There was so much lettuce that I couldnt taste any other ingredients.

Overall decent experience. The wrap i got was really good, a little too much sauce for my liking but it still worked!

The staff at this location are exceptional. I can t say enough about their pleasant attitudes! Everything is clean. Food is tasty and fresh!

The food was good but they cheap out so much on the meat my pita was mostly just lettuce. Not worth the money. Osmows, Babaz or the Greek Kitchen are way better.

Best Gluten Free pita! They took such care and caution when making my pita and it was so delicious. I can t wait to go back! Dietary restrictions: They were really good about handling the gluten free. They brought out all new containers for my pita and prepared on a different surface as well.

Brutal Pita. Not sure what happened, management changed or something. I used to come here and receive great food. Today I came in and the poor kids working there seemed like they had no idea what was going on. All talking under their breath. I paid 18$ for a chicken Cesar a drink plus tip and received a pita I could barley eat. Put some time into training your staff!

Had such a friendly staff with big smiles that made my pita quickly. The one staff (Hannah?) made great recommendations on what goes well with the chicken shawarma, as it was my first time having that flavour. The place was clean and food tasted fresh. Very happy!

Was planning on having lunch here but noticed how disgusting the floors were. Greasy and nasty! Sorry to say that I decided to not eat here. I went somewhere else that was cleaner.

The food was good but the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Will not be back. Floors and bathroom were disgusting, food on tables. Employee was wearing pajamas serving customers. Will not be back.

Just over a month ago we ordered to pitas. From the start the employee greets us then grabs a cookie and starts eating it infront of us as she takes our order. As they are putting the food together she drops a sauce bottle on the floor then proceeds to pick it up and uses the same gloves to finish the first pita. She drops the sauce bottle a second time and never changes her gloves as she wraps the second pita. We jlleft horrified with our food and then proceeded to another restaurant for food. We never touched it. The enxt day we try to call but the manager wasnt in. The day after that I get another employee and I tell her what happened. She took my info but we never got a follow up. Since that experience weve been fully turned off by this franchise and not interested in the lack of hygiene. I just wanted my money refunded...

I was here last early Feb/21 and I was very impressed. As I was leaving I felt like I was that lady in the Ikea commercial telling her husband to start the car, start the car! I had a GREAT pita meal that day. It was so very satisfying. It was so good that as I ate it I found myself dreaming of moving to the Ancaster area to be near this Pita Pit so that I could come here everyday for a delicious Pita. There were two very pleasant young women that were looking after customers and they were both busy every moment paying close attention to every detail. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was their main goal. I will definitely be back to this Pita Pit even if I have to go miles out of my way. MMMMMMM good.

Amazing service and pita

This place isnt like normal pita pits. They always give u a good amount of avocado and hummus etc instead of being cheap and forcing the customer to ask for more over and over. I love this place and drive further to come to this one so I dont have to tell the Dundas people to add avocado awkwardly like six times.

I never have experienced such bad wrap in my life. It was terrible, nothing was fresh, the meat was very bad and veggies were all from a few days ago. I cant say how bad it was.

Went to enjoy some Pita Pit for lunch today! Chicken Caesar pita my service was great but unfortunately the pita got ripped in the middle while it was being made and I couldn t eat it normally. I went to take the fillings out to eat it in a bowl and When I did that to my horror there was a hair ravelled around my food! I was so disappointed and had to throw my lunch out. I know this is an honest mistake but I just wanted to inform you guys!

At 1st i wasnt to sure about paying for a pita ..i would think..oh i will do this at home..but after a chicken with fresh veggies..i was hooked.. So fried onion , greens..olives ect..omg delicious and delicious with its good for me...

I do like Pita Pit and semi frequently eat there. This location in Ancaster had an alarming amount of dust collecting and hanging from the heat supply ducts which are positioned right over top of all those fresh toppings that are put on the Pitas. Hands arent the only thing that needs to be cleaned in a restaurant.

