Today visited the store and Rebwar was very kind polite and helpful loved the visit.

The pizza was ok but the staff was rude in nature.

Our pizza was late apparently the driver got lost and we were worried we wouldnt get our pizza. The owner cooked a new pizza and delivered it personally to our address. That was a really great thing to do and we really appreciated it! The pizza at this location is great as well! I will be a returning customer for a long time to come.

Came in at 7pm on a Friday night to grab a couple slices. Only ones in sight had very obviously been there since at least lunch, but looked as though possibly there since yesterday. Would avoid if youre looking for slices.

This place has terrible customer service. Our pizza was burnt and they made us drive back to return the pizza to get a new one. When you deliver sub par food maybe you should try to make it right instead of upsetting the customer even more. Will never come back here again

I ordered 2 pizzas through the website, said 20minutes till it was ready. I show up and the location had 7 people inside, with a sign on the door saying max 4 people due to COVID19 rules. So I couldnt go in until some people left, and as I wait, the employees arent enforcing the rules so after about 5min outside I say screw it and go in to get my pizza as it should be ready and Ill just be in and out. I was told it would be 15-20more minutes as they are just starting my pizza. Pretty cheesed at that, but I understand it because the ordering system just says 20minutes no matter what. But the store ignoring their own rules with having 7 people waiting inside makes me question what other rules and regulations they decide to ignore behind the counter when its convenient. Really upset with the blatant disregard to their own COVID19 rules. UPDATE: I have emailed pizza pizzas feedback email and they did nothing. Changing from a 2 star to a 1 star

Holy smokes...first time ordering in some time as I am NOT a pizza person. We ordered a well done cauliflower crust pizza ( my half was roasted garlic, tomato and red onion) and the other half New York pepperoni, Mushrooms, and Italian ham). It came fresh, hot and was delicious...think I am now a pizza convert.

Just been there 5 mins back, found it to be little unhygienic with staff not caring to wear gloves or masks. Just one request of cutting burger into two halves didnt go that well w staff (especially girl now at shift). There could be better behavior and preparation clearly. Wish owner care enough to teach staff or pay visit so that staff doesnt take advantage do whatwhat they wish

Hi this Scott in Ancaster,Ontario. I ve been a regular customer at this location for many years. I m always returning for my favourite thin crust pizza. The owners are second to none very personable and always doing their best for me ! Ps it s the only choice in Ancaster for pizza !

Name says it all. Only pizza the family will eat, been going there for so long they treat you like family. No matter how busy your always greeted with a warm smile, salads and additional foods are great also. 10 pizza joints within 10 blocks, its an easy choice.

Having the worst of luck with this place. Last week they missed pepperoni on my pizza, so I called, and supposedly got a $2 credit added on my next order. Ordered a pizza tonight, no $2 credit. When I mentioned this to the lady behind the counter, she gave me free pop. Wow.

Very good pie, good quality, tastes delicious.

The pizza is the standard pizza pizza quality. Truth be told I love their creamy garlic sauce more than any. I went in their one night after work around 11:30pm and it was disgusting. Food and drink containers were all over the floor of the eating area. No one else was in there at the time and the staff member on duty was watching something on their phone when they should have already cleaned up the mess. Not impressed.

Pizza was alright, nothing to call Italy about and warn them. Their biggest problem is consistency. You can never count on the same pizza twice and heres what Im talking about. For 19 years , thats how long Ive lived in ancaster and between 3 heavily advertised pizza chains, pizza pizza has been told hundreds of times to make my pizza a certain way . You would think they would know me by now by simply the toppings I order and the fact I like my crust very well done. Id say 30% ( being generous) they nail it. The other 7 outta ten pies are always soggy , never knowing what a hard crust is and generally have a very sloppy appearance . They get 3 stars cause if you have the time to order it there and wait for it they get it right on. Take out, and you dont have time to reorder , then go to another store cus they make you feel like ship for them screwing up your pizza . Bad public relations ! Never order take out always go to watch your pie being made and yum !

Best Pizza Pizza meal Ive had in years. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and they didnt cheap out on toppings. The service was great, the gentleman helping was very friendly and seemed like he genuinely enjoyed working there and conversing with the customers. Will definitely be back next time we find ourselves in Ancaster.

