Update 10/07/24, still cant complete an order correctly. Tell your people to read instructions when preparing meals... Terrible service, poorly prepared food. What a joke, wast of money order from this location

Rude people working here

Given the wrong order constantly. Whether it s food or drink (ex. order tea and half the time it s coffee). Very disappointing. Unless it s the woman working during the week in the mornings.

Food was fine, but I had a downright weird experience here, cashier at window kept asking if we wanted donuts with our order, kept refusing to take no for an answer. After the third time being told we could have one and refusing them, I asked if they were giving them away or something, and got laughed at. Im going to chalk it up to miscommunication, but would really recommend if youre upselling to give it a shot before were already at the window to pay, and to accept no for an answer.

As all timms is a hot or miss... This one seems to be a bit better... The lady at the drive window during the day is awesome though

Usually go to this tim hortons, close to where I live . Didnt have the walnut crunches that I wanted .

This review is for myself... Horrible coffee! I had to go and exchange 2 fresh coffees they tasted like so bitter and watery even the second time I asked to fix them, turned to be the same. Not sure why some other places have great coffee that I can actually finish the whole large cup.

A newer Tim Hortons thats also got Wendys in the same space---seperate counters with shared dining area, washrooms etc. Nice and clean, and service was quick especially considering the amount of people inside AND busy drive thrus. This is an ok concept, especially with a group that may not all want the same thing, you can get just a coffee and still sit with your friends or family that are eating. Its kinda noisy & chaotic though, maybe not the best spot if youre hoping to study or get some work done.

I ordered three sandwiches, 2 donuts and 1 tea, for $26.69 my credit card was charged $67.79 so I was over charged $41.10. The charge did NOT look legitimate, as it did not come up as the usual Tim Horton # store number etc. Beware of this location!!!!

Staff was very friendly, and the coffee was fine. But i found the seating arrangements lacking and too few.

I visited this Tim Hortons today and just wanted to grab a quick tea and I also wanted to ask them about their soup sizes. I approached the counter and waited for approx 3-5 minutes with no greeting or acknowledgment. There was one employee by the timbits putting some away and another employee mopping the floor. I asked my mother if she wanted anything so that the employee behind the counter could hear me but still there was no acknowledgement. I decided to leave since I felt unwelcome like no one wanted to take my order. Please ensure your employees are greeting people and helping them especially when they are in front of the cash waiting to order. Thanks . Fantastic food and service

I got a farmers sausage wrap today, took a bite and was ready to throw up. Who lets the wrap become that stale and still serves it as garbage. Great business model

Lady was friendly but I asked for one half of a cream, not half the cup cream.

I swear to God the people that work here are deaf and slow as molasses!! The second drive thru was closed once again this morning, huge line up on the one drive thru lane that was open, so I go inside. Inside I see the same thing, big line up in the store. At this point I am already pissed, since I do not want to be late for work all because I wanted a coffee. I finally get to order, I say can I please have an xtra large double double stirred, to the sleepy man moving like a snail whos taking my order, the sleeping princess, confirms two? I say no just one and two old fashioned dipped donuts. Then I get a large double double made instead, I was just lost for words at that point as another lady hands it to me. This is not the first time this place has messed up my order, they messed it up plenty of times through the drive thru, it seems they cant even get an order right inside the store either, I just walked out pissed as I did not have time to talk about this but heres a review for you !!! Id love to also complain to head office so they can rectify this place of morons. If youre busy and need help, hey heres a brilliant no brainer: HIRE MORE PEOPLE INSTEAD OF CLOSING YOUR SECOND THRIVE THRU WINDOW/LANE !!! THERES PLENTY OF PEOPLE THAT NEED A JOB THESE DAYS !!! And maybe some more energetic and friendlier as well as better hearing people would be much more helpful.

Food is good. Service is good. The food court is actually quite nice and there s booths for privacy if you want. Listed opening hours are wrong tho. Look for the mall hours. Food

They have a wheelchair accessible stall inside the washroom but you cant get into the washroom itself. Theres no button or automatic opener for the external washroom door and the door is very heavy!

