Everything is perfect from food to service.

$43 for 2 medium pizzas one was half cheese and pepperoni. Lucky if both combined weighed 500 grams. UNREAL. Never again.

Food arrived quickly. But the pizza was wierd. Kind of soft, no crispiness to the crust. It honestly was more like microwaved leftover pizza than fresh from the oven pizza.

This location is so great , they don t skimp on topping , pizza is terrific and are always friendly, 5 stars , thanks for cooking dinner tonight so I didn t have to ;) .

+as a frequent customer+ I just ordered two large pepperoni lover pizzas twice now on the application and its sent my order from Ancaster to upper James in Hamilton. And I DIDNT EVEN GET MY FOOD Please HELP

The manager at this Pizza Hut went above and beyond for us. We were having 26 people for a family get together and hes the only Pizza Hut that would bother to take our order and deliver it. It was a $135 order and the Upper James store and the Caledonia store wouldnt deliver to us as we are out of their delivery zone. I talked further to the Ancaster store and we were out of theres too but he came through for us. I just want to say thank you again for making our family get together most enjoyable without anyone having to leave to pick up our delicious pizzas. Laurie and Bob

Pick up 2 large pizzas at the ancaster location. They were soggy and cold. Very disappointing. We ended up having to go and pick up pizza from another restaurant. Don t think I will be going back to Pizza Hut.

This is the second bad experince with this location ordered a cheese pizza barely any cheese...we are done how do places get away with such terrible quality?.....Pizza hut corporate were are you they have a 3.5 rating!

this is the most disorganized fast food place i ve ever seen. Ordered online and my pizza was expected to be ready at 5:43. I finally got it at 6:20. Yes i sat there in the waiting area for over half an hour while yhe staff ran around screaming at eachother in Punjabi.

The pizza gave myself and everyone I shared it with a upset stomach. We were all in the restroom immediately after we finished eating, it was a horrible experience. I bought 1 large pizzas and 3 medium 5 buck 5buck 5buck on the deal.. horrible experience! I wont buy pizza from this location ever again

Our chicken bites were super pink and undercooked. When I called I was told thats how it supposed to be and what do you want me to do. Stuffed crust was a joke, rubbery not melty at all

Never going there ever again! Ive had issues with the quality in the past so I asked to see the pizza before I paid. The manager was stand off-ish right away. The 1st pizza had no cheese on 1/4 of it. So of course I called him out on it and got a bunch of excuses. The best one was, if I want cheese on every slice, I had to order extra cheese! I can believe the audacity of this person. In the end I told him to keep em and walked out. My advice is to avoid that location and if you go there do not prepay if ordering online. Im glad I didnt!

Foods are well made and served hot . Sometimes they dropped /hanged up on you during your call to order. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian pizza if Im not mistaken. Parking: Parking closeby is always full every time i picked up my orders . But theres a wide parking nearby since its in the business center/ mall.

Never any issues with orders... and I customize the heck out of my za by adding toppings to recipe pizzas, changing the sauce, different toppings on separate halves etc. Always quick and high quality food!

There was a mix up with the online/app order that wasnt at no fault to this local Pizza Hut and the employees were very accommodating and helped solve the issue. The pizza was high quality, speed was fast, and service was great. Will be back in the future. Thank you!

Called 9:20 to place an order for pick up was told it was too late to order because they were about to close when they state they close at 10.

Our order of pizza was hot upon arrival and done to perfection!! Everyone commented on how good it was. Pizza Hut remains our Go to place for local pizza delivery. Thank you, Aadip, for your great service! We will be back.

So, pizza is good here, as expected. Staff are friendly. My main gripe is their hours of operation. This location close earlier than all other local pizza places. Prices are comparatively high.

Delivery was really speedy, food was good, and they got my order correct. I also got A LOT of food for the amount of money spent. I will order from here again.

They were rude on the phone. and any deal they have they wont tell you and the quality of there food was questionable I see no care at all in this place

Worst location for delivery! Not only do they close earlier than any other location but they refuse to deliver even up to 20 min before they close! This is very inconvenient as a customer because I am in the Golf Links Area and Upper James (although they are only 0.7 km further) cant deliver because its not their territory so Im always screwed with my late night cravings. You are only going to continue to lose business if you do not improve your customer service!

Good place, decent food!

