotêl des Eskers d Amos! Excellent service, relevant and detailed information. Rooms worthy of the asking price, technology and beautiful tranquility. I will go back! Rooms: I have nothing to complain about the rooms, they are very beautiful, quite luxurious and above all they are much more modern in terms of technology than most of the big brands. The infotainment system is really up to date and offers a multitude of channel and music choices, even for English speakers, you will be able to find content in your native language. The weather page also thinks well. There are even dimmers for the recessed LED lights everywhere on the ceiling. We immediately notice that the owners pay particular attention to the environment. Which is important especially in the Capital of the best water in the Region! Nearby activities: As for the nearby activities, I leave you the pleasure of discovering them for yourself according to your interests and the season in which you are staying! For my part, I didnt really have time for activities but I can still mention the nearby snowmobile trails which make it a great snowmobile destination. Food and drinks: A box lunch style breakfast is offered with the room. This is a recyclable cardboard box filled with little treasures. Perfect for business-type stays! There are also two vending machines with certain Quebec products, well done! Also remember to eat at the Resto Saint Hurbert right at the Hotel! Noteworthy details: The owners attach particular importance to the development and support of the people of their region. THANKS !

Very friendly staff but for a stay of 4 people, cleaning was not done every day. We had to insist with the manager to have the bath cleaned. We even found 3 critters in the room. We had to tell them that globes were burned and that the 2 televisions were not working when we arrived. In addition, the air conditioning was not very effective despite our insistence on having it repaired and yet it worked very well in the other rooms. Yet we were in the presidential suite. Beyond all that, the room was very beautiful with a beautiful living room and leather sofa, faux fireplace with lighting and even colorful wall lights. Safety: Great night staff and very attentive to our needs and comments.

Impeccable room and service! We took the junior suite. It is directly next to the staircase, so a lot of comings and goings but we heard nothing or barely, so well soundproofed.

Always my choice when I go to Amos, well located, the service is fast. The staff is always polite and available. The rooms are clean. And apart from the train which passes very close but which we hear very little, it is calm and silent for sleeping.
3 nights. The room has not been cleaned once.

The wifi is terribly slow, it is unacceptable in 2021, 3.9 mbps is far from 70 mbps. Very noisy customers on the balconies.
I requested by reservation a quiet room because of my husbands heart disease. But they did not respect our request. This hotel has not complied with HOTEL STANDARDS regarding WALL SOUND SOUND. We had noises everywhere: the trains passing by using their blaring sirens and the cars parking in front of our door. The room walls are not equipped with sound. We waited for every movement from the sides and upstairs. Tiny bathrooms. For 1 person. The tiny rooms.... we dont understand how this hotel got its stars. Should be in the maximum 2 star motel category. The hotel center should pay closer attention to consumer protection instead of looking at other things......not even a real breakfast. TAKE AN EXAMPLE OF REAL HOTELS AND YOU WILL SEE THE BIG DIFFERENCES.... PLEASE THINK ABOUT MAKING NEW CHANGES

Super nice room, clean, up to date and comfortable but very noisy (0 soundproof. You can hear the people in the corridor and on the balcony talking as if they were directly in the room). There is no lunch included and the coffee included in the room is terrible. Finally, it seems to me that in 2021, Netflix on TV is not supposed to be such a luxury at the price the room costs.. In the end, I never figured out how to close the fake fireplace so I felt like I was sleeping with the TV on
There is a reception room under the motel and the music was playing loudly until 12:10 I felt like I had a disco in my room
Social party in the Olympia room. Excellent service but the main meal was really not good (weird texture of the turkey, unidentified mash, Brussels sprouts that looked like meatballs), the starter was excellent and the dessert was okay. Have had better meals at this place in the past.
Really very clean with room service. Lots of bathroom and balcony products. Restaurant on site with parking and really very welcoming staff, especially the receptionist whose name I dont know!
At first we were very satisfied with the service and the room, we tried the presidential suite just to spoil ourselves a little. But to remind us that we have to come get and pay for a towel because of the dyeing of my hair! I find this very ordinary and its not the first time that Ive dyed my hair and its rubbed off on hotel towels even though theyre white, thats just how lucky they are to wash it with javex! In short I wanted to recommend the hotel but now no last time Im going there next time well go to another one!

Superb place! Superb staff! Superb city! Superb room!! I adore! I recommend! The only drawbacks for a family room (two queen beds) is that there is no place to sit other than the bed and a single desk chair (unlike the room with only one bed which has armchairs). ) and the bathroom counter which is very small. I would also think about another solution for coffee in the room, coffee pods are not so ecological. But otherwise, I have nothing to say. Go there without hesitation, you will not be disappointed!

1 out of 5 I drove 1200 km and couldnt wait to sleep. Small problem this evening there is a wedding party at the hotel. I was offered a first room opening directly onto the exterior stairs where there was a large group of people. I asked to change rooms. I was sent to the 2nd floor where there are unsupervised children running around from one room to another. The doors slam shut. I asked them to make less noise. Its 2:25 a.m., and its still happening. The only positive point is the courteous staff.

Decent hotel. The rooms have been refreshed, but the whole remains a little dilapidated. The shower and toilet dont work very well, no major problem but you have to flush the toilet at least twice. The shower could run harder. Wifi works well.
