This mcdonalds is always slow with their service.

Ordered by Drive through. Mf with a thick non-coherent accent could not understand blueberry smoothie which someone had to help her out. After paying they asked me to pull forward to the third window. When they handed me the smoothies they asked if I needed straws with the smoothie. Weird question; I answered yes and they proceeded to leave. I had to get out of my car after waiting 6 mins and open the employee door to get their attention for 2 straws lmfao. Crazy work fellas

Our goto spot in our hood! I have to say that they have improved service and response time. Keep up the good work.

The pop is terrible and too loud and crowded

Not very busy, but waited quite long for a coffee order . Screwed up coffee order and had to drive 10 minutes back to make it right for 2 hr drive back home.

The manager Elina is attentive and friendly. She s a great person and does her job very well

I went to Mc donolds to get a chicken Big Mac and they told me they didn t have them so I kindly said ok thanks so them they gave me a free Mc chicken with NO CHICK FL A SAUCE

Just ordered a coffee here. It tastes so bad (very bitter). It s different what it usually tastes. I asked them to get me another one. Another cup tastes like water. I think the staff just added water in it.

Decent location but they ALWAYS give you 1-3 day old muffins and it s disgusting when they are hard and dry. Hope management sees this and starts throwing out the muffins that didn t sell instead kd having us waste our money on not fresh products

Good place clean and like new, love the services and atmosphere. It is one of the best Macdonald I know , the one in Aurora.

This is the second time i ordered online,the curbside is useless,very useless it will take u more than 30 min to wait for just a pancake and a coffee..better go to other location..they have a service turtle

For the owner Peter. I waited 23 minutes for 2 meals at 9PM on a Thursday night. Got home and my food was wrong and drink wrong. Called and your staff told me to get a refund on the mcdonalds app. Then called to just ask for 2 combo meals as courtesy and was told NO. I have the call recorded. Your team needs coaching and I hope to talk.

I come to this location since it s close to my house and my son loves the playground. I always see a friendly young man who is always a pleasure to speak to. He is always smiling and generous with the coupons. Thank you Ryan for putting a smile on my son s face and making the experience enjoyable.

I ordered a full meal and politely asked for a water cup and was rudely rejected. It was the manager named Ali with a manbun and glasses. I recommend disaplinary action!

I ordered a Big Mac meal and asked for a water cup, a brown guy with a man bun, I think his name was Ali, said no very rudely and is also rude with customers, I think he needs to be fired immediately!

I can t believe no one staff is wearing gloves!! Cashier handling cash and then went touch the food without washing her hands. All the staff touching food without gloves. I saw one was rubbing her nose and another one was touching her hair!! Making burger with bare hands, getting lettuce etc. when I confronted one of the staff and asked if they were supposed to wear gloves. She said the kitchen staff should. And I m like nobody is! No response was given. I hope public health would do something about it. Honestly disgusting!

This location is poorly managed. Service is slow and disorganized. There are plenty of other locations in the area to choose from. Avoid this location.

Respectful staff, I went there with a group of teenagers whom I was coaching. The cashier waited so patiently for the teens to make their mind and reach to a final order. Clean atmosphere and fresh french fries!

Fairly good McDs...I ve been to this spot a bunch of times now. They occasionally mix your order up, so maybe good idea to check in the parking area before driving away.

Never seen such a disgusting way to approach food. All employees without gloves and I saw someone taking the nuggets with her hands and another one taking fries and than cleaning the hands on the pants. I wonder how the management doesn t look at such behaviors. I reported this behavior to the authorities

Got hot cakes and coffee at drive thru. I often buy these and take home for breakfast with real maple syrup January 2024 After tennis the four of us went for hot chocolate It had whipped cream, wasnt hot but drinkable and cost $16. June 2024 went for ice cream after tennis. The cones are not as big as those at McDonalds on Yonge Street in Newmarket

I got denied and nearly kicked out for asking for a cup of water, I purchased something too. (Update) They threatened to call the cops, over water

I always buy food from here mostly ice cream cones and sundae but from last two weeks they are not filling the cup its always half whenever i buy it in day when but in night they fill it properly

This place is great for families with kids, as they can play in the designated area while parents enjoy a meal and chat together. It s a bustling spot, especially popular with teens and kids. The downside is that you hardly see anyone at the front desk. Today, an old lady wanted to order there, but no one showed up.

Literally waited 35 minutes for a mobile order because they prioritized drive thru orders, they have inadequate staffing when it becomes busy during weekends, poor service and poor attitude for dine-ins and pickups

Absolute McFuckery goes on here. Teenagers chill here at night because its about the most exciting thing to do here in Aurora.

I consistently grab coffee from this location and a lady, Michelle, is always a pleasure. Her kindness and friendliness is a mood uplifted and I always hope to see her when I walk in. My parents and friends know her well too, and she is known for her amazing positive vibes amongst us. Overall, the restaurant and staff have been very good to us, and Michelle is a standout for sure!

The food is the most consistent out of any mcdonalds ive been to the service can be subpar at times but it is almost always perfect. and its very busy sometimes but the place looks cool

There needs to be better communications at speakers. When ordering food without salt the wait period is extensive. Having the order read back at payment window causes long line ups. Servers should be wearing gloves, hairnets, masks. Too many birds hang around while waiting for food and droppings end up on vehical, sometimes when finally being served in cue droppings from birds end up on bags containing food. More to come****

It s not a clean place, especially the place where children play. I always used to take my son. I was cleaning my surroundings.

