Every time I visit this local McDonald's, I regret it. Each time, I hope they might improve, but it only seems to get worse. I’ve waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes to place an order, even when I was the only car in line. On several occasions, they’ve failed to include the correct items in my bag, forcing me to return to the store to fix their mistakes. The staff seem disinterested in their work, and not only do they not care about providing good service, but some are also outright rude, even when it’s their mistake.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald's in Aurora. After placing my order, I waited for about 30 minutes at the drive-thru lines, only to be told that the item I ordered was not available, and my order had not been submitted at all. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. They should have informed me much earlier instead of wasting my time. By far, this is the worst McDonald's branch I have ever visited. I hope they improve their service to avoid such frustrating experiences for other customers.
Last week Nov 17, visit at this location. Ordered double big Mc and only got regular. No straws and no napkins. Today Nov 25 - no sweet and sour sauce but instead they gave the big mc sauce as shown on the picture. No ketchup, Fries is cold/old.
This McDonald’s literally scammed me. I left with no food and charged 23$!!! I used my Apple Pay the charge went through on my bank they claimed it didn’t even though I showed them. Wouldn’t give me the food unless I pay twice and she said it will take 7 days to get my refund? Then gaslit me with these documents that literally have nothing to do with my situation. Left me stressed out waste my time and I feel robbed. Update*** it’s been over 2 weeks no refund they literally scammed me not a single call from a manager or the owner I’m in contact with McDonald’s and reporting them for fraud.

It’s not hard to follow the instructions in front of you while making the food. Very simple job. Clearly they are not trained properly in the back and do not care. Ordered a chicken breakfast wrap …. They forgot the chicken. How do you forget the main ingredient in the food item??????? Terribly disappointed. Wasn’t even a busy drive thru. Horrible service.
The food is good, but one bathroom is out of order, the second is missing toilet paper. The staff got my terminal entered order wrong, there should be no cheese. Otherwise pretty happy
This is a decent McDonald's Restaurant, despite what some of the reviews say. Sometimes the waiting times may be long, and they do prioritize the drive-thru, but the staff do try their best with their limited resources to meet timelines. They can often be seen overwhelmed with drive-thru orders and mobile orders, but still face the in-person customers with the utmost professionalism and demeanor. Food quality is as-to-be-expected with a McDonald's.

Egg mcmuffins were all burned. Went into store and showed the burned sandwiches. Refused to give new ones. Garbage location.

I had ordered 2 combos large size and only got 1 of the burgers and the mcflurries I ordered were melted. I tried calling them about it 50 times and nobody answered. Id like my money back.
Hi guys, this is my local mcds. I go here often. I went here tonight to get some food and I got 6 piece chicken nugget and a small burger. I was devastated when I looked in my bag and there was no burger to be found. Its late at night and I just wanted my mcdouble after a long day. I honestly dont know what to eat now. I dont know how they could forget my burger. Im really upset right now but since Im a chill guy Ill be okay. I just hope this never happens again. Thanks for everything, Kian.
I recently had a terrible experience at the McDonalds located at 2 Allaura Blvd, Aurora, ON. I ordered two medium coffees through the drive-thru and paid at the first window. When I proceeded to the next window to collect my order, the employee claimed the payment didn t go through, despite my bank statement showing that I had already been charged. I even showed proof of payment through my banking app, but the employee insisted, loudly and rudely, that I hadnt paid. The manager was no better. She refused to look at the proof on my phone, insisted I pay again, and claimed I should sort it out with my bank if the transaction didnt reverse after 10 days. I asked for a declined transaction receipt to show my bank, but she refused to provide it, saying it wasnt possible. This was all over $2.63. They made me feel as though I was trying to steal from them. They eventually handed over the coffees, but not without insisting I hadn t paid, despite clear evidence to the contrary. I believe this could be part of a pattern of attempting to double charge customers, and others should be cautious. The situation was mishandled, and I was treated with disrespect and suspicion. I understand mistakes can happen, but the way management handled the situation was unacceptable argumentative, verbally abusive, and unprofessional. For the record, the payment did go through, as shown by my bank. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed, and I would advise others to be aware when visiting this location.
Pathetic Service!!! 8PM on a Saturday Night and we waited over 40 mins in the drive thru for 6 cheeseburgers, which were cold when we got them!!! Whoever the Manager is, they need to be reprimanded. What a complete waste! So Pissed Off!!!
Super fast today! Coffee and tea made to order. They were out of monopoly stickers for the extra large cups but they made up for it Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs in this McDonalds but seating downstairs as well.

