7 William Graham Dr Units A4 & A5, Aurora, ON L4G 3G3, Canada
We made a reservation on a weekday evening. Very busy restaurant in a small plaza. A lot of take out and there’s a line by the cashier. Phone is ringing all the time. Overall the food is tasty and yummy. They were able to accommodate me since I’m pregnant. Less seasoning.
Food was decent. Not too salty. Good portions
Great authentic Chinese stir-fry restaurant with seafood and LLBO. Small gem in Aurora for sure. Affordable pricing, big portions, big flavours, authentic cuisine. Good combos, quick and good service.
It is good for what it is and a value option for take out. Food is reasonably well portioned for its price and taste is good. The seating area is not the greatest so I would stick with take out only. Whenever my mother visits from Scarborough, she would order from here and she said the food in on par with most Chinese restaurants down there. Would recommend getting the combos than ordering a la carte as they are better value. Service is not bad, what you would expect from the standard for restaurant of its kind. Given the limited selection of Chinese-oriented restaurant in Aurora/Newmarket area, this is a good place to go to.
As a huge fan of HK cafés, I was really fortunate to be introduced to this gem of a restaurant by my wonderful co-workers. Their prices are reasonable, and the portions of the dishes are generous. This is one of the few HK cafés that offers soup as part of your meal. I like how their rice is properly cooked - fluffy and dry with separate grains. The curry chicken tasted like home-cooked meal, not spicy and lightly flavored. The salt pepper pork chop is comparable with other restaurants in terms of taste, but the price is cheaper at New Fusion. Friendly staff, comfortable seating and delicious food, will definitely visit again.
Excellent food and efficient service. It offers authentic Cantonese dishes and stir fry dishes that are delicious. Plus their portions are big. Great value and food came out fast
Food (5/5): This is the best chinese restaurant in the area. I recommend their seafood and sweet & sour pork - all their other dishes are great too. Traditional southern Chinese / HK food. Service (5/5): Great service. Never had a bad experience. Value (5/5): Great value. The prices are very affordable. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Came to new Fusion on a Saturday at 5:50pm (empty) and it was completely filled up when we left at 7pm. We were served promptly and ordered a shrimp cheese e-fu noodle, free range chicken and stir fried green bean. Food came fast and hot (typical Chinese restaurant) and servers were nice. Food was a tad salty but overall a great dining experience. Note: No dinner sets or specials when dining in at night. Giving 5 stars but overall 4.5!
I recently had a terrible takeout order. The eggplant wasnt fresh and had disgusting brown spots on the skin. Some of the shrimp had completely gone bad and tasted mushy. If I had been dining in, I would have asked for a refund. This restaurant used to be good, but now Ill never go back. There are large yellow-brown spots on each piece of eggplant ribs. I have never eaten rotten eggplants like this in any restaurant. How can I have the nerve to sell them to customers? The Maggi shrimp tastes like it has been frozen for 100 years. I have never eaten such disgusting shrimp in my life. When you bite into it, the texture of the meat is actually soft. You spit it out and you cant eat it. The pepper beef tastes good, but there are only a few slices of beef in total. I thought I was hunting for treasure among the chili peppers. It was outrageous. I ordered three dishes in total, each with its own specialties. I used to order this takeout all the time after get off work. It really pissed me off. I won t come back this time.
This is proper authentic Cantonese food. Always done properly. My go to. They also do party trays.
Small restaurant, mainly Chinese HK style , food is average.
Great service ! Decent authentic HK cuisine in Aurora, they have friendly staff and they willing to accommodate your needs, Best in Aurora
Especially love the soup and imperial concubine chicken. All other dishes are available online at reasonable prices.
The food here is really good and the staff are quick to repond and are friendly.
Good food at a good price, order pick up,and it is quick
The food was good and the service was good. I do recommend.
Best sweet and sour pork I ve ever had! Was a bit disappointed in the seafood chow mein as it was mostly fish, squid and only 2 shrimp and no scallops, very authentic that they serve the chow mein by separating the sauce from the noodles, but for $20, I can t really justify the price of noodles and mostly just fish. Overall very tasty, will definitely be ordering more!