Hit and miss here when ordering for an allergy. Thankfully Sophia the manager listened to the issue and stepped up to make it right, after another manger basically told me too bad youre wrong. Sophia gets 5 stars for her service! Kid-friendliness: This location has a play place.

I will avoid going here for a bit specially now that A/W is around. I rather pay more for a good quality burger than for a burger here. MacDonalds is not an affordable meal anymore!

Late January 2024 Sunday morning. Several tables populated with customers from nearby Bayview and 16th St houses. A spot worths revisiting onward.

Was on tight deadline. Ordered McRib and coffee. Aleina was great . Food excellent and service fast. Good job team

So had the late night munchies after a nice workout at the gym, thought some McDonalds would be nice. Saw the mcrib was back so why not get one, felt hungry so added an extra rib/patty and what do I get when I get home. A single patty, was charged for the add on and even had the piece of paper that said I ordered an extra rib. How do I get a refund or something cuz thats messed up.

This is the closest McDonalds to my house so hence why I still go here. I swear every time I go through the drive thru, they always seem to put me in 1-3 reserved spots even when it isnt busy!! And on top of that, they manage to screw up my order again and again. I ordered a mcdouble medium combo and not to look in the bag (when I finally got it), I get home and notice that I received a small fry instead of medium and half my drink was full. Just unacceptable especially when people come here during lunch break like I did. We dont have time to go back and say fix my order. Should be right i the first palce especially for a simple mcdouble combo. Be Better

They had 2 drive thrus open but ignored me and kept serving people in other lane . Even though I honked to try to get their attention . Rude

Burst mcdonals very bad experience with the staff

The young man - i think he was the manager...he was helping an older gentleman when I walked in. He was so kind and patient with him. Then apologized to me for noticing he took some time with the man before taking my order. It was busy. But for him to have carved out time to help and was so sincere - thats the epitome of hospitality! Bravo, young man!

Too expensive now

Just wanted a cup of water. Girl at the first window said it was fine and to drive up to the second window. Blonde girl at second window refused to give me the cup because I need to purchase something in order to get water. She is lying and on a power trip. I have never had an issue at any other McDonalds anywhere. They have always given me water free of charge

Friendly staff, food was hot and the coffee was actually not terrible.

It was really good, the fries were hot, but the burger was not as hot as I wanted it to be. Great Customer Service experience. Thank you. Everything was good. The same. I Like their mini donuts. Especially the caramel ones. I always get them and the Boston cream donuts.

The fountain pops were warm. No one seemed concerned.

I have been to this McDonalds a number of time, and it seems to have gone down in service and in quality. The Big macs were put together with WAY to much sauce, and with it all over inside of the box. Today August 28th, they miss part of my order completely when I was picking it up on the way home. Note to self, ALWAYS check the bags!! Unbelievable

I gave this location several chances since its opening and have only been disappointed. I have written directly to the location, in hopes the ownership or manager might be able to fix the service issues to no avail. Todays example; a 13 minute and 12 second wait for my food at the drive through!! 13 MINUTES & 12 SECONDS!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Gave my coworker one piece of bacon on burger then gave us attitude for asking them to remake the order. Careless staff and not organized at all.

Ordered a burger that was supposed to have 3 bacon, one piece was all I got. Not okay, went inside to resolve this. The lady refused to give me a new burger without taking my old one for some reason even though it s against policy, will not be going back. My apologies for the inconvenience for everyone else there.

Even though they have a sign saying it s open 24 hours and google also says they are open 24 hours, when I went to the drive through around 4 AM they just said they are closed. Why?

I placed an order with McDonalds and they gave me the wrong order with something Im allergic too. So I called then when I reordered and no one answers their phone and I got laughed at on the phone by the driver... even though I need an epipen for this allergy. This location surely isnt a rush hr at this time of night im sure....... Nothing good until someone can face feedback but this is not good customer service.... if I could give 0 I would. Also now I have to wait til 253am to eat food after working all day. Im exhausted and starving and angry at the lack of compassion.

Slow and slower

This McD is a bit hit and miss. Often the orders are mixed up so make sure to check. Also, they often forget things like straws and napkins. The drive-thru here is always busy and the way it is set-up is awkward. One of the most unorganized and chaotic McDs

When busy, this place consistently not only takes a very long time to complete the order, but consistently makes major mistakes like leaving out items ordered.

Michelle is my favorite. She makes my morning with such an amazing energy. My food is always good when I come here.

This location cant get an order right ever. Food is always cold...especially the fries which I thought McDonalds had some sort of coniption about years ago and came up with a guarantee to prevent that. Anyhow, when you have kids managing kids this is what happens.

I know ppl usually dont bother leaving positive comments to fast food chains like McD but Id like to leave a compliment for the staff and manager yesterday Dec 7 afternoon (sorry didnt get their names). We got in after 1pm and there werent a lot of ppl (which is rare for this location). The staff and manager didnt choose to take the slow time to chill, rather they saw us with a kid and served our food and drinks to the table. We ordered an ice cream cone later and while it has gotten a lot busier, the manager still remembered us and gave us more spoons to share it without us needing to ask for it. Very thoughtful and great service!

Coffee not the greatest, was served cold on many occasions.

At night time this people always forget even an entire meal, every single night we order tire and hungry and there is never a complete order change the stuff or the management at night time because this one is sleeping
