Just ordered a medium pizza with a pound of wings and potato wedges I was shocked on the quality was more like a sit down restaurant very good quality, pizza, and wings great tasting and the quality is well worth the money
The best pizza in the city. Great quality and customer service was great. They were very nice people and you can tell they care about the quality of the food and restaurant.
We had a group order for 6 pizzas and some wings that we placed online, over an hour had passed and we never received our food, so we called and the person there told us that they never received our order - despite us receiving confirmation that the order was placed. They the told us it would be 45 more minutes. 15 minutes later, he called us back and then said the guy cooking them “wanted to go home” and they “couldn’t complete our order”. They said to “call back tomorrow”. Not sure how that would help our situation of trying to feed a group of 12, but at least Jack Astors was open and friendly! Completely altered our plans for the night. Very upset.
First time ordering here. The pizza was AMAZING! The quality is five star at an excellent price point. Just got a simple pizza, but I’m looking forward to trying the wings next time as well. So happy with my discovery here!
We had a delivery this evening. Two medium thin crust with 1Lb of wings and fries. I asked the person on the phone for the price so I could have the money ready for the driver. $43:88 I was told would be the cost. When the driver arrived it had risen to $50:88. I asked why when I was told $43:88…..Well you had extra toppings, but the phone person knew that before they told me the cost ??? The fries were cold as were the wings ( delivered in the same box ), My all meat pizza is so salty as to be inedible. Extremely disappointed this time. Never used to be like this. Time for a change I think. Ancaster pizza replied and apologized tremendously, they were having staffing issues which is now resolved. They have completely replaced our order. I thank them for standing up and resolving our issues. The sign of an upstanding business.
If one word could explain this establishment it would be “splendifunkulous”. From the spotless counters to the amazing aroma of fresh dough, everything in this store is up to the tea. Really brings me back to my hometown in Italy with that first bite! Make sure to ask for John Paul, he’s amazing!
Since moving to Hamilton about 9 yrs ago from NYC, I hadn't found a good pizza place to compare yet. And this place wow finally! Great pizza, absolutely delicious garlic dip and good service!
you've gotta check out Ancaster Pizza! Seriously, the pizza there is like a flavor explosion in your mouth. It's all homemade, so you can taste the love they put into it. Plus, the vibe in there is so chill, it just adds to the whole experience.The garlic sauce is to die for! Trust me, it's worth it!

Store is dirty and they don t wash their hands after touching phone or other items in store. Fingernails are dirty and they don t wear gloves.

Delicious pizza and crispy wings! I ordered 7 pizzas and wings for my daughters birthday party! I called and asked for delivery if possible within just under an hour. The lady who answered the phone worked with me to make sure I had everything needed for my order and it arrived hot and fresh within 45 minutes. Many guests were wondering where it was from as it was so good! Thanks for accommodating me and my last minute large order. Will definitely be ordering again!
We ordered tonight and I can say truthfully that I would rather little Caesar s pizza over this. I will never order from here again.
We love Ancaster Pizza! They have the best pizza, delicious wings and you will not find a better garlic dipping sauce anywhere else. Great pick up deals and always friendly service. Highly recommend checking them out if in the area!

We ve been going to Ancaster Pizza for a while. Recently their pizzas have changed and not for the good. Now they are very very thin pizzas to the point where it s floppy. The crust is way too thin to support any cheese or toppings. Please go back to the old way of making them because we want to support the local businesses but the pizza is almost inedible.
I thought this would be a great place to try out as I heard good things. However, this was not the case. First of $8 for two slices of pizza is way way over priced, second the pizza is flimsy and soggy. The worst of this experience was the long black hair I found on the second alive in between the crust and the cheese which went immediately into the garbage. Seems like this place has no quality control, very disappointed in my first experience and will not be returning.

As far as places to get a slice from this might be the best Ive ever had. It blows away all the other chain pizza places around. The prices are cheap too if you are in the area make sure to check them out.
After placing order online and receiving a confirmation, drove there to pick it up and was told that they never got my order, so no pizza for me. They may have good pizza, I dont know, but if they cant process online orders, they have no place in todays competitive market. Very disappointing service.

We have not ordered out since March of last year. Tonight we decided to order out, support local and ordered from Ancaster Pizza. We were not disappointed. Ordered the pizza and wing combo with an extra order of wings. Ordering by phone and a smooth and timely delivery was lovely. Courteous employees and the food was delicious. Ancaster pizza is located on Wilson Street in Ancaster. You can choose pick up or delivery of their pizza or chicken wings. I found the taste to be as good as any of the major outlets but not as pricey. Delivery into the middle end was quick and the driver was very courteous
Greasy mess. Uncooked dough. Terrible. 13 dollars for small pizza and soda. Dont waste your money.
We always get bbq sauce instead of tomato sauce and it is so sweet and delicious. Never disappoints!

Its not Ancaster Pizza anymore. When I visited it is Olivers bar or the olive bar anyway very nice enjoyed it. You can taste different wines or just have a glass or bottle of wine and charcuterie platters! Definitely will go back

Im celiac so I cant eat there but both my kids went nuts for this place. And their prices are extremely reasonable.

Best Pizza in Ancaster. I find that the price is the cheapest here for the quality I get. The creamy garlic dipping sauce is delicious! I love the taste of the dough as well. The owner is super nice too. They also do chicken shawarma if you do pick up I believe! It s a Must try in Ancaster! It has been there for YEARS!! (Don t get the walk in slices though unless it s fresh out of the oven.)

Great prices and delicious pizza! The crust was nice and crispy. The only thing we didn t love was that the garlic sauce tastes like a sauce you would put on shawarma (I think they sell shawarma there too so it probably is the same sauce). Overall for the price, would definitely order again!

Seems like their quality has been slowly decreasing. Pizzas have soggy greasy dough which isnt appealing at all.
This place used to be the best place to get pizza in town. The last few times I have ordered it has been sloppy, cold in the middle and just all around poor quality. Very disappointed.

Placed an online order for delivery. After an hour we called to follow up and the phone remained unanswered. The store is now closed and we will be ordering and waiting for pizza from somewhere with better customer care. Wont bother calling Ancaster again

Really bad, the quality is deteriorating as they were much better before. We ordered 2 x large and the pizzas were dry and crusty, could barely taste any sauce or cheese. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Waste of money.