SCAMMED by this location. Was just charged $35.23 by this location for 2 meals, debit payment was approved on the payment device and my bank, but they said it did not go through. Not the first time this happened, and they said it s up to me to call the bank and get my money back. They would not provide a declined receipt. Disgusting

Took 1 hour to get our food at midnight on a Friday, total of 10 cars in front of us. Couldve done it better myself as 1 individual person. Calling this Mcdonalds fast food is disgraceful.
It s a McDonald s. You get what you expect. Rather you usually get what you expect - the order is not quite right about 25% of the time. Other locations can be worse. And they no longer include the receipt with the order number / info so you can t take the satisfaction survey. When they get it right it s great - just wish they would get it right more often.

Don t order at this McDonald s past 12 am. Absolutely terrible. Foods cold and stale. Tastes awful. Food looks terrible as well. Always assembled sloppy, looks like the hamburger is punched and squished. and in the past I have been refused service due to unknown reasons, just pulling up to the drive through and being told there closed when the sign clearly says 24 hours.

As a customer; the food is decent. As an ex-employee, do not work here. The kitchen is mostly dirty. The managers often yell. No respect for requested days off or availability. Recently removed many employee discounts. Equipment is old and often malfunctioning; including pipes. Several working hazards and violations of Ontario working laws.
Food was not quite hot but service was fast and very friendly. Great location with lots of parking and hours are great for night shift workers .
Worse quality food that I ever had, not recommended.

I m a FREQUENT customer. I ve been going to this McDonald s my whole life and never had an issue. However, today was very disappointing. Not the best experience for a McDonald s. Wasn t expecting Michelin star service but the food tasted SO stale and dry, it took 30 minutes to get food and parts of our order were missing. Definitely didn t get our moneys worth. Hopefully it isn t like this all the time now
Restaurant was busy. Only 4 people behind the counter. Self serve ordering kiosk was not working. It took 10 minutes for service at the cash and then we had to wait 30 minutes. For 2 coffees.

Its a fine location. Quick enough and the manager is responsible and actually cares for her location and customers.. One thing pisses me off: multiple locations now pre prep the nuggets... My autistic son refuses to eat them like that and me being gluten free has to risky health in order to check them... Now .... For the last recent visits I had an extremely disappointing experience. The service was painfully slow with staff appearing disorganized and inattentive. when my food finally arrived it was cold. The restaurant was dirty with trash on the floors and tables hadnt been cleaned. I expected much better from such a well known brand. I wont be returning anytime soon. Hope they fix the problems with a better management. Parking: There is always free parking there
I had a very unpleasant experience at the McDonalds on Yong near Henderson recently. First, I was surprised by the extremely long wait times, which are not what youd expect from a fast-food place. When my order finally arrived, the food was disappointingly cold. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. The tables and floors were noticeably dirty, which made the dining area quite uninviting. The staff also did not seem focused on their work. They were busy chatting with each other rather than attending to customers, which was frustrating. Overall, this visit was far below the standard I expect from McDonalds. I hope they can make some improvements soon.

Never go to MacDonalds but stopped here to grab something quick for supper after being out all day. Drive thru - ordered 3 cheese burgers and a French fry. 4 items. Only one item was correct. The fries. Received two chicken burgers with extra sauce and no cheese burgers. This is after the girl at the window asked us if we had ordered the cheeseburgers. The drive thru line took about 20 minutes. Not a great experience. Update - they did take our name and put it on a list for messed up orders and we were able to return to that store and get that order at another time.
With over 40,000 stores how do you rate a McDonalds store? Service - Service - Service. Ive traveled to 108 countries and went to a McDonalds just because of their standards and food. The high rate is given because you keep coming back for more. The place is clean and staff provides a good feeling of being there.
Horrible. Been waiting over an hour for them to make food. Ordered on uber and 3 drivers have had to cancel because of the wait. Last few times we ordered from this location there was always a few items missing and the nuggets are always cold and rubbery. I don t know how its possible to take an hour to fry french frys or a burger. Side note its 3 in the morning there is no way they are busy. Order from location off bayview. MUCH better.

