We enjoy breakfast at Pur&Simple. The food is delicious and the serving sizes are large. I always take home leftovers:) our server today, Claudia, did a great job ensuring we had everything we needed for an enjoyable experience. Thank you Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available

The food at Pure and Simple was amazing, but the real highlight was the exceptional service from Lucas. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. His professionalism and thoughtful recommendations elevated the experience. I ll definitely be back not just for the food, but for Lucas s outstanding service!

Both of us had the poutine it was so good and so filling. I also had the strawberry banana smoothie that has greek yogurt in it and also great. Our server Madison was very attentive and very friendly.

We visited Pure and Simple in Ancaster on December 9, 2024. Our server Allison was amazing. She was able to answers our questions and took our order perfectly. The table was a little wobbly and she even got down and fixed the table. The food was great. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the omelettes were filled and cooked well. We have only one complaint - the coffee. It is very strong and I found it had an odd taste. That is why I only gave it 4 stars. Next time I will have something else to drink but we will be back.

Heard some favorable comments about this Ancaster location, so my buddy and I went there today. Typical Ancaster place, trying to appear upscale. Menu was relatively detailed but as all the pages had been laminated in a soft plastic, it was difficult to use and these pages were all but impossible to separate. We started with a tea and a coffee. My tea came in a tiny little pot and after steeping, I poured it into the mug but it only filled it 2/3s full. My buddy ordered Eggs Benedict and I went simple with sausage, scrambled, home fries and toast. When it arrived, my buddy enjoyed his eggs/Benny. My order was extremely run-of-the-mill with obviously small eggs used, very soft, fatty institutional sausage and deep fried home fries that had a strange sweetness to them that my wife said indicated that they had been frozen before processing. Toast (Villagio?) arrived in a separate basket and I had forgot to ask for it to be burnt, so it arrived with barely any colour on it. My buddys coffee was topped up and I was offered hot water for my tea - hot water for a used tea bag which is a far too common practice but for me, makes no sense, so I asked for another tea with a fresh tea bag. Server said it was an extra charge for a new tea bag. Whatever - in for a penny, in for a pound. I have no idea what spread was used on the toast but it didnt taste like butter. My buddy said the Eggs Benny order good enough, however, being more difficult to please, I would rate mine as 2-1/2 to 3 out of 5. I doubt if I would go back when so many other places have a similar or superior product at a similar or lower price.

Been here a few times. Always has great food however the service is lacking. Servers that walk around don t make eye contact, you have to struggle to find someone to refill your coffee or water. We didn t have maple syrup on our table and the hostess happened to walk by so we politely asked for some syrup. She seemed annoyed by the request. Unfortunately, you don t always catch your server so you would think a team approach would work here but guess not. Make sure you ask for everything you need ahead of time, otherwise you ll be stuck waiting!

Food is always super fresh and tasty. Our favourite breakfast place. Only feedback is that the Eggs Benedict was room temp. Could have been warmer. Also they could be a little quicker to clear tables. We waited a while to get our bill probably because our booth was on the entrance side of the restaurant and not many people walk by.

Brilliant ambience and experience to remember. Adam and the rest of the staff were excellent handling a full house on a Saturday.

I d like the brightness of your environments. Noise level is too great because of the high ceilings and no dividers. I m talking about the two in Hamilton I ve been to. I saw an interview by CHCH of the location of Burlington. It appear to be Cozier and not as noisy looking, not sure about that And you don t care English breakfast tea very disappointed the food itself has always been delicious When I m going out spending this amount of money for breakfast and the atmosphere, kids shouldn t be allowed. I don t care about it being kid friendly restricted adults only make the environment. For adults that want to treat themselves and get away from young I ve got my family. I raised them. I would never think to take my young children into this environment. Today s young people don t think of anybody but themselves and they let their kids run wild. Parking: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: As I said above kids misbehave and are loud and the parents have no idea how to discipline or remove them from this type of environment. I don t want to see a kid friendly or put up with young kids in there based on my last experience I don t wanna go back if I go back one more time and there s kids screaming and crying I will never come back.

This is my second time coming here for the exact same meal .with the same server, Quinn. She is absolutely lovely. So pleasant, attentive and just a joy to be around. Very happy with the service, food and atmosphere. The French toast is ridiculous. Highly recommend Vegetarian options: There are a LOT of things vegetarians can eat here.

My friend and I come here often for brunch. Today we Had Mariana as our server, even though it was busy when we were sat, she made sure to acknowledge us! She was super attentive and kind.

i really wanted to love the food because i ve heard many great things but once i got my meal it was cold and the cheese wasn t even melted. I m usually not one to be upset over smth this small but there were at least 20 people standing around doing absolutely nothing staring at me and my partner. This is a place of work not to sit around and chit chat. My server was the only one doing anything and seemed a bit stressed which shouldn t be the case because of the many people clearly doing nothing.

Adam did an outstanding job at keeping us informed and was a pleasure to talk to. Thanks Adam for taking our picture for us.

I had an amazing dining experience at my Pur and Simple, and a huge part of that was our server, Kaytlan! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, and attentive, making sure we felt right at home. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations that truly enhanced our meal. Kaytlan also checked in at just the right moments, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Her service was top-notch and really added to the overall fantastic atmosphere of the restaurant.

Ive been coming to Pur & Simple for a few years now and Im never disappointed! Everything is so fresh and they always have new things to try on the menu. I have been served by Alison the last couple times Ive been and she is the best server! Always so cheery and quick. I will continue to visit this location as long as shes around! The only con I have is that its a bit expensive but other than that, no complaints.

I visited yesterday for the first time! Our waitress Alison, was very helpful and had a wonderful spirit. I complimented her on a lovely tattoo, and she gave me the back story . We all enjoyed our choices and had to get takeout boxes because the servings are huge. I had the veggie skillet and just finished it for todays breakfast . See you again for sure! If I could give this place ten stars, I would. Our server, Emily, was incredible. She was so friendly and helpful. I ordered French toast with coconut, almonds, and banana. The presentation was absolutely beautiful, and it tasted just as good as it looked. Normally when I get French toast, I smother it in syrup, but in this case I felt like adding syrup would be ruining a complete masterpiece. Every detail, right down to the dollop of whipped cream, was pure perfection. Pür and Simple? More like Elaborate and Extravagant! This was my first visit, and already I cant wait to go back.
