Amazing Service from Keanu at Boston Pizza! Keanu is hands down one of the best bartenders I ve ever met! His drinks are flawless, his recommendations are spot-on, and his friendly, attentive service made my night. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great experience. If you visit, be sure to grab a seat at the bar Keanu won t disappoint! I ll be coming back for sure!

The entire staff at the Ancaster BP are truly happy to be of service & do everything they can to make sure you are happy with every part of your meal. Tonight Paige helped us and did a great job. I ordered the Chicken club with about 4 different substitutions & my husband enjoys the individual pizza with extra cheese - we even bring home leftovers for lunch the next day. I wish I remembered the name of every staff member but then this would be a review full of names.

Very friendly staff. The Boston burger is juicy. The fettuccine Alfredo and Ceasar salad was great. The best part was the build your own pasta. I wish more restaurants offered this option. Due to my health there are a lot of things vegtables and things I cant eat, being able to build my own I was still able to enjoy my meal without complications. Thank you to everyone.

I have been at this location countless times, not once have I had less of a great experience! Whether dined with friends or had just a couple of drinks by myself, its always been excellent. The food, attention, ambiance... You name it, its the best BP location that Ive been to The new management is GREAT. Soni was a great manager, came to talk to me personally, seemed interested in my personal experience at this location. Really great service!! P.S.: Amy is their greatest bartender, shes amazing!!, her customer service is superb Shout out to her.

Unfortunately cant give minus stars!! Service sucked. Manager doesnt bother to ask how things are and too busy looking at the waitress body parts to do his job. Would not recommend this location anymore. Came here in the past and was great experience. Too bad thats changed. Second time same waitress and seems like PMS has set in. I recently visited Boston Pizza Ancaster to celebrate my childs birthday, and I have to say, we were a bit disappointed at first. The wait time for drinks was really long, and our server was slow since he was new. But then Soni helped us around. She brought us some non-alcoholic quenchers that the kids enjoyed, and she even got the whole team to sing for my childs birthday. Her kindness really turned things around for us. If it werent for her, we would have left feeling pretty unhappy. Thanks, Soni, for making our experience better!

I had an issue and the Manager Soni was professional and polite. I know she cares about her customers. Mistakes happen and ownership was taken and very fast follow up! I will be returning to this restaurant because of the awesome follow up I got from Soni!

I visited Boston pizza for the NFL game on Thursday night and we had a server named Kenu/keanu not sure how to spell it, had all the answers to our questions about the menu and was even talking to us about the NFL game we came to watch, great atmosphere 10/10 recommendation !

We always have the best time when we re at BP and being served by Keanu. He is so attentive, ensure we have everything that we need, and makes us want to come back. If you ever go to this location, make sure to ask for Keanu because his service is impeccable!!!

I am part of a large group of people, men s hockey team, that goes to the Ancaster Boston Pizza every Wednesday at 5:30 PM after our game. The main reason we choose this restaurant is for the exceptional service of Amy E. who has taken the time to get to know each player on the team, and their preferred drink and food orders. She clearly knows the menu and makes great recommendations. She has our drink waiting for us as we walk through the door. She is friendly, sociable, extremely well organized to manage the many orders, usually up to 20 adults, and provides exceptionally quick, professional service. Thank you Amy!!!

Karaoke Night at Boston Pizza! We had a group of 25 people that came out for an evening of fun, laughter and great food. The managers and the staff were very helpful in getting us setup and were wonderful hosts for the evening. We will definitely do this again!

My daughter and I had lunch here on Sunday. I wanted to take the time to thank Homer (manager) for the excellent service. He went above and beyond. Very kind and courteous. The food was excellent I highly recommend the Chicken power bowl. Healthy, yummy and filling.

Although the waitress was polite and lovely, I started off my order with a cup of coffee , I waited for over a 1/2 an hour then I had to reminder that I had ordered a coffee, Finally she brought it over but she did not bring the cream with it, I requested some cream , Then she brought it over and I asked her for a spoon at that time, She then replied.Oh could you use a fork instead .

