I often go across the plaza for shisha and so i saw this new place an wanted to try it out. the ambiance is very nice and its refreshing. i like the furniture and the place has a very nice look to it. I came with my girls and i noticed the moment we walked in, there was no person at the front. Server came but she came quite late. i think the service needs some work. while we waited awhile for our food, there were two guy that walked and sat down, and noticed they walked out. they had waited for about 15 to 20 mins and no server attended them. the food lacks, decent price but it took forever and the server messed up our order. honestly, it looks very nice but if they make a few changes with management, it will be better.

We are grateful and happy that we have had experience their 5 star service and taste their sumptuous food.From unique & world class food presentation, so yummy ... The service was welcoming and knowledgeable and every dish on the menu was a surprise to our taste buds.

I went to ayush for the first time because it caught my attention to try their new chicken shawarma and when I arrived there I had high expectations and unfortunately they were not met, the chicken shawarma I received didn t look or taste nothing like how they presented it I was very disappointed and shocked that this is how they present their food with false advertising I really was hoping this would be a great opportunity for them to attract customers to increase their business but unfortunately they lack in quality, value and flavour.

This was a terrible experience. The rice was too salty. Our entire group had overly salty food. The shawarma was drowning in garlic sauce that you could not see the meat. The pickles didn t even smell good. Then we paid 9 dollars for a green mint lemonade which she said is made super fresh and made in house but the color green in the drink looked like the Incredible Hulk. It can taste only turn that color green by food colouring. The icing on the cake was a case of the runs. I paid over 100 and it was the worst food experience. Never ever will I visit this restaurant. I wish I took photos so you could see for yourself.

Weekends they show they open at 3pm. We waited on a Saturday until 4pm and no one showed up. Furthermore we could see drinks and dirty glasses still sitting around inside from the night before. We also left a voicemail and no one called us back not even later to apologize

Love the atmosphere! They also have a lot of screens for the occasional sports events

Genuinely the best place to come eat, and smoke. Every employee is so kind and the food is amazing and so fresh unlike other shisha businesses! Finally there is an amazing place to go in Ancaster! Highly recommend for solo study sessions or small dates. Please do not go here expecting a club experience like other places in Hamilton, this is the perfect place to bring your parents, family and I have witnessed them being very kid friendly and being mindful of children in the restaurant! Overall my friends and I highly recommend this place for both amazing food and shisha/incredible service!

Food cold, wasn t even what was on the menu no napkins no straws took 20 mins to get water on top of the 20 mins it took to get to our table and take our order, seems their service is unprofessional and lack of staff it at all as it seems it s just the owner cooking cleaning waiting tables

Last night, my friends and I checked out Ayush lounge on a family members recommendation, and it was wonderful. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming. The food was definitely the highlight, especially the burgers, which were absolutely delicious. The owner was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, adding a personal touch to our dining experience. Overall, it was a fantastic night filled with great food. Were already planning our next visit it was definitely worth the trip!

The service here is horrible. The owner and his wife dont attend to the customers at all, the food we ordered was cold and tasteless, also did not serve napkins which is basic resteraunt etiquette there is lack of care towards the customers. You have to physically get up multiple times just to ask for something they SHOULD have given to begin with.. never coming here again. Mist is much better across the street! - update after seeing the owners terrible response (as expected) I have absolutely 0 association with Mist, the comparison comes from a true genuine restaurant experience and its been 100% better at Mist, obviously Im going to mention it and save new customers from wasting their time and money at Ayush. The owner is clearly very defensive and cannot take feedback at all, horrible place with horrible service, the worst. DO BETTER!

We had a party of roughly 16 and had no issues with seating. Will definitely come back, food was decently priced as well... roughly $75 less than what i thought it would have been

We came here for the first time tonight and let me just say the food was absolutely amazing. Then the drinks.just wow. I had a lemon drink that was out of this world . The pricing is very reasonable and the owners are some of the sweetest people Ive met. The atmosphere was very cozy and relaxing. 100/10 . Put this restaurant on your must visit list as you will not be disappointed. We will for sure be coming back. Thank you for your hospitality

So I came to work on a laptop with a friend when they first opened and initially couldn t find an outlet and wasnt able to get work done. However, after speaking with the owner they were incredibly receptive to my feedback. The next time I went they told me they were working on getting outlet installed and true to their word the third time I came they had taken my feedback and installed outlets. this was my first experience seeing owners moving forward to improve the customer experience. In addition, every time I have visited I had a wonderful smoking experience. The shisha was clean, smoked for hours and was smooth throughout my entire stay. I was also pleasantly surprised by how nicely furnished and designed this restaurant is. The food and drinks are delicious, I enjoyed my visit each time and will be returning again.

My husband and I joined some friends last week for dinner here, we also brought our 3 year old granddaughter, the staff was amazingly friendly, the food spectacular, the restaurant was immaculate! My granddaughter sampled everyone s plate as most tots do and she loved everything, my husband has shawarma and rice and I had a burger and fries, the burger was amazing and the fries were to die for! Highly recommend!

The restaurant is tidy and elegant with a good location and plenty of parking spaces. The staff are friendly but a bit slow, possibly because it was not peak time. Breakfast was not available, so I ordered a falafel wrap and Iraqi tea. The Iraqi tea was delicious. However, the falafel was disappointingly hard, overcooked, and, worse, they used garlic instead of tahini. They placed tahini in a separate dish, which was not a good idea. There are no high chairs for children. Overall, it was their beginning, and I believe things will improve with time.

Nice place. Food was terrible . The chicken in the Shawarma was yesterdays leftovers . Dry and burnt. No sauce, small bits of pickle . Could not eat. The fries were Cavendish seasoned . A poor dining experience ! Service
