Ordered burgers and fries for the family. Confirmation said 20 minute delivery time. Called after an hour to ask why it was taking so long. Called again after 1.5 hours. The guy apologized and offered a 20% discount for next order. Finally when the food arrived it was cold and we threw it away. What a waste of food and money.

Was hungry after a long drive and craving a delicious good burger. Looked up burger on google maps and saw Burger Factory with amazing 4.8 star review. A bit of a greasy smell when you walk in. Bought a cheese burger meal. The burger patty came quite small for the bun, not like the picture. The burger bun was pretty good. The patty was on the dry side and was not juicy at all, could have been cooked less. Maybe I am at fault for not getting their specialty burgers, but those looked too greasy for me. The fries were brown and greasy and not golden. The staff were friendly. Washrooms were clean. Prices were reasonable. Overall probably will not come back.

The burger is delicious. I got a cheeseburger and my wife got the veggie utility sandwich. The staff came from time to time to clean the space after some customers left the restaurant. I had previously ordered for take out and it was also really good.

Utility steak has gone up in price and down in meat content. I just had lunch with friends and my utility steak was half as full as some other people got. Very poor portion control. Service is slow. I ask for half the cheese and get charged $2 extra and still get same amount of cheese. I held off leaving this negative review hoping things would change but I can t give any more chances In regards to the owner saying prices didn t change , here s a photo of the price before it went up to the current price. Not a good indication that the owner is not taking accountability and instead is trying to gaslight

Amazing customer service and even better food! I got the crispy chicken sandwich and poutine, the chicken was crisp and fresh, and the poutine was savory and delicious. Overall, 10 out of 10 expirence would come again!

It wasn t busy at all when I walked in so I expected to wait only a few minutes for some funnel cakes. 35 minutes!! And none of the servers warned me or checked in with me. Maybe the regular customers know to expect a long wait but for me as a first-timer with my kids in tow it was most disappointing.

Food is good but needs to be cooked longer, burger has pink in it and potatoes on tornado potato are sometimes raw. What really bugs me is the price of everything, i understand things are expensive so I can look past that once in a while for a nice treat but to expect a tip on a fast food order is ridiculous and they don t give you the option to not tip when paying debit/credit. I always hit 0.00 but then I feel judged and stared at by their workers. Specifically one male particular. But come one, an expectation of a tip on an already overpriced meal? This isn t an actual restaurant. Get rid of this ffs and don t pressure people into tipping!

I had a 40 minute wait for four takeout meals. Family ate them within 10 minutes. Both Cheeseburgers and both Juicy Lucy s were very dry. The only good food were the sides. Atmosphere at the location seemed nice enough. Multiple people with order numbers after mine ended up getting their order first. Not sure why but when waiting 40 minutes it can be frustrating.

I called in my order, that was an ordeal in itself. The gentleman who answered couldnt understand my order, and finally after getting it right, I said Id be there in 10 minutes. I arrived and he told me he was waiting for me before he started my order... He told me on the phone they take preorders over the phone! If I wanted to wait, I wouldnt have called! After an eternity of waiting for my food, I had the pleasure of watching him struggle for 5 minutes bagging my food in two paper bags and then into a plastic bag. When I was handed my food, I could tell the food was cold. I was already late and very disappointed in the quality of food after my long wait. If youre going to take preorders over the phone, why not make the order?! Im very disappointed with every aspect of service and quality I received.

Try the machine burger absolutely fantastic definitely get the factory sauce on it and a hot peppers. Overall very good value and amazing flavours. Vegetarian options: A decent choice of veggie burgers and toppings. Parking: Right in the plaza with the Walmart so loads of free parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is spacious to accommodate wheelchairs, and there are stand-alone tables in the center to provide accessible seating.

Great in-house made burgers with fresh, top-notch ingredients, my wife and I loved our meal! We had cheeseburgers and fries as well as an order of onion rings and the quality was spectacular. Best fries and onion rings we have had in recent memory, in any setting. I was also very impressed by how clean the items were: almost no grease or oil on the plate/bag. Add the friendly, passionate service we had (where we learned about the in-house made meat and all local, fresh ingredients) and I can confidently say this was a 5 star meal. Incredible place!

I am a certified foodie! And I have dined in some of the best restaurants in North America (think food network featured ones!) I honestly love this place! Delicious big cheesy burgers, fresh fries, amazing sweet potato fries, fresh ingredients, lots of topping options, fast service, super clean joint, kind attentive staff, and a huge delicious funnel cake!