We ordered a happy meal with chicken nuggets, fries and sweet and sour sauce. We also ordered a filet O fish with fries and ketchup. What we gat was the chicken nuggets cold. Fries cold. The small drink we got had to cups stacked together. No straws for 2 drinks. Sweet and sour sauce never received and only two packs of ketchup for one small fries and one large fries. All the ketchup was used on the small fries so no ketchup for the large fries. Also slow food had to wait 10 minutes. Worst McDonalds ever!

Food is consistently cold
Waited 26 minutes for a curbside pick up. There were a few cars in the drive thru (almost all of which had to wait for food after driving thru) so I waited patiently. The last 6 minutes or so of my wait had zero cars in the drive thru. I ended up going inside to pick up the food. They were still packing it up. I got back to the car and realized one of the drinks was wrong. I went back in to get it fixed and waited, but nobody even acknowledged me. I dumped it myself, washed out the cup and got the correct drink. The floor in front of the counter was covered in stepped on french fries, and the drink fountain was a sticky wet mess. Got home to find the food was all cold. Ill avoid this location in the future.
Megan is very rude and doesn t care about customer service AT ALL. never coming back here, all thanks to megan, fire her immediately if you want customers to actually come to this location. Food is pretty good though.

The girls at the drive thru left their mic on and as i was driving, i could easily hear the swearing and constant trash talking about my order. Gave me the wrong change and just disappeared after i confronted her. Its actually a better idea to starve than to waste your time waiting 25 minutes for cold food and disgusting service.
The person who was working the drive thru was not listening, rude, pushy and then she started to raise her voice and became angry. When ordering we asked for a burger with only cheese. The order board didn t say anything about that. So after finishing the order, I gently asked if she got the burger down as plain only cheese on it, so I didn t run into the issue of going back in and getting it remade. I was answered with an annoyed response uh, yeah I heard you the first time so I said ok just double checking as I didn t see it on the order. Got to the window, she was very short and kinda aggressive handed the debit machine out the window. Said nothing after and slammed the window shut. The worker at the second window was very friendly. My wife then looked in the bag before we left the parking lot to check the burger. It had everything on it. So I went inside and explained to the front till that we just wanted only cheese on the burger. Then mid conversation, the girl comes over and says what is the issue with the burger? I said it was wrong and that I doubled checked so we didn t have this problem. She rolled her eyes and stormed off. Now I swear I thought I was on a hidden camera show. When I got the correct burger out to the truck and handed it to my daughter, it was the bun and just cheese, there was no meat in sight. Now I was abit upset and frustrated at this point. So I headed back in and the front desk said you asked for only cheese and that I had the correct burger. I explained that I said I wanted it plain with only cheese on it. She said well that s not what you asked for, you said only cheese then proceeded to say ok so so you know what you want so we don t have to keep making your burger. So yes I was frustrated and felted dumb and embarrassed at this point because people were looking. I would like the bun, with the burger meat and the cheese please. She said I m not dumb and know what a burger is and you don t need to treat me like that I didn t even know what to say. She handed the burger and said check it and make sure it s your standard. I just walked out. Moral of the story, don t go here and if the cashier doesn t want to work with customers maybe she should look at other options. I still think that this was a dream or a prank show.

Bought a coffee here this morning, curbside. I d had it approximately 75 seconds before Antony came over to my car and asked if I could leave. Apparently this would make his job easier. I was the only vehicle in curbside but there you go. Not ideal as far as customer service goes. I had no intention of long term parking there. Just rude.
Do NOT come here in the drive thru if you dont want to park and wait for your meal. Every single time I have come here, whether it be a Tues at 11 a.m or a Thursday at 5 p.m, I have alwaye been told to park and wait. I only order single meals. Not sure what it is. Then the food is cold because it sat. Also they can never seem to remember ONE sweet and sour sauce every time I ask. Please please go elsewhere.

This store is a incompetent mess. They cant get the food right, they cant manage simple orders, and they refuse to provide refunds. Ive tried them a few times - mornings and afternoons, drive-thru and curbside, and it was pathetic failures every time.
This McDonalds location provides quick meals but falls short in maintaining a clean dining area. While the food remains consistent, the cleanliness of the seating and surroundings needs improvement. It would greatly enhance the overall experience if they focused more on tidiness and sanitation in the dining space. Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to enter and exit restaurant. We had an issue with the McDonald s app and the girl who told us they didn t have our order was no help at all, then got told they didn t have caramel for our Sunday, not even 2 mins later someone else ordered one and they had the caramel. What really bothered me the most was the fact they made a McFlurry and left the machine wand dirty. That s gross.