Waited a bit to be served because everyone was serving the drive-thru instead of the walk-in customers. Server was polite and quick once someone realized we had been waiting for a few minutes

We went through the drivethru. Sat in the line until we got to the spot to place our order and asked for 6 sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches (i have 4 kids in the van). The worker told is that was too big of an order and we would have to go inside to place the order. So we went to mcdonalds instead. There should be a sign stating the maximum amount of food you can order at a tim hortons drive thru. Mcdonalds had no problem getting us 6 sandwiches in their drivethru.

Never ever get orders right

I went to get a morning coffee. No cars in the drive through, so no rush for anyone. I ordered small coffee with 1 milk, 1 cream and no sugar. I specifically told no sugar as when I order 1 cream, 1 milk they always add sugar. The lady named Nancy was so rude telling me that if you dont want any sugar then dont say it. I told her that I want to make sure that you guys dont add sugar in my coffee, So I always say no sugar as I am pre-diabetic. She was still on and on about nit mentioning the sugar. I got the coffee and dumped out as not sure that she might have spit in it.

TM serves a great Amercano with 3 ice. Also a very fresh Cholocate Chunk. The ice is because water is too hot for me.

I am a regular of this Tim Hortons as it is near my house. Normally drive through is good, but I ve been quite disappointed lately regarding in-store service. Google says they are open to 10pm but they ve kicked me out at 8:30pm on a weeknight and even 3pm on a Sunday afternoon because they re closing the storefront. As with many customers, Tim s has been a great local place to meet a friend, study, or do some work on a laptop. I can t rely on this location anymore to do these things. Why renovate the store front if you re going to kick out paying customers randomly who thought they could stay to work or chat? Starbucks down the road is looking like a better option now, honestly. Leaving reviews is not my thing but I hope this changes as I m not really a fancy-drink Starbucks type of guy.

Love the area. No so crowded. Staff are nice and fast. Location is great. It has a lot for electric cars to charge. Gas station is besides it too. As well as big box stores. Like dollars ma, longos and a lot more. There are other restaurants too.

everytime i go to this location i m disappointed. they always mess up my orders. everytime i ask to add an extra pump of cane syrup in my iced coffees they never do, i pay for the exclusive christmas drinks and get regular iced coffees instead. the workers are extremely rude and very hostile when speaking to customers.constantly disappointed

I have yet to have a good experience at this store. The lady working the drive thru shouldnt have a customer service job if she cant handle not being tipped by every person that comes into Tim Hortons. I handed her my money and she threw it into the cash register so blatantly rude. Then she handed me my drink where I had too reach for it from inside her window. I know how frustrating it can be not being tipped believe me Im a bartender and dont even make minimum wage but doesnt mean you can go about being so unprofessional. Starbucks has amazing friendly customer service. I sympathies with people but you cant expect a tip and not work for it like serve me a smile or something. The fact that this store cant even respond to all there negative complaints goes to show this Tim Horton doesnt value their customers.

The Drive-thru runs really quickly there and the staff are friendly and courteous. Its located near a complex of several businesses select good for if you want to do other shopping and you need to stop and get a coffee or a snack its a good spot to do it. Im not a fan of the new promotion with the Biebs snacks theres nothing special about them in my opinion and I also dont like the fact that toque is 30 bucks

We were second in line to order. Several employees were looking busy doing nothing until about 7 more people came and the line was up the the entrance door Before another person opened up registrar. She put muffin and super sugary fritter in same bag to go. When we asked for few napkins, she rolled her eyes , went to other side to get 3 napkins, touched and crumpled each before she tossed them on non sanitized coffee counter Not impressed! 9h coffee tasted burnt

Thank you for putting my big order together, I called the day before and the manager was very helpful and great about putting my order together, it was ready the next morning when I came in to pick it up. The only thing is I ordered 2 extra donuts and they were put into a bag, the chocolate all came off and what a mess in the bag, the bags need to go mini boxes would be better. Over all great service