Very tasty lobster. Great service
I ordered shrimp with smooth egg and fried egg with shrimp. The egg was fried and had a mushy smell. Edit 2024-07-15 To owner: This is not a complaint. Its a review. And its not about if the egg is fully cooked or not. I am not looking for a solution. I am leaving this review so people can see what to expect if they decide to order this dish. Thats all.
Home style, stir fried, authentic Cantonese Chinese food. Tasty but on the pricey side when compared to the Chinese food in Richmond Hill/Markham. Service is fast and food portions are good.
This experience was amazing! We got here and saw practically no one, once we got seated we placed our order and the food arrived very fast. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cute. 5 stars, would rate it 6/5 stars if I could, definitely would come here again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Great tasting Chinese food. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options Food : 5/5 |
Nice
Excellent
Their food is very tasty and I love their combo meal which contains 2, 3, or 4 dishes and rice and soup.
Incredibly fast and amazingly good
The food was great and also the service. Good amount of options to pick from. Fast service and friendly staff.
Very good taste but perhaps a bit more salt would bring out more flavor.
Dined in, food was very good and was made within 5 minutes. Very good experience and service
Very good food. Love the pork stomach with chicken soup . The shrimps with rice noodles also excellent. I need to go back to try other dishes I saw on the wall.
Will definitely come again! I took the drive down from Barrie and it was so worth it. I got the salt and pepper porkchops and it was so delicious. My boyfriend, a vegetarian, ordered vegetable fried rice and loved it. We were very happy with the prices as usually its hard to dine in and spend less than $60. Our meal was only $35 :D
Best Chinese restaurant so far in Aurora. I ll recommend their combo menu, for 2-4 or for 6-8. Great places to bring your family and friends!
Very good food far away from the normal Markham restaurants. Will go back to try dinner. Food
Finally an authentic HK CCT! Definitely recommend.
Bad
My family likes the taste which is traditional Chinese cuisine and the well-balanced seasoning. Also provide a plentiful choice and amount. Fried rice, congee, sauté are recommended
Food Just Ok. But The Service VERY POOR .The Lady @ Casher VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. BAD ATTITUDE .. REMEMBER WE PAID FOR THE FOOD NOT FOR FREE
Best authentic HK style Chinese restaurant in Aurora. Great value, good service, fresh food. Will keep coming!
Good Cantonese style restaurants nearby.
The portions are insufficient and the price is too expensive. The three takeaways I ordered today were all very small. The pork neck with pepper, mushroom and pork was basically all mushrooms and peppers. I only found a few slices of thinly sliced pork neck in the whole box. It s so stingy
Shredded chicken over rice gave a big surprise, taste so good and good portion too
ordered sweet and sour pork and my friend asked if there were pineapple in the dish, one of the servers claimed there were and proved it with the one piece of pineapple on top of the pork; we barely found any after. ordered chicken and there was barely any chicken thigh that it looked like it was taken away or something.
Delicious food, good atmostphere. Almost nothing left on table to show how good food is
Xinyuan Restaurant has great taste! Large portions...the best choice for eating out! !
Stir fried beef noodles ( ) is great. We also ordered bitter melon chicken ( sauce has a taste of orange peel With a bowl of soup and a drink of milk tea Very good deal Food
Amazing lunch !!! Nice portion, super tasty ! Thank you new fusion
This is quite a busy restaurant on a Monday night. There was a line up for take out and the restaurant was already half filled around 6pm. The food is a little pricey, but I guess thats due to the increasing food cost of inflation. However, the food was really delicious with good service. Service was fast and we waited less than 15 minutes for the food to be served. The seafood soup was really good. There was red bean soup as desserts on the house.
Food is good but services needs to be improved
Tried Double Lobsters and Shredded Pork & Salted Vegetable Vermicelli which both of them are exceptionally good. Especially the lobsters were chopped perfectly so that one can eat all the meat without using any tools. Highly recommend
The price ok, the portion of food is big, service ok, recommend and will go have dinner again.
We used to come here often because of taste and convenience, although I think the portion is small and price is high. But unfortunately, on our last visit there was a large mosquito in our food. Gladly, the restaurant refunded this dish. I was hesitant on writing this review, but my thought is how is it possible that the chef didnt see this when cooking?! Regrettably, I ate some of this before finding the bug. I got diarrhea because of this... I just want people to be aware of this restaurants sanitary standards.
