The environment is clean and bright. The food is freshly made and tastes good. I just know that we can order through the app to get specific daily deals on any days. Most importantly, the staff are very welcoming, polite and always helpful!
Amazing food. Being a vegetarian and liking sushi is very rare and hard to find pure vegetarian sushi rolls in the market. Over here, not only the cleanliness but also the taste of sushi hasn’t left my mouth yet. Would recommend to all my vegetarian sushi lover!!!
I come here extremely often and every single time the staff is so friendly and nice and the food is AMAZING. better than any other teriyaki you’ll find and way more affordable!! The staff deserves an award, they are professional every time I go in. Absolutely obsessed, I recommend this place to everyone!
Ok so I’m going to be very honest and transparent with this review. I’m not sure what a lot of these negative reviews are about when in Reality you have to keep in mind your eating at a takeout restaurant and not a high end restaurant in the middle of Tokyo Japan. Food is delicious. The atmosphere is great and the people that work there are fantastic.. I got turned onto this place from a friend of mine that introduced it to me a few months ago and I’ve been there several times since. Everything is fantastic and five star with the exception of one thing. If I’m being honest I find that the portions are kind of small and I have to spend $25 in order to get a proper size portion that’s filling for myself. Having to sumo size, double the meat and triple the veggies. But the exception of this everything is great, and I would put it light years above, made in Japan in the malls.
Food was just average. The bento set we ordered taste nothing like Japanese food we are familiar with in Japan/Asia. More like a Canadianised Asian food. Beef teriyaki had too much of the sauce, but not enough of other flavour. It’s like one of the Asian fast food joint that you can find in a food court. Didn’t try other dishes, which may be better. Service and atmosphere is good.
I come here often as my spot after the gym. It is high-quality food and taste great. The service is always excellent and they even come to your table to check on you to ensure you’re enjoying your meal. They have daily deals and I honestly just think it’s a great spot. I don’t know why people go by Junk food when you can get something that taste good and is much better for you than going next-door to McDonald’s or Subway
I recently dined at the Edo Japan a newly open restaurant in AURORA(Bayview square), and it was an exquisite experience. The menu boasted a diverse range of dishes, from their famous teriyaki dishes and also they had vegetarian options. I ordered chicken noodle bowl and it exceeded my expectations. The attentive staff added to the overall enjoyment and I can't wait to return for another memorable meal.
I recently savored a meal that not only met but exceeded my expectations, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating. The combination of a Chicken Teriyaki Meal and a Bento Box featuring Chicken Teriyaki, Spring Roll, and Tempura Shrimps was simply outstanding. The quantity was more than satisfactory, ensuring I left the table feeling fully content. The Chicken Teriyaki in both the standalone meal and the bento was a burst of succulent flavor, and the teriyaki sauce perfectly glazed the chicken. The spring roll and tempura shrimps provided a delightful contrast in texture and taste, making each bite exciting. This meal truly showcased the art of Japanese cuisine, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying and delicious dining experience.

Waited almost half hr for one teriyaki meal. Thought it was a take out spot? Whole place was filled with people waiting for food. Food was nothing special. Likely won t come back here.
The staff are always very kind, helpful, patient and go above and beyond for the customers. Genuinely one of my favourite places to eat out from because of the work ethic of the staff.

Tried this place for the first time this evening after receiving a complimentary teriyaki meal card. Service was quick, food was amazing and restaurant was super clean. Definitely going to be a new go to place from here on.

This place has become one of my and my familys favorite restaurants, but unfortunately their bubble teas are 90% ice and 7% tea and 3% jelly. Its not worth the price just for a sip of tea.
The food and Atmosphere are excellent. However, I waited for 25 minutes before I got my food. Two people are needed for lunch time.
Im giving this a 2 star only because the food portion is very small considering the price the place is clean and organized.

