Always had a good experience at dominos well have to note that they consider chicken and steak to be only one topping which is a great surprise for the next time I decide to order pizza.

Too bad there s no Zero star I got called by this Ancaster dominoes pizza @ 5:30 on Friday June 23rd 2023, by a snarky employee demanding my unit number. I explained that I did not order any pizza nor do I live in Ancaster. She then accused me of ordering pizza again saying she didn t believe me and told me she was canceling my order I didn t order anything, it s a wrong number. Very rude. Obviously whoever ordered this pizza just put in the wrong phone number and unfortunately it was mine. Shout out to the poor guy that can t order food online properly! No food for you and you wasted my time having to deal with a sub par dominoes employee.

I don t understand after 2 years I can t get my regular pizza order which is 1/2 double mushrooms n 1/4 pepperoni n bacon 1/4 just cheese light sauce and the lady on the phone was quite rude saying I can t do that so then how can I have been able to order for 2 years. Don t think we going back there after such rude service n why we can t get our order. I worked in fresh to go for 15 years n we never. Turned down a customers order ever no matter how they wanted it. Plus was taught not to be rude to customers

Really amazing experience with the Amhurst location! Ordered pizza for a birthday party and was waffling over how much to order and they ended up sending me an extra medium cheese pizza, which came in handy. Not to mention the pizzas were cooked to perfection. Would order from this location for sure if Im area.

Not so long ago, I had very terrible day. I went to dominos just to see what I could eat and encountered Karolina. She knew I was having trouble with the menu and recommended some great items. I couldnt agree more with her, the lava cakes are amazing. Amazing place, great service!

Good pizza at a good price made quick. One problem is I can t order delivery to my address though the site, but if I call I can get delivery. Other than that good service.

Staff were extremely rude. I was made to feel as though l were bothering them upon my arrival to pick up my online order. Obviously I m not alone in feeling this way, otherwise how could a company as large as this have such a bad rating among its customers. In short service was horrible and far from welcoming. Doubtful I would waste my hard earned dollars on a company that treats it s customers as they do l would elect to order from another location.

They make fantastic pizza, and they make it fast. Online orders usually done within 15 minutes. Have had no issues with service, as they make quick turn arounds (Im in and out within a minute or two).

Normally I would give Dominos a 4.5 . Almost perfect. Thin crust has been crispy. Thick crust squishy and delicious. Gluten free is still my daughter s favorite of all the pizza places. Except this time we asked for triple mushrooms and got what looked like 3 mushrooms cut 3 times. Disappointed.

Consistently good. Quality control always higher than the toronto locations I frequent. There is always a good amount of cheese without having to order extra; this has been very consistent. The pizza isn t always cut all the way through, but for the speed I can pickup in, I can live with that.

The extravaganza pizza was perfect..highly recommend The delivery guy was on time, wore a mask and gloves and came to the back as instructed. They even subd the olives for banana peppers although not part of the app. No complaints!!!!

I got food poisoning from the meat lovers pizza

I have been ordering from this dominos for almost 5 years, and I have come across very different delivery drivers, some nice and some not... but hands down the delivery driver today Karolina was the best! She hands down deserves a raise!

Had called to order the $20 special for 2-Large / 2-toppings special. Requested a 1 topping pepperoni and other pizza to have 3 toppings. How difficult is that to accommodate? The store manager who I had the misfortune to speak with is a very unhappy nasty lady and was extremely rude with zero sense of customer service.

store manager is one of the nastiest people you will ever come across. she needs to learn some customer service. staff is polite. good pizza.

Every time when I try to make my order by app there is a problem which has said that can not delivery at my home. However, if I did my order by phone they can delivery. I guess that they don t want to accept my order by app because they not want give poxa free by pout rewards. I asked so many times what s happen but no one give a great answer. I will to Pizza Hut! Sorry But you lost another client.

Used to love this location but the last experience has left a terrible taste. Poor customer service, lying to the customer and took over an hour for our delivery. We were told on the phone the driver was out with multiple deliveries turns out it was only two. And when we complained we were banned.

Being the biggest pizza chain in the world you think the prices would be a little more reasonable ,not the case at all they have a great tasting product and deals once in a while like everyone else in the pizza business .

Had an issue here with one of the employees that was quickly resolved and I was also given a $50 gift card and an apology.

They are always friendly and always have been. Ive been going here for lunch here and there for two years and have never had a bad experience. The food is great and the place always looks well kept, keep it up you all rock :)
