Friendly staff & quick, well-cooked pizza.

All the cooks are the best. My friend works there. He made my pizza and it was delicious. I think this Ancaster location of ginos Pizza is the best in Ontario.

xtra large pepperoni for only $14+ tax and the people working were extremely friendly. i don t know what else you can ask for, i thoroughly enjoyed it.

Not a huge fan of franchise pizza, but the owners here go above and beyond and make some absolutely delicious pies! Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Good food, good walk-in deals, real quick. Yum, that hit the spot.

The medium pizza is small, and the toppings are sparse. For the price I paid, I was expecting leftovers but it didnt feel like enough.

The owner is absolutely disgusting. They said I ordered the wrong toppings. This is a lie.He said he send me a new one when they delivered it i opened up the box and it had these little curly black hairs strategically places just on the pepperonies. This was supposed to be for my kids. Its was his 4th birthday. Absolutely disgusting man. The other time I was in there I also caught the owner eating the pizza sauce right out of the container with a spoon, and was sneezing all over the toppings for the pizzas. This place is very unhygienic. I wouldnt recomend buying pizza from there if your afraid of COVID 19.

This place is clean, staff friendly , the Pizza itself is fantastic, the crust on it is edible so soft to eat not like the other pizza places , this is the place to be, prices very reasonable also Parking: Parking , plenty of spots , next door to CBIC

Amazing pizza with excellent customer service

The guys at Ginos go above and beyond to make sure your experience is PHENOMENAL!! Out of the hundreds of pizza joints Ive visited, this one is hands down in the top 5. The pizzas are made so well that you cant stop enjoying it. The owners are some of the nicest and honest people ive ever come across. Any issues that may arise, are promptly addressed and the outcome is always more then expected. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! ,

Honestly I m always hesitant on ordering from a franchise pizza place, but this Gino s pizza is amazing. The cleanliness of the store and the fresh toppings show in the taste of the pizza. I believe it s under new ownership but I m not too sure. For any of your pizza fix needs, this Gino s knows what s up

Honestly . Next level food.

Last week we ordered to our house, and the new delivery guy was very sweet. We even tipped him, which we barely do as students lol Pizza always tastes good here. Vegetarian options: I love the one with broccoli and mushrooms. However, their veggie spectrum isnt that wide.

Friendly staff, quick service, typical Ginos pizza quality/taste. The storefront was clean and in good condition when I visited. Lots of parking available, parking lot is easy to get into and out with many entrances/exits one of which has traffic lights.

Staff working there are friendly and great! Would recommend

I called for just asking New years hours. Whoever on call was rude and abused me. I wish to complain this to manager if this is manager itself. I wonder how this place is still in business.

Ordered a large pizza on line from the central number for the Ancaster store (Wilson St.) and was told 15 min. Went to the store; they said they were backed up. I paid in advance, waited about 15 minutes and was then handed a rectangular box with panzerotti or some such thing which I did not order. This was after my wife received a call at home during which she said that yes we did order a pizza Poor girl at the desk said she would see what she could do, but the manager came to the front, was quite rude saying Im not going to waste another $20; this is your order, this is what you get. I left without the junk they offered and with no pizza or refund, Will never use Ginos again.

1pm and they have no pizza. Employee said theyll make more soon. Its lunch time, be stocked up

Poor customer service. Called to give feedback as the pizza we ordered was whole wheat and we found the pizza to still be raw while we were eating it. The top was cooked but the bottom wasnt. The individual who answered the phone did not present the least bit of empathy but instead argued with me over the phone. I was shocked to hear Ive been making pizza for 16 years, if you dont like it then dont order it. Was not calling to get a new pizza or a refund, just simply reporting my experience. Will not be ordering from here again. Customer service can make or break you and previous reviews attest to this.

Pizza was good. I only purchased a slice and a dip. I would have been better to buying a medium whole pizza and having my own dip as both almost cost the same price as walk-in purchased of a medium pizza.

Poor customer service takes too long to make pizza

Ok I dont do the review thing but tonight its a MUST AGAIN.SAM AND JOHN JUST BLEW IT OUT OF THE WATER. This place has some stupid tasty pizza pies. So far never been let down. Look for Sam John and YAHYA YAHYA MAKES A MEAN PIZZA. I AM picky about my dough being a little soft. Im telling you I have never been this surprised and delighted. New owners, best Gino s pizza I ve ever had definitely worth going to!

There are new owners at Gino s Pizza in Ancaster, two brothers bought the store. The second I arrived at the store I received a warm greeting and instantly felt appreciated and welcomed! My order was completed quickly and the pizza was delicious! We will be back again soon!

New owners came in a few months ago, and it really changed my opinion on Gino s, without going on for too long, the pizza is amazing, the service is quick, but the pizza is amazing, I couldn t believe I was eating Gino s pizza! Would definitely give this place a try

So apparently this place has new owners? These guys must be from Sicily because this is pizza is delicious, dominos, Pizza Hut etc. Could not dream of being this good. Keep up the good work lads

I wish I could choose zero stars for how horrible this managers customer service was. We had our order delivered and there was an item missing. Upon calling the store, I was told I would have to go to the store to pick it up. This was not an option for us at that time. While trying to explain this to the manager, he rudely hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back. What a disgrace of a business. Disgusting!

Great place to stop and grab a slice. Great pizza for a reasonable price.

You know when youre driving down the street the day after recycling day and its raining and you see a flattened cardboard box that the recycling truck forgot to pick up. Imagine you pulled over and took a bite out of that soggy cardboard box. That bite would have more flavour and taste better than any slice of pizza these guys could ever serve. Do not eat the pizza here. Ever. Even if your life depended on it.

We order from the Ancaster Ginos Pizza frequently and love it. We find the owner and staff very professional and friendly. The Pizza and Wings are fresh and delicious. Great food consistency.

They have a good walk-in deal for a large pepperoni pizza for $8.99. Quick service and the pizza was pretty good to boot. I Would recommend this place for a quick bite if your in the mood for pizza.

Food was okay but one of the person serving probably owner wanted too sell us pizza sitting for long.... for a discount. Did not like that. Still, pizza was not bad.

Pizza came cold and stuck to the box.. I usually choose to order Gino s but I haven t been impressed with either time I ordered from the ancaster location.

I walked into this place and it smelled like dirty mop water. The pizza seemed like it was lacking cheese and way too doughy.

Ordered the pesto base pizza fresh garlic in the base and chicken onion sun dried tomato ontop. Best pesto base in the city!

Walked in tonight and definitely calling head office tomorrow. I saw both employees smoking in the store... not outside with the door open... smoking while sweeping and moping. It smelled like an ash tray in there. Ya sure.... go in and grab a slice and think how those two morons handle your food while you crunch down on some pepperoni.

Pizza tastes good. Price is reasonable for the size of the slice.

Very poor experience all around. Pizza took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive, delivery person was flippant and rude about it, pizza was lukewarm when it arrived and tasted mediocre. I would go literally anywhere else to get pizza.

Cheap management here folks. I ordered a double cheese and pepperoni pizza and paid extra for the cheese. When I arrived, it appeared as if they forgot about my order and gave me a walk-in special that had been pre-made. I called and asked if they made a mistake and the worker got hostile and said What do you expect for a cheap pizza? and insisted it was the correct order. There was spots on the pizza that didnt have cheese. I found his reaction humorous and will be avoiding this location moving forward. CHEAP SKATE, LYING MANAGEMENT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