I order my usual, but the flavour and quantity was compromised. Wont go there for sure

Worst pitapit ever i visit.first of all u need to train your staff properly.i orders spicy black bean pita.staff member is in very deep sleep . I alread paid for extra cheese and when i asked for extra cheese she told me that you did not pay for extra cheese.when i asked for lettuce she just grab big plastic box and put lettuce on the same container which was cross contamination. She put half bunch of sauce when i asked for little bit of more sauce.very disgusting service .

Great place to go for a cheat meal during the week. I really like the smoked brisket pita or the gyro but I feel like all the selection they have there is dynamite. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

I like this pita pit but they should really edit the operating hours online for the pandemic. Online says 930, but it doesn t open until 10 right now

Decent food, but the pitas always fall apart and are expensive. Sometimes the toppings dont look fresh.

My new favorite fast food spot. Short of a buffet, I cant think of any other place where you can get more food for the same price. $10 for a the size of your head. Cant go wrong.

New menu is useless! Doesnt list actual list of available foods! Was told to use nutritional list, but then told it was incorrect they no longer offer everything on it,like they chose to stop serving babaganos. Wont be back!

You can never go wrong with Pita Pit!!! The food is always delicious. No matter the location the food is always top notch and the staff know what theyre doing. With smoothies for my kids and the large chicken pita for me, I can bring the whole family now.

Pitas are half the size they used to be for more money

Tried to place an order over the phone for 9 pitas today for a work function. Told them right off it was for 9 individual pitas. I asked if it could be done by 12, or 12:30 given that I was calling at around 25 mins to 12. Fella taking my call indicated it could be done by a bit after 12. I got through each of the 9 pita orders, complete with toppings. Once I had gotten through the entire order, I was told it would be ready After 1:30, because there were only 2 people there and it was getting busy. Was pretty annoyed that I was told this after going through each pita and all its toppings over the 10-15 minute call to actually place the order, and after I was told it would be ready more than an hour earlier. Just a thought, phone orders are customers as well. Im sure that I would have been less well received had I come into the store and rhymed off that order instead of placing it over the phone. I did cancel the order after finding out it would now take an hour longer than originally indicated. Not impressed at the wasted time on this, and we will not be ordering from you in the future. Surprised you guys offer a catering menu if thats how phone in customers are prioritized.

I always love pita pit. This one had good service but had to remind them about my veggies on the grill and my pita could have had more veggies.

Today s lunch visit was positive. This location is right beside the gym and Starbucks.

Its been a while but Pita pit has stepped up their game. Adding Egg to any pita is just fantastic. Obviously a Dagwood with bacon and egg is the ultimate pita. Any argument against that is invalid. Throw all three on the grill too. That means mushrooms onions and green peppers. They get softer and sweet too. A layer of Tzatziki and Chipotle finishes it off. Enjoy yall!

Amazing location! We came closer to the end of the day and the pitas were fresh and delicious! Staff is very polite and even went the distance to insure our order wasnt contaminated (allergic to dairy)! Try the bean and the falafel! Seriously underrated toppings!!

Extremely friendly staff and fast service - I do recommend not going at noon however, as that is when many other surrounding business employees take their lunch and so the line up can get long. My coworkers and I grab lunch here regularly and highly recommend the location - the ladies who work behind the counter are friendly, polite and quick to get orders through.

One of my wifes favourite places to pick up a quick lunch. Would give 5 stars but I feel its pricey.

Was excited about eating at pita pit tonight, I got there around 9:10, all the chairs were put away and I understand you close at 10 but not too inviting if you wanted to sit n eat. Also noticing the girl did not greet us coming in or leaving and just went straight on her phone. The other employee swept and mopped. She then was rude while serving us and did not give me my change back and blamed the till when I questioned her about it.. i.e the total was $29.89.. proceeded to give her $30... if you don t want to serve people that s fine but you are in a food serving occupation, act like you want to be there or don t be there.

CANNED JUICE SOLD AS FRESHLY MADE MANGO SMOOTHIE??? yuck they sell cheap quality meal, highly priced what was upsetting is that the smoothies they try to sell as fresh is just the cheap Oasis fruit juice sold 3x more! I saw them mixing it with ice and adding a spoonful of cheap frozen yogurt.