I will say this restaurant is just average, food is okay, favor is not outstanding. Comparing with this place, I will prefer to order the food in T&T, taste similar but cheaper.
Simply delicious. Highly recommend. We tried Beef and Broccoli, vermicelli and beef soup. Very yummy. We first thought it s too much but we had it all. Thank you From my 6 years old son: Thank you for all those yummy food. Mostly including the vermicelli pasta
Ordered from the restaurant through UBER Eats, 5 different dishes (2 soup and 3 meals), and that was a waste of my money. I told my wife that the taste of all 5 dishes made me feel that someone on purpose ruined the flavor . Most of it went into garbage as no one would be brave enough to eat. Definitely not our cup of tea...
I used to get a 10% discount when buying with cash. I paid cash on the spot and asked if I could get a discount and placed my order. Not all orders were eligible for 10% off. I was determined not to give 10% off. The website also stated 10% off. It s not about the amount of money but the price. The attitude of the business, I won t go there again
Authentic Cantonese cuisine, environmentally friendly dishes and great service!
Didnt have much expectation, I was just hoping its not one of those North American Chinese food. And guess what, its not. Its genuinely authentic canto style Chinese. Ordered combo, came with soup which is really light and tasty and plain rice enough for 4 people. My family loved the food, I will definitely order again from this place.
I always love the stuff here! This time I ordered 3 pounds of crabs for takeout (absolutely fresh) and the price was close to 100 yuan! There will be stealing pounds! Can you just give me a dead one instead? Dont go too far! The meat is rotten! It stinks! !
The New Fusion Restaurant of 7 William Graham in Aurora is Really bad, the food was full of cheap vegetables, green beans, and celery. We ordered the expensive beef dish of $ 21.50, it came with 6 small pieces with fat. We ordered the chicken with green beans, just five pieces of chicken in it. I won t recommend this restaurant at all. It used to be better.
Finally, Aurora/Newmarket has a legitimate chinese restaurant with very decently priced food. Would definitely be my go to place for chinese food when Im craving it. - review from 2018 Update: ordered a combo plus additional fried noodles for take out and we were charged almost $15 for gratuity. Ive never encountered any places that add gratuity on top of take-out orders. Thats just unacceptable.
Rich
Food is very fresh, delicious and reasonably priced!
I just took the takeaway home and opened it to look at it. I haven t tasted it yet and I m not satisfied. They didn t provide utensils and paper towels. I asked for a note and asked for extra sauce, but they didn t provide it either. Bad review.
Every thing we have tried we have loved. This place makes DELICIOUS food. Beef/noodles xo sauce, shrimp & egg, Cantonese chow mein, s&p squid, egg tofu with vegetables, etc. We are so happy our friends recommended this place to us,. Definitely Go there!
The delicacy is good with professional touches, but inside the restaurant need attention, need interior designer to put a touch as to beautify the inside structure. Toyo Belo
Not do fresh and overpricec
Horrible customer service. The restaurant closes at 9:30pm, we arrived at 8:14pm. The servers looked unimpressed and said they close at 9:30. We sat down and when we were looking at the menu, they mentioned again they are closing at 9:30. I understand that it would be inconvenient for them if we arrive 30 minutes before their closing time, but we arrived more than an hour before. If they do not want to welcome us, they can just tell us to leave, it would be better than being passive aggressive. On top of that, their food was mediocre, the portions are small and greasy. The flavours were just so-so. We ordered take out before and it was not very good already, but this is the only chinese food in the area so we went to try again, but again it was disappointing. We will never go again, we would rather go further to a better Chinese restaurant.
2 stars out of courtesy for the food meeting the bare minimum requirements of acceptable food quality. I came her for takeout, and immediately upon entering the restaurant I got an unwelcome vibe, lol I should have taken that as a sign of not staying to order here. Regardless I ordered 3 dishes, all of which were around the $15 range (no rice, no drinks, and no side of any kind included) and to me that s fine - I ask if the dishes comes with rice or any sides and they said no and immediately assume I want to buy rice as a side without getting any confirmation from me. Lol the vibe of only wanting your money and not caring about your experience was definitely something I experienced here. The Service was also not friendly or professional for that matter, and overall I won t be returning. Best of luck to others coming here.
Best chinese food in aurora newmarket area. Just realized that the simple scrambled egg with beef/shrimp can taste totally delish!!