This boston pizza is best out of all of the other locations in Hamilton. All the seatings feels brand new, very clean and nice ambiance. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The Roast Beef Sandwich was a disappointment because the meat was too tough to chew in about half of it. Might have been more palatable if the meat had been sliced thinner.

I usually visit Boston pizza for some quality game time with my friends. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their pizza and their customer service. The pizza was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. The crust was thin and crunchy, and the sauce was flavorful and just the right amount of spice. I had chocolate cake after my meal last time and it was delicious. The staff at the store were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that my order was taken care of quickly and correctly.

Servers were great, food was good but there were fruit flies everywhere and the bathroom was stinky.

Pizzas are really very good. I eat here every week.

Always great service at this location. There were a few patrons here but our section was empty when we left. I tried the new baked ravioli bites and these were so delicious. Will get these again. My daughters love coming here and the waitress is always accommodating to kids. Parking: A lot of parking, I usually get to park right up front. Kid-friendliness: Staff is accommodating, a lot of kid options and activites.

Ive had a lot of Bandara Bread over the years, but the Ancaster location makes the best! So cheesy and flavourful, with a perfectly crispy crust!

Food and everything was great. Even the waitress dropping the tray of waters on us. But she was great about it and very apologetic.

Its been years since I have been to a Boston Pizza. The food was good and nice variety. Could have been hotter. Some of our meals were steaming, and others were just warm.

I had to change my review. Yesterday(03/30/2023-6:30pm) I dined in. The hostess that lead myself and my dad to our table was snotty and rude. The pizza was luke warm, doughy, to much cheese, hardly any sauce. It made myself, my dad, and my mom sick from it. We told the waiter, he says in a condescending voice So it was cold. When I took it, it felt hot . So the manager comes over asking if they can make a new one, we were sick from the one we had. So she states that next time we come in, it will be better(after this. I don t think there will be a next time). We have been long time customers. It s really gone done hill. Anyway, she only gave me 25% off, yet hardly any of the food was eaten. And the pizza is WAY overpriced now. It s pizza. I am very disappointed. I use to love Boston Pizza. The only thing that wasn t bad were the ravioli bites.

The service at this location was very slow,.so slow that it took 2 hours between the time arrived and the time we left. The reason we were told, was that there was a group of 40 people who were getting priority over everyone else. Customer service: is in my view Important to ALL people who come to eat at your establishment. A group of 40 people meant that they called ahead and made a reservation which also means you had plenty of time to schedule enough staffing for those customers plus have enough staffing to meet the demands of the remaining customers who are walk-ins... By NOT preparing a proper schedule meant sacrificing service to the rest of the patrons.. Based on all of that, the food was not hot, you didnt put protein in a salad as requested and other mistakes were made as well.. The manager thinks that a 15% discount will make us happy... it didnt!!! Never coming back to this location.

Fast polite service

Very slow service, and the food did not satisfy my expectations. I ordered pineapple, beet, and goat cheese salad with chicken. Did not get the chicken, and the pineapple was not fresh it was from a can. Did not like that at all. I dont think I will be going back to this location. I noticed for the first time that I got charged for a glass of water. Not mineral water, just water. Im not sure if other restaurants have charged me before. I will check from now on.

Had a great dinner last night for my husbands birthday. We were seated quickly and our food came quickly once we ordered. The portions were a good size and the food was delicious. Vegetarian options: I had a delicious cheese ravioli dish with marinara sauce.

Restaurant was dirty staff were barely around waited for 25 mins after being seated just to ask for water and a beer.... waited near 30 mins for that, then decided to leave.. wasnt too impressed

Weve been going here for years now and the service and food has always been excellent, not a single bad experience on the patio, bar side, restaurant side, or take out. A good place to watch a game, but also very family friendly, theyve always been great with our kids.

My friend and I took our kids to BP last night. Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. However there was a problem with our bill and the manager did not address it correctly. (We were overcharged $41)This morning I went back and spoke with a different manager named Homer. He sorted it out and refunded me no problem! He was so pleasant to deal with that I will definitely return. Side note I had the new spicy buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and it was amazing!