Bathroom is dirty, the cook doesn t wear gloves and doesn t even have gloves(he told us that Pizza pizza management doesn t provide him with gloves), he touches the phone, the screen and then my daughter s food!!!

Ordered 3 toppings walk in special thin crust. The staff is always on the phone and very rude. He even burnt my pizza. Called the costumer service to complain, they said they will make new one but it is really spicy, end up in the garbage.It happened twice already. Never recommend pizza pizza in Wilson st. Ancaster

Worst Pizza Pizza I have ever been to! I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, box of wings and a small fry. Two people who ordered after me got there large pizzas first, 55 minutes later he came out with my wings and a small fry and proceeded to heat up a slice of meat lovers from the shelf. I thought maybe there was a mix up with the communication, Told him thats not what I ordered I asked for a small pepperoni pizza he REFUSED to give me a small pizza and sent me on my way with a half heated up slice. I would not recommend this pizza pizza to any one! Awful customer service!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would...I ordered two pizzas for delivery. Pretty straightforward delivery because it s a single home on a wide street with a clear number. Approximately an hour passes, no pizza. I get a message to my voicemail that the order is void because attempted delivery was unsuccessful. No one rang my doorbell, knocked on my door, or even climbed the steps onto my porch. So, how exactly was delivery attempted? I have a door camera and no one came with pizzas. When I called to question why my order was cancelled I got some garbled nonsense that maybe the driver tried calling when he arrived on our street to see if we wanted the pizzas. I m confused...if I ordered pizza for delivery, clearly I want the pizzas...when has a driver ever called to see if you want an order? The customer service said she could have the driver turn back, but expected me to pay for the order. For pizza that s over an hour late? No. Unacceptable. I question if they even put the order through, or maybe he attempted to deliver to the wrong address. The point is? Your error, you simply should apologize and my order should be free. I just said they could forget it then. Definitely lost a customer. Especially because the customer DISservice person hung up on me.

Honestly, this place got a better change from last year. The interior is absolutely stunning, it has a nice, cozy feel to it and its a nice place to kinda chill. The pizza itself isnt the greatest. Theres not much variety of pizza also. The crust is a bit stale and quite crunchy, and there isnt much cheese added on the pizza. I actually like the sause a bit, I think thats its saving grace. The service is quite strange. When I went there with my mother, she ordered me a pizza, and she proceeded to ask if they made whole grain pizza. The owner (who does the cooking also, he kinda runs the entire place by doing service, making the pizza etc) responded in a somewhat rude tone, mentioning that they dont make whole grain slices, only full pizzas. And when my mom asked if theres any type of other pizzas, he looked a bit offended and said that thats all they ever made for pizza. So after that fiasco, another woman came in ordering an entire pineapple pizza and his mood seemed to lighten up, and he spoke in a more jolly tone. Im not too sure actually, but that was my experience at this pizzeria.

First of all new look new place is awesome and my pizzas are superb and great today so i can t stop my self to post a review One year before due to bad pizza quality i stop going there but today i totally amaze to see it s totally change in both quality and place

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I dont have much time to review this complete waste of space of a store. Long time pizza pizza customer but I will NEVER return to this location. Owner is full of BAD ATTITUDE. Dismissed complaint as MY FAULT??? I am unsure of how hard a job it is to make a pizza with the correct toppings and when I come to pick up a pizza 5 minuited earlier then told and the pizza is COLD. Completely unprofessional. Rude staff. I will be contacting Pizza Pizza head office for this. You screwed up my first order and I gave you another chance. And you royally messed that up also with you bad attitude and 0 customer service. I look forward to having a conversation with Pizza Pizza about this. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE !!!

Family run, great staff and fast service

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered pizza to go, I got home and my first bite and it had a few pieces of metal in it. I called head office they were not very good at next steps. I got in contact with a guy from London but it has been weeks now and he still has not reimbursed me. Very disappointed!

I ordered a pizza online at 1:30 in the afternoon to be delivered to my house by 5 p.m. At 5:30 pm passed I called the store to find out where my pizza was. cuz it had not been delivered yet and they stated that they were not going to deliver to my address because it was out of their range. No phone call no nothing just left me hanging really bad service.

