As a subway employee myself I am grossed out. The man who was at cash didn’t wash his hands before getting on the line. The cheeses are mixed into the same bins. She toasted the meat and cct on the wrong settings. The girl then filled a sauce cup up with no gloves on. Come on, hygiene is hard especially in a workplace.
I ordered online for takeout. The staff didn't added sauces in my subway. It’s totally a waste of money and tasteless.
Totally disappointed as we did not get what we were asking for. Use to be our favorite point for Subway, it seems something changed over here!

Picture this. A bus full of hungry varsity athletes. Three games played, one to go! The players need food and call out to their coach, "We need a cheap and healthy option for lunch!" "Don't worry," I say, "I know where we can go." The bus pulls up. "We'll be back in 20 minutes," I say to the bus driver. The players loaded up, picking their toppings. So many options. The choices are ENDLESS! The Sub of Day was brilliant. Turkey and Ham... hold the cheese. It's a dairy thing. Nothing personal. The speed and precision of the sandwich artists was, and I don't use this term lightly, mesmorising. We were checked out and fed in record time. We were back on the bus with five minutes to spare. Before I could snap a pick of the sub (Oven Roasted Chicken on Italian Herb and Cheese), young Katelyn had already gobbled it up. I think, in all honestly, that tells you all you need to know.
Workers messed up 2 meals, and took way too long to make them, took 45 mins

Subway needs to step up their game, thin layer of proteins mostly bun and skimpy toppings, Last time going here after I was served by the rushed lady who did not care about making subs but just a pay check.

Ummm . Unless I get meat on a potato bun, I can t get a potato bun??? What??? I don t care what I m charged. I just wanted cheese, lettuce, onion on a Pb but was told I needed to order a big bun if I wanted that. No Pb for me!

Could use a good cleaning
Ordered my food and waited to pay as was told debit was down for a minute. Waited over 7 minutes then was told it would be another 10-15 minutes for the debit to come back up. No apologies or offer to help. Will not be back anytime soon.

It s a 50/50 chance they ll have bread past 8pm. The last 3 times in a row I ve gone they ve run out. Why would a sandwich shop have bread!?

Went with a BOGO 6 inch coupon with purchase of a drink and was still charged for both 6 inch subs after grabbing another employee to help figure it out on cash. Kinda disappointed using a coupon and still getting charged for the second sub.
I thought of going for subway but this person no customer service skills and i went to quesada next door Never going there again. Donot know the name of male worker he does not even put a name tag and very rude and cold welcome for customers
Super slow, the one guy working was extremely rude to his trainee and also to me.
Terrible customer service ... employee was blatantly rude and did not care at all about customers. Tried to pay with a coupon and did not accept ended up paying a ridiculous amount for something I didn t even like. Because he made it sooo poorly with old stale ingredients that were soggy and practically inedible. DONT EAT HERE

They dont change gloves between handling different foods. When I complaint, i was told thats how it is done here. and that was from owner of this place, my wife is strictly vegetarian and owner wanted to prepare sub using same gloves he used for handling cold meats for my sub. not a good exp at all. Will not go there again and will be reporting to Health Department as well.
Service was slow. They were out of most breads and the bread they did have was not that fresh.

Will give 0 stars if posible.went there to get a sub they do not change the gloves to handles different food.as well as when i asked for dine in tray she said we so not have it and she handed me the subs in my hands.totaly unfriendly staff.and rude.the way she cut the sub was worst.will never come back here.ever.
Disappointing... currently sick from the chicken from this subway. Only place i ate out of my normal routine sad to say. Hopefully it was a random case. Usually they are on point.