I would give them a -5 if I could. We were here last night with a party of 8 for my birthday, not a great experience at all!! Out of 8 orders 2 were done right, 1 was totally forgotten and the rest were not correct! Lousy managent resolution also. We received no utensils or napkins before we asked for them and then only received 2 sets for starters. I had Cesear Salad with a chicken breast - I had asked for no croutons, but received with croutons instead. When I received my replacement it was just romaine lettuce and an overcooked chicken breast - not even any parmesan cheese! Too expensive for what I got!! That was just one issue - there were many more! I for one will never go back. At the prices charged, both food quality and service should be great is all Im saying and it was not.

I had the wings, a small pizza, and a fishbowl. Honestly, everything was just okay. The food was okay, drinks were okay, the atmosphere was a bit noisy (screaming kids) but still, okay. Our server was very nice, but she rarely came and was very slow on everything. The restaurant was not busy at all and it seemed like she only had 3 tables, including us, so it was a bit disappointing. Even at the end when I asked for the bill, it came very late. Though she was very nice so I don t really want to give anything lower than 3 stars.

Went here Monday and was served by Tracy, she was so good with our kids, very friendly and accomidating. Because of the way she treated us, we will be coming back for sure, hopefully she will be our server again.

Rylans customer service was exceptional besides a few minor requests my group had, very accommodating to our groups choices and making specialty drinks overall a great experience.

Very poor service last night at Boston Pizza. Came in and was seated right away, but then waited 20 minutes for someone to come take our drinks. Finally after another 20 minutes they finally brought out the drinks then our food another 15 minutes but we got no side plates no condiments not even a single napkin!! and when we asked for a dipping sauce and napkins it was never brought. No one came back to ask us for a refill and we had to go and grab ketchup off of a different table and it wasn t until I asked to see a manager twice!! that the waitresses started talking to each other and kept pointing to our table, which I found very rude, and finally asked us how our food is and if anything is Wrong but we saw them talking photos in the back on their phones and walking past our table over and over just texting, the whole time instead of serving us or anything. The food was also terrible and dry so I would highly not recommend this place stuff is terrible and so is the management.

Runs a Moseys Southern BBQ ghost kitchen from this location. Ontop of all the nonsense that comes with, the food was overpriced, cold, and inedible. I paid 20$ for basically a hotdog bun with lettuce and dog food on it. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered salad with chicken breast and burger with fries for take out. Got home and had 4 spaghetti and meatball dinners instead!!! Called back about mixup and they offered to deliver the correct meal. Finally arrived and still incorrect. No chicken breast with dinner after paid for...terrible costly mistakes you are making BP!

Being ignored for 20 min after seated. This place should be shut down for being racist. I am coming from Boston, Massachusetts, and you guys will be stuck in Boston Pizza for the rest of your lives.

Went for the dinner with Santa, very friendly staff and good food, fresh salads. The kids meal was good. Our daughter enjoyed the food very much. Will come back.

Disgusting food service was slow plus awful experience of food taste

I visited today. I was giving 10/10 rating for food and service. Today, I entered and waited for 15 min so that someone come and take my order. But no one came at my table. One girl served next table to me. But didnt bother to ask us that we are helped or not. I ordered nachos, cactus cut potatoes and onion rings. 1) cactus cut potatoes were over cooked look like burnt. We left half of left in plate. 2) for nachos, the service guy took order of classic nachos. We wanted to order nachos for 5 serving. But the guy decided by himself and took order for 3 serving. And nachos were not properly roasted and even cheese wasnt melted. We ordered cold drinks. We waited someone for refill. But no one was even asking us for any service. Then, we waited for someone to give us bill after finishing food. We have to go to the reception for someone to bring us bill. Overall disappointment from this location.

My spouse and I have been coming to this BP for the last several years. It was our go to place, we would go 2-3 times a week. The servers have always been wonderful and that is the main reason why we kept coming back. They have always been very friendly and still are. We have noticed the food quality declining over the last several months. The other day I ordered the BP burger and the beer special. The burger comes and there are no onion rings on it and the fries were cold.. By the time the server came I had eaten what I wanted. it was so so - the total discount given was $ 1.58 they took 15% off the burger price only. Other places would have done more. The last several times when we have ordered wings they come out burnt. We probably will only go maybe once a month and mainly because we like the servers. I know we tried another BP on the area and the food quality was much better there

I would give this place a 0 but that isnt an option...so I give you a 1. When I asked for my pizza to be cooked more it was just heated in the microwave and not actually cooked- obvious by the temp, the fact it was still super doughy and the amount of condensation on the plate.

