Very nice place overall. Food is excellently prepared and tastes great. I had the smash burger, and it was better than most burgers I ve had. I highly recommend the fries as a side as well. One thing that could be improved is the menu. The descriptions are a bit vague and don t quite include everything that s in the dish. Specifically, the burgers had a bunch of extra toppings that came with it, but weren t mentioned anywhere on the menu. Other than that, I can t think of anything else to improve. Recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable yet higher quality dining experience.

The service is top-notch. Our server, April, was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Her positive energy made the experience even more memorable. What truly set this experience apart was the owner s kindness and hospitality. When he found out my friends were coming all the way from Toronto, he made sure the kitchen stayed open longer just for us. That level of consideration and care is rare and deeply appreciated. The food and drinks were outstanding flavorful, beautifully presented, and crafted with care. Every detail, from the service to the quality of the food, showed a commitment to excellence.

Great service from Avril.

I went to this restaurant after reading all the positive reviews and I was extremely disappointed. Food was mediocre at best. We ordered nachos, steak, shish tawouk, kafta skewers. The only thing we enjoyed were the nachos. The presentation was nice but that s about it. Service was very slow. The steak had an off putting taste. It was medium rare but chewy (not sure how they made that happen) and had an extremely off putting taste to it. I was not able to finish the steak and didn t even want to bring the rest home. The kafta was dry and the shish tawouk was not very tasty as well. The restaurant was filled with sheesha smoke making the experience even more unpleasant. All in all, we will not be returning and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Read reviews about this place and decided to take the wife and kids there for my birthday dinner. Honestly this might be a good place to have shisha but the food itself is overpriced and not upto the mark. Like you would expect really good quality and quantity of food at a place with this ambience but no. I ordered shish taook which honestly wasn t shish taook. They grilled a whole breast and cut it in pieces and served it calling it shish taook. Wife ordered their rib eye stake ( medium rare ) which was literally burnt from the outside and had a strong burnt flavour. Overall wouldn t recommend this place for food. Shisha might be good which I didn t try but the food isn t worth it. Service was very very slow. It took them 45mins or more to serve food and 20mins to serve nachos as a starter.

This is my first time here. The food is great and the staff is professional, especially Jana She is more than wonderful Excellent service.

Really good vibes and great service. We met the owner Mr Ahmad and had an amazing chat. Jana and Avril were really nice and helpful in serving us. I would recommend the mist special sheesha its really smooth and a light flavor. Its my go to spot for sheesha with friends on the weekends.

We went today for my surprise they have charged me gratuity of 15% and didn t let me know, O ended up paying extra 15% of tips on top of it. I questioned the server about that extra cost and why she didn t let me know, anyway, don t like it, anyplace ALWAYS let the client knows. Food was ok, not big deal.

The food was very well made, exactly as we ordered, the steak was fantastic, ive tried $500 steaks and this was superior in every way. The atmosphere was phenomenal, very good place for a up-scale but somewhat casual restaurant for friends and families. Service was very attentive, and showed great care to us. Vegetarian options: The salads were plentiful and has great variety. Parking: Fair amount of parking, not that many cars at the plaza. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible; can roll right in.

The food here is spectacular, love the presentation. The staff is amazing and attentive. Our waitress is an absolute sweetheart. I would absolutely come here again. We had the Hallomi salad was almost too pretty to eat. The tikka pizza was delicious. The taouk platter was as delicious as it was presented beautifully. We also enjoyed the mint lemonade and the karak chai I can t decide what I enjoyed more.

It seemed like the restaurant was busy, and there was only one waitress handling everything, which explains the delay. That s why I m giving the service 3 stars. We went to Mist for dinner last night, knowing nothing about this restaurant except it was new in Ancaster. The decor is gorgeous and cozy, and the food was outstanding! This was the best fattosh salad I have ever had in my life and the roasted cauliflower was out of this world!! I dont eat meat so I cant speak to their main dishes but the bold flavors of their sides were amazing. Thank you Mist!

I m so disappointed. I think most of the pictures and the reviews on social media are paid or sponsored. The restaurant looks nice. But the sheesh was horrible. Service took 45 minutes for each item. Premium was extremely disappointing. The music give you a headache because it was computerized loud music. On top of that, the prices are extremely marked up. It does not match the quality of the food, service, or overall experience. I think you need to take a step back and review exactly what you want from this place. Put better music, work on the quality of your service. This was my second time returning and hoped that it would be better, it was unfortunately not.