My girlfriend chipped her tooth on one of the rice dishes. I contacted the restaurant the following day (after she called me and old me about when she ate some of the leftovers), and was told I would get a credit for a future order, but I would have to talk to the manager (who was not in at the time I called) regarding the credit or complete free new order. My phone number was noted and was told the manager would contact me the following day (July 7, 2022) or the day after (July 8, 2022) but, I never heard from the manager. I for one, will never order from this place again. If I could give zero stars I would but I am stuck with giving at least one.
Food was terrible. I ordered the curry beef and all the pieces of meat were hunks of fat. No taste to the curry sauce. Won t ever order from there again.
Omg the foods are so delicious Parking: Parking was available
Delicious
good lunch
Food quality going down, ordered sweet and sour pork last night, found that most of them are fried flour, hard and dry like rock.
One of the most tasty Chinese food I have ever tried. Recommended
Food was amazing.
Ordered via Uber eats and only partial of my order came. When I called them, they had the audacity to ask me to drive myself to them to pick up the missing items or cook it myself.
good fried noodles and soup noodles. have been to here several times and their service was really good.
Best Chinese food in York Region....you will not be disappointed.
Affordable and authentic Cantonese cuisine. Fast delivery/pickup - they are super efficient! Repeat customer here!!!
I found hair in dish First time order here and they did taste decent. I would like to leave 4stars but found hair with green bean. From flavour perspective, worth to try. But from general, would not go there personally. Just based on my own unlucky experience. Good luck
Good Chinese takeout
Tried take out a few times from here. Food is good and service is quick. Love that they do the online ordering for pick up and take credit card
Good food with reasonable price. Best chinese restaurant I visited in Aurora. Parking: Enough for group dinner. Food : 5/5 |
Very good choice for authentic Chinese food. The pieces are reasonable. Very impressed by the drink menu.
The dim sum is amazing. Be careful when ordering. The serving sizes are like your mother gave it you. Snow on mountain bbq pork bun is worth the trip and long line to get in during peak periods of 10:30 to 1 pm. Come early or later and your experience will be so much better. Reservations on peak hours cuts down wait to 30 minutes.
Great food at reasonable price
Not too strong taste. And so delicious! My one of favorite Chinese restaurant!
fine. Good service. The food is delicious. I live in East Guilin and often go there to eat.
Amazing food and super fast service. My take out orders are ready in 10-15 minutes. Love this restaurant.
Decent Cantonese food restrauant in Aurora at reasonable price. Located on St. John Sideroad very close to Newmarket.
Great food, Uber eats driver was also a gem of a human being. Only bummer about this place is no fortune cookies!!! Not our first order and def not the last just a bummer we didn t get the cookies.
Fast and delicious
The next best Kenny noodles
This restaurant is a must try, authentic chinese cuisine in Aurora/Newmarket
Friendly staff, food is good quality and priced reasonably.
Quick and precised order! Not a lot of authentic Chinese food in this area, this is a hidden gem.
The dishes were hot and the portions were huge. The taste was alright and not overly salty but had different flavours that complete the dish. We got the egg and shrimp which was smooth and velvety. We also got the bitter melon which survived the delivery and crunchy!
Food was ready for pickup ten minutes after order. Good value. We ordered three dishes and had enough for two meals. I loved the bitter melon dish. Bitter melon is such a bitter vegetable. They did such a great job that there was only a hint of bitterness. Well done. Will be back. Good to find authentic Chinese food on our doorstep!
High cost performance
Horrible food and quality
Quality of the food is good and the price is right.
During the epidemic easing phase, there is no dine-in service, which is so boring!
Surprise! Didn t have a good impression when first see the restaurant, but the food have a really good quality!! Waitress is polite, attentive and helpful. Nice recommendation for foods. Small restaurant but full of surprise. Nice.
Not bad and delicious
Food very good. Prepares fast. Lobster extremely good. Highly recommended.
Love this place, sweet and sour pork is very crispy and good portions! Aurora/Newmarket needs more Chinese restaurants/cafes like this one.
Good Quality, Chinese food! EDIT: Order again, still fantastic!