Terrible! The owners husband is a dangerous and violent person! Never go here!!! In short, I ordered two pizzas with the time guarantee of 40 minutes. These arrived late and he was extremely rude and aggressive with my family and I. He refused to give me the pizza and when I called Pizza Pizza head office they advised another pizza would be sent. He then refused to send the second pizza and our evening was ruined. Ultimately, I was credited for the cost of the order only though head office, not the business its self. FACTS of the incident. 1. The pizza arrived late. 2. The man (who Pizza Pizza told me later was the owners husband) was violent, rude and aggressive. He threatened to make me pay for wanting him to honour the policy, called me a liar despite several people in my house noting he was late, swore at me several times in front of my wife, brother and 2 year old and yelled so loud my neighbours messaged me to inquire to what was going on. 3. He REFUSED to send me the second pizza when the pizza pizza main office/number I spoke with told me it was coming. 4. The territory manger called me an apologized profusely for his company representatives behaviour. He advised they were documenting his outburst in a file. 5. I will NEVER be ordering from this person again. Customer service is a dying breed in Ontario and its people like this rude man and his angry attitude that are contributing to the problem. I will use his foul language and terrible behaviour as an example of how NOT TO TREAT A CUSTOMER when a disagreement and/or dispute arise. I would recommend everyone boycott this business.

Just had the unfortunate privilege of driving behind one of your delivery drivers through Ancaster in a neighbourhood off Wilson St. What first got my attention was the stop sign he coasted through in a school zone. I do realize school is out, however, there are plenty of children out in that neighbourhood. I honked and your driver actually sped up. He was driving well over 40 km/hr which was the posted speed limit. He then ran another two stop signs with me following behind. He sped by a mother with a baby stroller and dog and continued going. I followed him to your establishment in the back parking lot where he then realized I was following him. He started to drive erratically through the parking lot. Like a maniac. I backed off and followed at a safer distance. He got out of his vehicle with a bright orange Pizza Pizza shirt. I asked him if he realized he ran a bunch of stop signs while speeding through a neighbourhood and he told me I was crazy. THIS IS YOUR DRIVER! How many times has this man done something like this?!! He was driving a silver Honda Accord with the license plate BMMW 535. This man should not be employed as a driver and should not have his drivers license. You should do thorough background checks to be sure you arent hiring lunatic drivers who are going to hurt someone. I proceeded to wait for your delivery driver to leave and went in and asked for a manager. A woman behind the counter said he had stepped out. I asked her if they have a driver who drives a silver honda and she confirmed that you do. I informed her of what happened and told her I will not be letting this go. Your driver should be charged and I will do everything I can to see to it that everyone knows you employ a dangerous delivery driver who drives through neighbourhoods with children at high speeds while running stop signs. He is a hazard to the public. And I genuinely hope no one orders from you so that your dangerous driver isnt on the road. And from what I can tell in my picture, your driver doesnt even have tags on his license. So hes most likely driving illegally. Ill be contacting your head office next!!

Went in for a slice of pizza and they hardly had any selection. I asked him how long would it be to have the next cheese pizza and he said 25 minutes I went across the street to Ginos pizza

Okay... They have really nice and friendly staff... when I attended Ancaster High School I would go there for lunch frequently..good stuff. Having said that, other pizza places in Ancaster are FAR better. Also, I have gotten by pizza burned before here from placing a simple order..as a business that just cannot happen.

Ordered my food off of the app was almost 40 dollars , it said 15 minutes or free on the email confirmation and on the app page still up on the cell phone (pick up by 7:13)and they wouldnt want to give the food for free only for me to pay for half and hell cover the rest because this action could cost him his job.. After going back and forth for a few minutes because he wanted me to pay for half when it was 2-3 minutes late.. if it says 15 or free its free or im walking and thats what I did. If it says this on the website you guys should honour it, not me paying for half not paying quarter, not paying a dime. Dont have a timer saying itll be free then try to scam it out, terrible customer service

Was 20 minutes late and wrong order then the store owner asked us to phone head office and lie and say we made a mistake and we were mixed up and it was on time & the correct order when it was not : (