All the staff were attentive right when I walked in. Sandeep had great customer service. He was very helpful when showing me the menu and specials. He made sure I had everything I needed before I took my order to go. The location was very clean. The food was great. The whole family enjoyed their meals. Will return and recommend to others
Nice New Location The food is simple, well cooked and delicious. I ordered Teriyaki Chicken & Grill Veggie. The portions are good, the teriyaki sauce is awesome. Food is mediocre at best - just another franchise with set recipes - if you want good Japanese goto a place where the food is made by authentic Japanese chefs
Tried 2 bowls the other day. Chicken on white rice and beef on noodle. 30 $ after tax. Very little amount of meat. Beef was not trimmed properly too much fat. The taste of this place was like the old teriyaki experience that used to be near Walmart. Same low quality meats
I ve been here couple of times and falling in love more everyday! People here is very friendly and welcoming. Love the food so much especially chicken teriyaki bento, it s always made fresh right to order. Certainly will come back again and again!

I went last night and I ordered chicken Teriyaki, beef Teriyaki, a dynamo roll and a chicken chop chop . The food was amazing and it was cooked well, I loved it. And the service was also very good I was well welcomed by the staff.

The Day Before Yesterday I ordered a Bento Box with Shrimps and Gyozas It was Incredible and I just couldnt get enough of it! And Am planning to go and order there soon again Love The Place Good Environment and Helpful Employee they even suggested me noodlefull but Ill try that other day

I recently enjoyed a delightful Teriyaki Bento at Edo Japan, and Im thrilled to give it a 5-star rating. The combination of perfectly crispy tempura shrimp, delicious gyoza, and a fresh California sushi roll was a culinary delight. The tempura shrimp were expertly fried to golden perfection, while the gyoza had a delectable balance of flavors. The California sushi roll was fresh and beautifully presented. The teppanyaki style food is simple, well cooked and delicious. I also like the mobile app and ordering options for brown rice, etc. The portions are good, the teriyaki sauce is not over sweet and the food is not greasy. Service is excellent at this new location.
We used skip the dishes for delivery tonight and the food was amazing. Beef and a chicken bento box. One with sushi and spring rolls and one with gyoza and spring rolls. Portions were very large. Definitely will be back, next time we will come in and dine

The food was fresh and delicious. They followed our instructions perfectly. We had chicken and shrimp bento box, kids meal and Easi meal. The girl at the cash and manager were very professional and friendly. The place is clean and well decorated. My family and I are happy to find our new go to place for a healthy lunch/ dinner.

Good Thing They added This Franchise to this Area I always wanted an Edo to be Close to where I Live and the Teriyaki Sause is in the Point of Perfection.
Sushi-licious Thursday is my first Edo Japan experience and I will be going back. Delicious, & fresh! LoL no food pictures it s all gone. I ll make sure to post picture next time.
Food is normally great but a nice big piece of the end of a plastic bag was in my food, seems like someone cut a sauce bag open or something and didn t notice the end dropped in my food.

I tried to order some food online, but when I click Order online and pick up - it resulted in Something went wrong. Tried to see the menu - clicked Menu button, and got the map of the world with a long list of possible Edo locations. Tried to scroll through this list to find Aurora location, and after a couple of minutes lost patience. This is not a serious business - it looks like they dont know what they are doing
Great staff, really friendly. Food portions were great and cooked well. Teriyaki sauce was really nice and not overly sweet unlike another teriyaki fast food place we all know. Great job guys will be back for sure!!
My new go to place! Similar to Made in Japan A Teriyaki Experience with variety of rice or noodle stirfrys or soups, but love that you can make any entree into a bento box with choices of sushi or other sides.

Although the food was decent, the restaurant was not clean. There were rice, cups, and other garbage on the table. The place was slow, but the staff did not clean. The staff seemed disorganized, we asked for our meal to go but it ended up missing (thankfully it was replaced). Its not the best experience. Their bubble tea fruit drink was very good. Good variety in good Vegetarian options: They have vegetable stirfrys.