I ordered a 7lb lobster for Chinese New Year family dinner, during the dinner we found out the lobster is not fresh, they gave me a dead lobster and charge me 194 for it. While I call them to complain they keep saying all our lobster is fresh. I always went there to order lobster and today is the only time I call them to order and didnt pick lobster by myself. I will never go there anymore. I will keep monitor myself, if I feel any thing wrong on my stomach, i will report to Health Canada.
Quite expensive and pricey for same asian food I can get elsewhere from Markham or Richmond Hill
A very authentic Cantonese restaurant!
Not the best Chinese food Ive had, the portion size was rather small for the price and my large order was suspiciously ready in 5 minutes. It makes me question the freshness.
Great authentic Chinese food!
We order takeout a lot from here. This place is an authentic Chinese restaurant, and not Holy-Chow style. However their Sweet & Sour Chicken or Pork (we have tried both), is a family favourite! Portion sizes for take out is good. Quality is good! But I havent tried to dine in yet.
Authentic Chinese food, what you find on Markham up in Aurora. Open for take out during covid. Sauce for Cantonese chow mein separate so noodles still crispy, Fukien fried rice and singapore vermicelli had good amount of shrimp
Awesome restaurant. Food is excellent.
Authentic Cantonese food! We come here all the time. It is a bit pricey compared to Markham and Richmond Hill though
First time there. The tea and the food is very good. Will definitely come again if I have a chance.
Quality food, very reasonably priced. Outstanding service!! I am highly allergic to MSG, it s rare to find a Chinese restaurant that don t dump a full bottle in one dish. I didn t get any reaction after the entire meal. Definitely repeat business. Feeling great to support local businesses when they provide exceptional food and service. Well deserved 5 stars.
Food is good but service. Tsk tsk.
When it first opened, it was good, the portions were large and the taste was good, but now its not so good, the portions are small, and the bottom of the salted fish fried rice is full of oil. Give it four stars and hope it can be improved.
Very good
No recommend
They still do take-outs and the Bitter Mellon & Beef stirred fried flat rice noodles is our favourite.
3rd time eating at this Resto. Came from Montreal. VERY GOOD food. EXTREME friendly and considerate waiting staff. They treat you like they are their own customers like to be treated. I will give them 5 diamonds and not stars or 6-7-8 stars if it s an option wahaha
Good food. Service is average. Big portions
I loved this place!! The service was really great and the food was amazing. It doesnt taste like the regular Chinese places, the taste is authentic and perfectly seasoned. I live in Durham but will definitely drive up to Aurora just to eat here.
Great place ! Good food fair price service are good. My first choice of Chinese food in the area !
best
My family and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. My parents who tend to be tough critics of restaurants want to go back again very very soon
Quality Chinese food in Aurora, excellent service
Since packing a portion of pork ribs rice is better than 3 pieces of pork ribs, it s a big difference
Good food, reasonable price and good service.
Food was okay but not sure about their service
Best blend of canto-chinese cusine and the food is always consistent. And ive been eating chinese food in toronto and hk for 40 yrs. Soggy guo lo yook? Not here.
Family Restaurant, with detail care
Great food!
Good meal with fair price in the area
The dinner stir-fry has 4 stars, and the lunch rice dish has 3 stars.
Excellent food!
Good prices and nice environment
Over priced on dishes during the weekend. The rice and noodles we ordered have too much sauce. Service was ok. No wait during lunch.
Been there many times, always taste good. Staff are very friendly as well.
Great taste, steamed lobster is even more delicious
This Cantonese Style restaurant is clean, air-conditioning is just right. Food is so delicious. Price is just right too. We dont have to drive down to hwy 7 anymore!
Service is very good. Waiters are caring and polite. Price is reasonable and youll feel back to home for Chinese
Favourite chinese take out restaurant in Aurora. Chinese family combo comes with rice and soup, lots of dishes to choose from. Plenty of parking spots. Finally no need to order from Mr Congee all the time.
The food was nice and the service was very good.
Authentic and delicious
good chinese dishes , not salty nor heavy
Reasonable price, good quality
Amazing
Food is good. Recommended
Ive only been here for lunch style dishes (noodle soup, rice noodle with beef, etc), but their quantity, quality and prices are good, and flavour/cooking technique is good authentic Chinese style (not Canadian style Chinese). Highely recommend for Asian people looking for authentic Chinese food in Aurora/Newmarket.
Authentic Cantonese food! A must try.
Reasonable food