The lady who served me looked like she saw the end of the world. My little Rashnu was super offended by the attitude and how the peroigie on the pizzing was no good. If I could throw peanut shells on the floor I would but my little dog Rashnu likes a tidy eating booth, so that s a plus.

Ordered takeout yesterday. Messed up the chicken wing flavors and missed a dipping sauce. The wings were absolutely terrible and the chicken Parmesan was awful as well. Should ve taken my $70 elsewhere. Will not be going back. Do not reccomend takeout whatsoever.

Hit and miss service tonight with no one in the restaurant and after 25 minutes we are still waiting on our food. Waitress give some excuse about some new kid in the kitchen not reassuring. Don t recommend eating here.

My husband and I came here for a nice dinner and we had Andreas as our server. he was so pleasant. I had a million questions regarding the menu for vegan options and he answered all of them with a smile :) :) We will for sure be coming back. Dietary restrictions: Vegan options available

The meatloaf meals were lukewarm, the Irish coffee was lukewarm, and the cheesecake with berries had no berries - only a drizzle of cherry syrup on it. Disappointing. I don t think they had enough servers on. The berry issue couldn t be attributed to that, though. It s the only dessert on the menu that s not chocolate or caramel based. Oh, and the server messed up a drink and dessert. She rectified it, though, and was very pleasant. We celebrated a birthday there because the week before friends had been there and said it was fantastic. I put most of it down to too few servers on a very busy night; but it s definitely inconsistent.

Great location, great staff, good food, and good atmosphere. Its a great place to stop for a group meal or to watch sports.

Lovely new items on the menu, went with friends, we all had something different from menu. All presented with eye appeal and past taste test as well.

Had our Christmas get together tonight Amie our server for 20 people did an absolutely fantastic job.

Came in at 9pm on a Saturday night. Service was mediocre at best. Salad was old/soggy and drowned in dressing. Pizzas seemed like they got smaller and I paid $21 for a small pizza that looked the size of an individual pizza. My partner ordered a chicken sandwich that had undercooked bacon on it, the lettuce was black and was drowned in ranch dressing. When expressing our displeasure with the food, it became a group discussion behind the bar. There were a group of teens at the booth behind us that kept going from the booth to the kitchen. I don t know if they re employees or what, but it was completely unprofessional. It seemed like this location was ran by a bunch of kids. The Manager did apologize and offered us a 15% discount, so I will give him credit for that. But based off this experience, I will not be returning.

We didnt have a good experience with this place in the past that we just walked away. As we were again in the area, we thought why not give it another try. This time the service experience was pleasant, from the door to our server who was very upbeat and responsive to our needs. The food was not bad, Im not sure if it was a miscommunication as I ordered a medium rare steak and was given a well done. My guess is this is one of those frozen steaks, thats its difficult to get right. As a side dish, I ordered Caesar salad which was good and coleslaw which was bad! One taste and I already know eating that further would cause me stomach ache. I did not eat the coleslaw but I ate the steak, it was cooked, not to my liking, but Im not in a habit of sending food back if I can eat it. Next time if we ever go back Ill just have to make sure they know what medium rare is. We also ordered spaghetti, which was very bland to my taste, the wife and son said its just ok. Atmosphere is what you would expect from a Boston Pizza..... Me personally, Ill only go here if Im so hungry and I cant wait to go elsewhere. But at least the service was good this time, that we actually sat and ate.

Brought my family to this restaurant during their Christmas event, honestly I regretted the whole experience, I ordered a hamburger and fries ( pretty basic) but the fries came to me raw, and the burger patties were so dry, it was basically 2 hockey pucks thrown onto a bun, our server was great but everything else was extremely subpar, I ll never bring my family back to that location again