I came in last night to pick up my parents pizza, and the staff that were making our pizzas were not wearing masks.The cashier was wearing a mask. I feel that during a pandemic they should all keep there masks on and not just their cashier.

Pizza was good, as you would expect from a pizza hut. However, this location wad pretty dirty. Tables were filthy and grease all over walls.

Pizza Hut sits right above Pizza Pizza and has a leg up on Dominos. Nothing fancy, but nothing horrid.

Nice pizza

Ordered an advertised deal for delivery, was suppose to come for 7 didn t show up till almost 8. Forgot the pop and Caesar dressing for my salad. The boneless chicken bites were soggy which confused us because it barley had any sauce. Our pizza arrived cold. Very disappointed should have just got a frozen pizza would have tasted better. Don t order here unless you like late, cold food with missing items

If youd like to get a taste of authentic Italian pizza, then this is the place. Delicious and light, this is one of my best go to spot for Pizza in Ancaster. Highly recommended. Also, the staff here is diligent with the order and always with a smile. Kudos to Preeti and her staff!

I ordered two pizzas last week and I was disappointed on how they arrived because I asked for two specific things. I asked for light sauce and please do not over cook them. I received the opposite. I phoned and spoke to the owner and I sent pictures of the pizzas, he told me that they were upto pizza hut standards, however their pictures show differently on their website. We got into a bit of a heated discussion, but he promised a credit for my order. I went in last night and ordered again, surprisingly the quality was much better and he had put the credit under my name and number. In the end I appreciate the customer service I received and will be ordering from this location in the future. Nicely done.

Number one place in Ancaster for pizza.....

Tried to place an order over the phone due to needing to modify a signature pizza. Apparently my address doesn t exist in their system. I repeated it a few times and spelled it out but still nothing, Annoyed I hung up. We called back and apparently some other employee answered the second call to which our address was successful! What happened the first time? We did not place an order though because they had no explanation as to why the first call was a failure, and being told to order online then call in (I guess to make it easier on them) is unacceptable from a Pizza franchise as large as this.

What the heck its going on with this place? Absolutely disgusted with our order! Toppings so sloppy, pizza cut so unequally into pieces, customer service was horrible. Do not trust to eat at this place, we were very sick all night long. Who owns this place and who is running this restaurant. Get your Shi* together or pass the franchise onto someone who cares. Thats the last time well every eat there!

Ordered Pepperoni PZone. It was disgusting. Only cheese and a couple of pieces of pepperoni at the front of it. I opened it up to see the ingredients and it was just all dough and empty. The tiny bit of cheese that I saw was tasteless. A 5 yr old could have made it better. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza as well and there were hardlycany ingredients on it as well. Costly mistake for buying this garbage. DOMINOS WERE COMING BACK!

Ordered on line with the Ancaster location. Waited for 1 hour, before calling. I gave my name my address and the the person in the other end repeated my order and address and said someone was already on their way. I waited for an additional 20 minutes and still no delivery. I called back. AGAIN I gave my name, telephone number and address. This time the person said they never received an order and it must have been with another Pizza Hut location. I said I just called 20 minutes ago and you said it was on its way! Oh we had an order, for a Victoria at a different address in Ancaster. I said I gave my address and telephone number the first time and it was repeated back to me. Lol. They hardly could communicate. It was almost was like a comedy skit. If they never got my on line order why did they not say anything on the first phone call they had all my information. There was absolutely no customer service! It was customer confusion! Very poor service!

Appreciate the service

I really appreciate the efforts performed by the team working in the store. Each time when I visit the store people are always smiling and approching to help. As i was in hurry today and a lot stressed with my work the manager offered me a bottle of water for free. I really appreciate it.

Regularly order the pasta/breadsticks combo. Get more food that tastes way better than any drive-thru at a lesser cost. Being a regular the staff are always very friendly!

Service they provide is really really good and the people who work there were so calm and polite to me even though i changed my order for like two times. It was really wonderful experience to be there and ordering the pizza. Even pizza was so nice that i actually lived to the edge of the Crust.

Whoever runs this place needs to seriously get their act together. It s saturday night and I just called the store to place an order for delivery and apparently they can t take my order because they have no drivers. This place is a joke it s 10:45 and online it says the store closes at 12. Funny thing is the employee said it actually closes at 11:30pm. I m so confused and I won t be calling them ever again.
