Ordered the at home burrito bar from their catering menu. We had excellent service from start to finish. My guests complimented the food and loved the idea.

This is me and my husbands favourite luch spot as we work about 6 mins away. The Customer Service is so top tier that the gentleman that takes our order (Bang Bang Shrip Bowls :-)) automatically knows our order as soon as the call starts. I love the attention to detail and the food is always fresh and delicious.

Their burritos can t be topped! This is my go to place for a fresh burrito, you won t be disappointed.

Had an issue with a buy one get one order through Uber. Staff and manager were very kind and resolved the issue at their own expense.

My friend and I order from your spot every now and then . This is the second time this has happened with us. This time too we ordered on uber and the bowl they made was awful. The quantity of the bowl offered was less as compared to the price we had paid. None the less the toppings provide were also very little in quantity. Hope this doesnt happen again .

Went there today Jan 20 2024. The food was good but the place was FREEZing. Outside Is around -9C... Inside was soo cold I couldnt feel my feet when I left. I had a look at the thermostat they had near the cash register and it was reading 10C as the current temperature. I never felt so uncomfortable and cold in a restaurant. Turn your heat on!

I do love this place. The owner (I think she s the owner .an older/shorter woman) is wonderful and always very very pleasant. You can tell she cares about her restaurant and her customers. I always enjoy engaging with her. There are however a few young women at the counter who are less than pleasant to encounter, they look miserable, not personable, and are very cheap with toppings. We always ask for a little more, (when she barely puts toppings on to begin with), and even the more is VERY little. There have been times we ve walked in, saw who was working, and left. My only suggestion would be - advertise there is curry in some sauces or coatings. Not everyone enjoys it. I do!!! But my neighbour doesn t and doesn t go there because of it :(

If you are looking for full price and half the amount of food, this is your place. I asked for few extra toppings didnt even listen to me if they are doing this to me in person so you can figure out online ordering people how much quantity you are getting

This location puts significantly less ingredients on their menu times. It is disappointing when you get a burrito bowl and it is only 1/4 of the way full. They give a small pinch of the vegetables where other locations will give a handful

Came i today to get a burrito waiting un line with another young lady 3 staff memebers serving one order the got up from reading her labtop with no sense of urgency..if your going to charge 20 bucks for a burrito then you best support it with service she left...I left...not giing back there terrible service...

Had great experience with fresh and healthy food. As I like my beef burrito with only beef and cheese, store manager offered me chips and salsa complimentary. So nice of her. Came in to pick up 2 burrito bowls. Took them home and was extremely disappointed to see they were 1/4 full. $30+ for this was an absolute joke. I called the store and got the most incredible runaround. Was told the manager will contact me as the worker couldn t do anything (totally understandable) the manager however, never called - I m not expecting a call and they can not expect my business any further. I will go to a different franchise that handles customers better

they are super cheap. I dont care about the price but at least put more than 3 spoon worth of rice in your bowls. The bowl is always half full as compared to super full like other burrito places too.

Would recommend this location, convenient spot with lots of parking and accessibility is acceptable for those whose have concerns when accessing location. It is a busy parking but lots of room and handicap parking.

Fabulous! Im addicted to the Big Bang shirmp tacos! Fresh ingredients, fair pricing, clean restaurant & great service. Sweet touch, Nima behind the counter remembered me, what I like & took note of me blotting blood on my arm from a small scratch with a napkin. She handed me a band aid, then my tacos. The kind of common sense and courtesy that is so rare. Well done!

First time had food there. Quantity was too less as compared with Chipotle. Food taste was ok. Server was too stingy. For sure, I ll prefer Chipotle anytime over barburrito. I don t recommend anyone to go to this location.

Have had bad experiences with other bar burrito locations in the past but decided to give this location a try and I was not disappointed. We ordered through Uber and received our food in a timely manner, the food was delicious and portion sizes were fantastic. Will definitely order from this location again and recommend it to others

Ended up at the Ancaster location unexpectedly tonight...what a great find! Food was fresh and tasty, the staff friendly, and the portions were enormous! My only suggestion would be to add Coke to the menu and dump the Pepsi!

Usually I would give this place a 5, but today I was served by someone who had never served me before, and she gave me about half the meat that I normally get at any BarBurrito. Well give this store another chance because its normally good, but if it happens again, well start going to the BarBurrito by Limeridge Mall.

BarBurrito has good and tasty food. The meat is fresh, the vegetables are flavourful and the rice is properly cooked. If anything I wish that they had a meat option that was sopping in a Ancho or Tex-Mex spice. Because adding the sauce at the end doesnt have the same affect as is the meat was heavily seasoned prior to loading on the extras.

Frany is good at customer service and she also doesnt compromise on toppings. Sachin Bhai is a very good chef. And a very kind person. After all that I have started loving eating burritos and I eat them everyday. I also love the quote, leave the burger bring the burrito on their shirts.

Ive been here a few times for lunch. The prices are pretty good for the portion that you get. They quality is great. I would definitely reccomend trying them if you want quality over the regular fast food options around.
