Veggies and cheese were not fresh, to the point where the cucumbers and lettuce were not even crisp anymore and the tomatoes were going translucent and nearly empty. Store was empty before us. All while having 3 employees in, 2 of which stood infront of the meat slicer talking for the majority of our stay. Drink dispenser push bars were also super sticky and disgusting looking.
I went there yesterday around 6pm. The place was very clean and the person who served me was so nice as well. As I ordered vegetarian sub, he changed gloves for me without my asking that I don’t see at many locations. He was so efficient and generous. Thanks.
Asked for extra spinach and extra sauce when I ordered online, both foot long had almost no sauce and no spinach. Also the it's supposed to come with pork patty and they asked if I am ok with chicken. This is the third time, you don't have the pork just list it as u available, why do you charge me then ask if I want chicken?
They don’t even deserve 1star rating. Worst place to eat. I order rice and veggie bowl hardly any rice in. Ask for more rice so guy said there will be extra charge but I eat this bowl regularly from other subway and never have to pay extra for any additional items. Very rude person and don’t know how to serve Customer.
Will NEVER eat here again. Went in to get a 6 inch sub and had a coupon for free chips and drink. Ripped off the coupon and when the lady scanned it she told me I had already used it because her system said it was used. Told me I couldn’t have it. Lol. I told her this was subways problem as they sent me the coupon but she fought with me. This lady needs a lesson in customer service and how to deal issues regarding coupons . Worked in customer service for years and would never lose a customer over a small bag of chips and a drink! Last time I went in the guy told me the subway club was no longer available but my husband eats them in Mississauga twice a week. Will never give them another cent!
I was in the store and wanted to simply save 3$ off the chips and drink. So I ordered online as that’s what I’m told to do at every other subway. Once I order online they happily make my sandwich right in front of me. And if I have any requests they are happy to adjust. This lady here has horrible customer service. Served the customer behind me but I was waiting in line. All she had to do was make a simple 6 inch sub and this could have been avoided. Never will I come back to this bad location with a bad manager with bad attitude.
Never go there if you care self-respect. The lady who works there in morning is sooo rude and arrogant and doesn't know how to talk with customers. She behaves like she is paying for our food.
I stopped eating Subway a couple of years ago because the sandwiches weren't that great and they're skimpy with the ingredients. I went yesterday because my friend likes subway and that's what he wanted. This visit solidified my choice. Barely any meat and when I asked for spinach the guy put 3 leaves on and got annoyed when I asked for more spinach. And please explain why a foot long (not really a foot) and a 6 inch cost almost $40?!?! Definitely don't need to go back to subway.

Was very impressed with this location. Fast service. All the veggie toppings were full and fresh. They were kind to my son and offered him a free cookie. I d definitely return to this location, it s rare to see toppings looking so fresh and appealing.

I have been a customer at this location approximately 15 years. I had 2 gift cards loaded on my phone. I placed an order totalling almost $40. I was informed I was only allowed to use one of them as payment which made no sense as both cards were valid. Also, when asking for toppings on my sub, I had to keep asking for more. They appear as if they are grabbing a handful but only drop a couple pieces of topping on. I am speechless. I will not be returning

Horrible horrible service and very rude especially the guy. I told him I order a salad with just jalapeños and they charge me for a vegetarian salad which is 8 dollars he laughed in my face and told me it s ridiculous! Made me feel so small will never return to this location

Horrible service. Whoever was working there on Sunday, June 4th 6pm, disregarded what I wanted on my sub. Didn t ask for lettuce and he proceeded to put it on there without asking me if I even wanted it in the first place! Sam is the only good guy there.
Great customer service but a $14 sub was very disappointing for the price. If you re gonna spend the big bucks go to fire house or a local shop.

The old lady working there this morning must hate hee life. The attitude when asked if she had breakfast sandwiches was completely unprofessional. If youre too old or bitter; just retire. I dont easily get bothered but I need someone to set thisbone straight before she hurts someone.

Rude,Horrible faces 2 people one male and 1 female They speak hindi. I know the language they speak. I don t have words to express my feelings I never seen in my life before in CANADA like this restaurant which is located 1015 Golf Links Rd unit 402 Ancaster.Today 31 of August 2023. In afternoon between 1 to 2 I was visiting first time with my family. My son is very hungry but believe us with we give food order our hunger is gone. Just because of their behaviour and attitude. I don t know they O this restaurant or they work here. They speak in their language in Hindi our customers are dogs.My husband said they also cheat people because we give them same order in 2 different times and they change different price.and during our order process My husband say can you please put extra cucumbers. Then the way she look at my husband like she wants to kill him and the way she talk it s horrible.We feel very disappointed. My son give order number 6. I just ask can you please tell me what s inside ingredients because we are not eat pork and chicken so the man who taking our orders he speaks high volume embarrassing us .My son he said O my God .We already know about their language I said I m going to review about your restaurant I m talking with my husband. She said very bad words in their language which I can t explain. Please I request to people don t abuse your self don t go there they said we are dogs. Worst, horrible mental sick people s. we never ever go there. It s our bad day we go there.

They never have any other bread besides multi grain I suggest they start making there bread earlier because I ve been in a couple times and they never have bread. Also they have dirt in there fountain drinks.
Dont know what happened with this location. They seem to be counting the amount of lettuce and number of jalapeños they add to your sandwich. I was a frequent customer... not anymore.. will look for a shop where they dont count the number of olives they put on your sub... bye bye... good luck!

Without a doubt the absolute worst experience I have ever had with Subway!! The two employees working were very rude and noticeably angry, I ordered the rice bowls and asked if I can please have the cucumbers and tomatoes cut in half, in which the employee didnt want to and instead wanted to crumble/tear the vegetables with his hand, when I ask him to please use a knife he very reluctantly did so and his whole attitude was very aggressive. Him and his coworker started talking to each other in their language which I have no doubt in my mind was about me and was nothing good, I felt uncomfortable, unwelcome and disrespected. He drowned my bowl with the one dressing, after accidently knocking down the bottle, ( probably because of how angry he was!!) and then his co worker told me they are not going to cut my vegetables for me next time and never to ask for that again very rudly. I didnt want anything to do with that Subway after that experience and just wanted to leave, the guy started yelling at me demanding that I pay for the order with him providing me that type of service!! Other times I been here the bread was noticeably stale and not fresh. I advise to stay away from this specific location!!

This place is truly something else. My wife (8 months pregnant) went into this subway and the employees were literally spray painting the table bottoms with Rustoleum Spray Paint with absolutely no ventilation...This was during business hours, meaning that they re going to be serving food over the next few days that has been soaking in spray paint fumes for hours. When we called back afterwards to advise them how crazy this was, they got mad at us...We ll never eat there again and I would advise all to go to the Subway down the road at Mohawk and Upper Paradise.

Ordered through Uber Eats and received a cold cut footlong instead of the meatball marinera footlong, with our order. Their response was to call Uber Eats and get refunded then re-order for delivery. We are not spending an extra $5.99 + to get this order right. We drove to another location to get the meatball footlong.

One of the worst restaurant probably in Canada. Eat a sub here , food looked like it has been left out for weeks. We immediately got sick and threw up. Health Canada please shut this store down , and save lives
I try to be very tolerant and I have never posted a bad comment, because I know that working in a restaurant requires a lot of effort, but the truth is that I will write this comment to see if they make a change for the better. My order was a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and the man who attended me seemed to be angry, he gave the impression that he does not enjoy the work he does, when placing the Toppings he seemed to be counting everything, it is supposed to be Sweet Onion and he put only 6 onion strips, more or less equal to olives, spinach and lettuce, in addition to that, the taste of the sandwich in general is weird, it does not seem fresh.

Very terrible place!! I went here 2 days ago to get subs for me and my family. I am very furious with the LACK OF PROPER CARE and POOR QUALITY food. The bread was very very stale and hard and the toppings were unfresh, it seemed like the food was contaminated and had been left outside for days!! A couple hours after eating our subs, me and my entire family got incredibly painful stomach pain and nausea. At night, my daughters got extremely sick and began to throw up. Now I had to take them to the doctor since they still havent gotten any better. This is incredibly frustrating. You can see many reviews mentioning similar experiences at this location, something needs to be done! They are not taking proper health precautions and are putting peoples health in danger! Do not go to this location, you can find many better ones nearby!
Love this place! I come here every Wednesday before heading to work, and it never fails to satisfy me. Not only is the sub extremely delicious and always fresh at affordable prices, but the customer service is incredible. Sam is one of the nicest guys youll ever meet, and makes great conversation. This subway restaurant makes a bad day good, and a good day even better! Definitely recommend!
A great location for those living in the middle lives who are looking for a nutritious lunch for their kids to take to school. The drawback to this location is that often certain breads are not available at 9 AM. The owner has closed the Home Depot location so this is now the only subway in the meadowlands.

The staff is always friendly to me, and they always make incredible sandwiches. The one guy that is basically always working, the one thats kind of buff, me and my coworkers call him the sandwich god because his sandwiches are blessed. This is literally the only subway I will eat at because the subs are always made neatly and always have the right amount of each condiment on them.
The store was very clean. Sunday afternoon 12pm to be exact. Nice guy behind the counter. Good at what he does. Polite , listens, helpful, and some good sandwiches he produced. Which is what its all about. Friend with everyone even while working alone..with a steady line for the hour I was there. He was fast though. So I will make it short. Cleanliness 5*, food quality (fresh and taste) 5* service and level of care 5*

Came in for lunch on a Sunday, only hat flatbread and day old multigrain. So much for eat fresh at lunch on a Sunday. How it is that subway, who preaches it fresh philosophy can open with no fresh or white bread is just another example of how we get scammed.
Subs seemed a bit light on toppings. Staff was not very welcoming.

Somewhat rude staff, didnt pay attention to the order of 3 6 subs... Had to ask again at the cash what we got. Pizza sub was way overloaded with sauce and leaked everywhere. Perhaps a bad choice on our part but never had leakage like that before. Id pick a different location over this.

This place deserves zero stars. I love subway but this location is an embarrassment to the overall franchise. The staff is rude and do not know the meaning of customer service. The best part is the owner is terrible she is the worst of them all, she is flat out rude. You think she would have a little more care for customers. I can t beleive that they treat customers like this. There are choices out there customers do not need to be subjected to this level of poor rude service. Good luck!
